Lawsuit: “Barack Obama has repeatedly, consistently, and with intent misrepresented himself by using a fraudulently obtained Social Security Number”

If Barack Obama has an immediate eligibility problem, it is more likely to derive from the Social Security Number he has been using for the last 25 years than from his birth certificate. Ohio private investigator Susan Daniels has seen to that. On Monday, July 2, she filed suit in Geauga County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court demanding that Jon Husted, Ohio secretary of state, remove Obama’s name from the ballot until Obama can prove the validity of his Social Security Number. Daniels, who has vetted thousands of Social Security Numbers for numerous other clients, has done her homework. In her filing, she thoroughly documents her contention “that Barack Obama has repeatedly, consistently, and with intent misrepresented himself by using a fraudulently obtained Social Security Number.†To acquire appropriate standing in court, Daniels has gone to the trouble of establishing herself as a valid write-in candidate for president. Before she is through, this 70-something mother of seven, who has been a licensed Ohio PI since 1995, may cause Obama more trouble than the Romney campaign. Daniels started her investigation in August 2009. Given her profession, she has been able to access a variety of proprietary databases. What she learned without much trouble is that Obama has been using a Social Security Number with the prefix “042″ since 1986. As she discovered, the “042″ number is reserved for the exclusive use of individuals who register in Connecticut. I am not sure what yr you had to have a ss number. I did not get mine until I held my first job at age 16. Obama may not have neede a ss till he got his first job. Maybe he did not work unyil age 26 or so.
Evie: According to the SS Administration he applied for and recieved his card at age 15 if that is his card.
They do not reissue cards! My friend ran it. It is stolen.
But the 042 numbers were issued only after 86.

@Ellen, And of course hundreds of ILLEGAL ALIENS are using the same social security number! One would think that multiple contributions to a particular number from various and multiple sources around the country would raise a flag, but if any of you have ever been to a SS office you know that everyone there is either black or spanic and generally do nothing to earn their pay and are exceptionally surly to deal with if you are White!
Yes, some of the false SS numbers are caused by forgery. But the research shows that most of them were caused by data entry errors.
How come Obama’s SS number shows that it was a number that normally would have been assigned in Danbury CT?
Because the SS number was generated by entering the ZIP code and the ZIP code for Danbury CT and Honolulu Hawaii are very similar, only one digit is different. So if the clerk misread the zip or typed the wrong number, the Danbury SS number would be generated. This sounds vastly more like a mistake than Obama going from Hawaii to Connecticut to get a SS number.
Obama’s address in Hawaii was in zip code 96814, and the zip code for Danbury, CT. is 06814. Only the first digit is different.
Oh, when I went to my SS office, I found multiple numbers in my file, even though I have never changed my SS number.
You might well ask why, if there is evidence that Obama has multiple SS numbers and that one of them came from Connecticut that NO committee in Congress wants to investigate? Why not?
Because it is not illegal to have mistakes in your SS files, and lots of people do. And there is no evidence that this is other than a mistake, or a lot of mistakes. Republicans in Congress would be GLAD to hold a hearing to show that there was a crime involved with Obama’s SS number, but there is no evidence to prove it.
