Seven Volcanoes In Six Different Countries All Start Erupting Within Hours Of Each Other

A new island has appeared in the Pacific. A submarine eruption just off Nishino-Shima Island Japan has erupted for the first time in 40 years. The Japanese Navy noticed the explosions as boiling lava met sea water giving rise to plumes of steam and ash.

Almost 7,000 miles away in Mexico, the Colima volcano blew its top after a period of relative calm. A steam and ash cloud rose two miles into the sky and the grumbling of the mountain could be heard in towns a few miles away.

In Guatemala the ‘Fire Mountain’ belched out lava and sent up a moderate ash cloud causing an ash fall over nearby towns. The explosions and shock waves occurring in the volcano can be felt by residents over 6 miles away. Doors and windows are reported to be rattling, but there has been no damage so far.

In Vanuatu the Yasur volcano is giving some cause for concern. Although the explosions are quite weak the continuous ash that is coming from the mountain is starting to build up on farming land.

Over to Italy, Mount Etna is putting on quite a display. The current eruption started a few days ago and has been getting stronger as time moves on. A massive eruption lit up the sky and disturbed residents yesterday. The ash cloud was high enough to see flights canceled. The lava flow was the biggest in years, and the town of Zafferana which lay in its path saw some damage. Lava diverters were put into place, and most of the town escaped unscathed.

The Etna eruption (Nov 17th)

In Indonesia a four mile high ash cloud is making life hard for residents. Mount Sinabung came back to life in 2010 after dormancy of hundreds of years. Occasionally coming to life after its 2010 awakening, the rumbling of the volcano prompted the evacuation of over 6000 people as scientists feared a major eruption. There has been no lava flows so far but the ash cloud is growing.

Still in Indonesia but on the island of Java this time, Mount Merapi exploded yesterday. Hundreds of people were killed when it last erupted in 2010. There is no news of casualties at this point.

So, we have eruptions big enough to prompt evacuations. Flights are canceled, and a new island pops up off the coast of Japan. I would have called that newsworthy myself but obviously I’m wrong. If I was right it would have been common knowledge right? Reports may have been on the news right?

So many volcanoes throwing so much gas, ash and particulates into the air can have an effect on climate, this is a scientific fact. I’m not saying that these volcanoes herald the start of a new ice age but the planet certainly seems to be getting a bit more active of late.

Continued large eruptions put a huge amount of particulate matter into the atmosphere, and these particles reflect sunlight away from earth and when there is enough of them the temperatures can drop.

The Mount Pinatubo eruption lowered temperatures by around 0.5°C across the Northern Hemisphere.

Considering that we are in a cooling period anyway, having so many volcanoes going off at the same time is not good. Aside from the devastating effects the lava and ash can have on the lives of those living near to them, the global impacts can be enormous.

Lost crops due to ash fall and lower temperatures can lead to hunger and famine, as happened after the Tambora eruption in 1815.

Economic losses due to lost crops and canceled flights runs into millions of dollars a day, as with the Icelandic eruption of Eyjafjallojkull (pronounced: aya fiat la u cud la)  in 2010.

The spasms of the earth come without warning, but at the same time those spasms should be a wake up call to all of us that change can happen in the blink of an eye.

Better be prepared for it.

Well…… he mayans did say this age was going to end with fire…

    • katherine

      AGREE!!!!

      …who’s bible? …what’s he’s saying ?

    • Diana

No, The MAyans would have been diagnosed as obsessive compulsive in today’s modern world economy. They were INCREDIBLE astronomers focused on the earth’s time that it would begin making major change in the Polar Axis/shift.And this earth takes a very long time to make changes in rotation , climate extremities, etc., but once it begins it’s cycle of destruction, disasters, and not just predicted in the book of Revelations, get closer and closer in timeleading to the Yellowstone super volcano eruption predicted to occur prior to being struck by an outside “rock” that sends the earth into “NEW HEAVENS” of the universe. The MAyans gave us in Neverland, plenty of warnings about pain suffering and misery to come to those still around during that time period.

  • uh-huh

AND let’s not forget, the Bible also says the Earth will be cleansed by fire…

    • tayronachan

Well, if it has to be, i’ll pray it’s volcanic fire and not nuclear fire.

    • katherine

      AGREE~~~

  • SoFedUp

To bad DC isn’t the first to go. Fire could cleanse the corruption there and a flesh start could begin out of the ashes.

  • old guy

Its simply an end of an age pole shift. Its not caused by mans activities and cannot be mitigated by man. The north pole has shifted bt miles per year of late. The south pole not as much. That puts a sort of twist to the magnosphere. that causes the plates to move. the plates moving causes an increase in earthquakes & volcanos. The disrupted magnosphere causes an increase in weather anonomolys like flood drought hurricanes tornados record temps ect. these clatyclismic events will increase in magnitude and frequency until the poles stabilize and that could take decades or even hundreds of years.

This is not news and no need for concern if it was important our Government media outlet would have told us.Right? (Sarcasm)

  • Realistic Person

Probably worth noting there are 1000+ active volcanoes on the planet, with around 40-50 eruptions per year. A situation where six eruptions happen wihtin hours of each other is actually pretty likely, statistically speaking.

      That’s what I was thinking…

The phoenix will rise from the ashes!

Cooling period? It’s the age of Global warming…er Climate change.

  • tayronachan

“I’m not saying that these volcanoes herald the start of a new ice age but the planet certainly seems to be getting a bit more active of late.”

Also, this has been a weak Solar Maximum, which should mean cooler temps going forward.

  • Right

I was just in Vanuatu, do some research people…This is one of the oldest most active and accesible volcanos in the world. We flew from Port Villa from New caledonia and then to Tanna and stood at the crator, it’s normal activity that’s been going on for thousands of years. This website seems to be here to feed the fear monger.

  • frisbeerocker

At any given time, there are hundreds of volcanic eruptions occurring, continuously, all over the globe.
the planet certainly seems to be getting a bit more active of late.
Because everyone has a camera and access to the internet, so they can share what is going on with everyone, everywhere. Scientists have also set up a massive network to monitor, study and predict these events.
Considering that we are in a cooling period anyway, having so many volcanoes going off at the same time is not good.
The timescale that a relatively small eruption (like these) would effect climate on is decades. Using that same timescale, Earth is in a warming trend, not a cooling trend.
There are hundreds of eruptions occurring constantly. 7 more won’t generally change much.
This article is alarmist. It also suggests that these events are directly connected – which they aren’t.

God must have saw Melissa Bachman’s picture online with her HUGE grin after killing one of his amazing creatures (Lion) and said, that’s it! Light up the earth and burn it too the ground. We’ll try again…

    • http://www.handsofeye.com Erik

Yep well stated mate. Melissa bachman is the antichrist. God must have decided enough is enough with this animal killing and is going to purge us all in a ring of fire

The planet Venus has been covered in cloud for millions of years (if not billions) and according to earth’s scientists it is supposedly hot as hell.
The dark side of Mercury is colder than the dark side of the moon approx-400F vs approx -200F???????
Let’s all believe the scientists, they seem to know everything and yet they have not even seen an atom (even with all of todays technology).
They sound like the preachers, who say there is a god, but yet to see god.
Man’s laws apply to man on man’s earth, apply man’s laws to the universe and it would not last a nano second.
Science cannot explain “inner growth” as inner growth overcomes gravity’s effects.

Incidents vs. trends. What are the statistics? Don’t be sheeple, people.

Well if you follow Ragnarok, norse re-occuring apocalypse, after the mythic battles the world ends in fire before it regenerates and humans get yet another chance.

  • Wyn

I have read about these eruptions in the media. The are small events and nothing remarkable. They are not significant eruptions at all. I suggest you read a bit more to understand about the nature of volcanoes and read better new sources.

  • Christine

I know not the relevance of the seven volcano’s erupting but being human their are bound to be many interpretations broadcast. For me I wonder at the amazingness of the earth and its intricacies and I also wonder at the incredible differences between our points of view and how some of us base it on such flimsy research. We humans seem to be in such a constant state of friction, maybe the earth is just the same —friction release friction release. POW :)

In the next 50 years we will walk on Mars and find fascinating archeological discoveries which will reveal Mars as a planet of our ancestors. In the next 60 years there will be a nuclear weapon set off in a major n. American city which will inturn change our planet forever. In the next 80 years we will have contact with an ET. Not with any entity that is already in out solar system but a different one. This next century in our time line holds incredible awakening possibilities for every living thing including Earth herself. As we open our eyes to this being real we will discover that total forgiveness for all living things including oneself is the only opportunity to escape this time line. Which is a closed circuit that just keeps playing and playing and we keep coming back to life time after lifetime. Volcanoes and tsunamis and earthquakes are all part of the Earth changing in order to escape this time line. There is no fear because we are eternal.

We were put on this earth to eat animals and plants long ago people only fed on animals so why such a hatred against people who kill them or kill and eat them?

  • whiteeagle

our mother earth must release pressure now and then or she will explode. the only reason it is more noticeable now is we are a global village now and more aware of our surroundings

  • Yeah right

    The end is upon us
