CNN Couldn’t Cut This Guest off Fast Enough Before He Exposed How They Control The Narrative

CNN’s Brian Stelter recently got called out on his show by former intelligence officer Larry Johnson for attempting to control the narrative through pre-interviews.

Stelter started to attack Johnson for going on Russian “propaganda” network RT as he put it. Johnson’s response is amazing, and Stelter’s insistence on “setting” Johnson’s point “aside” afterwards is priceless.

Most people have no idea this is even a common practice with mainstream establishment media outlets. It’s just one more way they dish out their propaganda to an unsuspecting public.

Luke Rudkowski of We Are Change explains how the mainstream media controls what their interviewees are allowed to say on TV through not just scripting but pre-interviews.

And, of course, when CNN doesn’t like something someone says, well… there’s always just cutting them off.

And sometimes they even blame it on TV gremlins:

Why do people even still watch this stuff?

We get more reliable news from The Daily Mail, a British tabloid, than we do from our own alphabet media.

    • mandy smith

wow…that doesn’t say a lot for US media at all, like you, i dont pay to much heed to our lot in the UK, and that includes the daily mail, i mainly rely on news i can garner from the web, but finding news you can trust these days is not so easy, i guess you just have to trust your own judgment and gut feeling.

I agree. I have to read Russia Today to get better reporting on American news. The irony is too much.

Our task is to separate what is editorial from what is fact.

The National Enquirer or Weekly World News is more credible than CNN or NBC or any of the other MSM news outlets.
The Weekly World News is that paper with all the really weird shit they report, like Elvis found alive with aliens or Jesus Christ was an alien and all sorts of other ridiculous nonsense. But as far out as they are, they are far more credible than any MSM news source.
But what I really don’t get is why there are still people who are dumb enough to watch this fuck-nuttery. Nobody can possibly take them seriously when they deny something that has already been proven to be true, like that idiot who would not accept that Hillary got that child rapist off even though she knew he was guilty, and she was on tape saying it. How much more confirmation do you need? Or do you just hope that you can lie about it and nobody will check?
MSM is fake news. Period. Deal with it.
The alternative media will soon put the MSM out of business. People will tire of their dishonesty and they will turn to alternative media for the truth. It’s inevitable. And they know it.
    Good riddance.

  • The issue about the difference between A) what guests really want to say on topics and B) what they actually get to say before being cut off or pre-screened out of a program is a good one.

It would be a cool project to devote a website to allowing guests to send in reports about that – verifying it’s really them if written, or video clips.

I remember my shock – just a little one, like dragging your feet on a carpet and touching a doorknob – that the Russians have more respect for our 2nd Amendment than half of America does. . .

Dish network does not include RT in their news package, but do include
BBC, CNN, MSNBC, CCNews, and even The Blaze????

  • abinico is also very good.

The only MSM “news” outlet I still use is Fox- and half the time they are shilling for the leftists. I gave up on the MSM & their Hollywood cousins long before this most recent election

    • dg12

Fox News = .15% leftist. Come on, quantify correctly…

The part about objectivity and honesty is true, although that’s not much of a compliment since you’re comparing RT with the objectivity and honesty of the US mainstream press, which has only the opposite of both. Any objectivity and honesty at all, then, or even less of a lack of those traits, counts as “more.” So, simply stated, RT doesn’t actually have to have either objectivity or honesty in order to have more of both of those traits than the US mainstream press. Just sayin’…

But I also notice a pretty blatant anti-American bias in the story choices and reporting. RT’s famous squinty-eyed motile anchorwoman Abby Martin may as well name her bit “How and Why America Sucks.” So it’s fair to say it at least has some propaganda-like aspects.

It’s interesting, though, that since they report on so many facts the US press doesn’t address, in addition to often-superior reporting in general, it just outclasses the American press. So, for the RT haters, look: spin is spin, but facts are facts. You can as much label RT “America-skeptic” as any of the more inflammatory, slanderous labels the US press prefers. Not that, you know, America deserves any, um, skepticism. Or anything.

KILL YOUR T(ranquilization)V(ehicle)s NOW!! It is your doorway to True Awakening. You are LYING TO YOURSELF if you still believe you can watch the gloob and not be brainwashed&indoctrinated by their NON-STOP LIES.
Television News = ALL LIES. ALL THE TIME. They are ALL COMPLICIT. Stop fooling yourself, I beg of you. Try it for just 30 days. Do NOT turn it on EVEN ONCE for ONE MONTH. I gare-ron-tee you NEVER look back. EVER. I PROMISE.
