When This Man Refused to Be Silenced, the Judge Had Him Tazed

In July of 2014, Delvon King was defending himself in court from a recent gun charge. He stood before Judge Robert Nalley, shackled with a shocker anklet in case he tried to flee or hurt anyone. It turns out however that King had far more to fear from Judge Nalley than the other way around.

As King tried to make his case he was repeatedly told to stop talking by the judge. After several failed attempts, the judge finally ordered the court deputy to taser the man.

That footage was released this week after Judge Nalley was charged, and subsequently pleaded guilty to violating the civil rights of Delvon King. As you might expect, the judge got a slap on the wrist. He was originally facing a year in jail and a $100,000 fine, but instead received a $5,000 fine and was ordered to take an anger management class.

  • The judge now has more to fear from a “stray” bullet than from a defendant’s mouth.

    • Little Bright Feather

It would be good not to be too ‘stray’ in this case !

  • bill lopez

and what about the bailiff who did this? Isn’t he just as guilty?

    • About as guilty as the American soldiers who attacked countries that never threatened or attacked us and murdered over a million unarmed non-combatants. As the saying goes, none dare call it treason.

      • Little Bright Feather

Well I DO dare ! And I’ve said so many times !

    • jbstoner43

Exactly. A modern day gestapo. And the baliff was dumb enough to do it.

    • Cal

Yes, just as guilty as those found guilty and hung at the Nuremberg Trials for “just following orders” and/or “just doing their jobs”. Because if they had not “just followed orders” and/or “just did their jobs” none of what happened there could have happened. He (bailiff) also was required to take an Oath to Support and Defend the US Constitution from all enemies, DOMESTIC and foreign.

Breaking that Oath is a felony and the crime of Perjury. There are also other crimes involved here on the part of both of them and the entire court that was there. ALL who work for our governments are REQUIRED to take and KEEP the Oath as a requirement of the position they occupy. If any position within the government did not take the Oath then nothing they do is lawful here in American anyway in that position.

    • Little Bright Feather

Yes he should have refused, It was no different then being order to shoot someone !

  • HangthebumNalley

The lackey court jester, I mean deputy actually tortured the man with 50,000 volts. This is what happens when you challenge a sociopath like ex- Judge career criminal Nalley.

Nalley is simply something that fell out of the toilet and on to the bench.

The Maryland Court of Appeals rescinded Nalley’s ability to hear cases several months after the incident. Nalley.refused to apologize.

In 2010, Judge Nalley, pleaded guilty to tampering with a vehicle after he deflated
the tire of a cleaning woman’s car that was parked in a restricted zone
at the courthouse. As a result, he was fined, had to write a letter of
apology and was suspended for five days without pay.

    • Mr Reynard

Someone should have a robust conversation, with this “respected” man of the law ??

      • Cal

This kind of stuff happens because people do not bother to read and know the US Constitution and their state’s Constitution (the contracts and supreme law of our nation and the highest law of the state.

Judges can be removed by the people by bringing charges of not using the constitutionally required “Good Behaviour” while in office. They are NOT in office for life, they are ALLOWED to remain in office for as long as they use good behavior. The US Constitution says what that good behavior is; doing their duty as assigned by the US and state Constitutions, and taking and KEEPING their Oath(s) of Office.

        • Mr Reynard

Law ! Is what we say, is LAW !
          White Horse Souse..

          • Little Bright Feather

OR Nixons’ = “It’s not a crime if the govt does it”

      • Little Bright Feather

Conversation ? Give him the same treatment he ordered ! Then throw him in prison for 10 years !

  • roger

All of those turds deserve to be capped.

  • Sir TuberKopf

OK so the government can’t water board known terrorists, but this judge can torture an innocent until proven guilty defendant?

Judge, why so afraid of this mans words? Judge needs to be disbarred from law.

  • Rayven Wrathchild

This is an outrage. The judge and officer need to serve 20 years in prison for torture!

  • jim

ride the lightning…then cry like a baby.

  • RandyJ/ProudSurvivor

“He was originally facing a year in jail and a $100,000 fine”-for “violating the civil rights of” Mr. King. It should be easy now, to see how seriously our civil rights are actually taken.

  • CrazyWorld

Most support our law enforcement officers, but this makes me wonder how many of these officers would turn on its citizens on a rouge officials orders.

    • Frank

Enough would turn on us so that the people giving the orders could accomplish their objectives. And it won’t take as many to turn traitor as people think.
A better question might be, will the LEOs who remain faithful to their oath of service turn against their fellow LEOs who sell out?

We just witnessed TYRANNY in action People..!!! I was watching the History channel about Hitlers/Nazi Germany and saw the very same things happening, but instead of a Tazer they used handguns/Rifles! That’s why the Gov wants only the Gov to have firearms and not “We the People”..!!! For a moment I thought I was watching the History Channel again about Hitlers Nazi Germany! These People need to realize, “We the People” have long MEMORIES and the Gov thinks they have the Red, Blue and Green list…”We the People” have list as well and People like this I would believe are someones list for Tyranny, Treason and violating all manners of our Civil Rights and the U.S. Constitution..!!! God help us, PLEASE!

The REAL law is the opposite = The Govt is not suppose to be armed – only the people are = from Founders Law.

The people are to have the same weapons as the military !

Govt is NOT to be armed – only the PEOPLE are !

When it is in the reverse – that is a Dictatorship, not freedom. A Master–slave set up.

“Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other Terrible implement of the soldier, are the birth-right of an American … The Unlimited power of the sword is NOT in the hands of either the Federal or state Governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the People.” — Tench Coxe (1755-1824) American political economist 20 Feb 1788

  • How dare you speak. Taze him!

  • Cal

    Ha, ha.

  • Little Bright Feather

THAT judge needs to be sent to hard prison for no less then 10 years for the order of attempted murder ! Many die from a jolt like that because it stops the heart rhythm and disrupts the brain and does great brain damage. Those things should be outlawed ! Now the judge also should be given the same treatment ! That fine was nothing for what judges are paid – they are over-paid way too much ! That judge needs to e taken off the bench permanently and a petition to do it should be made.
Police shockers are way too powerful and have killed many !
