Watch This Serial Rapist Cop Cry Like a Little Girl as He’s Sentenced to 263 YEARS in Prison

Most people agree that the so-called “justice system” in this country is broken. The more money you have to spend on lawyers and creative defenses, the less punishment you endure for your crimes. If you are a cop who commits one of those crimes, well, you have a good chance of never seeing the inside of a jail cell, statistically speaking.

Why? Because what kind of police do you call on the police?

That’s what one of the 13 rape and sexual assault victims, a teen girl, responded when someone asked her why she didn’t report her rape by 29-year-old former Oklahoma City police officer Daniel Ken Holtzclaw.

Holtzclaw has just been sentenced to 263 YEARS in prison for multiple counts of rape and sexual assault. Multiple women brought forth various charges.

d44319ad-949b-4b87-ab91-46a149460c9f

He was found guilty of 18 sexual offenses, including four counts of first-degree rape, involving ten victims. Victims varied from a 57-year-old grandmother he pulled over and forced into the back of his squad car, to a seventeen-year-old girl who he raped on her mother’s front porch. The teen’s DNA was found on the inside and outside of the former officer’s pants.

Because he was a cop and because the victims were all poor African American women, this guy apparently thought no one would believe them even if they did tell someone.

He thought he could get away with it.

Holtzclaw, who denied all charges, was sentenced after just six weeks and asked for a new trial. His request, like the requests of his victims to not be raped by a police officer who is supposed to serve and protect them, has been denied.

Justice, at least in this case and for once, has been served.

And he cried like a baby the whole time he was sentenced.

His crying is just starting, as he WILL be Bubba’s bitch for the rest of his pathetic and disgusting life!

    • Mike

      yep and serves him right.

    • Smarty

He’ll be experiencing his acts of “forcible sodomy” from an entirely different perspective now, when he takes his weekly rides on the lead zeppelin….

Been a long time since I rock’n’rolled…. This guy, in the Year 2279, when he gets out of cryonic suspension.

    • Reverend Draco

As a former Anointed One, he’ll never see GenPop. He’ll have his own little room in the basement behind Commissary.

      Which really is too bad.

      • gato felix

I hear that “accidents” often accur in prison!

      • Rick E.

I’m sure that you’re correct, but a lonely and isolated life he WILL live! They probably wouldn’t dare to put him with the general population, but someone will get him someday.

        • Reverend Draco

          We can hope.

        • RandyJ/ProudSurvivor

They can’t keep him 100% isolated forever. He’s a dead man walking-it’s just a matter of time.

    • cmb

I reported an Illinois cop for falsifying evidence. The “State Police Integrity Unit” responsible for investigate the matter left me a VM … of FARTING and BURPING. I went to the Sheriff to seek assistance in arresting the cop – they threatened to beat me up.

      • It’s horrendous, and impossible to believe until it happens to you. After I made a complaint for torture and sexual assault, I was harassed and they threw child protection at us with a false witness. That was Switzerland, but, I’m beginning to think it may be that way everywhere? I shudder to think…

        • cmb

So sorry to hear. I too think this goes on everywhere and why people in the US are beginning to riot. The riots have brought much attention to this issue. I honestly think the best way to approach these issues anymore is just shoot the cop in the first place.

          • Thank you for your support. In Switzerland it’s the whole system, from the politicians (they sign up to the EU for the money, university exchange programs and grants, access to bidding on EU projects, but hate the EU people) to the prosecutor and police who are just plain sadistic. The prosecutor in charge called my lawyer in may to say it was all a huge mistake, but then continued to seize my house for two months, wrecked my computers, and harass me for 6 months; then threw child protection at us. So, how do you attack a whole system? As for your “shoot the cop” idea — what about a website called “Where COPS Live”. That might make them behave if the next video on YouTube has a link containing their home address and where their kids go to school…People need to be held accountable for their actions, or you have “moral hazard”, which is what we appear to have now. If everyone in their kids school stopped talking to them because they beat some handcuffed guy on YouTube, that could work. A good old fashioned public shaming!

          • cmb

Your guys and mine must talk! I received all sort of subsequent harassment for standing up for myself to include an unlawful lien on my property for taxes I don’t owe. My counter lawsuit suing the judge was blocked by another buddy judge of his. I like your website idea. I do support violence when there is no other recourse as it seems today’s system. There must be one master playbook out there they use yet try telling someone what they have put you threw and they just cant believe it. I was the same way until it happened to me. My trust in any system has forever been destroyed.

          • David

my ‘trust” in the system ceased many years ago. cops are like anyone else. good one and bad ones. but the bad ones are really bad!!

          • cmb

the few “good” ones never do anything to fight the corruption. I have no qualms with anyone who shoots a cop, I now assume they had it coming and don’t understand why there isn’t more of it.

          • I’m sorry to hear that you went through that, its tough when you did nothing wrong. It seems to me that everything is so corrupt in the legal system that members of the state apparatus collude and abuse their power to tie you in legal knots. Ask a Swiss person and they don’t believe that, their police are tough but only against “criminals”. So they are indoctrinated from an early age never to question these guys and subconsciously are terrified of them. Because nobody believes it, and its difficult to explain, I put my story on two websites : areyouseriouslyinsane.com and the other actionsuisse.com — now when I tweet or Facebook about it, I have far less to explain. Maybe you could do that too.

          • cmb

So right Phil… I might just do the website thing

  • NonYo Business

  • Americaislost

Charlei; You don’t know squat. The Oklahoma City Police were totally for this guy getting what he deserves. A very small percentage of cops are bad. Anyone with a soul is against what this guy did.

On another note, why does America not wake up and see the out of control crime is done by a small percentage of the population, and that is young black men. This country gives them a pass to do whatever the hell they want to. They loot cities, burn down buildings and the authorities do very little about it. It is time to have equal justice for all, but if that were the case, Hillary would not even be able to run for president. She would be in jail.

    • cmb

      Small percentage my azz…

    • Reverend Draco

      Small percentage, my Aunt Fanny.

If there are so many “good cops,” where were they when the coproaches beat a homeless guy to death?
Where were they when a 92-year-old grandmother was gunned down in her home and had drugs planted on her?

Where have they been through the 1,000+ innocents murdered by cops last year?

Oh, right – good cops ride unicorns – neither of which exist in the real world.

Back to your knees, copsucker – there’s pig jizz needs swallowed.

Whahaha – scum bag. I ask the inmates to also give “prison justice”, so he knows how it feels.

  • none

That really is a turn on for some guys (!) A man showing his softer side.
Don’t worry, he won’t be harmed, wouldn’t want to damage the merchandise?

  • As someone who was tortured and sexually abused by police in Switzerland (a country where police expressly target foreigners and 72% of the prison population is foreign) I say this evil bastard deserves to rot in jail. All police who abuse their position to commit atrocities on the public they are meant to protect and serve should be locked up forever.
Imagine the courage and determination of these woman, most people don’t realise it takes a super human effort to even get the complaint registered in the first place. In my case in Switzerland I couldn’t even get a lawyer to defend me, I tried three before I went to Amnesty International and used their lawyer. Now, 9 months later, the case is still pending and it will take me 8 years and well over US$50,000 to get justice at the European court of human rights in Strasbourg. You can read about my case here http://www.actionsuisse.com/story
