If true let the fun begin, wonder how fast he and his ilk will leave the country.

  • Wolf

Fuck Obamnation and the UN, and anyone else that wants to ban our God given right to defend ourselves and our families.

    • Nexus789

God is a figment of your imagination. What are you defending yourself from? If its the police, para military, army, etc, you are seriously out-gunned. They are better organised and better equipped. The problem is that your neighbor who is armed to the teeth is just as likely to support the government as you are opposed.

      • Lowtolerance

Wrong on all counts, but good luck with that. You appear delusional. Are you a t-totaller cop, or do you simply hang around with incredibly boring people?

      • mc

Nexus, you couldnt be more wrong. There are more cops and military that are against our president then you think. Go ask them if they would turn on the people, you would get a huge NO. The only way this regime could try to take anything is through UN garbage treaties or back door gun laws(like taxing each round we purchase) I’d like to see them try to do either, it wont be pretty

      • Anonymous

If you are my neighbor and support the machine Id gladly put a bullet in your head you mindless sheep nexzus

      • nexux, why dont you bend over for me…. your outgunned….. I am better equipped.

  • agmand

Keep in mind, this is from 2009 …
    This is not something current.

    • Ed_B

No doubt but has anyone ever known ANY gun grabbing SOB to wake up and change their mind on this subject? No, not really.

    • Nexus789

Exactly….bit of scare mongering to keep everyone on edge.

      • wolf

Id put a bullet in your head nex if you were my scum government supporting neighbor. Think about your neighbors, do they know what you are? Are they going to kill you when the shit hits the fan? I would.

  • ZombieDawg

The exact same crap Australia went through with the Port Arthur “massacre”, although it’s amusing how 35 people constitutes a massacre when countless thousands die every single year from booze, drugs, obesity, diabetes etc etc..
Innocent law-abiding people are disarmed and penalised for the actions of criminals and loonies.
After guns you’ll lose crossbows, blowguns, catapults etc ALL of which are illegal in Oz now.
Carrying an potentially offensive weapon like a cricket bat or baseball bat in the street here causes the police to ask you why you’re carrying them!
Crazy fucked up world we live in and it’s gunna get a LOT worse…
Your American liberties are shot to hell and almost gone. Better get used to it.

    • Nexus789

It’s a massacre because it was inflicted by one individual with high powered weapon. How many people would he have killed with piece of wood or knife? Not that many and he probably would have been overpowered.

It was done as at the time your local wingnut could easily get hold of and collect powerful weapons. Does not stop the well planned wingnut though – gun ownership or not.

The other things your cite are not massacres – they are individual choices – to eat too much crap food, drink too much, smoke, drive fast with no seat belt. Has sod all to do with gun ownership. You still have your liberties as you are free to diminish your like in any manner you choose.

If you are openly carrying a baseball bat, cricket bat, hockey stick, etc, that is not in a bag and not associated with sports kit the police have every right to stop you and inquire.

  • The Arizona Patriot

I carry a .45 auto with a .357 snubnose as backup with no license no permit or any such BS. We have almost no violent crime and what there is is drunks druggies or domestic. Go over to CA where the idiots have allowed theirselves to be disarmed and you can see the difference. MOLON LABEL COME AND TAKE THEM …..if your able.

  • SKIP

WOW! I have several of the listed weapons and lots of ammo and hicap mags!

  • scott

i do not own any of these but i would not wont to try to take a gun from any law abiding person because then you just turned them into a rebel WITH A REASON TO SHOOT YOUR ASS then here we go LOCK AND LOAD AND STAND YOUR GROUND

  • It looks like the only thing you can own will be a b b gun Well what will stop the thugs who randomly clip people walking down the street?
Laws like the above are to keep the elite safe. Doubt if they care how much the populace kills one another. The only reason is because lots enf up in hospitals with unpaid bills. Hezven forbid if a bznk or corporation has to endure a loss they cannot bundle up into an instrument to sell to a sucker.

  • Wow

Wow….what a bunch of fucked up rednecks…..sure glad I live north of the border!!!
You guys are more of a danger to yourselves than any frickin gun control legislation!

    • SKIP

Your next whine may very well be at the door of gun owners whining and crying “god please help me PLEEEEEAAAAAAZZZZZZZZE” as blacks drag you back into a vacant house and have their way with you.

      • adapa

This response is typical of someone who is dazed and confused. Just because the media tells you the the “blacks” and “browns” commit all the violent crimes and want all the “white” women doesn’t mean it true.

    • Jean

Which border would that be, please? Canada?

If so, please keep in mind that we’ve subsidized your military since WW2. No one is going to bother you as long as America has a strong army.

If we devolve to Anarachy, you’re hosed.

And insurgencies would be able to warp your laws, too… Demographic change will destroy you, too.

Silent invasions are coming, if not underway. Some of it doesn’t matter; there’s a large percentage of people who will migrate for better opportunities. But among those people escaping a system or state they dislike, ro loking for a better life, there are fanatics who intend to plant their OLD way of life – they believe it is superior.
Opinion may or may not be correct – the opinion doesn’t matter. The result is CHANGE, and YOUR opinion now matters – it’s YOUR home that’s changing.

With no weapons – how will you resist the change, when they outnumber you, and will use violence against you?
OTOH, it you’re both armed, there’s a chance you might be more polite and respectful of each other. Not a guarantee, just a chance. But if enough of “them” pull the trigger, “us” will turn around and pre-emptively shoot “them.” And then it’s open war…

Disarmament only affects those who will follow the rules anyway. Those who refuse to follow the rules arm themselves anyway. Look at Chicago, Baltimore, D.C. Who is in charge? What laws are passed? who goes to jail, and why? And how many guns are involved?

Sword-grabs didn’t work either. (Okinawa; Japan transition from Shogunate to Emperor; China; Ireland & Scotland; just as a few.) gun grabs work even worse, especially if you get a few people who see that we’re not playing from the same rulebook.
Police here have NO responsibility to protect you. NONE, decided by the Supreme Court. No appeal, no recourse. So if you MUST protect yourself, you’re F*cked. The cops will show up and put chalk around your body. (And hopefully they won’t eb the ones who killed you, but “south of the border”, it’s hard to tell if there are ANY good cops…)

If the government decides to protect you out of all you own… How do you resist?

  • IPOC1

    Obama can kiss my ass

  • michael

Does anyone have the link to this story? According to the other sites I visit, there is no record of a list being reported.

    • SKIP

Even if there is no list, you can bet your ass and freedom that all those listed on the “list” are in fact on SOME list of stuff we citizens will not be allowed to purchase in the future or keep if da gubmint knows we have them.

      • Jean

But all the Gub’ment WILL be allowed to purchase them.

  • BubbleUp

GOVERNMENTS in this and the last century are responsible for the collective deaths of how many MILLIONS? 60 Million–170 million?

And yet, it is GOVERNMENTS which seek to disarm YOU and I?

    One should question that logic.

Governments, not law-abiding citizens are THE clear and present danger–not us.

This is not AN argument against gun control, it is THE argument.

Self-defense is the first and most important HUMAN right.

  • Ol Mo The Goat Man

Did anyone realize there are no documented facts current since the election. I distrust my Gubmentt, however spreading rumor, and 4 year old news bits do not advance our cause. Please don’t lead the “sheeple” astray, with articles such as this! Usable, verifiable information is what all Patriots NEED! Goat Man out

Here it is in plain language for the whole world to understand:

    “The Gun Is Civilization”

    Interesting take and one you don’t hear much. . . . . .

Read this eloquent and logical letter and pay close attention to the
    last paragraph of the letter…

    The Gun is Civilization
by Maj. L. Caudill USMC (Ret)

Human beings only have two ways to deal with one another: reason and
force. If you want me to do something for you, you have a choice of
either convincing me via argument, or force me to do your bidding under
threat of force. Every human interaction falls into one of those two
categories, without exception. Reason or force, that’s it.

In a truly moral and civilized society, people exclusively interact
through persuasion. Force has no place as a valid method of social
interaction, and the only thing that removes force from the menu is the
personal firearm, as paradoxical as it may sound to some.

When I carry a gun, you cannot deal with me by force. You have to use
reason and try to persuade me, because I have a way to negate your
    threat of employment of force.

The gun is the only personal weapon that puts a 100-pound woman on
equal footing with a 220-pound mugger, a 75-year old retiree on equal
footing with a 19-year old gang banger, and a single guy on equal
footing with a carload of drunk guys with baseball bats. The gun removes
the disparity in physical strength, size, or numbers between a potential
    attacker and a defender.

There are plenty of people who consider the gun as the source of bad
force equations. These are the people who think that we’d be more
civilized if all guns were removed from society, because a firearm makes
it easier for a [armed] mugger to do his job. That, of course, is only
true if the mugger’s potential victims are mostly disarmed either by
choice or by legislative fiat–it has no validity when most of a
    mugger’s potential marks are armed.

People who argue for the banning of arms ask for automatic rule by the
young, the strong, and the many, and that’s the exact opposite of a
civilized society. A mugger, eve n an armed one, can only make a
successful living in a society where the state has granted him a force

Then there’s the argument that the gun makes confrontations lethal that
otherwise would only result in injury. This argument is fallacious in
s eve ral ways. Without guns involved, confrontations are won by the
physically superior party inflicting overwhelming injury on the loser.
People who think that fists, bats, sticks, or stones don’t constitute
lethal force watch too much TV, where people take beatings and come out
of it with a bloody lip at worst. The fact that the gun makes lethal
force easier works solely in favor of the weaker defender, not the
stronger attacker. If both are armed, the field is l eve l.

The gun is the only weapon that’s as lethal in the hands of an
octogenarian as it is in the hands of a weight lifter. It simply
wouldn’t work as well as a force equalizer if it wasn’t both lethal and
    easily employable.

When I carry a gun, I don’t do so because I am looking for a fight, but
because I’m looking to be left alone. The gun at my side means that I
cannot be forced, only persuaded. I don’t carry it because I’m afraid,
but because it enables me to be unafraid. It doesn’t limit the actions
of those who would interact with me through reason, only the actions of
those who would do so by force. It removes force from the equation…
and that’s why carrying a gun is a civilized act.

By Maj. L. Caudill USMC (Ret)

So the greatest civilization is one where all citizens are equally
armed and can only be persuaded, never forced.

    • peteropolis

“Force has no place as a valid method of social

“So the greatest civilization is one where all citizens are equally
armed and can only be persuaded, never forced”

This is advocating the A word, Anarchy (oh no…) or Voluntarism. Thank god someone can understand responsibility for themselves.

      • Anonymous

i’d like to point out that well over 90% of deaths by firearms are used by weapons smuggled into the US anyways.

  • The purpose of the Second Amendment is to arm people in order to prevent future tyranny. They need the tools to do this. The term “Well Regulated” in the Second Amendment meant “Well Manned and Equipped ” in 1791 as was determined in the 1939 United States v. Miller case after referencing the autobiography of Benjamin Franklin. The concept of Government Regulation, as we understand it today, did not exist at the time. United States v. Miller also determined that the term “Arms” refers to “Ordinary Military Weapons”. American Citizens have the right to Keep and Bear, which means Own and Carry, any weapons that a soldier carries into battle. That includes past, present and future weapons. A Militia consisted of armed volunteers willing to fight with their personal arms and not under government control. The American people still have a lot of work to do with regard to taking back their rights.
