United Nations Advances Agenda 21 Via The IPCC

Today the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the IPCC publishes it’s latest report. It will attempt to continue it’s ‘warming world’ theory.

It will mention words like hiatus and pause to explain the lack of warming since 1998. How do I know this? Well they do it every time so why should this time be different?

The problem is, this time it is different. Since 1998 there has been no warming, the climate has held steady but, as I have discussed previously, there are signs that this is about to change. There are signs the world is once again going into a natural cooling cycle.

So, who and what is the IPCC?

12 administrators make up the IPCC. They have an office in Geneva and support the volunteer scientists that work for the organization. In it’s own words the IPCC is there:

“to provide the world with a clear scientific view on the current state of knowledge in climate change and its potential environmental and socio-economic impacts”.

Born of two United Nations parents, the IPCC is the child of The World Meteorological Organization and the United Nations Environment Program. So far it has issued four weighty reports on the current and future climate.

These reports are commissioned by the governments of 195 countries and form the basis for environment and climate policies that are then implemented in those countries.

The 12 full time staff that form the IPCC are all administrators with titles such as:

  • Program Officer
  • Legal and Liason Officer
  • Office Assistant-travel and meetings
  • Office Assistant-Outreach and web

You can see all 12 of them here.

The IPCC doesn’t commission any new science and never has. They do not check that the science behind the papers they review is correct.

The homepage of the IPCC website states quite openly:

The IPCC is a scientific body under the auspices of the United Nations (UN). It reviews and assesses the most recent scientific, technical and socio-economic information produced worldwide relevant to the understanding of climate change. It does not conduct any research nor does it monitor climate related data or parameters.

So, how does it work?

Well it’s quite simple really. Hundreds of authors go about their business producing their academic papers. Lead authors trawl through endless piles of these academic papers noting a relevant page, chapter or reference. Coordinating Lead Authors are each allocated a chapter or segment of the final report. They go through the info provided by the lead authors and compile their section.

The completed section then passes to the Review Editors who makes sure difficult or controversial issues are dealt with properly and that technical data is reproduced correctly from the original academic paper, though they do not check if the data is correct in itself, just that is reproduced correctly. This forms a draft report of that particular chapter.

Once they are satisfied an Expert Reviewer reads the draft report, adjusts it accordingly and the chapter or segment makes its way into the final report. You can read about the whole painfully drawn out process here.

It’s rather like a kidnapper cutting letters out of various newspapers to form a ransom note. If you have enough small snippets you can assemble them to say anything you like.

The IPCC is yet another United Nations paper exercise aimed at exercising control over the citizens of 195 nations around the globe. They review material that supports and  fits their vision of the future.

Climate change is a natural process, the world heats, the world cools, it’s a cycle that has happened since the world was formed and will continue until the world ends. Real science proves this. Ice core analysis conducted over many years has proven this time and time again.

Geology, data locked into the rocks that form the very fabric of the planet, proves that climate change, heating and cooling, is a cycle.

Recent studies of the link between solar activity and climate change fits hand in glove with the findings from other areas of science.

The IPCC is just another branch of the Eugenic United Nations. Constant tax rises to support the ‘green’ agenda is financially crippling populations around the globe, and financially crippled populations cannot survive and thrive as they should.

By continuing the fairy tale of global warming, the IPCC is knowingly condemning millions to death. They are not advising people of how to cope with the cooling cycle that has started and that could last for decades if history is anything to go by.

They continue with the charade that we are all going to fry unless we do as we are told. This is cherry-picked garbage.

This natural cycle of cooling will reduce the population of the planet massively…exactly in line with the depopulation ideals favored by the powers that be. Our reliance on electricity will, by necessity, increase as the Earth cools. There is no advice on how to deal with this, how to cope when the rolling outages begin, because the generators cannot keep up with the massive increase in demand a cooling planet will cause.

There is no sign of the population being told to stock up on food so that when crops are wiped out they do not starve.

There is no mention of alternate heat sources to stave off excessively cold winter temperatures.

No medical advice about how the blood thickens and heart attacks and strokes are more likely in cold weather. Nothing telling people how to avoid these issues.

There’s nothing, nothing at all. There will though, as usual, be pages and pages, hundreds of pages about how as individuals and nations we can slow down or even stop global warming.

So when the report is published it will continue to skate over the arguments made by the ‘deniers’. We will continue to be classed as the lunatic fringe, those people who have no sound knowledge of the intricacies of the dynamic Earth system.

The fact that the IPCC refuses to acknowledge the possibility that other scenarios exist regarding climate change is enough to convince me and many hundreds of thousands of others like me that the IPCC has a controlled agenda.

Agenda 21.

Agenda 21 has many guises, and the IPCC is just another one.

UPDATE: The report is published:

  • Scientists 95% sure man is responsible for 95% of warming since 1950
  • Urgent action must be taken to prevent future warming
  • Warming is predicted to continue in all scenarios and computer models
  • The 15 year pause is not long enough to decide that warming has ceased. They said:

“Trends based on short records are very sensitive to the beginning and end dates and do not in general reflect long-term climate trends,” the report says.

Prof Stocker, added: “I’m afraid there is not a lot of public literature that allows us to delve deeper at the required depth of this emerging scientific question.

“For example, there are not sufficient observations of the uptake of heat, particularly into the deep ocean, that would be one of the possible mechanisms to explain this warming hiatus.” (source)

If you don’t have some form of heat that doesn’t rely on electric, you’re going to regret it.

Exactly. We put in a woodstove and bought a spare along with extra pipe and we keep on cutting wood. When the scum come to my home to tell me I’m polluting the air burning wood to keep my family warm and that I must stop. That’s when I’m going to blow their brains out.

A little factoid for the faux global warming cabal: Seitz Past President of the National Academy of Sciences sponsored a petition against the whole global warming façade at http://www.oism.org/pproject/. Over 19,000 scientist have signed this petition , as opposed to the 600 the U.N. could scrounge up, and some of these 600 have since reconsidered their past agreement, such as Nobel Prize winning physicist Ivar Giaever who stated in an update to the U.S. Senate Minority report for 2007 that “Global warming has become a new religion” and “I am a skeptic.” Later, in 20011, Giaver upped the ante by resigning from the American Physical Society, stating “”The claim … is that the temperature has changed from ~288.0 to ~288.8 degree Kelvin in about 150 years, which (if true) means to me is that the temperature has been amazingly stable, and both human health and happiness have definitely improved in this ‘warming’ period.”
Japanese scientist Kiniori Itoh, another former IPCC member has called Gorian warming a “scientific scandal,” while noting that people “will feel deceived by science and scientists” when they learn the truth. For a complete list of signees to the OISM petition – which includes a simply staggering number of Ph.Ds, – see http://www.oism.org/pproject/., where they are arranged in alphabetical order. Meanwhile a similar petition at http://www.petitionproject.org as of Jan., 2010 – had 31,486 scientist signatures, including 9,029 with Ph.Ds, disagreeing with anthropogenic global warming (the minimum qualifier to be on the petition is a BA in a field related to climate).

Oh yes… Farley Mowat, the noted Canadian leftist and Greenpeace activist, wrote in his book West Viking (written while we were still in the global cooling scare) that there were probably at least dwarf forests growing in Greenland when the Vikings arrived in 985 AD and the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History reports “… Erik the Red discovered two areas of southwest Greenland which were suitable for farming, with grasslands and small stands of alder and birch.” You will note that it is too cold today for any type of forests to grow in Greenland, and there is zero ability to farm. Mowat also reported the Arctic pack ice was much less in that Viking discovery era than today. Dr. Fred Singer writes that when the Vikings first settled Greenland, they grew vegetables, and it was warm enough to allow the population to grow to 3,000 people and by 1100 AD the place was thriving enough that they had their own bishop and twelve churches. Nature reported in a 2010 article that clamshell studies also confirm Norse records. Meanwhile, the Archeological Survey of Canada has also noted around “A.D. 1000, a warmer climate resulted in the tree line advancing 100 kilometres north of its present position.”

And it was as warm, or warmer, 1,000 years ago, in the Medieval Climatic Optimum. There are records of grape growing occurring in places in northern Europe back during this optimum where they can’t grow today. Gregory McNamee, in the Weather Guide Calendar (Accord Publishing, 2002) noted that wine connoisseurs might have gone to England for fine vintages (can’t grow fine vintage grapes there today!), that heat loving trees like beeches carpeted Europe far into Scandinavia, and Viking ships crossed iceberg free oceans to ice free harbors in England…”. Art Horn writes that “In the winter of 1249 it was so warm in England that people did not need winter clothes. They walked about in summer dress. It was so warm people thought the seasons had changed. There was no frost in England the entire winter. Can you imagine what NOAA would say if that happened next year? “ On the other side of the world, research by Panin and Nefedov in 2010, where they analyzed rivers and lakes in the Upper Volga and Upper Zapadnaya Dvina areas in Russia, also found evidence of a Medieval climatic optimum in that part of the world Even worse for the warmers, recent research has found evidence for the Medieval Climatic Optimum in the central Peruvian Andes – see http://www.nipccreport.org/articles/2011/sep/21sep2011a3.html, southern South America, see http://www.nipccreport.org/articles/2011/dec/14dec2011a4.html, China, see, http://www.nipccreport.org/articles/2012/jan/18jan2012a4.html, where the author XJ Zhou notes “temperatures in the Medieval Warm Period are comparable to those in the current warm period over China,” and Antarctica, Li, Y., Cole-Dai, J. and Zhou, L. 2009. Glaciochemical evidence in an East Antarctica ice core of a recent (AD 1450-1850) neoglacial episode. Journal of Geophysical Research 114: 10.1029/2008JD011091 (summarized at http://www.nipccreport.org/articles/2011/sep/20sep2011a5.html). Amazingly, there is even clear evidence of the LIA and MWP in Antarctica- see http://motls.blogspot.com/2012/03/paper-antarctica-did-experience-both.html#more as well as Western Canada, as illustrated by the picture of a white spruce found on Canada’s Arctic Ocean. A Picea glauca (white spruce) stump on the Tuktoyaktuk Peninsula in tundra,
some 100km north of the current treeline, can be found at the URL below. Photo by Professor Ritchie (University of Toronto). Radiocarbon date was 4940 ±140 years Before Present (BP), and was featured in Hubert Lamb’s classic work Climate, Present, Past and Future. See http://drtimball.com/2012/sensationalist-and-distorted-climate-stories-increase-as-climate-science-failures-exposed/ for this picture, as well as other AGW info.

Another study, by earth sciences professor Zunli Lu (formerly of Oxford, now at Syracuse Univ.), studied samples of crystal called ikaite, which forms in cold water, and will melt at room temperature. Samples were taken by Lu and colleagues, examined for variation caused by temperature fluctuations during formation, and dated. The result? Lu writes: “This ikaite record qualitatively supports that both the Medieval Warm Period and Little Ice Age extended to the Antarctic Peninsula.” What does this mean? It means that the MWP was not simply a localized event in northern Europe, or even the northern hemisphere. And if it was as warm 1,000 years ago as now all over the world, Al Gore is simply wrong
