George Zimmerman just can’t win.

Despite the death threats received by him, his family, his legal team, and some poor lady who ended up with a cell phone number reported to be his, Zimmerman (who must wear a bulletproof vest anytime he is in public) came out of hiding today to rescue a family who was trapped when their SUV overturned.

But despite the personal risk he took in appearing in public, this good deed was not enough to make the puppets in the Ministry of Propaganda mainstream media happy. He was described as an “unlikely hero” and ABC News felt that it was imperative they remind readers that this accident took place “less than a mile from where Zimmerman shot Martin.”

Zimmerman was one of two men who came to the aid of a family of four — two parents and two children — trapped inside a blue Ford Explorer SUV that had rolled over after traveling off the highway in Sanford, Fla. at approximately 5:45 p.m. Thursday, the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

The crash occurred at the intersection of I-4 and route Route 46, police said. The crash site is less than a mile from where Zimmerman shot Martin.

By the time police arrived, two people – including Zimmerman – had already helped the family get out of the overturned car, the sheriff’s office said. No one was reported to be injured.

Zimmerman was not a witness to the crash and left after speaking with the deputy, police said. (source)

Zimmerman may have been acquitted of murder in a court of law, but it seems he is still guilty in the eyes of the race-baiting media.

Have f*ucking convenient for George Zimmerman to be presented with an opportunity for heroism just days after his acquittal. And he came out of hiding “just to help others”. And you buy into this story? WTF are you on? And you have the nerve to suggest that the general public should feel sorry for him because he has to wear a bullet-proof vest where ever he goes. Trayvon Martin is DEAD! Where’s the f*cking sympathy article for that?

    • tin Hat

the next time a drugged hoodlum starts to smash my head in the concrete I will shoot his a**

    • RickE.

Little skittle Trayvon is now out of the gene pool at a most fortuitous time, as he was young.
Glad he can’t spread the stupidity to the future.

      Sympathy? SURELY you jest!

Regarding Zimmerman, he did the right thing no matter how you or anyone else tries to pathetically spin it!

    • HispanicCracker

Sympathy for the young adult that assaulted Zimmerman with intent to maim or kill….sympathy for the racist young adult that called Zimmerman a ” creepy ass cracker”……sympathy for the young adult that was casing people’s houses to rob later while in the rain….get your facts straight. You are intellectually impoverished and ignorant and I feel sorry for you..

    • HispanicCracker

Or how about some sympathy Lex for the white baby that was shot in the face in his stroller by black kids?

      • http://facebook.com/profile.php?id=509213962 Lex Brown

I show sympathy for any child, no matter the color

    • http://yahoo robert raulerson

your stupid he’d still be alive if he would have kept walking away instead of turning around to pummel the man.

    • yeeeeeeeeeeeee hawwwwwwwwwww

You might be a Racist if you point out to others that OBUMMER is NOT black, that his mother and the Grandparents that raised him after his Black sperm donator f ather walked out of his mothers life, raised him in an upper class up bringing!

    • Russ Brown

Not going to feel sorry for a wannabe thug.

    • Anonymous

So is a 6 year-old girl and thousands of others in Chicago, for example. What about sympathy for all of those ‘real’ innocents instead of focusing hatred on what the media tells you too?

  • Smarty

    Lex,

You really need to face the facts, good, bad, or indifferent. Don’t let Obummer and the mentally insane Al Shit-ton program your mind. Think for yourself based on the facts, man! They WANT to divide us, and in your case it’s working. Don’t LET IT. See the link below, and feel free to respond… Why is THIS case different than Zimmy’s?? It’s not.

    http://freedomoutpost.com/2013/07/what-do-george-zimmerman-and-roderick-scott-have-in-common/

F*ck Obummer Al Sharpton. I’m about justice. I don’t vote in this shitty excuse of a government and I damn sure don’t follow any “black leaders” propped up by main stream. Your comment demonstrates your ignorance. You made false assumptions about me, just like George Zimmerman made about Trayvon Martin. Only difference is, I’d beat your ass in real life and live to laugh about it.

      • KAFNT

Actually Lex your last statement tells everyone that you are no different than Martin. Any assumptions made were verified by you. Lastly the assumptions you throw out about beating ass are what got Martin dead … He was a tough guy too.

      • HispanicCracker

        Wow your tough lex…..

      • RickE.

Actually NO. You’d die trying just like the punk ashTrayVon, and be taken out of the gene pool as well.
Lex, show us that you use a brain, not your ass for cognitive thought processes.

You are no different than that Martin punk, just a few years older, but just as delusional.

      • RickE.

And oh by the way, I AM half Argentine and half Irish.
I guess you can say that I AM a Hispanic cracker as well, and let me tell you, this whole trial has pissed off the Hispanic population.
Of course the messiah pissed them off even more with the treatment of president Evo Morales!
Shows how stupid some blacks are huh? A bigger voting base than black folks, and he’s burning his bridge. Stunning, huh Lex??

  • yeeeeeeeeeeeee hawwwwwwwwwww

As a bi-cultural person I despise racism on BOTH sides.

That said, as humans our brains use a form of shorthand to assess danger. Unfortunately that means that “pre-judging” is wired within our neural pathways as a survival mechanism. Mind you, such prejudging or prejudice is not logical, or necessarily “right”, it’s simply a knee-jerk response.

Once this snap judgment is made, thinking should be induced by taking a quick breath so that we can reassess our immediate reaction to determine if it comes from pure prejudice associated with stereotypes and over-generalizations. When we do this we engaging our intellect and logic, while also honoring our intuition. This is literally a balanced approach – engaging both the right (emotional and intuitive) and left (analytical and logical) sides of our brain.

The problem is that most people ignore half of their brain and tend to rely primarily on one side over the other. This creates over-emotional decisions – like crimes of passion, while conversely creating victim situations in which people rely way too much on logic and not enough on intuition.

Another problem is that people confuse emotion (in it’s least sophisticated knee-jerk form) with intuition (a much more sophisticated response that relies on our past experiences, sense of morality, and our gut instincts about a given situation).

Our goal should always be to understand each other and the situation at hand, instead of forming hasty judgments.

In the Martin/Zimmerman scenario it seems that neither of them got beyond their knee-jerk emotional responses. I get that adrenaline was pumping , but that’s all the more reason to “take a breath” and asses with logic (fyi – counting actually helps trigger the analytical part of the brain in such highly emotionally charged situations).

If Zimmerman would have “slowed his roll” so to speak, he might have followed the advice of the 911 operator and ceased his adrenaline-laced (emotion-based) pursuit of Martin. He had already done enough by reporting a suspicion – one which he had a right to, however one which there was also no substantiating evidence to prove. Had Martin taken a moment to breath and think, he might have turned to face Zimmerman and simply said “Is there something I can help you with?” Instead, it was there mutual fear of each other, in their emotional states of mind, that lead to the tragic result.

FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real, after all.

We either operate from a very base place of fear, or we come from a place of higher-consciousness called love. Not the emotion, mind you, but the verb – love is an ACTION word. I am not a religious person, but I try to be a spiritual person, so whether I or anyone believes that the bible is literal or allegorical doesn’t matter, I think we can all appreciate the spiritual truth in it’s definition of love as “patient, kind, not self-seeking, not delighting in evil but rejoicing in truth, keeping no record of wrongs (in other words non-judgmental)”.

Love is always the answer. Only love can conquer hate…fear…ignorance…intolerance…injustice…prejudice…self-centeredness.

Let’s learn to love ourselves and each another lest we continue to destroy ourselves and each other.

IMPORTANT aside and my assessment of what the exploitation of this case was really about -

The oldest trick in the book is “divide and conquer” and history attests that easiest way to do this is by fostering animosity and dissension amongst “the people”. This well-established formula always starts with political parties and ideologies (read Professor Carrol Quigley’s “Tragedy And Hope – A History Of The World In Our Time” if you want proof); next is the deliberate scape-goating of the immigrant population (i.e. The Jews during WW2, and the illegal immigrants today – both initially blamed for the bad economy because “they are taking our jobs”. Now, that’s not to say we don’t need to deal with illegal immigration, clearly we do, but just not from a place of fear and hatred.); next source of contrived division is the taking down of labor unions (I’m not saying they are perfect, surely there needs to be more compromise and zero corruption, but just recall the child labor and horrendous working conditions that lead to unions being formed here in the US, and you’ll appreciate the need for their existence; moving right along there is class division (i.e. – Viewing ALL wealthy people as evil – as was done after the peasant uprising during the French Revolution, indiscriminately, resulting in the beheading of many who had actually sympathized with the plight of the peasants and tried to help); last but most insidious is dividing people by race, because the most primitive part of our brains naturally fears “other”, and when that fear is left unchallenged by our logic (as described above), we will eventual destroy ourselves. – BTW, isn’t that the goal of the dark cabal to begin with? (If you don’t know what I’m talking about, please read on.)

I can remember back to the pre-hip-hop days of my early childhood. I grew up in NYC, at a time known for several infamous cases of a black young men being killed SOLELY because they entered the wrong neighborhood (Michael Stewart, Howard Beach just to name a few cases). – This is the type of thing that was seared into the minds of people that came of age amidst such racial division and hatred. In fact, racial divisiveness was so rampant during the late 70s and early 80s that my local high school had to cancel outdoor lunch privileges for awhile – because “whites”“blacks” and “browns” used to bottle-rock bomb each other and break into fights on a regular basis. So I absolutely have to credit early hip-hop with the complete transformation of consciousness that is now evident in today’s youth culture. Unlike the commercialized version of today, early hip-hop was a true self-empowering movement that fostered artistic expression over violence, via music and especially via “B-boy” dance battling (otherwise known as “break-dancing” to the uninitiated). Thankfully there is still an underground version of hip-hop that stays true to its empowering and enlightening legacy, but natuarly that’s not the stuff that gets played on mainstream music channels. The good news is, that while back then there was great animosity and hatred amongst races, today most suburban kids actually emulate urban culture and truly see beyond color. So I sincerely hope we don’t reverse the progress that we’ve made toward fulfilling Martin Luther King’s dream of people being judged by the content of their character, and NOT the color of their skin.

People, let’s not fall for the “divide and conquer” agenda any longer. Let’s unit around the things which we can ALL agree on, and take back our collective power as free individuals, insisting that the system be restored to the representative republic that it is meant to be – a government of the people, by the people, for the people – the UNITED people, not of/for/and by the corrupt politicians, bankers, lobbyists, and multi-national corporations. (fyi – Democracy is rule of the majority over the minority, and as such was never the intention of our forefathers who founded this country for freedom – after being routinely subjected to tyranny and oppression by the British Monarchy.)

In order to unit we must first free ourselves of those things which enslave and divide us, including our own prejudices and fears. Instead we must focus on positive and proactive ways to unit against the tyranny that is at our door. And if you still do not see it than I suggest you ask yourself how it could be that our great country has descended into a strange dystopian hybrid of Orwell’s “1984” (with the now obvious total surveillance grid), and Huxley’s “Brave New World” (in which passion and individuality are anesthetized out of the population via mind-altering substances, and the bombardment of constant entertainment/distraction screens [phones/tvs/computers/tablets/billboards/games/movies]). Were these men prophetic geniuses, or were they just hip to plan?

What plan, you ask? The age old “control the world” fantasy that has been fueled and maintained by a select few powerful ruling class families, world bankers, and secret societies all through history. Yes, I know that sounds far-fetched, but I can assure you that if you just put down those distraction devices, turn off the tv (It’s called “programming” for a reason), and seek out verifiable facts and knowledge, you will see how those that wish to control and dominate and enslave the majority (via poverty, debt, unemployment, foreclosure, the bankrupting of pensions and retirement accounts, and the all out destruction of the middle/working class ) are well on their way. The planned global economic meltdown will ensure that the masses are more dependent on the system than ever. i.e. Did you know there are millions more on the digital breadline, otherwise known as food-stamps, than there ever were on physical breadlines during The Great Depression? So don’t be fooled by the manipulation of the stock-market – it will rise as they continue to print money (called “Quantitative Easing”), so that the economy maintains the façade of being healthy. But look around the globe and you will see that our printing of the global reserve currency (U.S. Dollar) has created inflation all over the world, and the masses in most other countries have been protesting the higher cost of living in combination with with fewer jobs and more oppression. We can only continue to hide behind the dollar printing press for a short while longer. The banks that should have, and would have gone bankrupt in a truly free market were propped up back in 2008, and their derivative debt was swept under the carpet and never dealt with. Instead, interest rates have been kept artificially low to “stimulate the economy” by re-inflating the housing bubble and adding a new car bubble to the mix to make the economy look all the more robust. But all that is swiftly changing – which proves that the Fed is losing control of the façade, because interest rates have risen sharply, and at some point they will lose control as the dollar is completely devalued as the price of everyday goods skyrockets.

The only way to protect ourselves economically, and to restore our republic, is by refusing to feed the current completely corrupt system. The first thing to do is to educate yourself – and avoid fear-mongers and violence-inciters. A good place to start is http://alt-market.com/ – here is the latest YouTube video put out by Brandon Smith, who founded Alt-market so people could empower themselves with knowledge and resources. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4WvDvoIyjEI

It’s about PEACEFUL resistance, and the restoration of freedom.

One last but most relevant point…

Regardless of how you feel about the gun control issue, it’s imperative to understand that the 2nd amendment was established so that individuals could defend themselves and we the people could protect ourselves from tyranny. So it should come as no surprise that in every historical instance where a dictator has come to power, the first thing they’ve done is outlaw guns, leaving the people defenseless in a police state that rules by brutality, ignoring previously established laws and constitutions of the land. (i.e. Stalin, Mao, Hitler, etc.. .)

So imho, the real reason for that the system sought to incite controversy over the Trayvon Marin/George Zimmerman tragedy is so that it could once again attack the 2nd amendment, by demonizing “stand your ground” self-defense laws (which 24 states now have, so it’s not just Florida as the media would have you believe). Do you not see the fallacy in the argument that guns should be outlawed – it can be summed up in this statement “when you outlaw guns only the outlaws will have them”. This has been repeatedly born out by history and facts. Did you know that Australian citizens were subjected to a propaganda campaign that convinced them to turn in their guns so that there would be less crime – they did, and those guns were melted down, but naturally the criminals kept theirs. The result, home invasions at gun-point rose 67%. Do you also not realize that in America the city with the strictest gun-control laws, Chicago, has the most gun-related deaths? And conversely, the cities with the least amount of gun-related deaths support the 2nd amendment. It’s only logical that a criminal would think twice about attacking someone if they thought they might be armed. Of course, it should be the given that in order to own a gun a person should be screened to rule out past criminal behavior or psychiatric conditions, and that person should seek training in responsible gun ownership (including use and storage). There have been many cases in which people who were licensed to carry a gun have prevented a crime, and stopped criminals in their tracks, of course such cases are ignored by mainstream media.

Again, I think the whole tragedy could have and should have been avoided, but nonetheless it is obvious that is was used to rekindle or incite racial distrust and hatred, while also conveniently attacking people’s basic right to defend themselves. Since there are many states with a law similar to “stand your ground”, clearly there will be misuses of the these laws, but that does not mean we should throw the baby out with the proverbial bathwater. Just as it’s better to risk letting a guilty person go when a case can not be proved beyond a reasonable doubt, since the alternative would be presuming guilt and having to prove innocence, which is the case in some repressive countries. The result is that many innocent people, along will those deemed dissidents, all get railroaded by the system and imprisoned.

Let’s elevate our consciousness so that we rise above temporary knee-jerk reactions and prejudices and diffuse tension with a desire to understand “other” before attacking “other”, unless there is conclusive evidence that our lives are truly in jeopardy. – Lest we find ourselves as the “other” one day.

Remember, there is only one race – the human race.

    Hello,

After reading the replies to the recent “Zimmerman comes out of hiding to rescue…” article I was inspired to try and make a difference in the discussion.

I wound up spending my whole morning off writing a response, which is actually more like an article.

I wanted to let you know that I am giving you permission to run it as an article, if you so desire. I would just as that the byline be “jean b.” I am not seeking attention for myself, nor do I necessarily want to post controversial things under my full name, since I make a living as a freelancer and I’ve seen others blacklisted for less controversial pieces.

I am pasting in the final revision below, since I added something significant.

Thanks and keep up the great work!

Here is the link to your article, followed by my response that’s still pending on your server.
