Speak out publicly about Obamacare at your own risk.

In early November, Bill Elliott contacted Fox News host Megyn Kelly via her “The Kelly File” Facebook page to share his Obamacare story.

Elliott, who appeared on Fox News, said his cancer was considered “beyond a catastrophic pre-existing condition” and his insurance plan was being canceled because of new regulations under the ACA. He said he can no longer afford to pay his medical bills and does not want to take on the new costs because he does not want to put a “burden” on his family.

He said he was given the option of a new $1,500-per-month plan, up from the $180 per month he’d been paying. Elliott said that he decided he wasn’t going to pay for the new expensive plan, and was instead going to pay the fine and “let nature take its course.”

Elliott, who voted for Obama, told Kelly he feels misled and explained how Obamacare is going to impact him:

Absolutely. He misled me. In fact, I voted for him because of that fact. You know? Governor Romney come out with his facts, but when President Obama come out and said, you know, you can keep your doctor, keep your insurance, I liked my doctor, I loved my insurance. It was paying just about everything including medications and medical devices.

Now with Obamacare, the more that I’ve got looked into it, they are not going to pay for pharmaceuticals or medical devices. MRI that I had last month before I got cancelled was $3,000. Now if I have to have another one it costs me out of my pocket $3,000.

His story caused a media frenzy, and Elliott’s insurance company ended up working out a way for him to keep his coverage.

The insurance company wasn’t the only one paying attention – the IRS is now hitting Elliott with an audit:

“Monday I got a certified letter, I went down and got it and it’s from the IRS and they are auditing my books from 2009.”

Elliott said he didn’t own a business at that time – he was working for the government. He says he pays his taxes every year.

The notice said that “due to federal budget cuts,” the meeting between Elliott and the IRS won’t take place until April 2014.

But Elliott isn’t the only one who is being punished for speaking out about Obamacare: C. Steven Tucker, an insurance broker who contacted Elliott to offer assistance after his Fox News appearance, said the IRS is now coming after him as well – all the way back to 2003.

During his Fox News appearance Elliott was critical of Obama, saying the president’s pseudo-apology for saying “if you like your current plan, you can keep it,” was “more of an insult to me and other people who have been cancelled.”

Could the audits of Elliott and Tucker be a coincidence?  Sure, but they aren’t the only ones who have found themselves under IRS review after speaking out about Obamacare. Dr. Ben Carson, who criticized Obama’s leadership and his health care plan at the National Prayer Breakfast in February, has said he was unfairly targeted by the IRS because of his comments.

How is the IRS going to keep up with administering the tax provisions of Obamacare? According to a recent poll, approval of the ACA has dropped to 31 percent. If millions of people don’t (or can’t – those broken exchanges!) sign up for insurance before the penalties kick in, it is safe to assume the IRS is going to be awfully busy.

Time for audits will surely be found, though – they’ll just add them to the calendar as they did for Elliott.

That’s what you get for working for them in the first place. You have unwittingly enriched a corrupt society of parasites. Taken on there policies as your god and know see what you served. You grew an army to terrorize yourself and your kin. Congratulations.

  • Uzziel

    Why aren’t we shooting, yet?

    • Josh

Because THAT’S WHAT THEY WANT US TO DO. You start shooting they can play the victim and Government wins.

      • Row Weil

Wrong. I’m so tired of hearing that excuse.

I am sure that *enough* people know that things are messed-up enough that they would being shooting too.

        So…

        1) Start canvasing the people around you (neighbors, family, friends, coworkers) to see who agrees.
        2) Get as many people as possible. 20 would be good.
        3) Start communicating (face-to-face for local, internet for long-distance) with folks across the country who are doing the same.
        4) Choose a rule (or a limited set of them) and set a date to disobey.
        5) Facebook posts, news contacts, youtube video upon the Eve of Disobedience.
        6) Do it.
        7) If the movement doesn’t get any traction, MOVE OUT of the country ASAP, for all is lost.

        Josh,
If one of “us” DOESN’T start the shooting –
One of them will BECOME “One of US” long enough to get the bullets flying. (Giffords, maybe? As an easy example?)

The game is planned out, to them, it’s a foregone conclusion – even if they have to buy off the “ref,” it’s all fair, all in the name of Disarming the Peasants and “Protecting” us, all in the name of What’s Right.

Makes you wonder? Not even a little?
Wake up, Josh – either way, “they” win. Only way to win the game, is not to play.
Kill them while they sleep, burn them to death with their families, END the bloodlines.
The children of Seth need to be culled, too many have turned to evil as a way of life – and they’re all doing it “for your own good.”

Because we a re a weak nation of spoiled sheep who have no sense of the future as long as we have the NFL and reality tv. God we a stupid breed. I look at the tv and I see these reality shows and I say to my wife, now I know why they want to kill us.

  • edward

Plain and simple, it is time to start KILLING these people in the most public and gruesome manner we can think of. Stop kidding ourselves and start doing what we all know we have to do. I Wake the F up.

Just withdraw your financial consent. Remove all money from the bank, learn about your sovereign god given rights. There is no law that says you have to pay income tax. There is no law that says you have to pay property tax. These are facts. There are many sites that are government sponsored misinformation on your rights. This guy is THE expert. Its the only chance we have. “Let them march all they want, as long as they keep paying there taxes” Alexander Hague.

Mr. Elliot got what he asked for. He got a lying dictator which he helped elect. He embarrassed the dictator and pissed him off.
The dictator in chief turned his big dog on him, the IRS.
Elliot voted for little hope and Marxist change. Brainless rubber stamping a bill that no one bothered to read.
Therefore Mr. Elliot got what he voted for! He should shut his stupid liberal mouth. Way to go!

    • ENFP

Glad he told us about the IRS audit though. So do they even spy on Prayer Breakfast meetings? Can’t believe how lawless this administration is. The worst in the history of our country!

  • mallardhen

If the IRS is so busy auditing people they won’t have time to do some other evil things. I not only feel sorry for the people that are in the mess they are in because of the ACA program but I feel sorry for all Americans our country was supposely set up, if the Constituation is followed, not to have to deal with the problems we all are dealing with at this time, my theory is “If it’s not broke, don’t fix it”. I think we are all in for some rough days ahead and just need to get a plan and stick to it as best you can if you and yours want to survive.

I was very lucky when I was diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma, I did not have health insurance? How could that be good you might ask?
I investigated the operation that they were threatening me that I would die without it and that I must do at a price of $40k cash, I found that it was a very invasive test, with many possible complications, I refused the test and was willing to just die. After multiple DR opinions I was finally told the truth that I had caught it early and I was only a stage 1b? Yes our medical, insurance& pharmaceutical industry has turned everyday into a black friday for their own benefit?
