Warning Shots Will Not Be Fired: Army Manual Outlines Plan To Kill Rioters, Demonstrators In America

A newly leaked US Army Military Police training manual for “Civil Disturbance Operations” outlines how military assets are to be used domestically to quell riots, confiscate firearms and even kill Americans on U.S. soil during mass civil unrest.  The document (PDF), which is dated 2006 and was used for a self-learning course at the U.S. Army Military Police School at Fort McClellan, makes it clear that the operations described in the manual apply to both “CONUS and OCONUS,” meaning inside the Continental United States and outside the Continental United States. The document outlines how military assets will be used to “help local and state authorities to restore and maintain law and order” in the event of mass riots, civil unrest or a declaration of martial law. The primary function of military assets will be focused around, “breaking up unauthorized gatherings and by patrolling the disturbance area to prevent the commission of lawless acts,” states the document, adding, “during operations to restore order, military forces may present a show of force, establish roadblocks, break up crowds, employ crowd control agents, patrol, serve as security forces or reserves, and perform other operations as required.” The manual also describes how prisoners will be processed through temporary internment camps under the guidance of U.S. Army FM 3-19.40 Internment/Resettlement Operations, which as we reported earlier this year, outlines how internees would be “re-educated” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States. Any of the elite who actually believe that US soldiers will fire on American citizens is extremely deluded. As the USSR was collapsing and citizens demonstrating in the streets of Moscow, not one single Red Army soldier fired a single shot at them. They wanted no part of that and neither do any US Army soldiers. They have taken oaths to defend and protect this country. They will be no less mindful of this than the Russian soldiers were of their oaths. They are also mindful of the fact that they have to live here after any kind of unpleasantness occurs and that there would be no hiding from justice. The “I was just following orders” excuse has been used before and has also been thoroughly discredited.
That said, anyone involved in looting, arson, or harming others will be arrested and detained by police and, if necessary, military forces… and shot if they resist. If armed gangs of hoodlums were terrorizing your city, wouldn’t you be VERY happy to see the US Army or National Guard arrive and put a stop to such activities? I know that I would.

too a point your are wrong. SOME of our soldiers will refuse to fire on our citizens. But! Many will follow orders! This is what they were trained to do and they have done it in the past! Our media is a very strong influencer. If the media should label you a commie or a terrorist even(God forbid) a socialist, chances are you are going to have bullets coming your way. We all should be care of the labels our media uses so casually against people with whom they disagree. One day soon, You may be painted with one of these labels and who is going to believe different other then friends and close family. Probably not alot of them will support you either!

I am a veteran and agree that soldiers in previous years have been trained this way… but what is the purpose of allowing openly homosexual troops into the military, if not to create an environment that is hostile to the concept of absolute right and wrong, and to substitute moral relativism as the guiding principle? Look at what has happened with U.N. Peacekeeping forces: Euro-trash perverts and rapists abound, and they go to third-world countries to have a good time. It is just a matter of time before the degenerates are running things in our military… and the moral relativistic code replaces the high moral standards of our soldiers.
I know that sounds pessimistic, but I fear for the moral soul of our military, and pray that this does not happen.
The U.S. Army at least is not as patriotic as you might think. It is full of ghetto blacks, foreigners with no alegience to America or Americans, many hardly speak English, many blacks are muslim converts or worse. Of course they will open fire on us since most of us who are going to finally be fed up are White! Looters and such will have to be dealt with on individual basis’ by those of us that are awake and armed.

Our soldiers are taught to follow orders period!! So the next time you want to make false claims look no farther then the many Meth addicts and Outlaw Bikers who are mostly White. @BlueCollar Scholar, Idiot! Have you seen the NEW ARMY! I stand by what I said and it applies to the “regular Army” which is the greater part of the Army, not SF, most RANGERS or Delta types.
The first responders would shoot americans they do so every day and kill with tasers also. I would not underestimate anyone we live in dangerous times.

For those of you who still have doubts or are still in denial about the National Guard or the military taking our guns from us or shooting us dead on American soil.. it has already happened!! Wake up!! Remember Hurricane Katrina?? Door to door the troops (both Guard and Army Infantry Brigade- look up the 45th Infantry Brigade in New Orleans) went, knocking and asking if anyone at the residence needed any assistance as they kicked the doors in. People were beaten, shot, women were raped, and ALL firearms were confiscated. If you resisted you were dealt with very physically. If you resisted with arms, you were shot down. You can still watch plenty of videos from Katrina on YouTube of this outrage. If we cannot have our Second Amendment during times of emergency, and you are willing to give up your firearms in those times, what is the point of the Second Amendment at all? You may as well turn in your guns now! I will resist. It is my God-given right to protect myself. The problem is, just like in New Orleans, you won’t have time to band together with other armed patriots. They come in at the dead of night with boots on the ground while you are sleeping soundly in your bed. You better have a plan ready now before it happens again! Because it WILL happen again.
