New Bill Signed Banning Gun Confiscation During State Of Emergency

OKLAHOMA CITY – The governor and other state officials would be prohibited from banning or confiscating firearms during a state of emergency under a bill signed into law by Gov. Mary Fallin. The bill was pushed by gun rights advocates who cited a situation in Louisiana in which firearms were confiscated after Hurricane Katrina.
The measure amends the Oklahoma Riot Control and Prevention Act, which gives the governor broad power during emergencies, including the ability to impose curfews, prevent public gatherings and restrict the sale of certain items. @Arizona, Give some though to who the Blackwater guys, the U.S.Marshalls, the National Guard and all the police were dealing with….Feral, criminal, animalistic, ruthless black males with no sense of civility or decency. To bad the pics taken on the insides of the Silverdome AFTER the black thug types had been run off, lots of dead young White girls. NOPE ya won’t see that in the MSM, mustn’t say the truth about blacks OR muslims.
Why does this law need to exist? The constitution already gives us the right to “keep and bear arms”. Learn to say NO when they pass unconstitutional laws, perform unconstitutional acts, etc. It’s time for all of us to use the box theory with our government. The soap box, the ballot box, the ammo box…….
Unfortunately, politicians can’t be trusted to follow the laws… especially in “emergency” situations.
And, this state law doesn’t pertain to the Feds… who most likely will be the ones doing the “confiscating”.
In the final analysis, there is only one guarantee of your right to keep and bear arms: Treat the person seeking to deny you that right like the criminal he/she is… regardless of the costume they are wearing.
If you aren’t prepared to do that, might as well surrender them now, and avoid the rush.

Has Ray Nagin been arrested yet? What about the various people who collaborated with him in his illegal searches and siezures, attacks on peaceful homeowners, and theft of property, including housing US soldiers (NG) in private buildings (churches and houses).

Every man who has taken a kick or knee to the balls knows how tender and vulnerable balls are. You want tough?; then you want a vagina. It is very protected yet takes a pounding on a regular basis and still does not stop women from keeping the world turning.
As far as protecting gun rights goes, read the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights. Also, read the oath of office the President of the USA, all Senators and Representatives, all soldiers and civilian police officers take when they are sworn in. They are to “protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign AND domestic.
And currently the biggest enemy of the Constitution is the illegal alien occupying the Oval Office.
