Former Police Officer Arrested With Massive Arsenal Near White House, Claims He Was A CIA MK Ultra Asset

A former Memphis police officer was recently arrested near the White House after police found a variety of weapons during a search in which the man openly claimed to work for the Central Intelligence Agency.

The man, Timothy J. Bates, was arrested last Sunday with an arsenal of firearms, including an assault rifle and a loaded AK-47. The weapons were found after Bates oddly allowed officers to search his car while ranting about a CIA microchip implanted in his head and the need for his paycheck which would presumably be for work he carried out for the agency. (If true)

“According to court documents, Bates was approached by uniformed members of the Secret Service on Sunday at the corner of 17th Street NW and Pennsylvania Avenue as he appeared to be publicly urinating. He told the officers he was trying to reach Defense Secretary James Mattis or NSA Director Mike Rogers for advice on missing paychecks and how to get the dog chip out of my head,” The New York Post reported.

“Bates told the Secret Service officers that he had been offered $28.7 million by the Department of Homeland Security and the state of Tennessee to participate in the CIA’s “MK Ultra” program and that he had a chip planted in his head that was causing him “severe headaches, shaking and convulsions,” the report continued.

That’s right, a former police officer who had loaded weapons extremely close to the White House openly claimed to officers on scene that he was a member of the MK Ultra program and was looking for payment for his work.

It is obviously possible that this is simply a case of an extremely crazy person babbling nonsense, but when you consider both the CIA’s history of mind control as well as the ongoing deep state operation to take out the president, one can only wonder if this was someone who intelligence operatives had planned to use to take a shot at Donald Trump.

From literally thousands of threats to assassinate Trump coming from social media networks such as Facebook and Twitter, coupled with the fact that high-level establishment operatives have floated the idea of killing Trump, it is certainly not inconceivable that the Secret Service stopped at least part of a real plot to take out the president.

Predictably, the mainstream media largely ignored this absolutely huge story, instead focusing on fake news claims that the White House isn’t helping Puerto Rico as well as continued coverage of the discredited Russian narrative.

To them, a story such as this is simply one they do not believe you have a right to read.

What does this have to do with a white cop?

Are you so paranoid that you see “kangs” everywhere?

    • Only if you don’t take caliber into consideration, and I assure you that it is a important factor. A Ruger 10-22 is exempted from consideration as an assault weapon, in Denver, because of its caliber, but it is still illegal to possess a magazine of more than 10 rounds of any caliber there. I know this because I was arrested and 2 50 round Ramline .22LR magazines confiscated. After my trial, where I plead nolo contendere, I was given a receipt by the judge, which I used to obtain my magazines from the police property room and leave with them, a fresh violation. The only thing they kept was the 100 rounds that had been in the magazines when confiscated, which were not contraband. I guess they needed them to use at the range:-)

Sounds like the same commy crap we have here in new york. Good luck!

        • That was adjudicated about a decade ago.
I prefer the permitless carry passed in Wyoming.

Fine line between a cop and a criminal. Most cross that line.

  • harry323

Just a looney toon in need of non-punitive housing at taxpayer expense.

    • Incarceration is, by definition, punitive.

      • harry323

In a prison, yes. In a mental health facility, no.

        • Incarceration is the same regardless of the facility, punishing.

          • harry323

            In your opinion …

          • Would you prefer to be locked up rather than free, regardless of the facility or the reason?

          • harry323

Our streets and now prisons are full of the mentally ill. Set free by SJW, no longer getting the help they really need.

          • Since 46% of Americans are using pharmaceuticals, many of which have suicidal and/or homicidal ideation as side effects, I don’t know how SJW could have less responsibility than a pharmacist or physician. Many of them got their drugs while receiving “the help they really need.”

          • harry323

We’re going all over the place here in this discussion … I have to totally agree with you on your statement on pharmaceuticals. I have seen and have had to deal with the effects that you speak about.

MKULTRA was a real program to manipulate people.

As it just so happens, I just got done reading the book “The search for a Manchurian Candidate”

    • Is that a different book than “The Search for THE Manchurian Candidate” by John D. Marks?

  • If he is “former CIA”, the first set of questions should be “How did you manage to get out alive?” and “At what point did you begin telling the truth about anything?” Stories involving CIA witnesses are truly difficult to interpret because there are always 10 levels of lies. Even people legitimately inside of the CIA only hear lies about what they are doing. Why? Because almost alll of it is toxic, criminal, treasonous, inhumane activity on some level.

    • Kevin Shipp got out alive and well after 15 years as an analyst. He can tell you more than you know about the Shadow Government in his one hour video at

      • I admire all the whistle blowers who manage to get a story out – Shipp, Stockwell, Agee, etc. However, I believe it is harder and harder to really get out, especially if the people where involved in any kind of real covert activity and were not only on the “analyst” side. And I have heard that the covert side (which would certainly include any “MKUltra” or other denied/abusive/criminal programs) is nowadays mostly not official CIA people. Most of the folks actually conducting torture at CIA black sites were not official CIA agents, though they have had “security clearance” and that situation grows ever more true the more obscure and criminal the program is – e.g. people running Heroin/Opium for the CIA did not go through some course and get a special photo ID. So if someone turns up and says they were in a special criminal program run by the CIA it is not trivial and important to ask what that exactly means, in addition to figuring out what is true and what is smoke.

        • America’s 17 intelligence agencies have been trying to out-source as much of their covert activities as possible to enhance their plausible deniability in gross criminality. Shipp has been out of the agency for 15 years following 15 years of service, and he frequently mentions the care he takes to avoid breaching his lifelong confidentiality commitments, so as to not fall into a State Secrets Privilege trap. It is enough for me that he considers Snowden to be a hero, as do I. If we had more heros like he and Snowden, we could fix the problems that their former employers cause.

“including an assault rifle and a loaded AK-47.” First of all, I thought one is the other and the other is one? Come on Alex! I expect better than this kind of MSM tripe from TDS! If you’re going to resort to using their catch phrases and propaganda terms so loosely, why don’t you tell us who bought you out.

    • Are you sure he wasn’t quoting?

      • RandyJ/ProudSurvivor

“Bates gave officers permission to search his illegally parked car and they discovered nine firearms, including a Bushmaster assault rifle and a loaded AK-47.” This directly from the New York Post piece as attributed above. So Alex sloppily paraphrased the Post’s already sloppy use of terms.

  • renee ciccioni

    This sounds staged ..

    • Phil_Ossifer

The whole incident sounds a little too comic-bookish to be taken at face value. Virtually every stereotype is on display – young Southern white guy, multiple guns, babbling incoherently about CIA mind control, etc. One thing’s for sure, though: the CIA will “disavow all knowledge” of this guy so we’ll never know much more than we do now, which is very little.

  • It is presumptuous to dismiss anyone as anything right off the bat, especially if a mainstream media news report is ones only information.

  • 2016usaofzimbabwe

    ?woman? who knows..

  • anonymous4u4me

Check to see if he has a chip implant in his head and then go to next step, Do not allow the CIA and some other alphabet soup agencies to partake in any of the investigation, if you;r really going to search for the truth.

Did ya hear the one about the guy in a cave who defeated NORAD on 09/11/2001?

I’m gonna go with if one was truly an MK asset, one would not know it.
