“On Wednesday, and all this week, we urge you to hold a family sit-in to disarm hate, to engage your community and keep the drumbeat for action growing – and gun violence prevention groups who helped amplify our voices last week on the ground and on social media stand ready to assist,” Pelosi said in a memo to party lawmakers. “As part of these events, we must also continue to strengthen our outreach on social media to engage and galvanize the millions of Americans who watched the livestreams of our sit-in last week.”
