Special Ops Called to Oregon as “Fake Militiamen” Exposed as Fed Provocateurs by Real Militia

By Jay Syrmopoulos

With tensions running high at the Malheur Wildlife Reserve, the Oath Keepers organization is reporting that they have been informed by sources within the U.S. special forces community that special operations assets have been moved into the area.

It was reported on Tuesday that federal authorities are planning to cut the power to the commandeered facility, with hopes that the sub-zero Oregon winter would drive them out without incident, but the potential exists that cutting the power is a simple precursor to laying siege to the building.

According to a report by the Oath Keepers founder and National President, Stewart Rhodes:

Oath Keepers has received very credible information from an active duty source within the special operations community that at least one SOD-X (Reserve/National Guard Special Operations Detachment, see this, this, and this) unit under the command of Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) has been tasked for this standoff at the Malheur Wildlife Reserve and moved to the area.   Given this, we should expect that other special operations assets, such as Delta Force, will also be involved if the Obama Administration decides to give the green light on a military raid/strike.  And we should expect the presence of the infamous FBI HRT (which were present at both Ruby Ridge and Waco).

Numerous major national militia groups, including the Three Percenter movement and the Oath Keepers, have come out to publicly condemn the actions of the Bundys. Many in the community have deemed those involved in the standoff as potential federal agent provocateurs, who in no way represent the militia movement and are instead meant to undermine its legitimacy.

Mike Vanderboegh, founder of the Three Percent movement wrote this on the initial day of the standoff:

I was first apprised of this a few minutes ago by folks on the ground out in Oregon. They report that Payne, Ritzheimer and every other “tiger-talking” fruit, nut and federal provocateur previously identified from the Bundy standoff were now in possession of the building and daring the Feds to do anything about it. My initial reaction was to observe that at least afterward we’ll know who the federal snitches are because they will be the only ones who survive the raid to take back the building. My understanding is that this premeditated action has been condemned by the Oregon Three Percenters and other groups but the fact of the matter is that these people are writing checks that they expect the rest of us to cash in our blood. And the Hammonds themselves are disavowing this action in the strongest terms.

Many of the suspected agent provocateurs were identified as the very same individuals who were reported to have, on numerous occasions, attempted to instigate violence against law enforcement and federal agents during the Bundy Ranch standoff in Nevada.

Make no mistake that this incident will play directly into the ongoing gun control/citizen disarmament movement currently playing out in the United States. The timing of the siege couldn’t have come at a more opportune time for federal authorities to continue to push their narrative about “militia terrorists,” marking a huge propaganda victory.

Below is an official statement from the Oath Keepers organization addressing the Oregon standoff:

Short Oath Keepers Statement on this Standoff

I will post a longer statement later, but for now, here is a brief statement on this situation, in general:

Oath Keepers adamantly opposes the armed takeover of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge.  This is not in keeping with the moral imperative of only using force in defense when people’s lives are at stake, as at Bundy Ranch in 2014.  In this case, neither the Hammonds nor their neighbors were in imminent threat of being murdered, and neither the Hammonds nor their neighbors asked for any form of armed standoff.   In fact, they oppose it.  This is being done by outsiders who misled and deceived locals, deceived the Hammonds, and deceived the patriot movement by luring them in with a peaceful rally and then attempting to rope them into a premeditated, manufactured armed standoff.   Both Ammon Bundy and Ryan Payne (who we suspect is an agent provocateur) told the locals in the Committee of Safety, at a public town hall meeting on December 15, that they, the locals on the committee, would be making the decisions on what was to be done, how, and when. That was a lie, as they were already staging their men and supplies in the area to takeover the wildlife refuge, and had already planned out this takeover of the federal facility at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge.  By doing this, they have given Obama the best New Years present he could hope for – an example of militia movement/patriot aggression, which gives up the high ground while also having the least credibility and support from the locals possible, after lying to them, and also the least support from the patriot community, who were also blind-sided by Ammon and Ryan Payne.

However, as much as we oppose what Ammon Bundy and Ryan Payne have done, we must warn the Obama Administration that it does not have free reign to “Waco” the people in this standoff by using deadly military force, such as an SOD-X, Delta Force, or the FBI HRT to kill them all.  The Federal government must respect their right to due process and do all it can to end this standoff peacefully, without loss of life.   It must treat it like the Freeman standoff, not the Waco standoff.   There will be no more free Wacos, as Mike Vanderbgh, Founder of the Three Percenter movement puts it.  Treat this with kid gloves or risk a civil war.

Yeah sounds like “SOD-X” is violating Posse Comitatus. Or maybe them using Delta Force? Seriously?

They can have all the MOVE houses they want, but no more free WACOS

What has WACO, RUBY RIDGE and this situation all have in common? Yep! You guessed it. They’re all actions taken by DEMOCRAT ADMINISTRATIONS!!!!

let’s not overlook the point of agent provocateurs stirring the pot during the oh-bahmah gun moves…..

article is about half way down the page:

  • TheCountess

So, just Who is doing what to whom?
Is not this government usurping their authority in the Hammond case?
Are the Bundy’s false. working for the gov.?

    • No, it is the government violating the double jeopardy clause in reconsidering charges previously dismissed by a plea bargain arranged before a sitting and now retired judge, who saw to justice in his decision. The Bundy’s are trying to find justice in a “company town” where the vast majority of the population are on the federal payroll directly or indirectly, and where they will never get enough sympathy to succeed. Even the sheriff is being held hostage by the federal venue. If justice were possible, it would be based on the legal destruction of the myth of lawful federal ownership of the land in a area where no “Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock–Yards, (or) other needful Buildings” exist.

      • TheCountess

True, true. The tragedy of ‘on the dole’ is so true and makes for a harder time at changing corruption in our government.
Shows how easily freedoms can be bought and paid for in exchange.

        • BigGaySteve

Even worse the prosecutor that sent them back to jail because she thought the judge didn’t punish them enough only qualification for her job was being a lesbian.

          • Franie

You know that is true. Those folks DID their time. Now, because the Obama administration wants to trample all over the second amendment, they are going to make an example of throwing that father and son back into jail, thereby taunting the law and ruffling people’s ‘feathers’. That is a travesty of the WORST kind. I’m surprised more people aren’t standing up for this injustice. It’s not right that the government has the ‘right’ to throw you back behind bars after you’ve done your time just because someone says they didn’t serve enough time. Wow! Talk about the thugs that rule this country!!!

Not sure of her proclivities, some reports are she was stalking one of her married male employees. Either way she is a prog dolt and was forced to resign last Spring.
The Feral Courts are just enablers to these Progressive Persecutors. Enough is enough. TX would be a better place for a fight, but Bundy is forcing the issue here and now, for better or worse.
The Ferals had better tread very lightly.

finally someone else who has read and understands Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17. if more people were interested enough to learn, this kind of crap wouldn’t be happening.

        • Unfortunately it would take a lot more than reading.
The Hammonds and the Bundys have become obvious victims of treason and deceit perpetrated by domestic enemies of our Constitution. Americans have, somehow, lost the courage to stand up to their government that they have routinely shown in fighting unconstitutional wars that they should have refused to deploy to. Michael New is among the very few militarymen who have demonstrated the courage to say no when ordered to do something which they recognized as a violation of either the UNMJ and/or the Constitution, or both. Until We the People once again can muster the courage of the men who stood up to King George, we will continue to grovel before those who work for us as well as against us. Knowing the law is useless if the courage to enforce it is absent.

its’ the govt usurping their power. It’s also them covering up their butts for their own damned fires they started and do all the time, and are falsely charging these people in hopes to gain access to their land.
1st off they had permission to start the first fire which is one of the counts they were charged with in the first place. The back fire they started was to save their own lands which did get out of hand but didn’t burn that much BLM land to begin with. the second fire and second charge they couldn’t get permission, because all personal were out fighting fires to begin with so again, what were they do to stand around while fires burn their place up? NO! BS.
As for the Bundy’s working for the Govt I doubt it. Every time this kind of thing happens the Nay Sayers who care less one way or another, and or are so paranoid that making a stand will lead to martial law always want to play this they are working for the Govt crap. BS. If were always fear that martial law of everyone’s a Govt provocateur then well never make a stand.

The smart move is not to go where all the feds show up but to take care of your local A-holes while every 1/2 competent government worker is looking at the cabin in the woods. Connecticut produced lists of every politician that voted to confiscate guns along with addresses of kids/family members, with the implication that they would not have shoot outs with cops but snipe liberal’s spawn.

Then again, it could just be a Brave Patriot who wants to stop the tyranny happening to these people, which I think most know, but that excuse makes the cowardly sleep better at night.

        • GenEarly

Timing and location is unfortunate, indigenous Harney County people mostly seem accepting of the two ankle grab, and some of Bundy’s people have questionable resumes, But….military analytics only without passion is just mercenary…..like the Ferals. So this is dicey to predict either way, because If not here; It will be somewhere else, because ProgreSSives never, ever quit of their own accord. The FIB and”specialtroops” had better think twice, they are not in Boston. Custer’s hubris wasn’t necessarily healthy for the 7th Cav. troopers. Everyone needs to think this over before it gets frisky.

Cattle/ranching/crops are a big part of these guys lives, and it’s a big part of the issue. But while you guys are up there, can you demand some Internet Voting be put in place in 2016? This way, we can run an internet vote alongside the main vote, so we can stop electing (rofl) the fraudsters into the white house. Check out the Internet Voting tech we already have out the past years (just think of all the drama this would have prevented if the real chosen leaders were put into power):

    Other voting technology:
ThreeBallot voting protocol: end-to-end audible voting system

Decommissioned, defunded, retired internet voting tech:

VoteHere.com was an internet voting technology 2000-2007]
    Where did it go?:
According to one source, counties did not want to buy the tech to replace their booths, and it was not profitable tech, so investors dissembled and sold off tech and patents. Archived site:http://web.archive.org/web/20020930105729/http://www.votehere.com/

“VoteHere has developed election technology that let’s you prove that your vote was counted as you intended, while allowing anyone to audit the election results. This unique, groundbreaking technology meets the same audit standards of banking, express shipping, e-commerce, and other transactions people trust every day. Our technology has resulted in more than 50 patents granted worldwide with 40 patents still pending. It has served more than 15 million voters in 200+ elections. If you are interested in licensing our technology or learning more about it, please contact us.”

This post was Inspired by this “archived” posts

    • Franie

Seeing that it has been proven that Obama and the democrats – with their infamous ‘Chicago machine’ style election thuggery in stealing the vote, what with their dead and pets and paid voters going from poll to poll voting, this is a great idea. Why, if this has been available all these years, why is it not being utilized??

This type of technology would prevent BOTH party’s elite from stealing our votes. I don’t trust this upcoming election to reflect the true vote. The Clinton’s have tens of millions of dollars to buy this election, and the republican elite is fighting tooth and nail against Trump.

During PRIMARY season, with Trump running FAR AHEAD in the polls, just a whiff of ‘the Donald’ losing ground in primary after primary, We the People I truly believe, WILL rise up and definitely have something to say about the corruption taking place.

We need to find out who these people are, these white traitors to their race, and remember their names, faces and crimes.

So Bath House Barry Obama sends special forces to Oregon agent provocateur campout, but offered to blow all the looters in Baltimore & St Louis.

  • The stand down order came out last Friday for Oath Keepers and since 3 other emails have arrived to clarify their positions. I agree with all of them. No doubt the underlying issues of the Hammond’s getting seriously hosed by the fed agencies is a valid issue. But we must choose our battles wisely that can be won in the public arena as well ? This one has some serious issues stacked against it from the get go, The fact that the victims, the Hammond’s have not asked for any help or protest or anything else defines the situation clearly. Below is an article that tells the entire story with many links for the background and underlying issues. Also links to the emails from Oath Keepers and an excellent video everybody should watch ! This will bring all up to speed on the issue as much as possible. And yes lets all pray for a reasonable and uneventful end to this scenario and that is still very possible and likely being discussed as we speak !

I urge everyone to read everything listed and please strive for solidarity in this matter going forward and others that will arise.

    • GenEarly

Yet the congressman from this district has gone public, questions are being asked about the trial, and BLM Feral tactics are being exposed.
Don’t wave a white flag just yet..

    • Razedbywolvs

It was a very informative set of links, but I strongly disagree with you.
But we must choose our battles wisely that can be won in the public arena as well ? Only if your willing to sacrifice everything you know to be right in favour of what is popular.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.”

      • You have missed the most important point and reading onto it what you do not fully understand. Oath Keepers and 3% both have the same position for a valid reason and it is not about being popular or polls or anything so shallow as you suggest.

        • Razedbywolvs

What do i not fully understand? Stewart Rhodes said he would show up if he saw the evidence that the Judge told the Jury that they can only hand down a verdict of guilty or innocent. Are you seriously expecting me to believe that the 3% don’t know why No Judge has ever instructed a Jury on nullification? You need evidence of that?
Are you expecting me to believe that after a Gov agency violates every bit of Due process for a man under duress, that they still need a request from said person to show up at a separate location to protest the actions of the gov. Because any action might provoke the gov into endangering the lives of said person family.
If you don’t think that not letting the government violate Dubbed Jeopardy is self defence. I would really love to hear exactly what you qualify defiance from a government to be. Keep in mind that Dubbed Jeopardy is illegal in every common law country, It’s illegal under international human rights, It has been on the books since medieval France.
I’m pretty sure the Samuel Adams quote implied far less shallowness than any thing I might suggest myself.

    • Chosenone

The fact of the matter is if the Oath Keepers had come to the aid of Bundy and the Hammond’s, it would be a whole different ball game, but they chose the cowards way with a bunch of untruths for their position.

  • RandyJ/ProudSurvivor

The controlled opposition possibility here is what bothers me. Though I agree in principle with their cause, I agree with Mr. Rhodes summation of the circumstances. Wrong time, wrong place, wrong tactics.

    • GenEarly

Righteous Cause. Truth. Tyranny vs Liberty. but Wrong time, place, tactics……sometimes it happens anyway.
“Who” fired the first shot at Lexington Green? and it was a disaster for those patriots on the Green, but then hell opened up afterwards on the Brits marching back to Boston. The countryside became “Indian country”.

      • Sideways Facing Dog

“Stand your ground. Don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.”

        • GenEarly

Exactly, my friend, no quarter given and certainly not expected. That such evil men exist among us while masquerading in uniforms of so called public servants is beyond treason, imo.
Certainly not all, hopefully less than most, but too many for sure.
          God bless,cya; pray and prepare.

How sad. Most of the Harney County folks cannot tell the difference
between friend and foe. They do not know how desperately they need
help. Bundy is offering to help them become free. But it seems most
of the locals are content to just get along with their conquerors.
Ammon Bundy means well. He has gotten the attention of everybody. Now
folks are listening. He has a long road ahead of him. He may not
succeed. But he sure enough has paved the way for others to carry the
    battle forward.

Must be nice to sit in your cozy easy chair and condemn these brave men.

  • Idahocntryboy!

As a former soldier I can tell you there is no such place as a defensible position. Unless these occupiers plan to have second and third wave teams covering them during an assault and adequately install shall we say devices to notify of an intrusion then their stand is futile. Special opts or HRT teams will hit in the wee hours of the morning, they have infrared equipment and have silencers, they know the locations of each person in the compound. They are in no hurry and they have the law on their side.
As far as Oath Keepers I wonder what they are about because it is not protecting the Constitution from enemies foreign or domestic. Those are words spoken at the bully pulpit that is spoken to excite the natives into thinking they are doing something for this country, thereby living off the dues they are able to abstract. Regardless if you believe those people in Oregon are right or wrong they are entitled to be heard of their grievances.
I look back into history and listen to the sounds of the forefathers in written expression and hear their call to stand against a King who was a tyrant and those who supported the King called this revolutionaries traitors and rebels. One man’s traitor or rebel is another man’s hero. When in the course of our lives when we are bound by regulations written by those who were not elected to make law, and are infiltrated into agencies that write such regulations based on their own special interest, I wonder who is the tyrant and who is the hero.
I hope and pray there is a peaceful resolution to this dilemma and both sides can go home in peace.

  • patriot156

Looks like trolls are in the article writing now!
For this crap could be further from the truth. oath keepers wanted to be there but since Hammond wouldn’t accept their protection they backed off, But and not sure if they knew, but Hammond was being told if he didn’t stop his communications with Oath keepers and Ammon they’d raid and or put a bullet in his head so he gave up out of fear. If the oath keepers want to drop the ball on this one and claim some unseen highroad that wont ever happen then that’s their fault.
What Ammon is doing is the right thing even if others disagree. Why? Because your never going to find this perfect little time, place, way to make a stand, there’s always going to be something or some reason why people disagree with it. if you wait until people somehow agree then your lost already.
So I call BS on this story.

The biggest problem is that the federal govt had seized too much land in the states that they have no right too. And when they start setting up events like this all over the country for an unconstitutional and illegal agenda against we the people who own this nation it shows they no longer with for us and should not only be fired but held accountable for these dangerous false flags.

Anyone hear of the sagebrush rebellion? no? well here i a little something for you: http://object.cato.org/sites/cato.org/files/serials/files/regulation/1984/5/v8n3-5.pdf … this is the same thing.. it never ended, never went away and was never taken care of.. because of lack of wanting to protect the ranchers and the land from the feds, i am looking at the oathkeepers as lobbyests for the government themselves, because they dont want to be involved in the very thing they say they are protecting us from.. they should change their message and quickly… or i will pull my support…

  • Jon Geissinger

There is no real truth out there; we have both sides spinning this into whatever their individual agendas are.
This is a volatile situation that stinks of a false flag. False flag operations can be instigated and executed by either ‘side’ of the equation.

  • utter nonsense and disinfo

  • Gabriel A. King

Rhodes and Oath Keepers a class act. This whole “standoff” is very suspect… and not supported by the general patriot or truth movements or the alternative community at large.

The foreign BLM and UN land grabs are Un-Constitutional and wrong… but this is not the right way to go about addressing it.

As for the Hammond’s and the cowards of the County in Oregon…. they don’t deserve any help. Nor do they want any. I could care less if all their lands are stolen by the foreign UN banksters… they deserve it.

  • SP_88

I fully supported this based on the federal government violating the Hammond’s 5th amendment rights and double jeopardy. They are being twice sentenced for one crime. They already served their time and now they are being sentenced again.
But now I’m getting conflicting information. Are the Oath Keepers right for not wanting to fight this battle because the Hammond’s gave up, or is Bundy right for pushing the issue of land rights and the Hammond’s rights? Clearly the Hammond’s rights were violated and they were intimidated into accepting the second prison sentence. And clearly the federal government has violated the state’s property rights and usurped power by exerting authority over state property. So I understand why they have protested against the federal government.
But now they are talking about federal provocateurs trying to make the militia movement look bad, which certainly sounds like something they would do.
So does this mean that two people who are doing the government’s dirty work have gotten a bunch of people to help them take over a wildlife refuge building? The whole thing is starting to sound ridiculous.

  • motleyalaskan

This goes a long way in explaining the abject stupidity of this takeover…It’s the Government you idiots!
