Hillary Clinton Seeks A New Job, Here’s What She’s Considering

If there’s one word that can sum up Hillary Clinton’s political career, it’s “corruption.” That won’t stop her from seeking fulfillment in a different field, but this one may surprise a few.

The corrupt and embattled Democrat is considering becoming a Methodist preacher. I thought they were taught not to lie, cheat, and steal? Listening to Hillary preach about kindness and compassion will be like listening to children attempt to explain quantum mechanics to each other.

Who can forget John Podesta, Hillary’s campaign chairman, and his spirit cooking creepiness revealed in the Wikileaks emails? It sure seems like Hillary is continuing to lie her way through her hypocritical and corrupt life.

According to The Atlantic, Clinton told her longtime pastor Bill Shillady, at a recent photo shoot for his new book, that she wants to preach. Apparently, this is something that the outlet says has always been a dream for her.  Skeptics, however, see this as nothing more than a public attempt to polish her tarnished reputation.

Last fall, the former Newsweek editor Kenneth Woodward revealed that Clinton told him in 1994 that she thought “all the time” about becoming an ordained Methodist minister. She asked him not to write about it, though: “It will make me seem much too pious.” The incident perfectly captures Clinton’s long campaign to modulate—and sometimes obscure—expressions of her faith. –The Atlantic

Now, as Clinton works to rehabilitate her public image and figure out what she’ll do in the future after her brutal November loss, religion is, apparently, taking a central role. After long months of struggling to persuade Americans that she is trustworthyauthentic, and fundamentally moral, Clinton is lifting up an intimate, closely guarded part of herself. Since she feels that there are no more voters left to lose, sharing her faith publicly and suddenly, is somewhat of a win for her.

Two books are scheduled to come from the Clinton world early this fall. What Happened, Clinton’s personal account of the 2016 election in which she lost to another undesirable presidential candidate, and Strong for a Moment Like This, Shillady’s book of devotionals. Shillady, who runs the United Methodist City Society in New York, wrote the book at Clinton’s suggestion. He said his is the only book for which Clinton has agreed to write a foreword. Clinton and her staffers read and approved the copy ahead of time.

Hillary Clinton has always had a “political mind.” So what made her all of a sudden decided to publicly divulge her religious beliefs? If one has to personally speculate, I’d say she wants to ramp up her book sales. The reason people are balking now, is because of her religious convictions were so important to her, why didn’t she mention this sooner? Politicians constantly make calculated moves and based on Hillary’s corruption laced history, many aren’t buying into it. But some are looking forward to hearing what Hillary has to preach about.

Don’t worry too much though. Hillary will probably only get a guest preacher role.

Got a new job for her. Compost.
Afraid her compost may be toxic to living things, so she can become compost, used to kill weeds.
She been killing living beings all her life, already good at it.

But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. 1 Timothy 2:12 OOPS! Hillary, don’t be mad at me. Be mad at God, it’s his commandments not mine, sorry.

    • renee ciccioni

Bullshit ,Deborah was a prophet that even men came to for scriptural advice.

      • Ratcraft

Old testament. Maybe read the bible and understand the old law from the new? Maybe. But don’t be mad at me, it’s Gods word not mine. I gave you the verse read it. Read the chapter, get it in context. It’s how the CHURCH is to be set up. Now maybe Hillary is going to preach some archaic form of Judaism or the Episcopalians just side step verses they don’t like. But again. Now my words.

        • lilred

It gods words either. The bible is the biggest book of fiction the world has ever known, used to manipulate and control lesser, weaker minds. And boy, has it worked.
A big, fat, faulty game of telephone.

Like The Lord of the Rings, except written by a dozen or more inferior writers who forgot to read what was written before so they could keep the story straight.

          • David E

Actually, scripture in part is vetted on the basis of how similar it is or isn’t to previous scripture.

          • ReverendDraco✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ ᵃᶜᶜᵒᵘᶰᵗ

The Wheel of Time & LOTR have similarities. . .

          • David E

Well I haven’t read thwe wheel of time, but considering how much fantasy is derivative of Tolkien, I wouldn’t doubt it.

          • ReverendDraco✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ ᵃᶜᶜᵒᵘᶰᵗ

Must all be scripture, then. Too similar to be otherwise.

          • David E

            *facepalm*

          • ReverendDraco✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ ᵃᶜᶜᵒᵘᶰᵗ

I know – doesn’t scripture seem as stupid as it is, when there’s some context?

          • David E

No. When you’re not busy insulting, you usually have some logic. But in this case, you claim that the Wheel of Time being similar to LotR makes it scripture. It needs to have strong similarities to other scripture (in part) to make the cut as scripture. Being similar to LotR makes it likely to be fantasy.

            Your answer was uncharacteristically retarded.

          • Ratcraft

You mad? Why you mad tho?

          • lilred

No need for me to be mad. I don’t buy into that bs. I don’t live my life in fear.

        • David E

There is no “old” vs. “new” law. There is the old covenant and the new covenant, not law. Law (meaning the ten commandments “royal” law, and not the “handwriting of the ordinances) is the means by which we know sin. It never changes.

The only difference between the old and new covenants is the mechanism by which we are cleansed of our sins.

          • ReverendDraco✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ ᵃᶜᶜᵒᵘᶰᵗ

If only any of that babble was about real things.

          • David E

Archaeologists have unearthed thousands of sites based on nothing but the scriptures. Therefore, much of it is undoubtedly true.

Part of the problem is that the scribes were constantly torturing the text, translators make it worse, and then the multitude of false churches make it worse yet with nonsense false doctrine.

But if you can ferret out the real deal, written as riddles and puzzles to protect it from the corruptors, it’s really pretty cool. The idea here is that people who don’t understand won’t comprehend what to adulterate in order to hide it.

One amazingly cool thing that false doctrine tries to hide is the fact that the holy annointing oil is an extremely powerful psychedelic. All the ingredients other than the olive oil are psychoactive. It’s not something you play with though. There’s a chemical reason “Thou shall surely die” if you go outside while you have the oil on you.

          • Ratcraft

So 1 Timothy should just be removed and ignored.

          • David E

If you’re reading 1 Timothy to forbid women speaking at all, then you’re arguing for removal and ignoring 1 Cor 11 where Paul is instructed women when they prophecy. Women may prophecy in the church; they may not teach or speak in tongues.

Quit isolating one verse and taking it out of context. Read ALL the scripture before deciding what one part means.

          • Ratcraft

Go to Hillarys church then. I disagree. Simple.

          • David E

You really should get some reading comprehension.
What I said goes against what Hillary is trying to do. But a doctrine of absolute silence is required for women just isn’t so unless you cherry pick a verse, which you have done.

Go ahead and disagree with scripture then. Try to explain to Yeshua how you were devoted to him but decided on your own to rewrite the scripture. I don’t think He’ll agree.

          • Ratcraft

I don’t cherry pick anything. I even said read the chapter or the whole book. This is not about speaking in tongues. Why would he need to put that in verse? If tongues are inspired by the holy spirt then women couldn’t do it anyway if God didn’t want it. In Acts it even says tongues shall cease. Which they have.

        • renee ciccioni

Yes but what is called the new testament is an edited version by what scripture referred to as violent perverted men and considering all of raping and molestation coming out about the church I’m pretty sure that is right. Oh yeah the Bible also says to not be like the heathen and cut down a tree and decorate it with silver and gold ,for it is just the work of the woodsman’s ax. But religious people do it every Christmas.

          • Ratcraft

What does that have to do with Hillary preaching? Most people don’t cut down trees anyway they use fake ones. Then hang cheap made in China crap on them, not silver or gold.

          • renee ciccioni

That was in response to the guy who was quoting sexist comments as Scripture ,and to point out that like religion politicians say one thing than do another .

          • David E

It is still vanity as Jeremiah said.

          • David E

I sure don’t! Just remember those who do things against scripture are false representatives. Because some do wrong does not mean all do wrong, or that the right way is bad. “Christians” are not all the same.

      • David E

That is true. But note how Paul, while admonishing women to remain silent in 1 Cor 14, also taught them how to pray and prophecy in 1 Cor 11. 14 of course is regarding the speaking of “tongues.” Each admonition, on a case by case basis, is regarding a specific activity. Later in Timothy, Paul admonishes women not to teach. Teaching is not prophesying, and there is no command from Paul or anyone else for women at all times to remain silent.

Nor does it have anything at all to do with ratcraft’s ideas of old and new law. There is only one law.

    • ReverendDraco✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ ᵃᶜᶜᵒᵘᶰᵗ

Well well. . . Ratcrap is not only pig-ignorant but delusional, too.

I’ve been working too much – tired enough that I didn’t figure it out sooner.

      • Ratcraft

Hey fat boy, get them Cheetos vacuumed out of your chair lately? Did they give ya a sponge bath while it was taking place? Ask them to, it might clear up your depression.

        • David E

Boy it must be very edifying to be called “fat boy.”

Why do you pass yourself off as a Christian when you have no love?

        • ReverendDraco✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ ᵃᶜᶜᵒᵘᶰᵗ

          Cheetos are nasty.
No place for them at work.

Projection is not a virtue – please stop.

          • Ratcraft

Stop what? Never made one statement to you, not one. Just rebuttals to your asinine stupidity.

It’s a satire story on one website only that carries the disclaimer “Ourlandofthefree.com makes no guarantee that anything you find here will be based at all in reality. All posts should be considered satirical and all images photoshopped to look like something they’re not. It’s not you, it’s me.”

But I wish it were true.

      I’d check your “trusted source.”

  • David E

So, Hillary wants to destroy not only the democratic party but mainstream Christianity, too. You go girl. All she touches turns to shit.

Ya know, come to think of it, Hillary might be the “Lady” Robert Plant was singing of in Stairway to Heaven.
