Family Sues TSA for Beating Their Deaf, Blind and Brain Damaged Teen Daughter Bloody at Airport

Yet another example of an innocent American attempting to travel by plane in the U.S. (Pic: WREG)

It seems people aren’t just suing the TSA for missing their flights these days.

An 18-year-old partially deaf girl, blind in one eye and with limited ability to walk and talk, spent 17 years of her life travelling between Chattanooga and Memphis for treatment of her brain tumor at a children’s hospital. Her last experience returning home from treatment via the Memphis Airport, however, left her beaten, blooded, and locked up in a Shelby County jail like the potential terrorist the TSA thinks she is.

Via Reason:

When Hannah went through the metal detector at the airport, an alarm went off. Disoriented by the noise, she did not immediately cooperate with TSA agents who asked to conduct further screening.

Shirley Cohen tried to inform the agents about her daughter’s disabilities, she told television station WREG, but airport police kept her away. That’s when the situation between Hannah and the TSA officials became violent:

“She’s trying to get away from them but in the next instant, one of them had her down on the ground and hit her head on the floor. There was blood everywhere,” said [Shirley].

The family is suing for a “reasonable sum not exceeding $100,000 and costs.” Reason reports that when asked about it, (an apparently heartless) TSA spokeswoman responded with, “passengers can call ahead of time to learn more about the screening process for their particular needs or medical situation.”

Oh really? Can they call ahead to learn more about how TSA agents have little to no discernment whatsoever between a suspected terrorist and a scared teen with mental and physical disabilities? Can a traveler call to find out just what kind of abuse they are most likely to receive from TSA thugs if they are already unfortunate enough to suffer from a “medical situation” when they are going to fly on a plane?

Versions of this same story come out of airports so often, the nation has sadly gotten used to this open show of innocent Americans being beaten like slaves at airports.

The elephant in the room is that most TSA screening agents are ghetto blacks fresh off the welfare rolls and they get to rough up Whitey free-of-charge.

There are 200 million White people in America, only 30 million blacks. When we finally have had enough, and we organize as one again, LOOK OUT! They are gonna get what’s coming to them. That day is fast approaching. The Silent MAJORITY is waking UP! We won’t be silenced anymore!

The government program of “Silent weapons for quiet wars ” used the media to disempower the males. ….and women took a more dominant role, but since women are easily led and have smaller brains they tend to trust “authority”

In the late Carl Sagen’s book from 1979, Dragons Of Eden, Sagen explains that men’s brains are about 1,300 cc’s and women’s are about 1,100 cc’s.

TSA here to “protect” you by beating up a handicapped little girl. Good job CIA and FBI, you have convinced the morons at TSA that everyone and anyone can be a terrorist. This would be laughable if it just weren’t so fucking sad that the sheep just go along with this abuse because they are also under the delusion that there are rabid terrorists and crazy people with guns everywhere. It beats me(pun intended) why anybody would fly these days. If you even have a name as common as Robert Brown, you could be unable to board a plane to “puddle jump” across your state.
Rent a car if you must, but drive, and leave the molesting to the professionals of the TSA.

    • Wayne Scott

They be gettin you in the cars before long.

      • xenonman

They already are. Ever heard of “traffic stops”?

  • Constitutionalist

Not trying to ring my own bell here, but it if they tried that on me, most likely several of them would be hospitalized and I would be dead or jailed. I have not flown in many years now, but I used to really fukk with them during screenings. Refusal of body scanner, agitate them during pat downs, both middle fingers raised in contempt when speaking to them. I decided not to push my luck any farther- why I no longer fly. If this were my daughter or if I witnessed such abuse, I would definitely kill some fukers. I believe a few bullets alone couldn’t stop me before I let years of pent up hate and contempt for the fukers go unleashed. The TSA Is a joke and I think they know it. Ever notice how they always seem to harass the weakest?

It is a sign of the times that parents are not standing up to the goons beating and bloodying their kids. What the hell happened to our balls? Thank god I don’t have kids.

      • Fred Bastiat

The unwillingness to protect ourselves and family is indeed a sign of how pervasive the indoctrination and brain washing is from media, government schools, and even from statist society – our own friends, family, and neighbors. I went to an extreme of pacifism as a reaction to government violence, before realizing that was also against natural law. Now I am prepared to defend myself and loved ones in a ‘lean forward’ alpha posture. I only need look to my own phases of understanding to see he brainwashing of others – and still root it out of my own life’s

        • Lewie Paine

I believe it to be the height of irresponsibility for one to choose to have a family and then choose to not be responsible for its protection.
Sadly. I know more than one instance of this.

          • Fred Bastiat

Exactly. My aversion and rejection of government violence that I saw everywhere caused an inappropriate moral swing to pacificism. I did believe at the time I was rejecting statism. But pacificism is more than statist compliance, it is a form of support for the system – another programmed response of supplication. Only in the natural and full application of NAP; including self defense and forward leaning natural order posture, can the statist system be rejected. I’ve see you post on similar, although it doesn’t sound like you had to take the same path to awareness.

          • berrybestfarm

I’ve always feared Gandhi was allowed to live for the very purpose of brainwashing us into believing passive resistance is effective. But passive resistance is just the type of oxy-moronic behavior (false hope) that serves the interests of the ruthless and powerful.

          • xenonman

How long do you think a Gandhi would have been tolerated under a Stalin, a Hitler, a Castro, an Assad, or a Ceausescu ?

          • Lewie Paine

BC posted recently that he believes a majority came to anarchism via the right-wing path. (as he did) Disgruntled conservatives. I suspect that’s true.
Personally, I was raised to be very suspicious of the State. My paternal grandfather was a Reb still fighting the war and he taught me to hate the party of Lincoln while my maternal grandfather taught me to hate the party of FDR as he always claimed they stole his gold.
These were simple people who never thought the philosophy of anarchism through but they were definitely apolitical and understood Individualism as well as anyone.

I love Trumps idea to hire only military vets to staff the TSA and fire the entire crop of current TSA imbeciles

    • ReverendDraco✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ ᵃᶜᶜᵒᵘᶰᵗ

      • Brad Dueringer

I agree, the real solution is to shut down the TSA entirely. But as always the argument is controlled as how to handle the TSA and not to get rid of the TSA.
True independent thought is controlled by false options, controlled oposition and limited hangouts , like much of the alternative media and all of the mainstream media

I suppose that he doesn’t have a name. This brutality will continue until we hold these misfits accountable. Will anyone really be satisfied if the taxpayers have to foot the bill for any settlement? These thugs should be held PERSONALLY responsible.

  • jim_robert

I hope to Heaven above somebody had the alacrity to video this from their cell phone. Reminder to me to keep this in mind when I see things. Yes, defending your daughter against these brutes is important. But image if this video went viral?! Rather than “just” defend your daughter, you might start a viral groundswell to stop this garbage.

Remember that picture of the little girl running from napalm in Vietnam, and what that did to the nation? (if you don’t just google “Vietnam little girl napalm” or see here

  • jim_robert

I want these terrorists stopped as much as anyone. But at the cost of our freedom? I was at the airport the other day, and there was some TSA agent being really nasty to a woman who was late. I didn’t get the name/badge # unfortunately, but DID go up to his supervisor once I got through the line and told her about it. Dozens of people saw what happened, and I’ll bet I’m the only one who said anything. Imagine if a dozen of people has spoken up? Then imagine thousands of people speaking up every week when they see abuses.

Little good that will do, you say? Sorry, don’t buy your cynicism. Every avalanche starts with one final snowflake. At the risk of exhibiting my “white privilege” (y’know… snowflakes being white is SO racist), be that snowflake – if you are any race.

Einstein himself once said “The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing. ” Don’t be one of them. Be an American – which means being courageous, free, just and human. Don’t become one of those mindless left-wing cyborgs now running around this country and the West.

  • bosunj

You have the power to stop this. You don’t need new laws or politicians to “solve” this.

Simply refuse to fly. Two days no one flies. Anywhere. At all.

    End of problem.

Don’t believe? Remember after 9/11 no one could fly for two days and it nearly bankrupted the airlines? The $12B subsidies Congress gave them to keep them going?

    YOU have the power.

    Use it.

    • Brad Dueringer

I agree, I don’t fly anymore and probably never will again.

I wonder how long it will be until there are roadside checks on people traveling in cars?

Tptb are getting more paranoid as more people wake up. We should see more stazi style policing as fears grow that the plebs might kill a psychopathic leader

      • bosunj

There already are check stations all across the western states.

I agree there’s likelihood of greater police state activity. I disagree we should have it.

I never had any problems with TSA once my wife was video recording me on her phone because I always got flagged to be wand searched and bomb tested. They saw her video taping some young TSA kid started yelling, “She is video recording at the top of his squeaky lungs”. They started to get into a heated argument my wife has a foul mouth. She called him a zit faced kid needs to go back to playing video games and using his right hand as a girl friend. The older guy who was the supervisor came over and said just don’t video tape and told the kid to go back to work. We went to our plane was the end of it. I actually was on the kids side she wasn’t really suppose to be video taping but nothing happened.

    • xenonman

Why shouldn’t she have been videotaping?

      • kell490

They said because they had signs that said no pictures. They think someone will video tape how they scan and figure out a way to defeat the security devices I guess.

TSA was put in place so people would go back to flying after 9/11 it’s a joke because when I flew out of Grand Cayman a few years ago their security check point looked like ours used to in the 1980’s flying back to the US. All that needed to be done make the cockpit door stronger and locked. 9/11 is never going to happen again like it did. I would be way more concerned about bombs on planes coming from other countries. The worst part about the TSA is it’s the lowest paid government work you can get you get un-educated fools really no different then the airlines used to hire in the 1980’s security guards making min wage.

  • James Michael

  • 1in7billion

Isn’t it odd that nothing like this ever seems to happen to anyone who more closely fits the description of an Islamic terrorist? It always seems to be _Americans_ (particularly the most defenseless and vulnerable Americans) who are constantly subjected to abuse, bullying and humiliation by these knuckle-dragging goons.

The TSA isn’t about preventing bad guys from boarding planes. The TSA is about conditioning Americans to grovel on their knees the authority of the State. The fact that uniformed officers beat and arrested a frightened disabled American for no goddamn reason whatsoever should tell you what their agenda really is.

  • 1in7billion

Remember the “underwear bomber”? He was allowed to board the plane without a passport! That’s because the man who accompanied him somehow managed to get him cleared through security. The terrorist’s escort, who was described as a well-dressed Indian man, was most likely a CIA “handler.”

But by all means, let’s abuse, molest, bully and irradiate innocent Americans so as to maintain the illusion of security.

  • Afshin Nejat

I told you stupid peasants, but you wouldn’t listen…

These TSA cowards aren’t complete idiots. They’ve figured out which passengers can be hassled and which are considered to be “protected classes”.

  • As an American who joined the military at 17, now 61 I know if I deal with the Terror Society of America I will be imprisoned for not allowing them to treat me like a terrorist (which is ironic since they put terrorists on the planes-see NSA testimony concerning the underwear bomber) or for defending someone else’s rights. If they pulled this crap when I was there, TSA agents would be in worse shape than the girl.
Sorry TSA and the new world order, I don’t speak sheep!
