Most of the legislation threatening freedom and privacy on the internet have fallen to the wayside. SOPA, PIPA, ACTA Treaty, and the Cybersecurity Act of 2012 recently voted down by the Congress appeared to be a victory for continued free-flow use of the World Wide Web.
But most of us have been asleep at the wheel, because the Obama administration has been quietly putting into place a much bigger control grid. . .
Welcome to US Ignite ‚Äď the government-sponsored and controlled internet which is the only version of the internet you can use.
In June of this year, President Obama signed the¬†executive order¬†entitled Accelerating Broadband Infrastructure Deployment which supposed to ‚Äúfacilitate broadband deployment on Federal lands, buildings, and rights of way, federally assisted highways, and tribal and individual Indian trust lands (tribal lands), particularly in underserved communities.‚ÄĚ However, with the EO came the creation of¬†US Ignite, which is a 6 year plan to create private-public partnerships (PPP) with the areas a ‚Äúnational security‚ÄĚ; as defined:
‚ÄĘ Workforce development
‚ÄĘ Advanced manufacturing
‚ÄĘ Public safety
‚ÄĘ Clean energy
As the US government has alluded to in previous executive orders, federal assets must adhere to regulations set forth by the Obama administration wherein public tracking would be necessary with the extension of broadband under the Federal Infrastructure Projects Dashboard.
The We Can’t Wait campaign is Obama’s way of redirecting power to the executive branch of government with the circumvention of the Congress by signing a plethora of executive orders to secure the global Elite’s agenda.
US Ignite has a list of partners, ready to assist the US government in creating a government-controlled internet system that connects to all aspects of our lives as we become more and more dependent on technological advancements.
Some of their partners include Cisco, Comcast, Hewlett Packard, Mozilla, Verizon, AT&T, City of San Francisco, Juniper, Big Switch, Cienna, Delta Regional Authority, City of Philadelphia, City of Santa Monica, and Lafayette Utilities Systems.
The purpose is to create through use of current ‚Äútest beds‚ÄĚ the next generation of internet where the US government controls the flow of information under all avenues of access. The pairing with the¬†Global Environment for Network Innovation¬†(GENI) integrates social networking sites with the real world application as influencing society and commerce.
Perhaps this is why we are seeing an influx of RFID chip use in public schools, which obtain their funding through government programs and grants. Needing testing grounds, our children would be perfect subjects as most of them are intentionally dumbed down to ensure they are the next generation of unsuspecting consumers willing to go along with the system.
This project is funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) who will supply the academia and research necessary to improve on US Ignite through GENI and a $40 million investment. The beta-testing in certain cities right now are gathering information for the government-sponsored internet of the future.
The NSF will lead US Ignite for the White House which will eventually integrate all aspects of economy and commerce onto the digital highway to be controlled and manipulated by the US government as the ‚Äúnext-generation network‚ÄĚ. Universities, cities, healthcare offices, transportation, and all other aspects of daily life in America will be connected by this ‚Äúso-called future internet‚ÄĚ. Current experiments demonstrate that all these systems can be connected and controlled by one central grid. The NSF is now empowering GENI to create a prototype within experimental parameters that will satisfy the US government‚Äôs desire to ‚Äútransform cybersecurity, network performance, and cloud computing research, and will jumpstart applications, which have the potential for profound societal and economic impacts.‚ÄĚ
Examples of this grid in place are:
- The University of Massachusetts’ connected radars to high-speed networks that accurately predict the weather for disaster mitigation
- University of Missouri Columbia uses senor data from in-home patients who have their monitoring equipment connected to the network
- Diagnosis of patients with access to doctors connected to the network with the use of cloud-conferencing
- Disaster training with multiple agencies connected to the network
The US Ignite network will connect retailer to shipper, distribution center and customer; educator to student, university and academia; web-developers to university researchers, entrepreneurs within all areas of national priority ‚Äď which include all necessities controlled by the government for the continued functionality of our society.
US Ignite is downplayed in the mainstream because of its promises to be 100 times faster by using a one-gigabit network which is not believed, however, the implications of this venture is missed (or omitted).
The gravity of a network funded by and controlled by the US government through PPPs, city-state agreements and local governments to participate in a new version of the internet that is fully connected is lost in the MSM. Their focus is point out flaws in the Obama administration‚Äôs allocation of¬†broadband¬†as ‚Äúslow and expensive in American cities.‚ÄĚ
However, do not let the corporate-funded dog-and-pony show fool you. As the US government begins plans to take-over, re-shape and sell back to you through corporate relationships, a new version of the internet, we should all we wary.
