Brimming with hubris and self-importance, the ruling Elite and mainstream media cannot believe they have lost the consent of the governed.

Every ruling Elite needs the consent of the governed: even autocracies, dictatorships and corporatocracies ultimately rule with the consent, however grudging, of the governed.

The American ruling Elite has lost the consent of the governed. This reality is being masked by the mainstream media, mouthpiece of the ruling class, which is ceaselessly promoting two false narratives:

1. The “great divide” in American politics is between left and right, Democrat/Republican.

2. The ruling Elite has delivered “prosperity” not just to the privileged few but to the unprivileged many they govern.

Both of these assertions are false. The Great Divide in America is between the ruling Elite and the governed that the Elite has stripmined. The ruling Elite is privileged and protected, the governed are unprivileged and unprotected. That’s the divide that counts and the divide that is finally becoming visible to the marginalized, unprivileged class of debt-serfs.

The “prosperity” of the 21st century has flowed solely to the ruling Elite and its army of technocrat toadies, factotums, flunkies, apparatchiks and apologists. The Elite’s army of technocrats and its media apologists have engineered and promoted an endless spew of ginned-up phony statistics (the super-low unemployment rate, etc.) to create the illusion of “growth” and “prosperity” that benefit everyone rather than just the top 5%.

The media is 100% committed to promoting these two false narratives because the jig is up once the bottom 95% wake up to the reality that the ruling Elite has been stripmining them for decades. As I have tirelessly explained, the U.S. economy is not just neoliberal (the code word for maximizing private gain by any means available, including theft, fraud, embezzlement, political fixing, price-fixing, and so on)–it is neofeudal, meaning that it is structurally an updated version of Medieval feudalism in which a top layer of financial-political nobility owns the engines of wealth and governs the marginalized debt-serfs who toil to pay student loans, auto loans, credit cards, mortgages and taxes–all of which benefit the financiers and political grifters.

The media is in a self-referential frenzy to convince us the decision of the century is between unrivaled political grifter Hillary Clinton and financier-cowboy Donald Trump. Both belong to the privileged ruling Elite: both have access to cheap credit, insider information (information asymmetry) and political influence.

The cold truth is the ruling Elite has shredded the social contract by skimming the income/wealth of the unprivileged. The fake-“progressive” pandering apologists of the ruling Elite–Robert Reich, Paul Krugman and the rest of the Keynesian Cargo Cultists–turn a blind eye to the suppression of dissent and the looting the bottom 95% because they have cushy, protected positions as tenured faculty (or equivalent).

They cheerlead for more state-funded bread and circuses for the marginalized rather than demand an end to exploitive privileges of the sort they themselves enjoy.

Consider just three of the unsustainably costly broken systems that enrich the privileged Elite by stripmining the unprivileged: healthcare (a.k.a. sickcare because sickness is profitable, prevention is unprofitable), higher education and Imperial over-reach (the National Security State and its partner the privately owned Military-Industrial Complex).

While the unprivileged and unprotected watch their healthcare premiums and co-pays soar year after year, the CEOs of various sickcare cartels skim off tens of millions of dollars annually in pay and stock options.

The system works great if you get a $20 million paycheck. If you get a 30% increase in monthly premiums for fewer actual healthcare services–the system is broken.

If you’re skimming $250,000 as under-assistant dean to the provost for student services (or equivalent) plus gold-plated benefits, higher education is working great. If you’re a student burdened with tens of thousands of dollars in student loan debt who is receiving a low-quality, essentially worthless “education” from poorly paid graduate students (“adjuncts”) and a handful of online courses that you could get for free or for a low cost outside the university cartel–the system is broken.

If you exit the Pentagon, CIA, NSA, etc. at a cushy managerial rank with a fat pension and lifetime benefits and are hired at a fat salary the next day by a private “defense” contractor–the famous revolving door between a bloated state and a bloated defense industry–the system works great. If you joined the Armed Forces to escape rural poverty and served at the point of the spear somewhere in the Imperial Project–your perspective may well be considerably different.

Unfortunately for the ruling Elite and their army of engorged enablers and apologists, they have already lost the consent of the governed. They have bamboozled, conned and misled the bottom 95% for decades, but their phony facade of political legitimacy and “the rising tide raises all boats” has cracked wide open, and the machinery of oppression, looting and propaganda is now visible to everyone who isn’t being paid to cover their eyes.

Brimming with hubris and self-importance, the ruling Elite and mainstream media cannot believe they have lost the consent of the governed. The disillusioned governed have not fully absorbed this epochal shift of the tides yet, either. They are aware of their own disillusionment and their own declining financial security, but they have yet to grasp that they have, beneath the surface of everyday life, already withdrawn their consent from a self-serving, predatory, parasitic, greedy and ultimately self-destructive ruling Elite.

As Herman Goring said, “the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy.       Ah yes have you noticed before EVERY war there is a FALSE FLAG attack on America. For example

      WWI: The sinking of the Lusitania: The Lusitania was carrying many millions of rounds of ammo into a war zone, a war crime. Germany sent a notice to about 50 major news papers all across America that the Lusitania would be sunk. Only ONE newspaper printed this announcement. The Lusitania was about the FASTEST ship in the world, twice as fast as a GERMAN U Boat. The British Admiralty ORDERED the Lusitania to stop one of its two engines when it got into the U Boat area. But all this was not enough SO. The captain of the Lusitania, who just happened to be a member of the British Navy steered the Lusitania DIRECTLY at the German U Boat.

      WWII: The attack on Pearl Harbor: The Allies had broken the Japanese Secret code machine and KNEW all of the secret Japanese electronic secret communication. Well everyone knew it EXCEPT Pearl Harbor who was denied the code breaking machinery AND DC was very careful to keep Pearl in the DARK about the well known in advance attack.

            Were is the restraint in that? That’s not limiting government at all.

            It says nothing about the Government getting Exclusive Rights, but says they must allow for the Individuals practice of exclusive rights.           • From your comments, my impression is that you are unaware of the analysis of the USA Constitution and the conclusion arrived at by Lysander Spooner in 1870: 

            “But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain – that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.”

            Because Spooner is not mentioned in government schools, I was also unaware of his analysis until many years after graduation from a State University. If you have been similarly under-educated, you can begin correcting it at this link:

            What you are failing to understand is; “We the People” (4th Branch of Government) have allowed our Congress, President, and Courts to interpret the Constitution on Moral bounds. It mostly started during the Civil War, but the heat has been on for about 100yrs now.
            Let’s use Prohibition as an example. Because Alcohol had been a fact of life in the US (Colonies), in 1920. We were still somewhat Constitutional then, and they knew the public wouldn’t allow them to regulate around it. Due to public outcry, it was repealed in 1933 I believe. The very next year (1934) the government passed the NFA. In other words they Regulated around the Constitution, rather than Amend it. Of course, Regulatory Agencies sprung up shortly thereafter. Due to Public outcry, Prohibition was repealed via Amendment, however, something wicked our way came.
            In 1942, Wickard V. Filburn it was determined that Regulatory Agencies could in fact, make Punitive Laws because it eliminated all that dreaded testifying before congress. The short version is; Congress was creating Agencies, Granting “Titles of Nobility,” who then served “Bills of Attainder.” Sometimes “Ex Post Facto.” Examples; GCA 1968, and The Brady Gig in 1993. All forbidden in Article 1, Sec. 9 Federal and Sec. 10 States.
            If you need I can back track to 1850’s and show you how the original Republicans were the Original Progressives. Sedition Act., Confiscation Acts, Etc. Think about the Pinkerton Agency that became the Secret Service, which started making their own Secret rules and Regulations right after the Civil War. Many believe the Civil War was about Slavery, but it actually started over Liberty versus Regulation……
            BTW, the only provision in the Constitution that approaches Statism, is the brief moments we open up the Amendment Process. That’s one of several reasons Madison spoke out about the Amendments in the Federalist Papers. Also, can you name me one other Amendment, besides the 2nd, that you can’t practice across state lines, or in individual cities. I know of 1.

The ONLY hope i have is that when the economy dies, no more food stamps, no relief supplies, no unemployment, earth changes, that they will extract their heads out of the place they have them. because if not, if they are going to keep being sheep, enabling criminals to keep them ignorant slaves, then i am ready to shut the He#l up, find that five hundred acres, clear the brush, mark the distances so that i have a clear shot if any sheep wander onto my land.           I’ve taught constitutional law for years. Where do you think government gets its perceived moral/legitimate/legal AUTHORITY to kill and steal? Crimes that you or I would go to jail for?

          Authoritarian governments are characterized by four qualities:
          1) limited political pluralism. (The US has one major political party with two wings. D. and R.)
          2) a basis for legitimacy based on emotion, especially the identification of the regime as a necessary evil to combat societal problems. (This is the very essence of Progressivism, both left and right.)
          3) suppression of political opponents and anti-regime activity. (Did you see the Libertarian Party, or Socialist Party, or even Green Party candidates in the presidential debates?)
          4) informally defined executive power. (George Washington issued the first ‘Executive Order.’ FDR issued more than 3,500 E.O’s. Total together, more than 13,500 executive orders and proclamations have been issued, all with the force of law. The US constitution makes no mention of executive orders.

          We could also talk about the authority to grant and rescind privileges and call them ‘rights.’

            If executive orders were legal, they would only have jurisdiction over those living in Washington DC, overseas territories, inside Federal Forts. Would have absolutely no jurisdiction on the living souls on the face of the land of North America, in the Sovereign States, or any lands outside the Federal Lands.

        Voting is a panacea to make the herd feel good about themselves. To let them think they have a choice. Who cares if they vote or not. Lincoln was ‘elected’ with only about 35% of the popular vote in 1860.
        Not paying taxes would be a different story.

The dollar would collapse, followed by hyperinflation and then a period of rebuilding. We’ve postponed this revolution since November 22, 1963. Time is up.

          Going to have deflation on things the average guy owns, house, land,car. Hyperinflation, huge wave of businesses going out of business, about a two year slide to the very bottom of the death of the fiat dollar. About eight years after that just real hard times. Then start rebuilding. The people start rebuilding that is. The State worshiping sheep will have been cured of that worship by that time.

        They most certainly do care about our consent. They have to have it in order to stay in power. There is a vital etheric difference between being too complacent to vote and abstaining from voting because you withdraw your consent to be ruled. The results of withdrawing consent happen on an etheric level, meaning they are unseen but the power of intent still operates. It is our duty to ourselves and to all the innocent people killed overseas by our military to withdraw our consent and this farcical, embarrassing circus election is all the proof we need to realize it’s time to take a stand.

    This happened big time when Washington DC Inc murdered our President Kennedy and joined up with the NWO. It has been down hill ever since. Trump has the potential to drain the DC Cesspool of crime to include MANY murders. This is why everyone is against Trump EXCEPT for perhaps 250 million of us who are not drawing benefits from the numerous DC criminal enterprises to include poisoning and drugging of America, running drugs, murder for hire and other crimes too numerous to list.

    It says…

    “….That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends,
    it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to
    institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and
    organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to
    effect their Safety and Happiness.”
    It’s called the Declaration of Independence.

    Perhaps the time has come.
