Will GOP Cripple Unions by Forcing State Bankruptcies to Go Through?Is the new Republican House prepared to pass legislation to allow states to declare bankruptcy? According to MSNBC and other left leaning organizations,the GOP is methodically executing a plan that would cripple public employee unions by forcing states to declare insolvency, thereby forcing massive cuts to pension programs.
