When thugs…I mean, police officers…attempted to serve a warrant on a prostitute named Josie Bobbitt, Holly Hill, Florida, resident Richard Stohler refused to allow them entry, stating that the woman they were looking for didn’t live there, and that he had no idea who she was.

The brave policemen, however, were determined to serve the warrant and went into Stohler’s backyard, where his two dogs were responsibly fenced in. Like any self-respecting dog, they barked at the intruders. Being dogs, of course, they did not differentiate between intruders in a uniform and every day, garden variety intruders.

After about 10 minutes of talking with officers, Stotler said he closed the door and went back to watch television in his living room with his back door open. Two minutes later, he heard gunshots, he said.

“I ran through the front door with my hands raised asking them what they had done,” Stotler said. “They started yelling at me to get on the ground, handcuffed me and put me in the back of a car.”

Stotler said his girlfriend, Crystal Hightshoe, followed a trail of blood and found Lady hiding in their bedroom closet and started putting ice packs on her wounds. After officers realized what was going on , they released Stotler and started shouting at him to get the dog to take it to a an emergency animal clinic.

According to police, the dog was taken in a police car to the Emergency Animal Care Center at 696 S. Young St. in Ormond Beach. The city is picking up the vet bill, said police Capt. Steve Aldrich.

“The bill right now is $3,018.76,” Stotler said. “But she has to go back in 10 days to be checked out and get her stitches removed.”

Aldrich declined to release more details on the incident Monday, saying his department is conducting a thorough investigation of all aspects related to the call for service at the home. The captain also declined to release the name of the officer who shot the dog, citing the ongoing investigation. Police still have not been able to find Bobbitt, Aldrich said Monday. (source)

Stohler says that the dogs are traumatized by the shooting and that Lady, the friendly and beautiful rescued Rottweiler, is now scared to go outside after dark and refuses to go in the backyard.  This picture, captioned, “Poor Lady, this is the closest she will get to the backyard now….” was posted on Facebook.

Stohler is determined to be as public as possible about what happened to Lady at the hands of police. See his interview on the local Channel 2 News.

He has also launched a Facebook page to bring awareness to what he calls “a senseless and reckless shooting” by police.  The page, Justice for Lady, has over 2300 “likes” and is growing rapidly.  (If you have an account on Facebook, “like” the page to show your support!) The goal of the page is to bring awareness to shootings like this. “This is an effort to stop acts like this,” Stotler said of his social media page. “This happens all the time against, Rottweilers, German shepherds, Doberman and other big dogs and we need to stop these acts based on appearance.”

Sadly, the shooting of family pets being shot by police officers is becoming increasingly common.  Lily Dane, staff writer for The Daily Sheeple, wrote:

Statistics on how many dogs are killed by law enforcement officers don’t seem to exist, but some activists have counted dog shootings that have been reported in the media. One group says that according to their calculations, a dog is shot by law enforcement every 98 minutes. (source)

Check out the entire article to find more information on the epidemic of innocent dogs being shot by cops with no repercussions.

Incidentally, the woman charged with prostitution, Josie Bobbitt, has still not been located by police.

Low IQ, Combat veterans with low self esteem and likely P.T.S.D. it’s what today’s cops are. Just following orders mindlessly and retaliating violently on anyone who refuses their coercion and demands.

    • Faust

What does being a vet have to do with anything? I’m a combat vet with over four years of combat time and I don’t go around shooting anything. Stop being ignorant. Such a hateful person, and probably one who has sacrificed little for anyone other than yourself. Shame on you.

      • t. carlson

I too am a 2 year veteran Nam and have not shot at anything since,,,, we have to have a little pity on the some special kinda stupid people

    • Nick Bozzi

Low IQ combat veterans? I would venture to say you don’t know very many with that point of view. Here we have a story about a very poorly trained police officer senselessly shooting someone’s dog and you take the opportunity to make derogatory remarks about our military. Robert, you disgust me just as much as the cop in the article. I would have you know I am a combat vet. Per capita our education levels outshine that of our civilian counterparts with every officer and a very large portion of our enlisted ranks have at least one degree. Low self esteem? to this I would reiterate my former statement, you must not know very many, if anything we may be a bit overconfident. All that to say, do yourself a favor, don’t comment about things you have no knowledge of. Next time try to stay on topic.

      • Jesse

Sounds like you’re a great and sensitive guy Nick, but many of the poorly trained city and county cops are not in your league.

      • nerys

Low IQ? yes. Low value moral compass? YES Vet’s? ahhh. no. Most vets I know are just as smart if not smarter than your average person (the idiots did not live very long in combat is my guess) and usually have a very high moral compass. they FOUGHT for it.

Are there roided up moron vet’s? sure no doubt. they are NOT the majority. not even close.

What we need to do is FORCE changes in law. FORCE them. give them no choice but to do as we tell them to do (as its supposed to be)

First thing we need to do is eliminate all “assault on officer” laws. an officer is a citizen a suspect is a citizen. we need to stop elevating them as “special” citizens.

Next if you assault a police dog its the same as assaulting a police officer. The same should apply to OUR pets. assault one of our pets and it should be handled PRECISELY the same as if they assaulted a human being (just like their dogs) See how fast dog shootings drop off.

Hold police to a HIGHER standard than the average citizen. they have the power AND the knowledge. their level of responsibility should be higher not lower. and the punishment for violation should also be higher not lower.

    • Shawn Armstrong

Robert, people like you are the reason I can’t just go down to the store and buy spray paint, thanks to idiots like you, they lock that shit up now.

    • Talk to the hand.

More likely to be a Military wannabe. Couldn’t get into the Military so he could kill people. So he became a cop instead.

      • sixpack

        …so he could kill people…

    • booboo

More like a Bubba cop with a macho complex. A vet is much more in control.

    • t. carlson

Your some knda special stupid are you not…. how long have been on the Prozac..

  • Heywood Jablohmee

Americans are cowards . Get the bastards name and find out his home address and do some black ops on him like take off his kneecaps from a 1000 yds. Guaranteed the cops will change real fast.

  • Dede Siebenaler

Have his JOB, and HE should be paying the vet bills, not the City of Holly Hill taxpayers. What a reckless act of STUPIDITY by another “rookie cop”!

  • Spork

    At least this one lived.

Why can’t cops read street numbers? What became of the guy in Virginia who told the cops that if they shot his dog, he would shoot them? They shot his dog and he killed a deputy. I’d vote to acquit. Enough of this nonsense. If they’re going to assume any dog is a threat, you ought to assume that the cops are the threat and act to protect your dog. Apparently having them caged in the back yard isn’t good enough.

    • Sooriamoorthy

Because they can’t read: they can only kill and that’s why they should all be killed.

  • Freedom

This cop who shot the dog needs to lose his job and be made to pay for all restitution including the dog’s emotional rehabilitation too. The other cops who took part in this aggressiveness need to be placed on leave without pay..
The dog wasn’t doing anything wrong and the owner had Lady legally under control in Lady’s own backyard. The cops are the ones who took this situation way over the line and they need to pay for their actions.

    • Sean Andersen

Yes, but cops never pay. Just like in this case the city aka taxpayers are left hanging with the bill.

  • Mr. Jonz

Yeah, 99% of cops give the rest a bad image.

    • nerys

you got that backwards actually. its the 1% of cops giving the rest a bad image.

Trust me. if 99% of the cops were bad this country would be a mess right now.

The problem is the 99% are NOT totally innocent. they are complicit. because they PROTECT the 1%. that makes them almost as guilty in my book.

  • TheLibertyCause

Although I appreciate your opinion on this matter we need to stick to some real facts here. First Police work has barely cracked the top 10 of most deadly occupations since the 70′s so let’s dismiss with the “put their lives on the line everyday nonsense please.

Secondly, if your husband, as a police officer, is aware of other officers within his department who behave in a manner that falls under “Color of Authority” or who are known to have a bad attitude towards the people they are sworn to serve and he does not report them then he is also part of the problem.

We have truly heard enough of the “all it takes is one bad cop…….” narrative. Why don’t any of these supposed good officers ever stand up and submit written complaints about the “bad apples” they work with. If you don’t know then by all means allow me to enlighten you. Because if they “rock the boat”, as it were, they know that the next time they do need backup it won’t come or will take it’s own sweet time. They also know that they will start pulling all of the bad shifts if they go up against their fellow gangs members or their overtime will be cut.

You make the claim that “people pull guns and knives on them all the time and try to run them down with cars”. Where is your evidence, stories like that would make the news so please post some links. I will be more than happy to post thousands, yes I said thousands, of links to examples of police brutality, murder, spousal abuse, drug trafficking, excessive force, drunk driving (while on duty), rape and list goes on and on. Allow me to start you off with this link.

    http://www.policemisconduct.net/
Please spare us the unsung hero routine and the all cops are not bad line. Until the ones who chose this occupation to actually protect and serve, which by the way the Supreme Court has ruled they are under no obligation to do, start throwing out the bad apples then We the People are sick of the whole damn bunch!!!!!

    • nerys

there are several ways to view this.

First jolly rogers view is idiotic.

      Second.

I don’t care if a cops job is dangerous. until he shows me his conscription papers the “danger” of being a cop is ZERO excuse.

its a job you WILLINGLY and VOLUNTARILY elected to perform. if you don’t like the danger QUIT. really simple.

Second I agree most cops are “for the most part” good and its a few bad apples doing damage.

but this does not EXCUSE the “good” cops because they protect and shield the bad cops making them also bad cops. No different than if I harbored a known fugitive.

Now this is not quite that simple and black and white.

People need to remember power does not corrupt. this is a fiction.

      Corruption seeks power.

seems like a small change but it dramatically changes the circumstances and the correct response to the problems at hand.

this means the CORRUPT people tends to be the ones in charge once there are enough of them because they will SEEK OUT the positions of greatest power.

this honestly does make it very hard for the “good cops” to do anything about it.

and while this does not EXCUSE them it does bolster their positions.

before anyone blathers on about doing the right thing and quitting etc…

lets see YOU quit your entire livelihood. lets see you summarily DESTROY your life for NO realized gains or purpose because there will be 50 shady cops to replace you when they toss you out on your ass for not towing the line.

lets see you explain to your family as the bank forecloses on your home and you are moving out onto the street. but I did the right thing children. it did not help but I did the right thing.

its just not that simple. period.

a solution NEEDS to be found. badly. but its not as simple as throw away your life so you can say see I did it right.

    • pitbullgirl1965

Preach! I’ve been directing people to the PoliceOne.com site too: What a nasty window into the way they think.
When you get Free Republic (I’m not, FWIW) readers turning against LE, you know they’re something bad.

  • John Jacobi

I can only hope that something similar happens to them in the future. Scumbag thugs with no respect for anyone. They think that badge and uniform give them the right to do whatever they want with no consequences. Charge them with cruelty to animals and unlawful discharge of a firearm in commission of a crime. Make them felons and give them jail terms. Any other person would receive no less treatment from our esteemed govt.

    • Sean Andersen

They don’t THINK their badge gives them license to do whatever they want, they KNOW it does.

  • sarah

on cop lies the rest swear to it that is my experience

  • John Jacobi

If the constitution prevents armed soldiers from entering our homes except during times of war, why should the police be any different?. I mean the constitution does say that they need to have “Reasonable Suspicion” to enter your home. Having a last known address doesn’t satisfy that in my opinion. People move every day. If they didn’t have concrete reports that person was seen there in the last couple of days then they should have staked it out. If they guy was lying, he gets arrested for harboring a fugitive. An Arrest Warrant and a Search Warrant aren’t the same thing. As far as I am concerned they were trespassing in this guys back yard like a common criminal and should be punished as such.

    • pitbullgirl1965

John, Indiana passed a law called Right to Resist which addresses this issue.
Maybe when LEO bodies start piling up, they’ll think twice before busting in

  • Sooriamoorthy

It’s the pig Aldrich who should be made to settle the bill and not the City.
And he should be publicly lynched too until he dies.

  • Kellie

Wow, seriously. A cop is a damn chicken! I mean come on! The tax payers are going to end up paying for the mess these police officers did! They should pay out of their wallets!

  • Little Wing

That guy is way too good looking to need a hooker. Cop probably has IQ in the negative numbers.

  • Rick E.

There’s been absolutely NO cops killed by a dog in the course of their duty in the USA. ZERO.
Some have said that the cops are afraid, and that “officer safety” is the impetus behind the increased shooting of family pets. NO! It’s the new military, they are the elite and we are the enemy mindset that they’re being taught at the academy level.

Nothing will stand in their way, not you, me, or our pets and loved ones.
I consider my dogs part of my family. They’re loyal, loving, and I can always trust them. If a cop unnecessarily killed one of my dogs, God help him/her. I would find some way to exact justice!

  • launchme52

    Prostitution the crime so horrible….

  • 1XXX

    Cops live somewhere, right?

  • http://a-albionic.com/ Lloyd Miller

Each time this happens, THE POLICE RESPONSIBLE SHOULD BE JAILED!

    • Sooriamoorthy

And tortured in jail before being killed and fed to pigs.

  • TJJ300

Please, I understand you have an emotional attachment here, but let’s not propagate the fiction that Police Officers have a dangerous job, unless you are talking about being a danger to other people.

The 10 deadliest jobs in the US in 2012 according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics were:
    1. Logging workers
    2. Fishers and related fishing workers
    3. Aircraft pilot and flight engineers
    4. Roofers
    5. Structural iron and steel workers
    6. Refuse and recyclable material collectors
    7. Electrical power-line installers and repairers
    8. Drivers/sales workers and truck drivers
    9. Farmers, ranchers, and other agricultural managers
    10. Construction laborers

LEO’s don’t even break the top 10. So let’s put to bed the Police put their lives on the line for you BS. They carry guns to protect themselves, not the public.

  • Lynne Marton

Jolly roger – why are you being such an idiot??? Saying that the woman’s husband deserves to die because he’s a cop!!!! Stop being such a fool and get a LIFE!!!

  • Laura W

    ·
    Here’s
    something for the policemen and

politicians to consider before writing their future…

    Mr.
    Policeman, a little food for

thought…for every dog that is or was murdered by a policeman you have left or

will leave behind a trail of children with PTSD, some may not even realize it

for days, weeks, months or even years. You are singled handedly and sub-

consciously removing all trust in law enforcement they may have had and taught

them all about murder. You are not killing a murderer, robber, etc….but instead

you are killing a companion, a friend, someone they love. Don’t be surprised if

one day all of this comes back to haunt you and the only one to blame will be

    yourselves.

    Every
time a child watches a video or

hears of a policeman shooting / killing

or dragging someone’s pet off or talks about a policeman shooting / killing or

dragging someone’s pet off, which with today’s technology will be every minute

of every day, another child will develop PTSD.

    This is
your legacy for the children of our

future. —- And when a child experiences a traumatic

event, which is what you are providing a lot of, it will often follow them

throughout life. Obviously policeman shooting/killing and dragging dogs off to

their deaths is a practice of brutality that has been going on for some time

and it is only because of today’s technology / social media that it has been

brought out in the open and exposed it

    to the masses.

    The

World is watching and speaking …and I hope these policeman stop and think about

the consequences of their actions and change their practices before they create

a society of children with little to no regard for life….they are affecting

their own children as well and are probably not even aware of it. The children

are watching not only the policeman but any and everyone involved including the

    politicians allowing this barbaric practice…

    Parents

when your child or any child asks you why that policeman is killing peoples

dogs/pets/family members….give them the police department, mayor, governor and

anyone else involved phone number and tell them to ask that person….They are

the ones murdering these dogs/pets/family members let them explain it to the

    children they are affecting…..

    Continue
    taking pictures and videos for

posting so the world can see. Also provide a list of Names with email

    addresses physical addresses and

    phone numbers to Police

    department heads, government

offices and anyone else you can think

of, so people of the world can have a

medium to voice their opinions/feelings on what is being done there and so they
can SHARE…SHARE…SHARE… These agencies need to

be and will be bombarded with calls,

    emails and letters

from around the world… then maybe they will rethink what they are

planning to do….who knows maybe and

Hopefully “ANONYMOUS” will pick up on this and assist in our

fight. Their motto is “JUSTICE IS COMING’… just

ask the police dept. in Hawthorne California..

    .
…..your actions serve only to further

desensitize the minds of the people and our children regarding law

    enforcement………

    Get any
and every bit of information you can about that

cop to include pictures of him, place of employment with phone numbers and

email addresses and anything significant. Then post it and

    SHARE—-SHARE—-SHARE for the World to

see. This will also give the world a venue to respond and voice their opinion

on that cops murderous action. No one likes their dirty laundry exposed,

    especially to the world…

  • Sooriamoorthy

That’s what your husband pretends to be,Madam.
But your husband is a cop and ALL cops are murderers and rapists and thieves, and all of them should be quickly exterminated.
You would be well advised to divorce that load of shit you welcome in your bed.

  • Whits1bone 【ツ】

I wish Lady a full and complete recovery. This needs to stop! A cop walking on your property, especially when dogs are in a fence, on YOUR property should have no more right to shoot your dog, then your neighbor does! If you are a stranger and enter my fenced yard, and you shoot my dog…..well lets just see what happens…..Cops are bullies, but put them face to face with a barking dog (I have Chi’s) and they feel like they have to shoot the 5 lb. dog. That makes them sissies..with a gun. And heartless bastards.

  • lcuvillier

These cops need to pay with their personal funds, not tax dollars. Their mistake, their bill.

Also, these no-knock laws need to go away. Many innocent people have been killed because of these stupid laws.

  • Sooriamoorthy

I might be, but you certainly are.

  • Sooriamoorthy

    Wherein lies the problem then?
By the way, an honest Christian cannot be the patriot of any country except that of Christianity which is not to be equated with Christendom.

  • Sooriamoorthy

Lynching usually leads to death, but not necessarily. I’m not fond of pleonasms; I simply wanted to be emphatic.

  • flystraight

Fire the bastards now. They are getting out of control.

  • Sooriamoorthy

I just replied that although lynching does lead to death, it does not necessarily imply death, adding that I’m not fond of pleonasms and that I’m only trying to be emphatic

  • singledad

I would love to depend on myself for my own security, but I would got to prison if I did the things that you do.

  • tayronachan

It does seem the police officers made an effort to quickly get the dog to a vet by transporting the dog in their cruiser to the vet.
But, the officers should never have been in the backyard without a warrant or permission in the first place!

    • crazy2medic

      Exactly

    • stefan buddle

      Warrant, what are those…
This is pretty crazy, I know if I went into someone backyard and shot their dog I’d get at least a year or two (I’m black too)

  • crazy2medic

I have my big chocolate lab, he’s a 105lb dog, I have spent hours training him as a hunting dog, and unlike the typical lab he will defend what he sees as his, the property, the house, my truck and me and my wife, if the cops had shot my dog I’d have grab the AR and put them in the same condition as my dog!

  • tayronachan

@ dogloverpolicewife, I agree with you. Although we could probably all agree these officers shouldn’t have been in that backyard without permission or a warrant.
I also don’t see anyone mentioning that after screwing up, they put the dog in their police cruiser and went straight to a emergency vet clinic. It can be hard for anyone to immediately recognize they F-ed up, and immediately do what they can to keep things from getting worse. God Bless.

  • tayronachan

@Chuck, I agree. Although, we are seeing a loss of confidence and trust in all authority, starting at the federal level of course. So many lies from so many Repubs and Dems while they and their cronies get richer and we get poorer. “No new taxes.”, “Iraq has WMD.”, “You can keep your health insurance plan.”

  • tayronachan

@ Henry, That was actually a very good post, full of truth. A rather insightful post too, I wish I could refute what you said. This lack of trust in our institutions started at the federal level, and has now spread down to the local level, a bad thing. The lack of respect for, and violation of the US Constitution, by officials at every level of gov. will end badly. We can already see there is a domestic arms race going on between We The People and the gov. I think we all agree, DEMAND actually, that our Constitutional rights be respected by ALL officials. The mood of the country continues to darken as we move into this Fourth Turning. God Bless.

  • Barnaby Barrilla

Fuck the police. Breaking laws and trying to get away with it. Sue those fuckers

  • buttcrackofdoom

we citizens are the FIRSTresponders! when seconds count a cop is only minutes away! cops are SECOND responders… they usually end up taking a report(if even that) after waiting for hours for them to show up.here’s a link to why you should never talk to a cop http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&ved=0CCkQtwIwAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3D6wXkI4t7nuc&ei=oJrFUpGHOY2FogTQ44LIAg&usg=AFQjCNFCoazxrnNtO6N2bs_yG_tfpcl_vQ&bvm=bv.58187178,d.cGU

  • TheLibertyCause

That is the point Mark, we Don’t want nor need you. Many of us would much rather Police our own neighborhoods and not have you on OUR PAYROLL!! We are not afraid to do the job you do, many of us are just smarter and don’t have to. The Supreme Court ruled that police are not obligated to “protect” the public against harm. All you do is come in after the fact and do a very poor job of investigating.

Yes we will talk “junk” about you until you clean up your ranks and are once again deserving of the trust and respect of We the People.

    • Sean Andersen

Don’t you mean ‘We are not afraid to do the job they FAIL to do’?

      • TheLibertyCause

        Very good point!

  • JohannIvan

This is what the Thugs in Blue DO. They are trained to be violent. They attract those who want to inflict violence on others. It is NOT a “Few bad apples” – that meme needs to be reversed: Their ranks only contain a “few GOOD ‘apples’”. Look at their eagerness for violence – they are always “geared” to inflict it on others. It’s what they do. It’s how they act. Until they are held personally responsible, financially bankruptcy via fines / civil suits and personally thrown in jail for their criminal behavior, it will not stop.

  • TheLibertyCause

DWS, you can start with this link for, in your words, “thousands upon thousands” of articles of police misconduct. http://www.policemisconduct.net/

We will be waiting for the links to back up your position…..but we won’t be holding our breath.

Our governments are corrupt and every government organization is affected by this corruption. Until we change our government, these things will remain the same. Until we stop hating each other and learn to work together, we will not be capable of changing our governments. America used to be the land of milk of honey but while you’re all busy with the hate thing, your milk has gone sour and the bees are dying of pesticide poisoning. Get it together guys. Sending a lot of love your way.

Ya these cops shoot to quick here in florida on dogs. If the dog so much as barks and gets close they shoot not thinking of the bond between the owner. It like losing a kid to some people its traumatizing. It takes a certain kind of person to be a heartless cop like that.

    • John Smith

These guys aren’t an aberration – they are chosen for their aggression, amorality and ruthlessness.

  • http://www.facebook.com/david.schmitt#!/ David R. Schmitt

Goddam wankers. Cop or no cop I would have slugged him.

  • Sooriamoorthy

Am I inferring, as you say, from one bad cop that ……. ? Why don’t you take a look around?
Anyway, I have time and again, though not here, made a sharp distinction between Police or Peace officers and cops.
Government instituted by God? Maybe God, whoever he may be, equally instituted the Federal Reserve Bank too! Whether God exists or not, it should be clear to anyone that God and religion, any religion, may well be mutually antithetic.

The Founding Fathers were so good Christians, even if they were not Roman Catholics, that they used religion to endorse genocide, to indulge in slavery.
By the way, it were always well to establish a dichotomy between what is said and what is done.
Last but not least, God is too often the easiest alibi used to justify that other god called gold. In Gold you do trust, don’t you?

  • Sooriamoorthy

    Am I repeating myself?
In any case, a repetition is not perforce a pleonasm or a tautology.

  • sixpack

At least Lady survived—mine didn’t, back in 1989.

  • TheLibertyCause

Waaaa Waaaa Waaaa. You certainly seem to hate your job so why don’t you just quit? Perhaps because you lack the capacity to do anything else or maybe you just like that little bit of power too much.

We the People are sick of the behavior of the militarized police in America and if you don’t like that then do something to change it. Weed out the ones who don’t belong or just refuse to take part in Unconstitutional behavior.

Please don’t come here whining and crying about your job though. Truthfully many of us Patriots would much rather get you off of the Tax Payers Welfare and Police our own communities. You are no longer wanted and you brought it on yourselves.

  • TheLibertyCause

I am curious just how many of the things on your list YOU have actually done. I would love to hear about you “running into bullets” as you put it. Most people who “run into bullets” aren’t around afterward to be self aggrandizing bloated ego’s as you come across.

Please regale us all with your personal stories of heroics. I’m sure that is why you chose this line of work to begin with, to be “the hero”. Then you tasted the power of making the serfs bend to your will and it became an addiction. You hate when you run across people like us at the Liberty Cause who don’t fear you and know the law better than you because it deflates your “heroic self image”. That is why you lie and arrest people for the mere act of “resisting arrest”. Strange how someone can be arrested for resting arrest if there is no charge that warrants arrest to begin with but there are hundreds of stories of this happening.

I am starting to hit close to home. are you starting to salivate at the idea of going out a tazing someone just because you can and your gang member buddies will back you up.

You are pathetic. Go back and stare in the mirror some more and tell yourself how wonderful you are and what a big burly hero you are.

Oh and please the next time you “run into bullets” please do it head first.

  • TheLibertyCause

One more thing blowhard, You mention in your rant that the cops couldn’t just take the word of the home owner “they had to check”. Please enlighten us all under what authority they had to check, by prying open a locked gate. They had a bench warrant for failure to appear not a search warrant. Are you out and out saying that the 4th Amendment no longer applies to us lowly serfs? That you will do what you want to do even if it violate Titles 18 and 42 USC and the Constitution. You swore an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution You have certainly shown us all where you stand and then you wonder why we don’t want you on Our Payroll anymore.

Apparently you are one of the ‘not so smart cops” that mentioned or you would have known that Bench Warrant does equal Search Warrant under the law.

    • Sean Andersen

      Amen brotha!

  • ThorsMitersaw
  • AmericanPatriot

U have got to be kidding me??? Just let them into your house, no questions asked??? Nahhhh bro, I dont think so!! We have this little thing called the 4th Amendment that protects us from unreasonable search and seizure. No way they’d come into my house!!!

  • Concerned

Work to protect animal and human rights? That’s laughable. Put their lives on the line for MINIMUM WAGE? Now I know that’s a joke. I think you might need to check how much of that sweet, sweet moolah your husbands hiding from you, honey, because I’ve never head of an officer being payed minimum wage.

Where I come from, there’s a new scandal surrounding the police force in the paper every week. If community’s would actually take a stand, step up and control violent crime
by their own means, without installing a blatantly corrupted police
force, it is my firm belief that we would never need policy enforcers like your husband in the first place.

To sum up, sometimes, the reason your husband and his cohorts have guns, knives and the like pulled on them is because “To Serve and Protect” has become a synonym for “To Corrupt and Harass”, and they are effectively on the same level as the “criminals” they say swear to protect us again.

I sincerly hope your husband reevaluates his lifestyle, and chooses a more righteous path that could actually benefit man kind in some small way.

  • DannyE

Thugs get caught out, eventually they will mess with the wrong man.

  • Sean Andersen

I can think of another group who were ‘just doing their job’ or ‘just following orders’

  • Sean Andersen

Sorry your husband sounds like he is one of the good ones, but we also know that the good cops protect and hide the bad ones. And there are far more bad cops than there are good cops. Please spare us the ‘They risk their lives for you everyday’ BS. Plenty of people risk their lives everyday and they don’t have murder civilians or animals to do it.

  • Sean Andersen

“People pull guns and knives on them all the time, they attack them, they try to run over them with cars, yet they still keep going out there to serve and protect.”

As they should. Cops are not here to serve and protect you. They are there to protect the state and the billionaire property owners.

When Nazi SS officers went out each day they kissed their wives and children as well, should we feel sorry for them.

  • Sean Andersen

If you didn’t act like an asshole and murder innocents everyday, you wouldn’t need a bulletproof vest now would ya?

  • Sean Andersen

Cry me a river pig. You have never done any of those things either you cocky prick. Protect and serve my ass, more like lie, harass and steal. Get life you POS. As long as there are pigs like you on the street there will always be criminals. How many times have you lied under oath to get a quick conviction? How many innocents have you gunned down with your pussy machismo? How many times have you lied to protect the corruption in your department? If you can’t handle your job and act like a human being without murdering people then you don’t deserve to wear a badge. PERIOD. Get off your high horse and eat a bag of dicks.

  • Sean Andersen

Don’t kid yourself loser, no one needs you.

  • Sean Andersen

And you have committed the fallacy as well. Believing that since there is 1 good cop they ALL are good. Show me a good cop and I will show you a fucking liar. There is no such thing as a good cop, they all protect and shelter the corrupt cops so that makes them ALL bad.

And for the record, your imaginary god did not create governments, humans did. Just as humans have done all good and bad attributed to your phony god.

Yes many of the founding fathers were Christians, so what? They set up a secular government and made sure that religion was kept far from it. Besides your precious founding fathers were also racist pricks who thought owning other humans as property was a fine idea same for your god.

  • Sean Andersen

And you are saying it is not chaos and anarchy now? You must live in that fantasy Republican bubble. The cops are worse than the criminals. I’ll take the gang bangers over these filthy pigs any day.

Never called 911 once and never will. Cops are useless, they show up AFTER everything has happened, kick you in the nuts and say tough shit buddy.

  • Sean Andersen

Doing their jobs? Man you really are a clueless idiot. Why do you think people are so angry? Because they are NOT doing their jobs, at least not the job they are supposed to be doing; which is protecting the public, not the police state.

You’ve got it exactly backwards Disgusted – for every good cop there are thousands of corrupt cops. Who am I kidding there ARE NO good cops, the good cops protect and shelter the corrupt ones which makes them just as corrupt.

  • Sean Andersen

Sorry jackhole no one, and I mean no one needs these pukes.

  • Sean Andersen

And then we would be hearing about your funeral in the paper. You do realize they carry guns and have itchy fingers, don’t you?

  • Sean Andersen

It was a bench warrant NOT a search warrant. Learn the difference and stop sticking up for these fascist pigs. Spoken like a true ewe being lead to the slaughter, gleefully. Another worthless idiot supporting the police state.

  • nerys

Just an important note. The constitution does not give you any rights. the bill of rights is kind of a misnomer as its not a bill of rights at all but a bill of “restrictions” but “The Bill of Restrictions” does not have the same flair or ring to it so we incorrectly call it the bill of rights.

anything given/granted can be TAKEN AWAY. that is what we call privileges not rights.

the constitution does not grant us rights. it FORBIDS THEM from violating our endowed by our very existence rights.

this distinction may seem small but its seriously critical.

  • pitbullgirl1965

We are living in a goddamn police state. They’re like an invading army. IIRC, Indiana passed a law called Right to Resist: you can shoot a cop if they break into your house without just cause.
LEO: how much longer do you thing We the People are going to stand for murderous actions against us and our pets?!

  • pitbullgirl1965

Blah, blah, blah. You’re husband belongs to the institution that condones these actions.
Every read the PoliceOne.com site? 99% of them are right wing, authoritative thugs, who laugh about the beat down of OWS, who victim blame when unarmed citizens are shot, who made fun of a owner whose dog was shot by Hawthorne Pig Dept, and are sexist racists a**holes.
And my job (agriculture within the dairy sector) is statistically more dangerous by the Dept. of Labor, then law enforcement. Oh and I see you semi binged us with the “Whatever it takes to get home at the end of the day” meme. GTFO

  • Margie

It is the power hungry scaredy cat types that are fearful and are too flinchy. Military personal are trained to shoot only once target is acquired and verified. This was not the case in this situation. seems like he wanted quick revenge for not being let into the back yard or the dog was giving his location away and wanted it to stop barking.

  • sedna101

Something is terribly wrong when we have to be more frightened of the police (whose salaries WE pay) than the criminals…

  • catlover

The cops are awesome. They get rid of aggressive dogs free of charge. I love cops a hate pussy liberals.

    • John Smith

Aren’t you a pussy, catlover? Or is that cocksmoker?

  • Dragana S.

The sad thing is that most of the officers are low life thugs who like to take out their low self esteem on people. More than half police officers should not even be in the law enforcement. I hope the cop who shot the dog gets a bullet to his head, fucking loser.

  • John Smith

Hard to type while goose-stepping and saluting your Fuehrer, Obama, isn’t it.

  • John Smith

Eat shit, you fascist asshole. Do you give the police a reacharound after they buttfuck you too?

  • ndk13

If the cops ever shoot my dog I will shoot them period ! If you shoot a police dog you might as well have shot a cop , that is bullshit ! The cops are punks that are to scared to do their jobs !
