Wait, We Don’t Have to Pay Federal Income Tax?

taxes

Have you ever heard that the IRS operates on 90% bluff?

This is ex-IRS agent Sherry Jackson. Listen to her discuss how the IRS really works. If you haven’t heard this before, it just might blow your mind…

You may have seen Sherry interviewed in Aaron Russo’s film “Freedom to Fascism“. Russo, to paraphrase, said you aren’t technically obligated to pay federal taxes on your personal income, but you probably should anyway, you know, since the IRS basically operates like the mafia…

Is that not funny now we the citizens pay taxes so the Foreign ENTITIES don’t have to and can live for free in the land of milk and honey.

May be funny but the joke is on us

  • Everybody should have at least *some* untraceable, underground income. Don’t let “them” know everything about your income, it is none of their business.

    • How do you keep them and their friends in the intelligence business from knowing about your underground income?

      • You use cash and don’t tell them about it, tech-advanced people have many options though.

        • If you use cash and never electronically communicate, but word of mouth has fallen on very bad times, and very few eschew cellphones, which hear and can transmit everything they do to the Utah Data Center for analysis and storage. Carrying a cellphone is like providing one’s own personal surveillance of oneself, since they are always on and listening, even when the externally accessible battery is removed, due to the batteries being installed on the mother boards. I have two dumbphones and they seldom are with me.

Barter goods and services for worthless pieces of green paper with a face and numbers on it

          • Not me but yeah…

          • Christopher

The Green paper is not worthless. Why I can trade 2 of them for a hamburger. The important part is which dollar you use while calculating finances with the government. Which dollar you use is I’m,portent and if you use those green pieces of paper then you are not using dollars., just legal tender. And pennies are legal tender too.

          • The legal tender doesn’t change the nature of the negotiable, it just requires you to use and accept it in payment of legal debts. This is really silly since it can’t be used in payment, just discharge. Currency is only worth what traders consider it to be worth. When confidence is gone, it is worthless.

          • Christopher

Man O Man I feel bad for all you folks on this thread. I forgot how indoctrinated with Patriot myths and government propaganda everyone is.This is why I stopped helping people. It is so awful for me to see how enslaved people are even though it it TOTALLY understandable. Satan is the MASTER of lies. This whole nation is under Satan’s guiding hand.

            Maybe this will help…

I am not FORCED to accept anything. I have the right to contract. Look up the law commonly known as “gold clause”. I can DEMAND that I be paid in a specific type of U.S. money.

            31 U.S. Code § 5118 – Gold clauses and consent to sue;

            (a) In this section—

            (1) “gold clause” means a provision in or related to an obligation alleging to give the obligee a right to require payment in—

            (A) gold;

            (B) a particular United States coin or currency; or

            (C) United States money measured in gold or a particular United States coin or currency.

Did you read (C)? Think about that. It means you can CALCULATE money as MEASURED in 31 USC section 5112(e) United States coin.

How many “dollars” did you make last year? Was it over the filing requirement? If you are married you would need to make over $21,500. That is 365,500 Federal Reserve Notes if you measure United States money you receive in 5112(e) United Staes coin.

You don’t even have to receive that type of coin. You just have to MEASURE in that type of coin.

Now combine that with the RFRA protection of the “least restrictive means of enforcement (if you have a sincere belief and I do) then you have the legal right to use the law to your advantage.

Use the free bridge. it is right there for anyone with the eyes to see it.

“I live in Alexandria, Virginia. Near the Supreme Court chambers is a toll bridge across the Potomac. When in a rush, I pay the dollar toll and get home early. However, I usually drive a free bridge outside the downtown section of the city, and cross the Potomac on a free bridge. This bridge was placed outside the downtown Washington, D.C. area to serve a useful social service: getting drivers to drive the extra mile to help alleviate congestion during rush hour. If I went over the toll bridge and through the barrier without paying the toll, I would be committing tax evasion. If, however, I drive the extra mile and drive outside the city of Washington, I am using a legitimate, logical and suitable method of tax avoidance, and I am performing a useful social service by doing so. For my tax evasion, I should be punished. For my tax avoidance, I should be commended. The tragedy of life today is that so few people know that the free bridge event exists.” U.S. Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis

          • The only thing worse than being indoctrinated with Patriot myths and government propaganda is being indoctrinated with religious mythology, although I understand that phrase is redundant. As explained in the Constitution, gold and silver are the only forms of money in the U.S., anything else is currency or debt.

          • Christopher

We all have religion. Your religion is disbelief. It is used by those that seek to steal liberty. Obviously you are another victim. I have seem many. They reject the testimony of the Founding fathers. They reject the author of rights. They reject our legal system and the foundations of our Constitution and government. Then they wonder why government takes their liberty. It is always fun to watch it happen to such people.

Gold and silver are NOT the only forms of money in the Constitution. In fact the Constitution is very clear that Congress can regulate the value of coin. If that had not been in the Constitution the silver and gold coins minted by the government after the Constitution was ratified would be unconstitutional. The dollars mentioned in the Constitution are Spanish dollars and were used in the united States before it became the United States. If that was the only Constitutional dollar then we would have to have Spain mint our coins. Gold and Silver are indeed limitations upon the States as per the Constitution But no where are gold and silver mandated upon Congress or the Federal government.

Perhaps you should pray about it to whatever god you worship. And if you claim you don’t worship a god then pray to yourself because you are your god. Of course that means that you have no unalienable rights granted by God so you actually have no rights at all. At least in our legal system. Good luck with that.

          • James Michael

Wrong ignorant one…They are a specific number of grains of the metals NOT based on the spanish money try again and I have a kidnapping traitor with a badge paying me right now in lawful dollars….
They have debased out money for a log long time and that is treason and a death sentence…

          • Christopher

How is the 31 USC 5112 (e) dollar debased oh uneducated one?

The “dollar” mentioned in the Constitution IS the Spanish dollar.

  • arahn

Just like how most laws are illegal (in violation of the Bill of Rights) but they enforce them anyway because the Gov was hijacked.

  • We~see

Wait, We Don’t Have to Pay Federal Income Tax.
that’s right you don’t have to pay them. one fucking penny

the only payment i see is Led .

    • Zeppelin?

      • Smarty

No. I think he meant LED lighting…

      • We~see

Lead not led i was watching a zeppelin video haha good one

  • Joe sChmoe

The last sentence says it all, that’s why most everyone pays the thugs.

“Russo, to paraphrase, said you aren’t technically obligated to pay federal taxes on your personal income, but you probably should anyway, you know, since the IRS basically operates like the mafia…”

  • M_111

Try it and see what happens. They are taking money out of every check of mine right now. AND I don’t even owe them, (they actually owe me but it has been 3 years since I overpaid so no refund–or credit). This last one I have to prove that I don’t owe them plus an astronomical amount with penalties. But until then, they contacted my employer and they remove it before I ever get it. I assure you I will not get the interest returned to me that I am losing, yet I must pay their fees and interest. Mafia sound about right. They will make your life hell if you don’t pay them. This isn’t Fight Club.

    • They count on your ignorance of the tax code. I know someone that uses it against them and it is sooo funny to watch but yes he does get audited. He is a millionaire with negative income! He uses their own rules against them which is completely legal.

      • Christopher

If you think knowledge of the tax code will help you then you are in error. That is like using Satan’s bible to prove Satan is evil. If you follow the code or seek protection in the code then you are a Taxpayer as the code only applies to Taxpayers and not non-taxpayers.

        • You’re paying taxes too, hate to break it to you. Not paying any taxes is better than paying taxes correct? Give it a shot without knowing the tax code and let me know how you make out 🙂

          • Christopher

I know the tax code better than most. But I do not use it in my defense. I do not pay any Federal or State income taxes. I pay no FICA taxes. I have nothing to do with Obamacare. I pay gas taxes and sales taxes. But I need not sign a form saying how many dollars of income I have to do that. And I have not filed or paid Federal Income or FICA taxes in over 35 years and I have NO problems with the IRS and never have. I have been very vocal about it to. I have run for political office and had front page news stories written about how I don’t pay and don’t even have a Drivers license. I have faced off with the IRS in Tax Court as a witness for others and faced off with the IRS and DoJ as a paralegal all around the USA. They knew I did not file because I told them in the Courtroom during breaks. So it has worked out better than I expected when I started by trusting only in God and knowing nothing except that I knew it was evil so I stopped.

          • Manuel

            Sources please. How?

          • Christopher

Sources for what? Court cases? Laws? My life story? What? Be specific. I will write back latter. I have to go build a Pirate ship for Ren Fair now. Arrrrrrrr.

          • Manuel

I mainly interested in how you cannot pay taxes and not have any problems for 35 years especially when you’ve thrust yourself into the lime light with apolitical campaign. And also how you fought off court cases. Pretty much every case I’ve ever heard of that is similar to yours those that tried to declare income tax illegal ended up in jail… or at least having a significant amount of their money and property stolen by the government.

          • Christopher

Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of the IRS I will fear no evil for Christ is with me. Trust in God. Do what is right and let the consequences follow. I have never had to go to court to defend myself. The IRS agreed with me. They also don’t take on cases they think they may lose. Mine would be a high profile case and they would risk too much. I am not worth it to them. I could cast them too much. At least that is what their DoJ manual states. I have read it. I am an Eagle Scout. “Be Prepared.” Work and study like it all depends on you and pray like it all depends of God.

The reason you here about the ones that lose is because the IRS makes sure you hear about it.

“The real point of audits is to instill fear, not to extract revenue; the IRS aims at winning through intimidation and (thereby) getting maximum voluntary compliance.” –Paul Strassel, Former IRS Headquarters Agent `Wall St. Journal’ 1/28/80

          • Manuel

            1/28/80

That’s a long time ago. I want to believe you but the US government is now a highly sophisticated spying and military apparatus. They shoot first and ask questions later, both literally and figuratively.

Look at all the people who have been screwed with “civil asset forfeiture” for example – no IRS necessary to take all their stuff.

For me the best solution continues to be far and away to… not live in the US, not have assets in the US, and not to have reportable, taxable income above the poverty line in the US.

          • Christopher

Don’t believe me. check it out for yourself. NEVER trust anyone. Do a Yahoo search on Christopher Senator Ensign Dollar and Federal Reserve Note. I don’t hide from the government. I ask them questions. They told me what a dollar is. They told me that no one is required by law to have a Social Security Number. They told me that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act applies to the IRS. They told me that the Federal Reserve Bank is privately owned. Look up the court case I posted and read them for yourself. Read Testament of Sovereignty and look up everything yourself. After it was published I discovered and a few of the quotes were probably wrong, not many, but a few.

Do you think the rich own things? They have nothing to take. The things they USE are owned by trusts that they do not manage and yet they manage them. If you think like a serf you will be one. If you think and act like a sovereign then you are one. Your choice.

If you are not willing to risk what the Founding fathers risked then you are not worthy of liberty. So be a Voluntary Slave if that suits you. Your choice.

If you don’t want to live in the US of A then move. Once again it is your choice. I am a 100% believer in freedom of choice. It is a standard of my religion that “You are becoming what you are.”

          • Great links and info, thanks! I have a friend that just moved to Belize, on the beach. They said their cost of living is $2500/mo!

          • Manuel

That’s where it’s at. There are places where you can even do it for half that or less. Check out Vietnam, for example.

          • Then you are somebody I would really like to ask lots of questions to. Lots of respect for doing that BTW, that is impressive.

          • Christopher

All glory goes to God. When I got married my 18 year old bride told me that she had be told by God that she should not file tax returns because they were supporting evil. She told me that this happened to her when she was 10. She has never filed. She told me that if I filed she would divorce me. I prayed about it and there was no question that I had to follow my wife’s advice. I did and never filed again. That started me on my quest for knowledge. I worked with many in the tax truth movement including but not limited to Joseph Banister, Larken Rose, Bob Bernhoft, Irwin Schiff, Aaron Russo, Sherry Jackson, Christopher M. Hansen and many more. But most of them were trying to find a way inside the code. I rejected the code right off because it is only for taxpayers.

If I am forced to sign a 1040 or other tax return that are ONLY for “taxpayers” (See also South Carolina v. Regan, 465 U.S. 367, (1984) (Non-taxpayers have different remedies), Northern Pipeline Const. Co. v. Marathon Pipe Line Co. 458 U.S. 50, *83-84, (1982) (only taxpayers can go to Tax Court) Economy Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. v. U. S. 470 F.2d 585, *589 (Ct.Cl.,1972) “[P]ersons who are not taxpayers are not within the system and can obtain no benefit by following the procedures prescribed for taxpayers…” ) If you even ask the IRS a tax question you are essentially admitting you are a taxpayer. Therefore a taxpayer must be considered, by my faith, to be a member of a religious cult, so I would be forced “to profess a belief or disbelief in [a] religion” that is anathema to my religious beliefs and exercise and that is both unconstitutional and violation of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

          • It is like a religious cult and I want out! I am aware of this worldwide, invisible pyramid which has the stench of an ancient evil that has this plane’s inhabitants engulfed, including myself. I did not volunteer for anyhting, I was tricked and I do not take well to being deceived. Thanks for the info.

          • Christopher

It isn’t LIKE a cult. It is one:

World renowned economist John Maynard Keynes in his 1925 A Short View of Russia as edited down for ESSAYS IN PERSUASION (Harcourt Brace, 1932), clearly defines why Communism (Leninism) is, without question, not only a religion but an alternative to Christian capitalism. (Bold emphasis added, italic emphasis in the original.)

            Chapter IV, Page 297

            I. A Short View of Russia

            (i) What is the Communist Faith

Leninism is a combination of two things which Europeans have kept for some centuries in different compartment of the soul—religion and business. We are shocked because the religion is new, and contemptuous because the business. We are shocked because the religion is new, and contemptuous because the business, being subordinated to the religion instead of the other way around, is highly inefficient.

Like other new religions, Leninism derives its power not from the multitude but from a small minority of enthusiastic converts, whose zeal and intolerance make each one the equal in strength of a hundred indifferentists. Like other new religions, it is led by those who can combine the new spirit, perhaps sincerely, with seeing a good deal more than their followers, (p. 298) politicians with at least an average dose of political cynicism, who can smile as well as frown, volatile experimentalists, released by religion from truth and mercy but not blinded to facts and expediency, and open therefore to the charge (superficial and useless though it is where politicians, lay or ecclesiastical, are concerned) of hypocrisy. Like other new religions, it seems to take the colour and gaiety and freedom out of everyday life and to offer a drab substitute on the square wooden faces of its devotees. Like other new religions, it persecutes without justice or pity those that actively resist it. Like other new religions, it is unscrupulous. Like other new religions, it is filled with missionary ardour and oecumenical ambitions. But to say that Leninism is the faith of a persecuting and propagating minority of fanatics led by hypocrites is, after all, to say no more nor less than that it is a religion and not merely a party, and Lenin a Mahomet, not a Bismark. If we want to frighten ourselves in our capitalist easy-chairs, we can picture the Communists of Russia as though the early Christians led by Attila were using the equipment of the Holy Inquisition and the Jesuit missions to enforce the literal economics of the New Testament; but when we want to comfort ourselves in the same chairs, can we hopefully repeat that these economics are fortunately so contrary to human nature that they cannot finance either missionaries or armies and will surely end in defeat?

          • Christopher

This new religion is different from the Religions
of the West so many in the West do not recognize it as a religion. Why? Because
this “new religion” of Communism has done what Keynes predicted it must. It has
            “sufficient dilution and added impurity”
as to “catch the multitude.” Communism
has become the established religion of the United States, China, all of Europe, North Korea, Cuba and
many other if not most nations at least in part. Not in its pure state as preached by the prophet Marx and Lenin
his disciple but in the diluted form Keynes said was necessary. As Trotsky
wrote: “Marx is the prophet with the tables
of the law and Lenin the greatest executor of the testament” (see the
report at the Seventh All Russian Party conference of April 5th, 1923 as
published in LENIN by Blue Ribbon Books, New York,1925). Trotsky
was second in authority only to Lenin in 1923 and even he calls Marx a prophet
comparing him to Moses with the tables of the law (Ex.
24: 12) and Lenin becomes the executor of that religions new “testament.”

            This must be given “great
            weight.”

            In such an intensely
personal area, of course, the claim of the registrant that his belief is an
essential part of a religious faith must
            be given great weight.

            U.S.
            v. Seeger 380 U.S.
            163, 184, 85 S.Ct. 850, 863 (U.S.Cal. 1965)

          • James Michael

            You sound American lol

          • Christopher

And what does an American sound like? I pledge al…

Or is it…”Where do I sign the form?”

    • If they didn’t get a court order, I’d file against my employer in small claims court every payday. If the employer can’t produce a court order, he is committing conspiracy to commit theft under the fourth amendment. An IRS order to garnish carries the same legal weight as a presidential executive order, none.

    • Razedbywolvs

This happened to my former boss.
They will eventually take your money on the basis that you didn’t collect it.

    • Christopher

I tried it for over 35 years. I have never had a problem with them that was more than a phone call and few letters. I have signed letters from the IRS that I am not required to file a 1040. I cannot sign a 1040 because that would be perjury. I have not income in dollars and have not since I was boy. Also since my religion requires me to eschew Socialism the Religious Freedom Restoration Act also protects me from these Individuals Representing Satan (aka IRS).

  • The problem being: if you have ever submitted an IRS tax return, you have legally opted yourself into the system, and you cannot back out, as you have then admitted that the system is legit.

    • So someone who pays a blackmailer, they legitimize the blackmail?

      • Actually, yes. The blackmailer should have been shot.

        • Legitimate blackmail is an oxymoron, but no crime, so why would you shoot someone under false pretences?

          • I like to shoot people who do me wrong?

          • That is considered homicide if not done in provable self-defense, so I rather doubt you have ever done it, unless you are writing from death row.

          • Oh, please4. Are you one of those basement dwellers who always have to get the last word in? Go for it, Sally.

          • Nope.

    • Christopher

Yes. You can. Every year is a new year. You opt in every year. The key is knowing what is and what is not a dollar and sending that Social Security number back to their established religion of Socialism. If you have an SSN you are Federal personnel and you have to pay the INTERNAL revenue tax. Having an SSN is like joining the army. The RFRA can be very useful if you are a Christian in fighting the IRS. I haven’t filed in over 35 years and never had a problem. And I don’t pay them anything.

    • James Michael

Wrong…..Fraud makes everything after it void…..I know been doing the same as him for over 9 years now….I just stopped talking to fiction of law…..

  • gato felix

You’re absolutley correct, if I’m not mistaken I think it went by something called “The Act of 1871” wich converted this country into a corporation!!

    • TARDISOFGALLIFREY

I believe it was called The Organic Act.

  • My bitcoins retain their value, PMs are a nice hedge also.

    • TARDISOFGALLIFREY

How will you spend your bitcoins when the grid & internet go down?

      • If the grid and internet went down I guess I wouldn’t be missing any online deals so why would I care?

    • Christopher

My dollars retain their value too. 31 USC 5112(e) dollars.

      • I guess you don’t know what PM means.

        • Christopher

PMs means precious metals. But 31 USC 5112(e) dollars are not just PM. They are dollars. They are in circulation. (huge difference if you know the court rulings on the subject) They are legal tender AND dollars unlike Federal Reserve Notes that are legal tender but not dollars or even money per se. A penny is legal tender also but not a dollar either. Do you know the difference between a dollar with Congressionally regulated value and a bar of PM? If you do not then you are probably filing a return. Can you calculate your finances using PM? I can calculate my finances using 31 USC 5112(e) dollars. Big difference.

          • Great stuff, I wish I knew more.

          • Christopher

Take a look at 41 USC Section 666 (a)(13)(A). That is the establishment of the Mark of the Beast. Revelation 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

No licenses without an SSN. It is obviously the Mark or so much like it that it is dangerous to your eternal welfare to use it.

The government has established a religion and its tithing arm is the IRS. Thank about that on a Constitutional level.

The Supreme Court has ruled that the government cannot establish a religion of secularism in School Dist. of Abington Tp., Pa. v. Schempp 374 U.S. 203, *225, (1963)

“We agree of course that the State may not establish a ‘religion of secularism’ in the sense of affirmatively opposing or showing hostility to religion, thus ‘preferring those who believe in no religion over those who do believe.’”

The Supreme Court has ruled in Lee v. Weisman, 505 U.S. 577, *578, (1992) that the government cannot establish a civic religion:

“[T]he government may not establish an official or civic religion as a means of avoiding the establishment of a religion with more specific creeds.”

How can and why do the political leaders call the Social Security system a “Sacred Trust”? Isn’t there a separation of Church and State?

The fact that the Government could NOT print paper money is evidenced in The Debates in the Federal Convention of 1787 reported by James Madison, August 16. Read what Mr. Read has to say about giving the Federal government to power to print such paper money. So is printing such money an establishment of a civic religion? Is it anti-Christ and therefore also un-constitutional?

Read the Declaration of taking up arms where it speaks of “voluntary slavery”. You can find it on the Avalon Project by Yale University. Then ask yourself if you are a voluntary slave and what you are going to do about. But also remember that Christians are NOT to take up arms. We must do this peacefully at this time. I have done it so I know it is possible.

          • Great stuff! Awesome! You serve, you are a good person, I can “see” it and do admire it. I certainly did not sign up to be a part of some civic religion. I am against all organized religion(no offense intended). I am not religious but I do not like what they are doing to (innocent)christians and I have no qualms with removing a threat(1000x over if necessary).

It seems to me that they are discriminating against people like me that claim no religion by just merely reading your comment. I don’t want to be caught up in this legal/fiction nonsense any more than the next person(human, to be specific). I could lie and say I was part of a religion but lying isn’t my thing so I’d have to pass which seems unfair to me. If my freedom is at stake I will lie under duress/coercion no matter what if it helps me though. I always say, “Always be honest and tell the truth… to your friends, family, anybody you care about and just in general BUT say whatever you have to, to police, investigators that are state or gov. paid, lawyers, judges, etc.. if it gets you or a friend out of trouble with them.” I already knew it was wrong, I could feel it, I just didn’t know the details. FarleyLives! is the one on here that knows the most about this topic as far as I know but you seem well informed also.

Wish there was a “don’t do labels and leave me the F alone group” that backed each other up.

Again, I appreciate the valuable information.

          • Christopher

Seegar was like you. He won at the SCOTUS. You should read his case. It was a conscience Objector case. United States v. Seeger, 380 U.S. 163 (1965)

            Another good case is TORCASO v. WATKINS, 367 U.S. 488 (1961)

And: EVERSON v. BOARD OF EDUCATION OF EWING TP., 330 U.S. 1 (1947).

But be sure to read the Hobby Lobby case. Especially the Footnotes. And also the ruling that allowed for Obamacare and what Roberts said about the filing requirement. Then look what your “income” would be if calculated in 31 USC section 5112(e) dollars instead of FRNs. The RFRA forces the government to use the LEAST RESTRICTIVE means of enforcement. Good luck. I studied this stuff for 35 years. And I had God helping me. I couldn’t imagine doing it with His help.

I started my own Fellowship to protect myself. The First Christian Fellowship or Eternal Sovereignty. That is why I wrote Testament of Sovereignty. You can have your own beliefs without belonging to any religion. Seeger proved that. You can even fight back stating that you will not be involved in THEIR religion. You certainly have that right. Like I said…Read the Seegar case. It will give you ideas.

          • Wags71

Which coin do you convert FRN to when calculating your income?

          • Christopher

The only one that meets the biblical standard. 31 USC 5112*e). The one dollar silver coin weighing one ounce of silver. The gold coins do not meet the biblical standard. They have weights that do not match up.

  • One wonders why the anonymous author didn’t mention her four years in prison. The IRS leaves people alone who would be more trouble than they are worth. Sherry Jackson is the female Irwin Schiff…

    • I don’t really judge people for being in prison because I realize that they lock any and everybody up for any and everything they can think of.

      • I have never judged her, but she is wasting her time and effort like he is. She makes more sense than he does, putting things into more man in the street language than he does. She probably won’t die in prison like he will, if the humanitarian movement to get him out fails.

        • Christopher

I personally know them both. Both are wrong. The system is voluntary and they volunteered. I told Irwin he was going to prison if he kept it up. I was right.

      • tanaberrys .

        Oooooooh so true!

  • I guess you haven’t read the late Eustace Mullins or G. Edward Griffin?

    • Ohh, that’s a nice link

      • sunshine

Speaking of links, Ed Ward Md is amazing! Thanks for telling me about him!

        • Oh you’re welcome! Yeah, he is a smart one!

      • Smarty

Who’s Ed Ward MD ? Did I miss something important here?

      • Glad you like it, I’m sure the Supremes wouldn’t.

  • Roger Morris

look at the 16th amendment. there is NO ENFORCEMENT CLAUSE!! look at the 13th and 14th and see the difference.

    • Christopher

The 16th doesn’t need an enforcement clause. The 16th, although never ratified, wasn’t even needed since the tax is voluntary.

Our system of taxation is based on voluntary assessment and payment, not upon distraint. –United States v. Flora, 362 US 145 (1958)

It is an illusion. Satan works by illusion. Individuals Representing Satan.

The IRS was never created by Congress. The 16th and 17th were never ratified. The government unconstitutionally established the religion of Marxism and its tithing clause the 2nd plank of the Communist Manifesto. I have not filed in over 35 years and have letters from the IRS that I am not required to file a 1040. Know the truth and the truth will make you free.

  • paulgilpin

this gal needs to be trump’s VP.

  • Manuel

I apprciate the sentiment but can the author of the post or the creator of these videos explain why Irwin Schiff is rotting away in jail if we “don’t have to pay federal income tax”?

    • Christopher

Because he volunteered. He just didn’t realize that. I talked to him many times. I know Sherry too. And Russo, and Joe Banister and many others that have fought the Individuals Representing Satan.

Our system of taxation is based on voluntary assessment and payment, not upon distraint. –United States v. Flora, 362 US 145 (1958)

      Don’t volunteer.

      • Manuel

So how does one not “volunteer” or “unvolunteer”.

        • Christopher

The first thing is to stop using THEIR Social Security Number. It does not belong to you. It says so right on the card. As long as you use their number to get benefits they own you, That is the first step. The second is to know what a dollar is. The third is to know what the Bible says about money and equal weights and measures. And if you have not placed following God above government then all of the above is a waste of time. The RFRA does not protect people that do not have sincerely held religious beliefs.

          • Manuel

That’s great in theory… but suppose you explain to me how you can:

            1) Open a bank account

            2) Get a credit or debit card

            3) Have a job

            4) Work as an independent contractor (anybody that hires you to work will demand a W9 and will 1099 you ratting you out to the IRS)

            5) The million other things I’m not thinking of off the top of my head

Without providing their social security number?

And also what if you already have one and used it in the past?

          • Christopher

It is very difficult to open a bank account. I use entities. Fictions to deal with a fiction called the government. Get credit. Their you go. You make choices. Is getting credit worth your liberty. That is why they call it “voluntary compliance”. Getting you to sell your birthright for a mess of pottage is what the government is good at. Neither a lender nor a borrower be. I own my own businesses and I do so because I will not allow others to make choices for me. But if you want to sell yourself and liberty to others that is your choice. “Voluntary compliance.” The RFRA protect me in many ways. If you are an “independent contractor” then you have agreed that you are a “taxpayer.” I don’t use the IRC. I can’t I am not a “Taxpayer.” “Voluntary compliance.” Are you starting to see how they obtain it? Millions of other things? Like what? I can buy and sell without that number. Can’t you buy and sell without that number? The Bible says you will not be able to buy and sell without the number of the beast. I don’t use the Mark of the Beast because my God would not like me to do that. But the choices are yours. Just like the Founding Fathers had to make choices. You never have a Social Security Number. The number belongs to the government. Throw it away. Give it back to the owner. There are many ways a sovereign American can deal with their servant on the matter. If you have not educated yourself on the subject then that is another choice you made. People used to become indentured servants too. Choices.

          • Manuel

How do you own a business without giving full details about the owner?

How do you get a bank account for company without having to divulge info about the beneficial owner(s), especially with today’s anti-money laundering laws?

Unless you live in a mud hut in the middle of nowhere, grow your own food and generate your own electricity (if you even have it at all) I don’t see how you can completely avoid use of a social security number in 2015.

Plus even living off the grid like that is increasingly drawing the attention of the authorities and they are trying to prevent it: http://countercurrentnews.com/2015/06/court-rules-living-off-the-grid-is-illegal/ That’s just one story I picked at random but there are many that are similar.

I wish what you were saying were true but it certainly doesn’t ring true for me and I bet not for the majority of Americans either.

          • Christopher

What does it take to form a bowling league? How about a fellowship or church? A library? A knitting circle? You don’t believe that the rich put their names on anything…do you? What Corporation A owns Corporation B and that owns the LLC that owns Corporation X. But I find that fellowships are the best for me. But that is me, not you. Ask God what to do. I did. I don’t live of the grid. I live in a home in Las Vegas, Nevada. I ran for governor here several years ago. I was on the front page a lot for running for office and building a third party. I don’t hide.

Do you know about the RFRA? Do you know that having a Social Security Number is voluntary. You have to APPLY for one. I have 35 years of experience on this. Do you think I can tell you everything on a post like this? Think for yourself. Study. Pray. If any one lacks wisdom let him ask of God. I did and He gave me all kinds of help and inspiration. NO. I am not joking. Trust is God is the beginning of wisdom.

          • Manuel

Burying one corporation or LLC under another, there eventually must be a beneficial owner. They still must want the data on the person with signing authority. This kind of stuff sounds both illegal and like something you could never get away with today.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for starving the mafia known as the government from revenue but I don’t want to end up in jail, or losing my assets over it. My recommended method is move abroad and keep your reportable taxable income below the poverty line.

I’m not sure what year you were born but it sounds like a good number before me. Nowadays people don’t apply for social security numbers, they are assigned at birth or at least applied for by the parents before the child is old enough to have any say in the matter.

Plus, can you even get a passport without a social security number? I’m not sure.

If taxation is legally voluntary, how can they have huge fines and jail terms for non-crimes like not reporting a foreign bank account? Even when you live abroad!

No I do not know about RFRA.

          • Christopher

How owns GM? Who owns Disney? You are living in a world where you MUST give the government information. I am living in a world where I don’t give the government any information. I have the right to privacy and the right to remain silent. Nevada does not share cooperation information with the Federal government. You don’t “get away” with legal activity.Your words betray your attitude. You are what you think you are. If you are a voluntary slave…subject then you are one. If you are an American sovereign, as the law says you are THEN ACT LIKE ONE.

They tried to assign an SSN to my friend’s child at the hospital. They told him he could not leave until he sign the form. He told them to call the police because a kidnapping was in progress. They let him leave. …Until a child signs the card it is not valid. And no Child can contract away his rights.

The rules are on the passport application as to what to do if you don’t have an SSN. Fill it in with all Zeros.

If you join the military voluntarily and you refuse an order by a commanding officer can they punish you? When you stay in THEIR system then you joined the Income Tax Army. So shut up and pay solider. Or quit and become a free man. But don’t try to claim the “benefits” of membership.

“An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.” –Norton vs. Shelby County, 118 US 425 p.442

“Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.” –Miranda vs. Arizona, 384 US 436 p. 491

“All acts of the legislature apparently contrary to natural rights and justice are, in our law and must be in the nature of things, considered void… We are in conscience bound to disobey.” –Robin vs. Hardaway, 1 Jefferson 109, (Va., 1772)

In Chisholm v. Georgia The Supreme Court ruled,

“[A]t the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people; and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects. with none to govern but themselves; the citizens of America are equal as fellow citizens, and as joint tenants in the sovereignty. (US) @ Dall 419, 4541 L Ed 440, 455 @ Dall 1793 pp.471-472.

In Yick Wo v. Hopkins, Sheriff, the Supreme Court ruled:

Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to the law, for it is the author and source of law, but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts… For, the very idea that one man may be compelled to hold his life or the means of living or any material right essential to the enjoyment of life, at the mere will of another, seems to be intolerable in any country where freedom prevails, as being the essence of slavery itself.” 118 U. 5. 356.

In Scott v. Sandford, Mo. they ruled:

The words ‘sovereign people’ are those who form the sovereign, and who hold the power and conduct the government through their representatives. Every citizen is one of these people and a constituent member of this sovereignty.’ 60 US 393 404

So are you a sovereign by law? Yes. Do you act like one? Ask yourself that question.

          • Christopher

This is a continuation of the post below this one.

Did the government give you the right to work or is it not only given to you as an unalienable right but as a duty from God? (see the Declaration of Independence)

Now if you work for the government that is NOT a right but a privilege. So do you work for the government? Obviously you do if they collect and INTERNAL REVENUE TAX.

Congressionally Created Statutory Rights = Serfdom

Just as there are penalties that can strip some Constitutional guarantees if a person “volunteers to join the military or contracts between two informed persons that were voluntarily entered into if an American voluntarily chooses to accept a Congressionally granted right then they can become subject to created presumptions, assignments of burdens (taxes) or prescribed remedies that are not found within the jurisdiction of Article III Courts.

“[W]hen Congress establishes a statutory right, it clearly has the discretion, in defining that right, to create presumptions, or assign burdens of proof, or prescribe remedies; it may also provide that persons seeking to vindicate that right must do so before particularized tribunals created to perform the specialized adjudicative tasks related to that right. Such provisions do, in a sense, affect the exercise of judicial power, but they are also incidental to Congress’ power to define the right that it has created. Such provisions do, in a sense, affect the exercise of judicial power, but they are also incidental to Congress’ power to define the right that it has created. No comparable justification exists, however, when the right being adjudicated is not of congressional creation. In such a situation, substantial inroads into functions that have traditionally been performed by the Judiciary cannot be characterized merely as incidental extensions of Congress’ power to define rights that it has created. Rather, such inroads suggest unwarranted encroachments upon the judicial power of the United States, which our Constitution reserves for Art. III courts.

            Northern Pipeline Const. Co. v. Marathon Pipe Line Co. 458 U.S. 50, 83-84, (1982)

The 13th Amendment does not disallow VOLUNTARY Servitude but it certainly does disallow slavery and involuntary servitude.

An unlimited power to tax involves, necessarily, a power to destroy; because there is a limit beyond which no institution and no property can bear taxation.

            M’Culloch v. State, 17 U.S. 316, 327, (1819)

But the servant [federal government] was never granted the power to destroy the sovereign Citizen. It was only granted the power to destroy that which it created. Congress did not create my wages. Congress did not create me.

Senator Daniel Webster made it VERY clear as to what Congress had the power to destroy in a speech delivered in the Senate of the United States on the 22nd of February in the year of our Lord 1834:

“But, Sir, how are we to get through the first experiment, so as to be able to try that which is to be final and ultimate, that is to say, how are we to get rid of the State banks? How is this to be accomplished? Of the Bank of the United States, indeed, we may free ourselves readily; but how are we to annihilate the State banks? We did not speak them into being; we cannot speak them out of being. They did not originate in any exercise of our power; nor do they owe their continuance to our indulgence. They are responsible to the States; to us they are irresponsible. We cannot act upon them; we can only act with them; and the expectation, as it would appear, is, that, by zealously cooperating with the government in carrying into operation its new theory, they may disprove the necessity of their own existence, and fairly work themselves out of the world!”

The conspiracy of Congress, the Courts and the Executive becomes clear when Senator Webster’s speech is coupled with the Cult of the Black Robes [aka Judicial Branch] admission that Congress can indeed destroy ONLY what is creates.

[W]hen Congress establishes a statutory right, it clearly has the discretion, in defining that right, to create presumptions, or assign burdens of proof, or prescribe remedies; it may also provide that persons seeking to vindicate that right must do so before particularized tribunals created to perform the specialized adjudicative tasks related to that right.

          • You can do a lot with LLCs, I know many people who use them.

          • Christopher

But then you have to register with the government. Why not start a bowling league? A Bowling league can own a car. A house. They can have bank accounts. So can a Artist Co-op or a baseball trading card group.

          • I am ignorant of all of this valuable information.

          • Christopher

I received so much from inspiration on this stuff. Writing Testament of Sovereignty was like having a direct pipeline to God’s wisdom. It was an incredible experience. You should enjoy Testament of Sovereignty. And the rest of the SEDM web site. I wish I could help more but I just am not physically capable of doing it any more. But the SEDM web site can tell you about everything you need to know. Except I will say this. I am LDS. Mormon to most people. I have studied many religions but the LDS have the #1 most anti-Socialism positions of any religion that is a large religion that I have ever found. That helps me with my RFRA defense. Their members do not follow the teachings but that does not mean they are not there. The official position of the church is:

            False Political Isms

We again warn our people in America of the constantly increasing threat against our inspired Constitution and our free institutions set up under it. The same political tenets and philosophies that have brought war and terror in other parts of the world are at work amongst us in America. The proponents thereof are seeking to undermine our own form of government and to set up instead one of the forms of dictatorships now flourishing in other lands. These revolutionists are using a technique that is as old as the human race—a fervid but false solicitude for the unfortunate over whom they thus gain mastery and then enslave them.

They suit their approaches to the particular group they seek to deceive. Among the Latter-day Saints they speak of their philosophy and their plans under it as an ushering in of the United Order. Communism and all other similar isms bear no relationship whatever to the United Order. They are merely the clumsy counterfeits which Satan always devises of the gospel plan. Communism debases the individual and makes him the enslaved tool of the state to whom he must look for sustenance and religion; the United Order exalts the individual, leaves him his property, “according to his family, according to his circumstances and his wants and needs,” (D&C 51:3) and provides a system by which he helps care for his less fortunate brethren; the United Order leaves every man free to choose his own religion as his conscience directs. Communism destroys man’s God-given free agency; the United Order glorifies it. Latter-day Saints can not be true to their faith and lend aid, encouragement, or sympathy to any of these false philosophies. They will prove snares to their feet.

          • Manuel

I have owned plenty of LLCs and they always want data on the owners and especially anyone who is actually opening the account and having singing authority if this is someone else. I want what you guys are saying to be true but in no way resembles any experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. And if you want credit for you business it’s even worse. They’ll want to pull your personal credit report and tie it to you personally.

          • arahn

You have to reclaim your freedom. FarleyLives seems to have the best information on how to do that.

          • Why don’t you create a website to help others, hell, I’ll code it for you if needed?

          • Christopher

There is already one out there that is the best I have ever found. It is run by a very good friend of mine. It is called Sovereignty Education and Defense Ministry. We don’t agree completely but pretty close. The book I wrote in on his site. It is called Testament of Sovereignty. You may enjoy reading it for free.

I used to be far more involved but I got seriously hurt by the police when we called them to help us when we were attacked in our home. It was totally unrelated to my political activities. It was just Cops being the Pig they are. You know. Violating rights. Being physical when they had no cause. Standard Cop practice and they crippled me. So now I enjoy my family and make art work out of wood and build pirate ships and have fun while I wait for the USA to reap what from the Socialist they have planted. No need to fight back against a country that will destroy itself.

And I am free from the IRS tyranny as are my children and grandchildren. The information is out there for those that want liberty but what I found is that most people don’t want liberty. They want kind masters. They want the socialist benefits more than freedom. I got tired of trying to save people that did not want to be free.

As Sam Adams siad: “If you love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”

  • frankw

Sure, some people have gotten away with not paying taxes through manipulating the unreadable tax code, but the majority have been swindled into believing its the law. The enforcement of the taxes, as others have pointed out, is no different than a Mafia protection racket. When someone has a gun to your head you do what you’re told, and thats what we’re living with.

    • Christopher

Unreadable? Well then…The Supreme Court was quite clear in Spreckels Sugar Refining Co. v. McClain,192 U.S. 397 (1904) that when the language of the statue is not clear then the citizen is exempt:

Keeping in mind the well-settled rule that the citizen is exempt from taxation unless the same is imposed by clear and unequivocal language, and that where the construction of a tax law is doubtful, the doubt is to be resolved in favor of those upon whom the tax is sought to be laid…

In White v. Aronson, 302 U.S. 16, 20 & 21 (1937) the USSC ruled that when there is a reasonable doubt as to liability even taxpayers are exempt:

Where there is a reasonable doubt as to the meaning of a taxing act it should be construed most favorably to the taxpayer. Gould v. Gould, 245 U.S. 151, 38 S.Ct. 53, 62 L.Ed. 211. ‘Tax laws, like all other laws, are made to be obeyed. They should therefore be intelligible to those who are expected to obey them.’ Philadelphia Storage Battery Co. v. Lederer (D.C.) 21 F.(2d) 320, 321, 322.

Madison in the Federalist Papers was very clear that unreadable laws are not law.

But when you volunteer then it is like joining the army. The Constitution no longer protect you. If you have a Social Security Number then you volunteered.

      • frankw

chris- I think you missed my point. I meant that unreadable in the sense its not there. Irregardless of court rulings, legalese mumbo jumbo about who or what citizens are in relation to their station, the fact is the people are still forced to pay up, or else.

        • Christopher

I am not forced to pay. “Or else” has never happened to me. I have never even been audited. So I must disagree with you due to personal experience in dealing with the IRS. Court rulings are very helpful to me. The 2014 Hobby Lobby case was wonderful because the SCOTUS declared that the RFRA applies to the Income tax code. I am sorry that you file and pay but you do so voluntarily. I made a choice to be a free man and not a voluntary slave. Sorry if you made some other choice but it was your choice.

      • If you have a social security number you did not volunteer, how can an infant volunteer for anything?

        • arahn

By way deceiving they convinced a nation to sell future generations into slavery. If your parents were wise they wouldn’t have sold you at birth. By universal law, regardless of how repugnant, a parent has the authority to sell their children and even if they were beguiled it is still a valid sale. You, like any slave before, have to reclaim your freedom as an inalienable right! No master gives up easily and only by knowing how to play their game do you stand a chance.

“And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you” 2 Peter 2:3

          • Christopher

You are so correct. Now compare what is happening today to what the Founders believed: Let us refer to: A Declaration by the Representatives of the United Colonies of North-America, Now Met in Congress at Philadelphia, Setting Forth the Causes and Necessity of Their Taking Up Arms. In this document Thomas Jefferson, writing for the Congress, said:

“We are reduced to the alternative of chusing an unconditional submission to the tyranny of irritated ministers, or resistance by force. – The latter is our choice. – We have counted the cost of this contest, and find nothing so dreadful as voluntary slavery. – Honour, justice, and humanity, forbid us tamely to surrender that freedom which we received from our gallant ancestors, and which our innocent posterity have a right to receive from us. We cannot endure the infamy and guilt of resigning succeeding generations to that wretchedness which inevitably awaits them, if we basely entail hereditary bondage upon them.”

        • Christopher

Can an infant contract? If they cannot can their parents sell them into slavery? Can hospital sell them into slavery. Can you parents or the government force you to belong to a Church you do not want to be;on to? What is the statute of limitations on fraud? Is a Social Security Card valid if it is not signed? Can an infant sign the card? I could go on and on. Read the application form for a U.S. Passport. Why does it explain that if you do not have a SSN you should put all Zeros in the place for a Social Security Number? I got a Passport without an SSN. So did my children. SSN are not required by law. The government cannot legally forced me to use the Mark of the Beast.

  • TARDISOFGALLIFREY

The word over the years is the income tax was never ratified by the required number of states and the clerk (or whatever the position is called) verified the required number of states when the Constitutional required vote was not completed, one state did not vote to approve but the clerk verified that it had. But it is said it is not legal and we do not have to pay income taxes.

That is documented in “The Law That Never Was.” But the courts do not care. If you volunteered you are liable because you volunteered. The law does not matter any more. Voluntary Servitude is Constitutional after all.

So can you tell me what the Congressionally established value of a “dollar” is?

I don’t have any income in dollars so if I were to sign a 1040 under penalties of perjury saying I did have income in dollars I would be committing perjury. And I don’t commit perjury. God says I shouldn’t do it.

The form does not need to be authorized by law according to the Courts. You can file on a piece of toilet paper if you don’t like the form, according to the courts. I haven’t filed or paid in over 35 years. If you seek protection in the IRC you seek protection for Taxpayers and not non-taxpayers. It is a dangerous game to seek protection as a taxpayer. Very dangerous.
