FBI to Release Edited Partial Transcript from Orlando 911 Calls, No Audio, No ISIS Pledge

Welcome to 1984, where history is not only rewritten, but the present is also being rewritten in real time.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch appeared on not one, but five major news and cable shows on Sunday to endear the public on how “transparent” this administration wants to be about what happened down in Orlando… so transparent in fact, that you won’t hear anything at all.

That’s right. The DOJ is planning to release “partial transcripts” of reported killer Omar Mateen’s 9-1-1 calls and discussions with hostage negotiators while inside the Pulse nightclub. No audio will be released, only text.

Not only that, but Lynch said they are removing any reference to Mateen’s reported pledge to ISIS or terrorist ties, supposedly in order not to A) spread his propaganda and B) “revictimize those who went through this horror”.

In other words, admittedly edited text.

So, to reiterate, they aren’t even going to release his actual voice on the phone. Just EDITED, text-only transcripts of some of what he supposedly said… you can just take the FBI’s word for it.

In other words, welcome to [amazon text=1984&asin=0451524934] where history is not only rewritten, but the present is also being rewritten in real time.

LORETTA LYNCH: What we’re announcing tomorrow is that the FBI is releasing a partial transcript of the killer’s calls with law enforcement, from inside the club. These are the calls with the Orlando PD negotiating team, who he was, where he was… that will be coming out tomorrow and I’ll be headed to Orlando on Tuesday.

CHUCK TODD: Including the hostage negotiation part of this?

LYNCH: Yes, it will be primarily a partial transcript of his calls with the hostage negotiators.

CHUCK TODD: You say partial, what’s being left out?

LYNCH: What we’re not going to do is further proclaim this man’s pledges of allegiance to terrorist groups, and further his propaganda.

CHUCK TODD: We’re not going to hear him talk about those things?

LYNCH: We will hear him talk about some of those things, but we are not going to hear him make his assertions of allegiance and that. It will not be audio, it will be a printed transcript. But it will begin to capture the back and forth between him and the negotiators…
