VA Governor Just Signed Unilateral Executive Order for More Gun Control

How many gun laws are there these days? That’s disputed, because some like the Brookings Institute claim that, while there are 20,000 gun laws on the books, there are truly only 300 “relevant” ones.

Still, even with hundreds of “relevant” gun laws, and a government that has some 70 armed agencies, the people in power just continue to arm agencies and pass more gun laws for everybody else (as if law-abiding citizens are the ones committing gun crimes).

Just yesterday, Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D-VA) signed an executive order to unilaterally institute more gun control in the state of Virginia.

The order not only establishes a joint task force to prosecute gun crimes in addition to a establishing a see something, say something-esque tip line “that will enable citizens to report violations of the gun laws and to collect a reward for any successful prosecutions flowing from the information provided,” but it bans the lawful open and concealed carry of firearms within certain state buildings.

After signing the order, McAuliffe leaned back and kissed Barbara Parker, mother of reporter Alison Parker, on the cheek as Andy Parker clapped.

It’s not about perfection but rather about incremental improvements to the system, according to Kaine. Yes, Mr. Kaine, an executive order is about incrementally removing the second amendment without due process from the elected legislature, the only group allowed to make new laws in a legal democracy. What I do find interesting is that all of this hoopla about new restrictions is really nothing new at all–with the exception of eliminating concealed or open carry in certain state buildings. It’s simply more of the same so that liberals/progressives can stand up, pound their collective chests, and say that they feel good about themselves for doing something. Another progressive joke on the people of Virginia. Best, Dr. Bill

What actions of this type really accomplish is making the divide between the “two” parties bigger among ordinary people. To the common person on the street, politics is little more than whose team is going to win the Super Bowl. Majority of the sheeple don’t think about the issues, just mouth what their handlers feed them. We’re not going to be better off until people start paying attention and THINK.

Not including war, about ¼ BILLION citizens of the 20th century were killed by their own governments. Governments are the worst mass murderers, so are the ones least deserving of being entrusted with a monopoly on weapons. MURDER BY GOVERNMENT dwarfs all private crime. That said, not even the data from private crime supports gun control. Since the 1990’s US gun ownership and concealed carrying of guns have skyrocketed, yet the US homicide rate has FALLEN BY HALF (and the homicide rates have risen in the imaginary gun-free paradises of the UK and Australia). Meanwhile in one year American police have killed more people than have died in ALL US mass murders.

Annually between 1 and 4 million Americans defend themselves with guns against crime, rarely even firing their weapons. Only about 1 in 1000 defensive gun uses kills the attacker, so the criminal body count under-estimates the defensive use of guns a thousandfold. Meanwhile we are subjected to more hysterical reporting on ever fewer gun crimes. Go figure. Obviously it is the IDEOLOGY OF TOTAL CONTROL, not safety or liberty, that motivates the “reasonable gun control” liars.

Keep in mind who has done the most killing and who is disproportionately pushing gun bans.

Excellent post. Unfortunately, while you and I know it and will remain “bitter clingers” to the end (lol), these sheep are so dedicated to a set of ideals handed down to them through the party that they’ll never realize it until it’s to late. Even if you showed them the mass graves in front of them.

Surprise surprise! Terry McAuliffe is a Clinton crony and a POS. He tried to get elected in 09 as governor, but was beaten out in the Dem nomination by a state senator, Creigh Deeds*, a no-name with like, half the money of McAuliffe. But as you see, he eventually got elected, and he’s doing what he’s told.

I saw the writing on the wall and left Virginia. It is not the same state any more and it is pretty much NY South or CA East now. Northern Virginia is a polyglot hellhole where English is an endangered language and white people are an endangered race, and you can go to entire shopping centers and have no clue you are in America, as nothing and nobody is American. So, this will be steadily pushed in each state until they can openly exterminate white people. Because, make no mistake about it, that’s exactly what this was about. A black man killing whiteys. Yet, THAT aspect will never be discussed, and all that will be done is removing the only means of protection whites have, until we’ve become South Africa 2.

*Creigh Deeds must have known something or pissed someone off, because his own son was weaponized and sent to kill him. Look it up, seriously messed up stuff.

    • I don’t think the white people are dumb enough to allow themselves to be disarmed so this planned genocide can happen but we will see, I surely could be wrong.

      • sunshine

I hope you’re right, but I see a lot of extremely stupid white people so I don’t have too much faith in the vast majority any more.

        • Me too.

        • SonsofAnarchy5768

I see alot of dumb people period, wth does color have to do with it

          • Because the other races aren’t specifically targeted for genocide like the white race is at his current time.

          • sunshine

If you don’t understand the relationship between intelligence and color, then perhaps you should turn off the Talmudvision and do a little observation of the real world. Sure, there are smart minorities, but they are far more rare than smart whites.

I would say the problem with whites, where we are “dumb” is our sentimentality and pathological altruism. We feel like we can save the world, that we can turn hopeless and violent races into model citizens, if we just try harder, give more money and give up our “privilege”. But that mentality springs from manipulation through media by the Eternal Enemy, the Synagogue of Satan. I guess that would be another negative of the white race…too much reliance on, and belief in, the bullshit they show in the media.

I will say that I don’t “hate” any race (other than the S of S) but I don’t believe integration, multiculturalism, diversity works for anyone, least of all white people. Noticing differences in races and their behavior is now considered racist, but it will not change the facts. We are not compatible with them, and they with us. We lose from integration, but they gain, so why should I support anything that brings my race nothing but trouble and hardship?

      • tanaberrys .

From what I see… sadly they are that brainwashed. I’m proud of my heritage, one of the few who is. Oh wait… doesn’t that make me a racist?

        • Look at comments throughout the web though, I am always the optimistic type but I do see them waking up IMO. Most of them are still on the vaccines, pharma drugs and gun banning issues but white genocide is next in the awakening progression. Other races should be sticking up for white people also because once whites are gone or mostly displaced the quality of living will plummet for them also.

          • tanaberrys .

            True… very true!

      • molon_labe

All this bullshit is just political masturbation until they out right try and ban them and come get them. In which case, don’t dare wait for them to come to you. You better deliver and hope about 10,000 other folks are doing the same.

  • Mike

more gun laws don’t stop gun crimes, they just make more defenseless people.

  • Okay so VA killings will go up but Maine’s killings will go down. I hope others out there will take notice.

    • RandyJ/ProudSurvivor

The only ones who will notice will be the ones who don’t rely solely on the MSM. No one in the MSM is going to point that out! Can you imagine PBS airing that? Me neither…

Executive Orders issued by POTUS are not law, so are EOs issued by Governors law, or not?
The legal voters of VA, and all states, need to demand that elected officials implement the Will of the legal Citizens and lawful voters, or remove them. It really is coming time to start using force to get these Socialist tyrants out of office.
What this is going to create is a LOT of “nosie-nelly” Sheeple reporting what they THINK is a violation of a gun law, the gun owner will be arrested (harassed), the government will confiscate property (guns), and the lawyers will all make money. The elements of this VA EO are nothing but a bully tactic to make legal gun ownership more burdensome. The criminals will always have guns without regard for whatever new laws are dictated – laws that have little effect other than to make law-abiding citizens afraid to defend themselves. If the Liberal/Socialist and complicit Republican politicians don’t stop pressing to deny the Constitutional Rights of The People, they’ll find themselves being removed from office with extreme prejudice.
When darkness comes, the Morlocks will roam the surface and hunt the Eloi – no guns required.

The true beauty of the ‘Bill of Rights’ is that this set of ideas proves to be irresistible to the petty tyrant who first wanT to manage speech and thought then remove the right of the people to defend themselves and their families and homes. It works every time. Thanks to the founders and framers who knew evil and how to expose that evil.

Why would anyone carry a machinegun or handgrenades for a government that does not TRUST them with a semi-auto weapon at HOME? Tell the Politicians THEY can go fight the wars they start. WE REFUSE to serve a government that HATES and DISTRUSTS us.

  • Albert Griggs

Have you ever heard of a government that banned it’s own ARMED FORCES from “Keeping and Bearing” ARMS?
Find one government in the history of humanity that felt a need to document a “RIGHT” for it’s ARMED FORCES to possess ARMS.
The claim that the Government wrote the 2nd Amendment to give Our ARMED FORCES a “right” to carry ARMS is S-T-U-P-I-D.
The only reason for the Second Amendment is to clearly spell-out the GOD GIVEN RIGHT of INDIVIDUALS to keep & bear ARMS.
The only reason for the BILL(list) of RIGHTS was to codify INDIVIDUALS’ GOD GIVEN RIGHTS.
Has there ever been a government that was not chock full of it’s “rights” up to and including declaring itself to be the Lord God Almighty?!
Does the 1st Amendment mean the GOVERNMENT is allowed to give speeches? Try shutting up any Government.
Anyone who tells you the 2nd Amendment applies to the Army or State Militia, is telling you they think you are STUPID.
There has NEVER been a government that felt it had to codify it’s army’s/soldier’s “RIGHT” to “Keep and BEAR ARMS” because there has NEVER been a government that refused to allow It’s own soldiers to KEEP and BEAR ARMS!

    • RandyJ/ProudSurvivor

I just love the imbeciles who spout about “rights” for the government. I always get this dopey, doe eyed look when I explain to them that the Constitution conveys powers only to the government-that only The People have rights. You can hear their synapses fizzle while they process that.

  • Americaislost

There are over 300,000,000 guns in the US, and trillions of rounds of ammunition. I doubt those panty waist liberals will ever have the balls to try to take them. A famous Japanese General once said the reason they would not invade America, is because they would be met with a rifle under every blade of grass. That was decades ago, and millions upon millions more guns are in the hands of law abiding citizens. Liberals just want to make life hell for everyone because their lives are so void of anything good.

  • SonsofAnarchy5768

Executive orders only applies to the executive branch of what ever government it is, has not binding effect for the people

  • RandyJ/ProudSurvivor

How do the “gun control” zealots foresee their end game? How far do they actually believe they can push an armed populace before the armed folks take prejudicial umbrage? How many “laws” and executive orders do they think they can pass that citizens will continue to obey? And when it all blows up in their face, how far do they think they can run and where do they think they will be able to hide? I believe, if they push much farther, there will be a rebellion and many looking for a vengeful purge.

  • Fleendar the magnificent

They can sign all of the bills into laws that they want, but fortunately, we remember history and remember that gun control, gun registry and confiscation were the preceding actions before the holocaust.
History is attempting to repeat itself.

  • Gearmoe

Another traitor claiming to be American, holding a political office, and committing crimes against the Constitution. No one is safer, in fact now his actions set up a less safe situation and advertizes it. Seems like a cold hearted thing to do to advertize to criminals they can expect no one to have a firearm to use against them. When one is used, then they rant for even more anti-gun law, but who has blood on their and and who is the criminal?

  • YeahRightOkay

…and when will the 2nd Amendment gun rights advocates…stand up and say enough…they are like all the other american sheeple…baa baa baaing away…evidently…they don’t understand what ‘shall not be infringed’ means…

…ps:…don’t biatch at me and try to slam this back in my face…I spent 30 plus years defending these rights…only to see that it was wasted…on american sheeple on both sides…

Moves of this nature are moves of a traitor, and traitors used to swing from ropes with trap doors. The tolerance to outright attacks on the foundational structures of the Country should not be tolerated, yet they are. And this signals a far bigger problem and a problem which fuels loss of liberty, quality of life and decreased safety for every American. Assholes as discussed and those who are suckered to follow need to visit China or N. Korea for a spell. This should make American’s of them again.
