Globalists Combine Geoengineering and Family Planning to Ensure Population Deduction

The US Geological Survey has been analyzing rising sea levels from North Carolina to Boston and expect there to be a doubling of current levels. By 2050, the sea levels are assumed to be higher than 1.5 feet, according to the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control in Delaware. Several federal and state-sponsored scientific agencies agree. Computer models say a 3 foot rise would flood waterside communities along the Eastern seaboard. Alarmists claim we are just a few years away from a “tipping point” where current weather patterns will become drastically different – as evidenced by comparison of the changes in the last few decades. The US Department of Energy published a report that shows CO2 emissions in the US have dropped; yet not enough to stave off the devastation of the tipping point. Rich Collins, member of Delaware’s Sea-Level Rise Advisory Committee, explains: “I have real concerns, because there are many environmental programs that I believe are designed to drive people away from the water.” David Keith, director of the Institute for Sustainable Energy, Environment and Economy is pushing the releasing of nanotechnology with sulfuric aerosols into the Earth’s atmosphere to reflect sunlight back out into space. Keith manages the million-dollar geoengineering research that is funded by Bill Gates and the Fund for Innovative Climate and Energy Research. Keith claims: “You could manipulate the Earth’s climate at large scale for a cost that’s of the order of $1 billion a year. It sounds like a lot of money, but compared to the costs of managing other environmental problems or climate change, that is peanuts.” These engineered nanoparticles are assumed, according to Keith, to be “less likely to harm the planet’s protective ozone layer” and that controlling the Earth’s weather patterns is more important than the consequences of such an endeavor. Keith supports using science and geoengineering to “affect the planet, to control the planet, to give us weather and climate control- not because we plan it, not because we want it, just because science delivers it to us bit by bit. With better knowledge of the way the system works and better engineering tools to affect it.” John P Holdren, US Science Czar to the Obama administration, says that the cooling effects of geoengineering “combat climate change” and “offset greenhouse heating”. In 2007, Holdren, as the director of the Woods Hole Research Center (WHRC), collaborated with Goldman Sachs’ Center for Environmental Management and the Global Clinton Initiative to “enable the Woods Hole Research Center to broaden and deepen its efforts to understand the ways that tropical forests contribute to human well-being . . . to stimulate new partnerships among businesses, researchers, and public-interest organizations to address the great challenges in global health, environment, and economic development.” Geoengineering efforts and green policies return to the problem eco-fascists commonly refer to as man-made climate change. With the recent London Family Planning Summit (LFPS) hosted by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, eugenics and depopulation was the focus of the talks. The date of the LFPS marked the 100th anniversary of the First International Eugenics Congress in London. The LFPS also dedicated their summit to Francis Galton, the cousin of Charles Darwin who coined the term “eugenics” which is the global Elite’s ideology of selective breeding to improve the human gene pool and restricting those deemed “unfit” from being able to procreate. The BMGF have been advocates of population control by promoting contraception, forced sterilization and “family planning” in third world nations. Bill Gates has proposed in the past that by using cell phone technology, all births and recipients of vaccinations worldwide could be tracked and data-based. Speaking with CNN, Melinda Gates gave her diatribe on how she justifies her position as part of the global Elite who are actively seeking to depopulate the planet by 90%; starting in the third world nations.
