Virginia Highway Completely Closed for Mysterious Convoy

| |

The official story says Highways 64 in Virginia was shut down for “The World’s Largest Truck Convoy” to support the Special Olympics, the goal of which was to raise funds and awareness for the charity.

If the goal was to raise awareness for the Special Olympics, why were local residents so taken aback by the mysterious convoy?  Would anyone be surprised to learn that this was a cover for transporting something that officials wanted to hide from the public?

A video shot in Virginia showed a parade of semitrailers on a freeway that had been blocked off by police; there were no other cars, just semitrailer after semitrailer.

WTVR-TV is reporting Adam Hicks and a passenger were traveling on Interstate 64 in Richmond Saturday when they noticed something unusual.

One person in the video said the convoy started with a series of seemingly identical trucks: “We’ve seen at least 30 so far. Here’s a whole new set of trucks coming up.”

As the video goes on, their disbelief grows.

“I want to re-iterate the interstate is blocked off. No incoming traffic,” said his passenger, who was identified on Facebook as Joyce Ord. “…This is Interstate 64 in Richmond. No idea what’s going on. This is getting more and more bizarre.” (source)

  • Andrew Mango

Yes. A most unusual assembly of trucks. Beware of false flags and most likely there’s nothing in those trucks. Could be feelers!

  • Roddy Pfeiffer

    That sounds retarded.

      Doesn’t just SOUND retarded…

    • Cool beans,,
Thanks for the link, figured it was something like that, lots of those corporate sponsors of special olympics have info on local pages too when they do these runs

  • VegasHoosier

You clowns were talking about “FEMA camps” when Clinton was Prez. Get a new theory.

    • The Penitent Man

FEMA camps-installations are not “theory” they are fact. Even Jesse Ventura’s “Conspiracy Theory” show proved this beyond all doubt (notice the congressman he speaks with and catches lying in that episode).

Most of these installations are being manned by skeleton crews. There are also predetermined areas can be turned into “camps” within as little as a few hours. Have you ever seen the truck that deploys razor wire for such compounds? It takes about an hour to create a large razor-wire perimeter and about a day to raise temporary housing.

COG and FEMA are continuously funded and updated so it makes perfect sense to hear news stories concerning such operations. Back in 2006 KBR was awarded a government contract to build FEMA camps (almost 400 million dollars).

The whole point of FEMA camps and COG is to roll them out quickly, yet have them hiding in plain site until the need to use them arises.

      • VegasHoosier

There might be camps for a real emergency, but you hillbillies have been screaming, “They are going to declare martial law and make us all slaves” for 15 years.

        • The Penitent Man

First off, I’m not a hillbilly, secondly don’t label and group me together with “people” I have nothing to do with. I’ve never said that imminent Martial law would be declared. You really need to stop your gross generalization of people you disagree with. Maybe grow up a bit and act mature?

P.S., you didn’t refute a word I said therefore your comment is simply a weak ad hominem attack.

          • VegasHoosier

If you ever run out of tin foil hats, I have more to sell.

          • Diane

Rather wear a tinfoil hat than have a brain that has one brain cell that doesn’t function.

          • Psychologically speaking those that bring up the tinfoil hat are likely those that are blindly wearing one.

          • VegasHoosier

Well, I actually believe in many of them.

I think our government was behind both 9/11 and JFK getting killed.

But I think the FEMA camp stuff is nonsense because they’ve been saying those are coming when Clinton was Prez..

If there is a big natural disaster, which does happen, they need a place for people.

          • Well then it’s safe to say that we are on the same page. I too am not concerned about the FEMA camps but I rarely rule something out entirely.

          • Wayne Downey

Conspiracy Theory. You do know that is a television show for ENTERTAINMENT value right? You dont really believe Ventura was speaking the turth do you?
If you do, WWE wrestilng must be real too! OMG!

          • The Penitent Man

Of course I do Wayne. It still doesn’t change the fact that a congressman decided to take part and make a fool of himself. Other then that I really don’t take it very seriously, hence my mention of Kellogg, Brown and Root winning the FEMA contract for over a quarter billion dollars back in 2006. Again, focus on the easy stuff, ignore the real information.

        • kc_in_highdefenition1

Abraham Lincoln declared martial law over 80 years ago and it was never retracted we have all been slaves ever since thats why we need permits to conceal our second ammendment rights and we truly never have had freedom of speech try to tell any government official who matters how you feel and find yourself locked away as a terrorist with no trial forever

          • VegasHoosier

You are an ignorant inbred calling us “slaves.”

No one is whipping you. You can travel wherever you want.

And people tell politicians they suck all the time, Cletus.

        • AtomicMetroid

Why do you use “hillbilly” as a derogatory? When you say that, you really mean: “the N word”, don’t’ ya? Some of the most clever people that I ever knew were “hillbillies”. But keep up the smear campaign, Zionist.

          • VegasHoosier

I think Israel is the most evil nation on earth and get called “Jew Hater” all the time for thinking that.

Go back to making out with your sister, hillbilly.

          • AtomicMetroid

You aren’t fooling anybody here, Rosenberg. You already gave yourself away. If you have a problem with “hillbillies”, here’s what ya do: Go open that mouth in front of one and see what happens(lol you won’t, coward). I’m not from Appalachia, but I work there sometimes and most of whom I met were very smart and not the type of people you want to eff with. That inbreeding lie is a myth. It’s always been against the culture there. But it’s widely known that jewish folks in NY have inbred for many, many years and like it. You may want to educate yourself with statistical facts about who does most of the inbreeding in America. It’s not Appalachia.

          • VegasHoosier

You are the exact reason why brothers should not have sex with their sisters.

          • AtomicMetroid

I would bang your mommy and sister…that is, if they were into white guys. Run on along Goldstein liar.

          • VegasHoosier

            You hillbillies crack me up.

I’m curious as to why you think I’m Jewish, Hitler Jr.

Also, you shouldn’t be drinking moonshine during the day.

          • Mangosteen, $1000 chair

He wouldn’t dare talk that shit in Appalachia. None of these oh-so superior people would. He also wouldn’t dare use any other kind of racial slur, the only kind of people he feels it’s OK to attack is poor whites.

Funnily enough, those “hillbillies” are some of the only people left in this country that know how to live off the land, make do with next to nothing, and can fix anything. So when TSHTF, he might need the help of a “hillbilly” to survive, but most of us know his type, can spot them a mile away and I know I’ll gladly let them starve. Unfortunately, many of my fellow Appalachians will probably help him. They’re too forgiving, and giving, for their own good.

          • AtomicMetroid

You’re absolutely right. Good to see someone like you with common sense for a change.

      • Defiant

Yeah…yeah…they are fact. Blah blah blah…and yet STILL nobody has been imprisoned in the big bad FEMA camps…

I guess building them turned out to be pointless.

Ollie North was asked about FEMA camps during the Iran Contra trials in 1987. Slick Willy didn’t take office until 1993.
Here’s a new theory for you (after you catch up on FEMA camps)…the CIA coined the phrase conspiracy theory because people questioned the Warren report. That report was about the death of Kennedy. Reference “CIA Document 1035-960” or just keep spewing nonsense. @@

  • Concered

The Special Olympics were held in June of 2014. This may be for the upcoming FEMA Pandemic Accord to be held in New York and New Jersey.

    • Defiant

Yep…or it could be a convoy of lunatics off to Arkham…

  • New World Body Odor

It was mentioned, you on the other hand do not want to acknowledge this. William Lopez provided you with proof. However, you want to hear it as a government conspiracy to get you all scared and paranoid.

  • New World Body Odor

Corporations too since United States has been a corporation since 1871.

  • New World Body Odor

Yeah, it’s a convoy of truckers driving Special needs kids as passenger of a big truck. Here’s proof.

  • New World Body Odor

Yeah, this conspiracy involves special needs kids who ride the truck with the trucker. Unless you believe special needs kids should be stuffed in a corner of a room in a damp home. Educate yourself and follow the link. . Or, you can continue to remain ignorant and look foolish at the same time.

  • Amerikztan

Seal off the highway ? That’s not how ‘publicity’ works
‘fastfreddy’. The idea is to be seen. Of course, they didn’t evacuate traffic already on the highway- THAT would only raise suspicions as the astounded witnesses videos began to pop up online. Sure, enlist Special Olympics- they need the reed the revenue.

‘Fastfreddy’ the Troll has existed for years along with over 200 other alias screen names. His sole purpose is to argue against evidence, and dispel ‘rumors’ such as this. He will argue in circles, and flood a webpage.
Funny how a profile doesn’t open for ‘fastfreddy’ and
‘Roddy Pfeiffer ‘. Notice the similarity of character or parodied or phonetic names ( Fast Freddy- fab. Furry Freak Bros, (Rowdy) Roddy Piper- pro Wrestler in 80’s).

    • New World Body Odor

I heard the passengers in the truck where super government ninja with down syndrome. Is that what you want to hear?

      • Amerikztan

      • Defiant

        Not ninja. Navy SEALS.

    • Defiant

It’s a conspiracy because they closed the highway…and yet they didn’t wait until the closed highway had cleared of present traffic to preserve their anonymity. MUCH smarter to drive the secret trucks on a “closed” highway full of traffic.

      Listen to yourself!

      • Wayne Downey

Conspiracy because they closed the highway? Really? Maybe you need to educate yourself. We use this tactic on a yearly basis doing motorcycle runs all over the country WITH POLICE ESCORT and shutting down the hwys. Time to get out from under that rock and use the gray matter now and then.

      • Amerikztan

Um, that was my point. Seal AND clear the highways would arouse more suspicion, now wouldn’t it?
Rolling Thunder doesn’t close highways- they give ’em a police escort. Please explain to me why you should trust this government? Why bring Ebola threat here instead of containing it where they first experimented with it. explain why the presidents administration is protesting medical and scientific logic by NOT quarantining. Explain the other ‘conspiracy theories’ that are finally proving credible, and I don’t mean everyone of the crazy Alex Jones theories.Listen to me.

        • AlSetalokin

Hey, Amerikztan…. dimwits of the “Defiant” variety are likely unfamiliar with the expression “hiding in plain sight”…

  • Defiant

I guess I’d find out where the SOs are being held and I’d check to see if the trucks are associated with them or not. Pretty simple, actually. In fact, I’d probably do that BEFORE I wrote an article like this one…just to preserve my credibility…such as it is…

  • Defiant

Dude…if you went to the actual Olympic site…do you think they’d post information about the trucks they use to move the event!? LOL!

Go look up your area October Fest. Do THEY have a list of the trucks they use to set up each year!?

    That’s just asinine.

OR…and I’m just going out on a limb, here…it COULD be equipment and material for the Special Olympics! HOLY COW! DISABILITY ATTACK!

  • Diane

I do not believe it. No independent truckers…No mention of it on the Special Olympics Web Page, cannot find a 2013 video for region III. This is a real convoy. in Illinois. I do not trust all the big name companies involved in this Virginia convoy. Why are the lanes blocked in Virginia? Afraid of what might spill out in an accident?

    • Amerikztan

So there is the evidence that this is a nationwide movement of materials and provisions under the guise of ‘Special Olympics’, which were held in,…June, was it? If it was a military convoy on a closed, evacuated highway then we’d need to worry, but not commandeered commercial vehicles. The term ‘plausible denial’ exists for a reason.

  • Fmuser

This kind of paranoia must hurt. If the government wanted to ship 100 or so truckloads of stuff, the trucks would simply drive down the road without closing the interstate or otherwise attracting attention.

Or, maybe the US goverment could form some sort of “Air Force” with huge cargo planes that could land on special government installations (they could call them “bases”) and move things without anyone knowing.

No, how silly. Of course they’d shut down the intestate and call attention to it. That’s how to be super secret, have lots of police cars and flashing lights.

    • Diane

      real convoy

      • Amerikztan

Chicago, Virginia,…where else? So that is east coast, central U.S.,..this is a ‘theory’ after all. It is not routine, which makes it suspicious, but the first accusations of ‘conspiracy’ were made by liberal Interweb trolls.

    • Amerikztan

So then you agree it is less suspicious to just let ’em roll, instead of closing AND clearing the highway first.

“…maybe the US goverment could form some sort of “Air Force” with huge cargo planes that could land on special government installations…” ??

-No, you’d rather believe Area 51 is about aliens. It’s easier for you to believe in E.T., right? Maybe that’s where they are hiding the zombies for the zombie invasion, eh?

My point is ( if you DON’T believe in aliens ) What are they hiding at area 51, and what were they moving in Chicago and Richmond in all those trucks?

          • Fmuser

Sorry I misunderstood you. Have a great day.

    • AlSetalokin

Oh yeah! Don’t you just love all those “Special Olympics” logos pasted all over the trucks?

The “Special Olympics” PR chiefs are obviously inept….or, the convoy has nothing to do with Special Olympics.

The most SPECIAL “Olympians” are those who JUMP through HOOPs in order to deny the gross discrepancy of a “SIGNLESS publicity campaign”.

  • M_Avalon

That’s not even logical. First, why transport in such a manner as to draw attention. They could have easily sent them individually as normal commercial traffic. Second, with that many dead, you wouldn’t bury in individual coffins, you’d either cremate or bury in mass graves.

  • Chuck Onsum

This was the World’s Largest Truck Convoy for Special Olympics. They have them all over the country every year about this time. I know because I have worked with Special Olympics on this Convoy for 7 years. There is no secret conspiracy and if you believe there is you need to have your brain inspected for a big short circuit or major malfunction.

  • You Wish

This is conspiracy theory is completely laughable – this was a convoy that was for the Special Olympics, and yes, it’s even listed on their website ( This was widely advertised for volunteer participation for weeks, and isn’t some mass conspiracy. It left the Meadow Event Park in Caroline County, VA and made a loop around several interstates in the Richmond area and finished back at the Meadow Event Park (home of the Virginia State Fair).

    • AlSetalokin

Oh yeah! Don’t you just love all those “Special Olympics” logos pasted all over the trucks?

  • AlSetalokin

If the convoy’s purpose was in truth a “publicity campaign” for “Special Olympics”, then why did they NOT BOTHER to put SIGNAGE on the trucks? That is to say, the LACK of what should have been made obvious is conspicuous, and therefore suspicious — regardless of whether the event was posted on their website or not.

Go ‘pontificate’ elsewhere, for I will settle this once and for all with you, as far as “papacy” or “priesthood” or “rabbinate” or “sheikhdom” goes:

            Hebrews 8:1 Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;
2 A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.
3 For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer.
4 For if he were on earth, he should not be a priest, seeing that there are priests that offer gifts according to the law:
5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.

          • AlSetalokin

Crypto-Jew heretic Paul VI ? It just so happens that it was he who blessed a Hollywood distortion of the Gospel:

‘My wife and I were watching the 1977 Franco Zeffirelli production “Jesus of Nazareth” the
other day, and something very suspect with the script occurs in a scene where Jesus is
confronted by the temple scribe “Zerah” (an ‘extra-biblical’ character ‘inserted’ by the
writers). It is here that Jesus says, “Destroy this temple, and I will rebuild it in
three days”. So, how does “Zerah” answer?: “It took CENTURIES to build this temple….”

Ostensibly, this might easily be dismissed, by the casual viewer, as an inconsequential
example of “poetic license”. What possible harm, or loss, or heresy lies therein? Let’s
            turn to the Scripture:

John 2:19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will
            raise it up.
20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear
            it up in three days?
21 But he spake of the temple of his body.

Do you recognize the importance of the number “46” as pertaining to “the temple of
[the] body”? IT IS the number of CHROMOSOMES in OUR CELLS!
AMAZINGLY, the knowledge that man acquired, relatively recently in the 20th century (via
Francis and Crick) about the existence of ‘chromosomes’ was KNOWN by Jesus Christ nearly
2,000 years ago! And, it was known EVEN EARLIER by the Father, who was the ‘project
manager’ for the building of the “stone temple” — for He specified both the materials and
the numbers of workmen to be employed, thereby ensuring that the temple would take EXACTLY
46 years to build. Glory to God the Father and Jesus Christ…. the atheist would be so
hard-pressed to dismiss this supernatural wisdom, the very same wisdom OBSCURED by
            Christ-denying Hollywood Jew apostates.

Doubtless, changing the Gospel, by having an ‘extra-biblical’ character give DISINFORMATION, serves only to ROB Christ of GLORY! This is the work of SATAN — for why
else would the film writers not simply QUOTE the number FORTY-SIX, as is plainly indicated
in John 2:20? I find this particularly sad, because I am otherwise very fond of the portrayal of Jesus by actor Robert Powell (I wonder if Mr. Powell himself would be
interested to know about the significance of John 2:20 ?)

Perhaps the following link will shed light on WHO exactly was MOST responsible for the

Zeffirelli Recalls Paul VI’s Help With “Jesus of Nazareth”

            Pope Thanked Director for Work

ROME, NOV. 5, 2007 ( []).- When the television miniseries
“Jesus of Nazareth” was released 30 years ago, Pope Paul VI personally thanked Franco
Zeffirelli for his work; but the series was a success only because of the Pontiff’s help,
            the director said.

At an Oct. 25 lecture marking the new academic year at the Pontifical Lateran University
of Rome, Zeffirelli recalled some of what went on behind the scenes during the filming of
the more than six hours of “Jesus of Nazareth.”

As a youth, Zeffirelli studied at St. Mark’s Convent in Florence. There, Cardinal Giovanni
Montini, then archbishop of Milan and the future Paul VI, visited a group of Christian
university youth involved with Catholic Action. It was at the school that Zeffirelli got
            to know the future Pope.

Cardinal Montini went there frequently, the director recalled, to spend what the cardinal
called “the most happy hours of his day.”

The 84-year-old director related how the cardinal, who knew of the youth’s aspirations to
the theater, told him jokingly, “In a different era, they would have kept you from being
buried in consecrated land, but now the Church has changed, so much so that we welcome you
as an instrument for spreading good ideas and good hope.”

“Later,” Zeffirelli said, it was the Pope who, “with his discreet network of influence,
brought ‘Jesus of Nazareth’ forward through some difficulties. In the end, this order was
            given: ‘Zeffirelli or no one.'”

As the Italian director embarked upon his career and advanced in it, he said he realized
“the weapon I had in my hands and how it could be decisive for the lives of thousands of
people, as much for good as for evil.”

“When you have the possibility of encouraging men who suffer and of broadening their
horizons of hope, you feel a responsibility that is too big for the poor man that you
            are,” he said.

“Jesus of Nazareth” is just one of the some two dozen productions that Zeffirelli

Since its debut, he affirmed, letters of thanks and affection have been nonstop. And a few
notes have even recounted a decision to follow a religious vocation, thanks to the
            inspiration received through the film.

“I only did what I could do as the Christian that I am in the depths of my spirit,” the
            director said.

According to Zeffirelli, “Jesus of Nazareth” progressed as if “it had wind in its sails.”

He recalled that Elizabeth Taylor was to play the part of Mary Magdalene. But when she
fell ill, Anne Bancroft replaced her. Bancroft accepted less pay than what she was
accustomed to, thus saving the production money.

The director also remembered the role of Monsignor Peter Rossano, former rector of the
Pontifical Lateran University, who acted as consultant during the preparation and filming
            in Morocco.

Zeffirelli said his own faith was invigorated with the film. He described one moment, in
particular: “During the scene of the Last Supper, there was a climate of absolute silence
and deep spirituality in the room, while outside, a sandstorm raged. The moment was broken
by the sobbing of my co-workers.

“I want to think there was an energy outside of us, which was invoked in order to make
that sublime moment. And in effect, it is one of the most beautiful and spine-tingling
            moments of the film.”

“We suspected the intrusion of a supreme force guiding us,” he added, and because of this,
“everyone knew that we were doing something very important.”

Zeffirelli spoke of the moment when the Pope expressed his gratitude for the movie: “When
Paul VI received me in a private audience after viewing the film in 1977, he thanked me
and asked me what the Church could do for me. I told him: ‘I would like this work to be
            brought to Russia as well.'”

“He looked at me and told me prophetically: ‘Have faith; soon the flag of Our Lady will
wave above the Kremlin, in place of the red one.’

“On Dec. 8, 1991, the feast of the Immaculate Conception,” Zeffirelli recalled, “the red
flag with the sickle and hammer that waved above the Kremlin for decades was replaced with
            the Russian Federation flag.”

No, Hebrews 8:1-6 itself renders ALL priesthoods obsolete. The Siri link which I posted was NOT an endorsement, but evidence of how scumbag sacerdotes vie with each other for supremacy. I employed the method by which Paul pitted the Pharisees and Sadducees against each other.

Scram, little girl. Go service your favorite pederast priest.

I am a man- unlike yourself. I face my challengers. Jesus faced his challengers. You run and hide.

Exposing sacerdotal juice-lime, and routing your Judas-priest Jesuit “ed-jew-cators”….yes.

Shaking the stone-temple cage of lizards and spiders…yes.

Jesuits are among the most loyal of Roman Catholics. They are not heretics like you and your kind.

          • Gilligan Ragusa

If the Jesuits were so “loyal” to the faith, why haven’t they done anything to expose the PEDOPHILIA and ORGANIZED CRIMINALS which have INFILTRATED (as St. Paul says, “crept in unawares”) the church? Because they’re really DEGENERATE JEWS, masquerading as “Christians”, and are the very same perpetrating the crimes.

The Jesuits were founded by crypto-Jew Ignatius Loyola. They do EVIL in the name of “Jesus Christ”. And how pathetic this current Jew Jesuit Pope is:

            [ ]

Pope Francis has warned that a recent wave of jihadist attacks in Europe is proof that “the world is at war.”

However, he stressed he did not mean a war of religions, but rather a conflict over “interests, money resources.”

He was speaking ahead of his visit to Poland to reporters seeking his comments on the murder of a Catholic priest by French jihadists on Tuesday.

Father Jacques Hamel was killed at a morning mass in his church in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray, northern France.

The killing was the latest of a spate of attacks carried out in France and Germany over the past few days and weeks, many of them attributed to Islamist militants.

“The word we hear a lot is insecurity, but the real word is war,” the pontiff said.

“We must not be afraid to say the truth, the world is at war because it has lost peace.

“When I speak of war I speak of wars over interests, money, resources, not religion. All religions want peace, it’s the others who want war,” Pope Francis added.

Duh…there was NO “killing of a priest named Jack Hamel”…it wasn’t even HIS parish…he was an “auxiliary priest”…of course…

There are WARS because wealthy and powerful men PROMOTE and FINANCE them…. i.e. Jewish war-mongers. And this “POOP”/”POPE” won’t DARE name them. Weasel Jew you are.
