FEMA Ordered to Plan for Overwhelming Numbers of Dead Americans

The US Congress has put the government’s purchase of over a billion and a half rounds of hollow point bullets into perspective with their latest legislative offering, HR Bill 6566: The Mass Fatality Planning and Religious Considerations Act. The act was quietly passed on September 28, but only caught public attention yesterday. It mandates Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to make preparations for fatalities so great in number that mortuaries, hospitals and funeral homes are overwhelmed. This bill amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002, requiring the Administrator of FEMA to “provide guidance and coordination for mass fatality planning, and for other purposes.” According to the text of the Bill:

I wonder what the govt. is planning for and why so late in the game. my guess is something is going to happen in the middle east and civilians here are going to suffer for it. either an EMP event or perhaps a single Iranian sub with a nuclear device. From a insider the military and national guard has nothing in the warehouses. Why? Obama is scared of them. That is why he keeping our soldiers over seas and the only soldiers patrolling the streets will be cops dress liked them or foreign soldiers. Thats coming from someone who does inventory. Everything is at FortDrum, and they couldn’t even dispatch it enough to cover every city or let alone react to back up if needed.
DHS is selling the rounds over seas also.
I think it will be a a toxic disease or virus, they are tooooo cheap to even sink a dime into infastructure. Maybe they just want to cut the right people into the deal.

The article gives the impression this bill was passed. It has only been sent to committee(s) for consideration at this point. However, just the fact that somone wrote the bill for consideration is unbelievable. If there is a scenario with mass casualties it is a joke to believe that FEMA would be able to 1) handle the situation and 2) that they would have the ability to be considerate of the religious beliefs with regard to burying the dead with a certain period of time. FEMA cannot even take care of the living half of the time.
I do not think the ‘religious considerations’ clause could have snuck in there except to grease its passage, it is a FEMA-is-working-for-you preparations bill. In this age of Homeland Security boondoggles, for every tiny ounce of actual conspiratorial planning there are fifty tons of graft and contract padding, just Government contractor parasites on the make.
I’d be quicker to suspect that this preparedness bill is merely an enabling document — and what is ultimately behind it are a few contractors who have prepared some massive product sell, body bags and medical biohazard kits (as in $100 for a box containing alcohol wipes and plastic booties) and some infrastructure stuff for mass burials. Stuff to be bought no-bid and stored and forgotten to make the middlemen rich.

The unnamed person in the video who doesn’t show his face doesn’t volunteer any links for us to follow and see the document he’s reading to us in the video. He even says he will provide the documentation for us to see for ourselves the validity of this testimony but I don’t see anywhere where the link is to do so. That, in conjunction with the less than credible material also decorating this web page suggests that this is not legitimate news. Strange that I can’t find anything more about this alleged bill when googling for it. All there is is this site. So if it’s real, where did this mystery news reporter get it from. I think he made it all up.

I am not one to ever disbelieve the lengths the current Administration might go to or discount any of the “plans” they may have BUT these web sites and the postings/comments they solicit only go to instill more fear into the hearts of people whose time would be better spent “preparing for the worst” and “hoping for the best”.
