Former White House Chief Strategist and Breitbart News Executive Chairman Steve Bannon ripped into former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney and his family after Romney took cheap shots at Alabama candidate for US Senate Roy Moore, questioning his “honor and integrity” on Tuesday.

“What did [Mitt Romney] say yesterday? … That judge Moore lacked honor and integrity and that’s why he couldn’t vote for him?” Bannon asked an audience of Moore supporters in Fairhope, Alabama.

Bannon referenced Romney’s unwelcome voice as he tweeted out, “Roy Moore in the US Senate would be a stain on the GOP and on the nation. Leigh Corfman and other victims are courageous heroes. No vote, no majority is worth losing our honor, our integrity.”

Leigh Corfman is a scam artists whose made several false accusations and is known in her community for it.  She has no honor and no integrity and by claiming she is a “courageous hero,” neither does Romney.  And losing honor and integrity by voting for Roy Moore, Mitt?  Surely you jest!

The GOP has lost their integrity a long time ago.  They lost their honor because they don’t follow the Constitution anymore than the Democrats do.

As for Romney, Bannon had strong words for his tweet.

“Judge Moore is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point,” he said. “Judge Moore served his country in one of the toughest wars we ever had, in Vietnam.”

That’s honor and integrity, Mitt,” Bannon said. “And while we’re on the subject of Vietnam, and honor, and integrity, you avoided service, brother.”

However, Bannon didn’t stop at Romney, he launched into an attack on his own lack of service and the lack of service by his sons.

Mitt, Mitt, here’s how it is brother. The college deferments … we can debate that … but you hid behind your religion. You went to France to be a missionary while guys were dying in rice patties in Vietnam. Do not talk to me about honor and integrity!

And now I’m gonna get personal. You ran for commander-in-chief. You had five sons. Not one day of service in Afghanistan and Iraq. We have 7,000 dead and 52,000 casualties. Where were the Romneys during those wars?

You want to talk about honor and integrity brother? Bring it. Bring it here to Alabama! You have the guts to get on the stage with a man who served in Vietnam and you expect us to believe “honor and integrity?” Judge Roy Moore has more honor and integrity in the pinky finger than your entire family has in its whole DNA!

He then pointed out that Romney is just bitter because he was a two-time loser for the White House, unlike Donald Trump.

“[Romney’s] still bitter about Donald Trump,” Bannon told the crowd in the barn. “Embrace it, Mitt. He is President of the United States and commander-in-chief of the armed forces, something you so miserably failed at.”

Judge Roy Moore also responded to Romney’s tweet.

Romney never showed any courage.

Additionally, when Romney ran for president, he was supported by Donald Trump, but when the favor was asked to be returned, Romney wouldn’t budge.  While Trump is not a “conservative,” he far more conservative in a lot of ways that Mitt Romney ever was as governor.

Shame on Mitt Romney!  The people spoke back in 2012.  They pretty much told Romney they didn’t care to hear from him ever again.  I wish he would listen.

Most, if not all leading politicians, talk big, hunting for voters. This time it get interesting by exposing their true nature. Up to now they stood in front, remembering, in silence. As a gesture of responsibility for the death. Today, watch them standing, Pants on ankles.

Romney, like Al Gore and the Hildabeast, is a political zombie who refuses to go off into the bushes and quietly expire.

  • digriff

    OUCH..nice burn.

  • Mike

Romney is nothing but a feckless rino anyhow, so no true conservative cares what he says or thinks.

    • Cal

It is okay that you are a conservative, BUT, it is not okay for you to hold party over the US Constitution.

Alexander Hamilton: “Nothing could be more ill-judged than that intolerant spirit which has, at all times, characterized political parties.” (Federalist 1, October 27, 1787)

Alexander Hamilton: “We are attempting, by this Constitution, to abolish factions, and to unite all parties for the general welfare.” (Debates in the Convention of the State of New York on the Adoption of the Federal Constitution, Tuesday, June 25, 1788. In: Henry Cabot Lodge, ed., The Works of Alexander Hamilton (Federal Edition), Vol. 2, New York, 1904, p. 57.)

John Adams: “There is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties, each arranged under its leader, and concerting measures in opposition to each other. This, in my humble
apprehension, is to be dreaded as the greatest political evil under our Constitution.”

Alexander Hamilton: “Nothing could be more ill-judged than that intolerant spirit which has, at all times, characterized political parties.” (Federalist 1)

George Washington on factions (political parties) in his farewell presidential speech: ‘The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge, natural to party dissension, which in different ages and countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more
formal and permanent despotism. The disorders and miseries, which result, gradually incline the minds of men to seek security and repose in the absolute power of an individual; and sooner or later the chief of some prevailing faction, more able or more fortunate than his competitors, turns this disposition to the purposes of his own elevation, on the ruins of Public Liberty…
It serves always to distract the Public Councils, and enfeeble the Public Administration. It agitates the Community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms; kindles the animosity of one part against another, foments occasionally riot and insurrection. It opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which find a facilitated access to the government itself through the channels of party passions. Thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another.”

Mitt was a typical slime bag hedge fund crook.

    • Steve Bannons kind of guy then…

  • Putting on a uniform or being drafted into military service does not automatically qualify one as a hero, takes away from the true meaning of the word, and marginalizes true acts of heroism. Its akin to giving every member of the losing soccer team a participation award.

Putting on a uniform doesn’t make you a hero. . . it makes you a lackey.

Heroes are those who perform above and beyond – uniform or not.

you are completely ignorant of the reasons for the U.S. being in Vietnam. please, just S.T.F.U.

    • Cal

He is correct about the drugs, but because the Congress did NOT declare war, NO ONE SHOULD HAVE DEPLOYED, as that action was UNLAWFUL and works to destroy our nation from within.

  • Cal

First, Vietnam, just like all wars since WW2 was an unlawful war, I agree. It is also important to realize that most Americans have been dumbed down since long before Vietnam. They were being “re-educated”, propagandized, subliminized, drugged, etc just as they still are today.

The traitors to our nation, the domestic enemies, the criminals in office, branches, agencies, who have done this and the other wars are those who serve within the LEGISLATIVE branch. Why? Because ONLY those that serve within the Congress can call out the US Military, are REQUIRED in writing by the supreme contract that they are under to REFUSE to fund any war after two years, let alone fund any UNLAWFUL and ILLEGAL undeclared (by those serving within the House & Senate) wars. There was one person who was against them while he served, he even tried to force those traitors to either declare war or refuse to fund it as is REQUIRED of those in writing that serve within those positions.

US Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 (The Congress shall have Power): “To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water”.

Clause 12 (The Congress shall have Power): “To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years”.

James Madison: “The power to declare war, including the power of judging the causes of war, is fully and exclusively vested in the legislature … the
executive has no right, in any case, to decide the question, whether there is or is not cause for declaring war.”

George Washington: “The constitution vests the power of declaring war in Congress; therefore no offensive expedition of importance can be undertaken until after they shall have deliberated upon the subject and
    authorized such a measure.”

James Madison: “In time of actual war, great discretionary powers are constantly given to the Executive Magistrate. Constant apprehension of War, has the same tendency to render the head too large for the body. A
standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty. The means of defence against foreign danger, have been always the instruments of tyranny at home. Among the Romans it was a standing maxim to excite a war, whenever a revolt was apprehended. Throughout all Europe, the armies kept up under the pretext of defending, have enslaved the people.”

James Madison: “Of all the enemies to public liberty war is, perhaps, the most to be dreaded, because it comprises and develops the germ of every other. War is the parent of armies; from these proceed debts and taxes; and armies, and debts, and taxes are the known instruments for bringing the many under the domination of the few… No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.”

Henry Clay: “Far better is it for ourselves, for Hungary, and for the cause of liberty, that … avoiding the distant wars of Europe, we should keep our lamp burning brightly on the western shore, as a light to all nations, than to hazard its utter extinction among the ruins of fallen or falling republics in

John Quincy Adams: “Wherever the standard of freedom and independence has been or shall be unfurled there will America’s hearts, her benedictions, and her prayers be. But she goes not abroad in search of monsters to destroy. She is the well-wisher of the freedom and independence of all. She is the champion and vindicator only of her own.”

George Washington: “It is our true policy to steer clear of entangling alliances with any portion of the foreign world. The great rule of conduct for us in regard to foreign nations is, in extending our commercial relations, to have with them as little political connection as possible.”

Thomas Jefferson: “I have ever deemed it fundamental for the United States never to take active part in the quarrels of Europe. Their political interests are entirely distinct from ours. Their mutual jealousies, their balance of power, their complicated alliances, their forms and principles of government, are all foreign to us. They are nations of eternal war.“

John Quincy Adams: “America does not go abroad in search of monsters to destroy. She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all. She well knows that by enlisting under other banners than her own, were
they even the banners of foreign independence, she would involve herself beyond the power of extrication in all the wars of interest and intrigue, of individual avarice, envy and ambition, which assume the colors and usurp the standards of freedom.”

It is understandable that the Military Industrial Congressional Complex wishes to keep America in war, it is not the brass out on the fields dying. But it is those soldiers that pay the price so that they can have money, prestige, power, etc. That is why they, and the CIA, wish and work to keep us in wars. But, that is to be expected of them, most – if not all the brass (and I believe it IS all) are so corrupted that they are willingly and eagerly destroying our nation forgetting that they ONLY have the position they occupy if America stands. The same is to be said of the Congress.

But worse, it is us, “We the people of the united States” who are not reining in OUR representatives that are in all the branches of government – state and federal. Remember, it is the American people, after the war for freedom, that created the states, and then the people of the state’s representatives that created the federal government to be the union of states representative in dealing with mostly foreign affairs. They are OUR constructs, and it is OUR duty to rein them in, to see that OUR elections – our voice – in elections is honest and true. That those who serve withihn our governments not lie to us without accountability being harsh on them. That WE understand our own government, and it is NOT a “Democracy”, it is a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC.

It is critical that we all understand that all delegated authority (powers) are NOT given to people, but are delegated to the different branches and to named offices within a branch. The people WHO SERVE within those positions are ALLOWED to use those powers only if they do the duties as found in writing, take and KEEP the Oath that makes it their own personal responsibility to do so.

Hope that helps you to understand our government better, and who is to blame. But…

All who take that Oath to support and defend the US Constitution, are made PERSONALLLY responsible for their actions also. They are REQUIRED to be aware enough of what is allowed constitutionally to say “NO” when given an unlawful (unconstitutional) order.

What does that mean? That means that until and unless those that serve within our Congress declares war, there can be no LAWFUL war. The other requirement is that the war MUST be in defense of our nation, not nation-building, or for corporations, banks, foreign entities, foreign nations, etc. All soldiers are REQUIRED by their Oath to NOT deploy until those serving within the Congress declares war.

Interesting. Bannon insults McCain’s service record but then cries foul when Romney does it to Moore. Duplicity is so sad.
