The murder in Woolwich yesterday was strange by any standards. A young man walking along John Wilson Street was knocked down by a dark blue car, hauled onto the pavement and hacked to death before being dumped back in the road. This happened at 14.20 in the afternoon in plain site of passers by.
Several of those passers by assumed the attackers were aiding the man after a road traffic accident when in fact he was being murdered in front of them, something that became apparent as the machete weilding attackers dragged his body into the road. In the words of an eyewitness:
When it was obvious the man was dead, and some reports say he was beheaded though this hasn’t been officially confirmed, the attackers never fled. They started talking to those who had witnessed the attack, asking them to take pictures and film them. They were making statements about British military engagements abroad and telling people to get rid of the government.
The way they referred to themselves seemed odd “…but in our land women see this every day…” seems to indicate an affiliation with a foreign nation, but seconds later they referred to “…our troops” withdrawing from Arab lands. The man spoke with a London accent but declared himself to be a follower of Islam.
When armed police arrived one of the men rushed them, holding the handgun and two bloodied knives. The police fired and both men were wounded one seriously. They were taken to different hospitals in London where they remain under armed guard.
Most of this was recorded on mobile phones by those witnessing the unfolding events. What isn’t known is who the victim was, though Whitehall confirmed this morning that he was a serving British soldier. It’s not known who the attackers are and what their exact motivation is. The EDL (English Defence League) called a protest last night and a crowd of 60 or so was dispersed by police under public order regulations.
The fact that a COBRA (Cabinet Office Briefing Room A) meeting was called very early on into this is odd, COBRA meetings are usually only called when there is a threat to the national interest, they are not usually called for murders however tragic.

On Tuesday May 21st there were Tea Party protests scheduled at IRS offices all over the country. We have photographic and video evidence that The Department of Homeland Security was in attendance at five of those protests. It seems like this administration just flipped the bird at Tea Party Patriots. The quote above is taken directly from the DHS.gov website and reminds us that this organization was created to deal with terrorists and not to harass law-abiding tax payers who, in this case, may have payed more than their fair share.
Make no mistake. The Obama Administration is calling conservatives out. There is no reason to believe that local law enforcement could not have provided security for each of these protests. The fact that DHS vehicles and armed guards were present is a statement to the conservatives of America. I think it is a smug reminder from an administration that lives by their own code and continues to chip away at the constitutionally protected rights of every American. DHS agents showing up at 1 or 2 of these events could be explained as local law enforcement asking for help. Showing up at 5 protest sites (that we are aware of) is more likely a decision that was handed down from “Big Sis” Napolitano or one of her trusted American Gestapo leaders.
The IRS protests in Downers Grove had between 175 and 200 people in attendance (Pictures below). The event was held at the corner of Esplanade and Butterfield Dr. since that was busier than directly in front of the IRS offices. Several police were there to direct traffic. What surprised many was a Homeland Security vehicle came past the protest twice. As you can see from the picture, the vehicle had tinted windows so we are unsure if there were any cameras inside. Were pictures taken of the attendees? Will any of the attendees now be further targeted by the IRS or Homeland Security?

At the New Orleans protest some obscure Tea Party superhero who calls himself “American Refugee” posted a short YouTube video of a DHS agent accepting a Constitution from this self-proclaimed freedom-fighter:

Activist James Kaleda was giving testimony when state legislators did not agree with what he was stating and claimed that Mr. Kaleda was “Out of Order”, requesting that he be forcefully removed from the hearing on a new gun control bill in NJ.

Everyone is entitled under the 1st Amendment to express criticism of the government but when Big Brother doesn’t like what you have to say, the Constitution is thrown out the window.
Defense Distributed’s Liberator was printed using an $8,000 secondhand Stratasys Dimension SST. At the time of writing, a used 2004 Stratasys Dimension SST is being sold on eBay for $9,999.
The Lulz Liberator, on the other hand, was printed on a $1,725 Lulzbot AO-101 3D printer by a Wisconsin engineer calling himself “Joe,” who asked Andy Greenberg of Forbes not to reveal his name.
Joe successfully fired the Lulz Liberator nine times using .380 caliber rounds and a string for safety purposes, vastly beating out the durability of the Defense Distributed Liberator.
While the original Liberator was generally only fired once per printed barrel in testing, Joe’s model successfully fired eight rounds on one barrel before a new barrel was swapped out for the ninth round.
“The only reason we stopped firing is because the sun went down,” Joe said.
Aside from the improved durability, the Lulz Liberator is a significant step forward because it was printed over only 48 hours with just $25 of plastic on a desktop 3D printer available for consumer use.
“People think this takes an $8,000 machine and that it blows up on the first shot. I want to dispel that,” Joe said. “This does work, and I want that to be known.”

Joe used generic Polylac PA-747 ABS plastic, the same type used in most consumer 3D printers, for the gun. He maintains that the plastic he used is actually stronger than the more costly ABS plastic used in the Stratasys printer employed by Defense Distributed.
However, Joe’s design also has more metal hardware than the original Liberator. For instance, Joe used hardware store screws to hold the hammer in the body instead of the printed plastic pins used in the original design.
The Lulz Liberator, like the original, uses a metal nail for a firing pin and according to Greenberg “includes a chunk of non-functional steel designed to make it detectable with a metal detector so that it complies with the Undetectable Firearms Act.”
Furthermore, Joe added rifling to the barrel in order to avoid falling under the National Firearms Act, which regulates weapons with smooth-bore barrels among other improvised weapons.
The rifling may also be a first in firearms manufacturing.
“I may be the first person in the history of mankind to fire a bullet through a plastic rifled barrel. It’s an interesting feeling,” Joe said. “I feel like Samuel Colt.”
Joe’s model still presented problems, according to Joe and Michael Guslick, a Wisonconsin engineer known for printing one of the first working lower receivers for an AR-15.
They said that during their testing the weapon misfired several times. Some screws and its firing pin had to be replaced during the test firing as well.
The ammunition cartridges also expanded enough that they needed to be pounded out with a hammer, according to the engineers.
“Other than that, it’s pretty much confirming that yes, Defense Distributed is correct that this functions,” Guslick said. “And it’s possible to make one on a much lower cost printer.”
Since the Liberator’s blueprints were put online this month, this much progress is indeed impressive, bugs included.
“It’s not yet clear if or when Joe or Guslick plans to release their modified blueprint for the Liberator online,” according to Greenberg.
If they do, they might get the same kind of treatment from the State Department enjoyed by Defense Distributed founder Cody Wilson, a man who calls himself a crypto-anarchist and market anarchist.
“I’m trying to do the same thing Cody wants to do,” Joe said. “I’m not an anarchist, but I don’t like the idea that the government is telling us ‘You can’t have that.’ I agree with Cody’s idea that this is a perfect fusion of the first and second amendments.”
It will be fascinating to see if Joe puts the plans online and how the State Department reacts to that decision.

One of the four State Department employees, who was recently disciplined by their former boss Hillary Clinton, has broken his silence concerning Benghazi and has leveled some very big charges at the former Secretary of State. He is now indicating that the former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her staff were the ones that led the review of the Benghazi attacks by perpetrating the flaws in the process of the review, not an independent board.
Raymond Maxwell was placed on forced “administrative leave” after the State Department’s own internal investigation, conducted by an Administrative Review Board (ARB) led by former State Department official Tom Pickering. Five months after he was told to clean out his desk and leave the building, Maxwell remains in professional and legal limbo, having been associated publicly with the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other American for reasons that remain unclear.
Maxwell, who served as deputy assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern affairs from August 2011 until his removal last December, following tours in Iraq and Syria, spoke publicly for the first time in an exclusive interview with The Daily Beast.
“The overall goal is to restore my honor,” said Maxwell, who has filed grievances regarding his treatment with the State Department’s Human Resources Bureau and the American Foreign Service Association, which represents the interests of foreign-service officers. The other three officials placed on leave were in the Diplomatic Security Bureau, leaving Maxwell as the only official in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs (NEA), which had responsibility for Libya, to lose his job.
“I had no involvement to any degree with decisions on security and the funding of security at our diplomatic mission in Benghazi,” he said.
While he was removed from his position on December 18, 2012, the day following the ARB’s report, no reason was given him and the others being place on administrative leave. Jne Psaki, the State Department spokeswoman, said, “”As a matter of policy, we don’t speak to specific personnel matters.”
However, now he is coming out and has stated that not only did he didn’t have anything to do with Benghazi, but that Clinton made him the Benghazi scapegoat.
“The overall goal is to restore my honor,” Maxwell told the Daily Beast.
Maxwell is the former deputy assistant secretary of state for Near Eastern Affairs has filed legal grievances because of the treatment he received from the State Department, as well as the American Foreign Service Association. He is also the only official in the bureau of Near Eastern Affairs to lose his job over the September 11, 2012 attacks.
Although Maxwell had planned to retire in September 2012, he stayed on to assist the department in responding to the attacks in Benghazi, he says that he has never had an explanation given to him as to why he was put on leave and that he has never seen the classified sections of the ARB report.
“They just wanted me to go away but I wouldn’t just go away,” he said. “I knew Chris [Stevens]. Chris was a friend of mine.”
The Daily Beast continued to report that “He is seeking a restoration of his previous position, a public statement of apology from State, reimbursement for his legal fees, and an extension of his time in service to equal the time he has spent at home on administrative leave.”
“For any FSO being at work is the essence of everything and being deprived of that and being cast out was devastating,” he said.
Maxwell even said that a State Department official came to his home, following his removal and wanted him to sign a letter that acknowledged his removal and forfeiting his right to enter the State Department building. He refused, claiming that it would have been an admission of guilt.
However, the question lingers; who put Maxwell and the others on leave?
“The decision to place Maxwell on administrative leave was made by Clinton’s chief of staff Cheryl Mills, according to three State Department officials with direct knowledge of the events,” according to the report. “On the day after the unclassified version of the ARB’s report was released in December, Mills called Acting Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Beth Jones and directed her to have Maxwell leave his job immediately.”
Josh Rogin then points out why Mr. Maxwell, of all people, was removed following the release of the ARB report. He writes, “One person who reviewed the classified portion of the ARB report told The Daily Beast that it called out Maxwell for the specific infraction of not reading his daily classified briefings, something that person said Maxwell admitted to the ARB panel during his interview.”
The person spoken of went on to say, “The crime that he is being punished for is not reading his intel.”
Maxwell denies that charge stating that he has not been “officially counseled” about any wrongdoing on his part. However, he lands a serious blow to Clinton and her staff claiming that they were the ones heading the review of the Benghazi attack, not an independent review board.
“He believes that Clinton’s staff, not the ARB, was in charge of the review of the attack that took place during her watch,” the report said.
Maxwell said, “The flaws in the process were perpetrated by the political leadership at State with the complicity of the senior career leadership. They should be called to account.”
Is anyone surprised by this? I’m not. I’m just wondering how Hillary and company are planning on silencing this guy now.
Some people still might be unaware of just how long the reach of Homeland Security has become. How about counterfeit goods as possible terrorism? That is what has been suggested fairly recently as DHS has begun to conduct an increasing number of raids in several states over the past few years aimed at rooting out this “threat to our liberty and economy.”
Operations such as 2012′s “Operation Fashion Faux Pas” was part of a six-month crackdown that closed 20 businesses. As the video below illustrates, hundreds of others have been swept up in similar raids, many of which began by scouring the Internet for key words and indicators of illegal activity.
The latest example of connecting counterfeit goods to possible acts of terrorism comes out of Amherst, New York where a group of kiosks in the Walden Galleria and Boulevard Mall were shut down. Statements by Homeland Security raise a few questions about their role in this type of crime, which is also mirrored in cybersecurity directives.
According to local CBS news affiliate, WIBV4, agents descended upon two shopping malls, seizing merchandise and closing five kiosks.
Disturbingly, WIBV4 provides a link in their article to “report a business for selling goods you believe to be counterfeit.” However, as we learned in the video above, most people can’t tell what is real or not, hence the alleged problem. And, according to Orange County News reporting on Operation Fashion Faux Pas:
It’s become progressively harder to tell what’s fake and what’s real that agents say they now rely on experts. (Source)
So, even though it is admitted that experts have to be called in for examination, the untrained public is being further encouraged to become involved in the snitch culture continuously promoted by Homeland Security in cooperation with media and other private companies.
Furthermore, as we learned from Operation In Our Sites, which led to the seizing of 150 domains on Cyber Monday in 2011, the sweep resulted in a guilty-until-proven-innocent framework where even linking to copyrighted material became part of the counterfeit-intellectual property dragnet. This was in addition to 82 sites seized in the first year of the Operation.
However, Homeland Security is apparently hell-bent upon bringing down its literal and virtual boot wherever it sees fit … naturally, all in the name of security:
Jim Spero, Special Agent-in-Charge of the Buffalo office of Homeland Security, says the sale of counterfeit goods – in Buffalo and beyond – poses a major security threat.
“When you purchase counterfeit goods, when you sell counterfeit goods, you don’t know who you’re dealing with. You don’t know what kind of criminal activity you’re supporting,” Spero said. “It’s actually organized crime that is behind the distribution of these goods. It could be terrorists as well.” (Source)
Other reports have cited cosmetics and suspicious chemicals as part of the justification for Homeland Security’s intervention, in addition to their argument that this type of activity is essentially economic terrorism.
Counterfeiting is a problem, true, but to the level of national security? The real threat to liberty and economic security on a national level more closely comes from the DHS itself and other dangerous agencies of the U.S. government which far outweigh the threat of getting ripped off at the mall.
Furthermore, in a time where the mere accusation of terrorism can get someone locked away indefinitely, it is troubling to see the term being used in such a flippant way.

While quietly waiting for a train, Kyle Prouty was illegally searched and detained by SEPTA police officer Nicole Lawson at 3:20pm on 5/20/13 after refusing to show ID. You can hear Kyle screaming “I do not consent to a search” while they search him.
Kyle was charged with “disorderly conduct” “obstructing a highway and other public passage” and “resisting arrest”. Can we call it a Police State yet?
Senator accuses former IRS head of engaging in “lie of omission”
A majority of Americans have clearly indicated that they believe the IRS intentionally targeted Tea Party groups. In a Washington Post/ABC News poll released Tuesday, 56 percent said they believe increased IRS scrutiny on conservative groups was deliberate, with only 31 percent saying they believed it was an “administrative mistake.”
In addition, 74 percent, described the tactics as inappropriate, with 51 percent saying they feel actions are criminal. Just 20 percent said they felt the IRS actions were appropriate, with 44 percent believing the agency acted within the law.
More Americans also believe that the Obama administration is attempting to cover up the scandal, with 45 percent suggesting that the White House has not disclosed all the facts, compared to 42 percent who say they trust the government on the matter.
The White House claimed this week that they were aware of a Treasury inspector general report into the improper targeting, but that they refrained from notifying the President himself.
The notion that Obama’s top lawyers knew about the impending scandal up to a full month ago and decided not to inform him has been received with doubt by lawmakers, reporters and every day Americans.
The first lawsuit was filed today concerning the IRS targeting, with a Tea Party group in California suing in a U.S. District Court in Cincinnati.
The NorCal Tea Party Patriots group has claimed that the IRS applied “intensive and intrusive scrutiny,” violating their rights, after the group applied for tax exempt status.
“NorCal and its members suffered years of delay and expense while awaiting the exemption and spending valuable time and money answering the IRS’ questions. The result was a muffling and muzzling of free expression,” the lawsuit claims.
In Congressional hearings today, the former IRS commissioner Doug Shulman claimed that he was unaware of the full extent of the agency’s targeting of conservative groups after he left his post. Shulman also claimed that he had no knowledge of the reasoning behind the implementation of the policy.
Shulman also stated that IRS staff should have alerted their superiors to the practice of targeting conservative groups and singling out those with “Tea Party” and “patriot” in their names.
Shulman upheld the notion put forth last week in the inspector general’s report, which blamed ineffective management for the subsequent delays in tax exemption claims as well as additional questioning.
“While the inspector general’s report did not indicate that there was any political motivation involved, the actions outlined in the report have justifiably led to questions about the fairness of the approach taken here,” Shulman, who left the agency in November 2012, told the committee.
Both Shulman and his successor, Steven Miller, have admitted to knowing about the IRS targeting for over a year, but did not once alert Congress. Shulman even claimed in March 2012, when he was questioned by lawmakers, that the IRS was definitively not targeting Tea Party Groups.
During Tuesday’s hearing, the ranking GOP Senator on the Finance Committee described the inaction of both men as a “lie of omission.”
“The American people deserve to know the truth about what went on here,” Hatch said. “And they deserve to know why the truth was kept from them for so long.”

Hidden amongst the reams of reports about the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) scandal is one little gem: in his testimony, the outgoing IRS Commissioner Steve Miller said that America’s tax system is “voluntary.”
Now, whatever you do, don’t take that to mean that it is actually voluntary in the way that the word voluntary is normally used.
While you might think that voluntary means something which is “done without compulsion or obligation” or “done, made, brought about, undertaken, etc., of one’s own accord or by free choice,” when it comes to America’s “voluntary” tax system, it’s quite the opposite.
If you freely choose not to voluntarily participate in the tax system, you will enjoy being raided by armed agents, prosecuted and sent to federal prison. Quite the voluntary system indeed.
Furthermore, there are some practices that are clearly in no way voluntary. When income taxes are withheld from paychecks, for example, there is nothing voluntary about it.
When Xavier Becerra (D-Calif.) said during the recent House Ways and Means Committeehearing on the IRS scandal that the U.S. tax system is “a voluntary system,” Stephen Miller said, “Agreed.”
In fact, Becerra said it is “a voluntary system” twice. Becerra said those exact words at one hour, twenty nine minutes and eight seconds and again at one hour, thirty minutes and thirty five seconds, according to the C-SPAN transcript.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said the same thing in an interview with Jan Helfeld in 2008.
In the interview embedded below, Helfeld asked, “If the government is in the business of forcefully taking money from some people in order to provide welfare benefits to others, how will the people whose money is being taken feel about the government?”
“Well, I don’t accept your phraseology. I don’t think we force people,” Reid answered.
“Quite the contrary. Our system of government is a voluntary tax system,” Reid said.
“If you don’t want to pay your taxes, you don’t have to?” Helfeld asked, to which Reid said, “Of course you have to pay your taxes.”
Intuit, the makers of TurboTax, wrote an article (note: it heavily promotes TurboTax) about what “voluntary compliance” really means. It has nothing to do with the payment of the taxes. That is not voluntary. Instead, it speaks to “the manner in which people submit their own taxes.”
The voluntary part only speaks to the fact that you “are responsible as an individual taxpayer tocalculate what you owe. You’re expected to voluntarily comply with the tax code by reporting what you owe to the government and paying the entire amount that you owe under the law.”
“Although the U.S. tax system is voluntary, failure to comply carries stiff penalties,” they note. “The IRS also has the power to levy your bank accounts, garnish your wages and place a lien on your property if you don’t voluntarily pay what you owe. In serious cases, you may even face criminal charges.”
Lysander Spooner, in “No Treason” written from 1967-1870, writes of the notion of voluntary taxation, “this theory of our government is wholly different from the practical fact. The fact is that the government, like a highwayman, says to a man: ‘Your money, or your life.’ And many, if not most, taxes are paid under the compulsion of that threat.”
Calling taxation voluntary in the United States is like calling a prison sentence voluntary: you can voluntarily go to prison, or you can be hunted down like a dog and physically forced to go to prison.

Update #3: CNN is reporting that the official toll of dead is 51 but at least 40 more are reported to have died.
Update #2: The total number of dead has risen to 51 with the number expected to continually rise throughout the night.
Update: A breaking news report that quoted the state medical examiner has revealed that at least 37 people have died, with at least 7 of them being children.
The report also confirmed that a third grade class with over 20 children was taking refuge in a hallway of one of the schools that was completely destroyed. Stories of teachers using themselves as human shields are so flooding the airwaves.
The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office says at least 37 people were killed, and the death toll is expected to rise, after a monstrous tornado as much as a mile wide with winds up to 200 mph roared through Oklahoma City suburbs Monday, flattening entire neighborhoods and setting buildings on fire.
KFOR-TV reports that up to 24 children are believed dead at the Plaza Towers Elementary School in Moore and that it has turned into a search and recovery effort. The storm tore off the roof, knocked down walls and turned the playground into a mass of twisted plastic and metal. Several children were pulled alive from the rubble, however. Rescue workers passed the survivors down a human chain to a triage center in the parking lot.
At least seven of the children drowned after being found at the bottom of a pool at Plaza Towers, according to KFOR.

In a scene more reminiscent of a warzone than an American city, parts of Oklahoma City and its outlying suburbs have been wrecked by a mile wide tornado that left devastation in its wake.
Local news outlets are reporting that two different schools were destroyed, with one being directly hit by the 200 mile per hour super tornado. One report claims that at least 15 children are still trapped in one of the damaged schools.
Oklahoma’s local TV station KFOR is reporting that up to 15 children and staff members are trapped under an elementary school that has been directly hit by the massive tornado sweeping the area at the moment.
The station, who are at the school, said up to 75 people were sheltering when the tornado hit.

Whether or not the children are still stranded at the time of this writing is unknown, with news coming out of the area being extremely hard to confirm.
A report by the LA Times revealed more information on the damaged schools and trapped teachers and students.
Two elementary schools were destroyed, and an untold number of homes and businesses sustained heavy damage near the cities of Moore, Newcastle and Oklahoma City. CNN reported that rescue crews swarmed over Plaza Towers Elementary School, where 75 students and staff had sought refuge in a hallway.
Britane Diacon-Boese of Oklahoma City was worried about students she works with. “I have clients who can’t be found,” she said.
“I’m terrified; I’m completely terrified,” she told the Los Angeles Times. “There’s no power, it’s all down.”
The other school hit by the tornado was Briarwood Elementary School in Oklahoma City. Local newscasters reported that children were trapped inside.
A spokesman for the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management told the USA Today that officials are still assessing the damage and that they basically do not have an idea as to how bad it actually is besides what can be seen in the horrific images being transmitted on TV from helicopters on the scene.
Oklahoma authorities were still assessing damage but had no immediate reports of injuries or possible deaths, said Keli Cain, spokeswoman for the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management.
Power was knocked out to more than 26,000 customers.
“Right now we really don’t have a good idea of the damage,” she said. “We’re seeing a lot of footage on TV of widespread damage in Moore, Okla., but it’s certainly too early to have any idea of the number of homes destroyed…. We know there are homes destroyed, businesses destroyed. … It’s very early.”

The establishment has made no secret of the fact that they are not very impressed with Adam Kokesh’s planned Open Carry March on Washington DC this coming July 4.
But yesterday the situation devolved to a new low when Kokesh was arrested for….doing nothing.
The controversial talk-radio host of Adam Vs. the Man has been made a political prisoner.
A “political prisoner” is defined as:
A person who has been imprisoned for holding or advocating dissenting political views.
Regardless of your personal beliefs on whether marijuana should be legalized, if you believe that freedom of speech is protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution, what happened at the May 18 “Smoke Down Prohibition” event in Philadelphia is a clear-cut violation of Kokesh’s rights. While other people there were actually breaking the law and smoking in an act of civil disobedience, Kokesh was not – he was simply speaking.
Adam Kokesh is being charged with resisting arrest…Check out the video – all I see is a man with his hands up (and no marijuana in those hands either). You don’t have to be an expert on the law to see that he went with the officers peacefully.
Does this mean that only popular opinions are protected by the Constitution? Does this mean that the Constitution is no longer in effect for those who disagree with the current laws? Or is this something more sinister? Perhaps an attempt to prevent Kokesh’s planned march on July 4 for occurring?
According to his Facebook page, which is being updated by friends, Adam Kokesh is being held in a federal jail until he can appear before a judge on Monday. And things may get worse for him – watch the first 40 seconds of this video – it is the same as the video above, but a closer shot – do you see someone’s hand at Adam’s waist? Are they planting “evidence”? Don’t be surprised if you hear he had all manner of illegal substances in his possession – think critically because the information will be presented in the mainstream to paint the picture that the PTB want you to see, and this picture will very likely be at odds with the truth.
Activism is getting a lot more dangerous. Expect to see an example made out of Adam Kokesh. The Powers That Be would like to quell the Open Carry March before it happens and locking up the driving force for that protest is a clear cut way to do so. If we allow this to happen by doing nothing, then we are just as bad as the police who are “just following orders” who arrested him without cause and just as bad as the system that is charging him with resisting arrest despite video evidence that he did no such thing. Doing absolutely nothing is as dangerous an attack on freedom as the attacks being made by the government itself.
As a strategic move by the government, this one is a little better thought out than others because of the nature of the protest. Many conservatives that would be behind a demonstration for the Second Amendment might be offended by a demonstration in which the protesters smoke pot. You have to see through that to what this really is. It has absolutely nothing to do with the use of marijuana other than as a way to present Adam Kokesh as distasteful to those who have more conservative values. This is an effort to publicly silence those who resist and an attempt to make an example out of Kokesh to deter others from resisting.
So, what can you do about this?
Share information. The power of social media is an incredible thing. Use email, Twitter, Facebook, and any other platform that you have to help you share this information with others.
If you use Facebook, “like” Adam Kokesh’s page - it is being frequently updated by his supporters. They are publishing pertinent phone numbers and giving suggestions for activism.
Don’t let actions like this silence you. The entire purpose of this is to make people afraid to speak out against the government. But they can’t silence all of us. You can allow this to frighten you into submission or you can allow it to motivate you into resistance.
The Powers That Be have taken a gamble with this arrest. The results could go one of two ways. They know that those who love freedom are basically good, moral people. None of us wants to be arrested or disappeared into the depths of a federal detainment facility. They’re counting on that to keep us quiet. Alternatively, this might just cause a groundswell of resistance.
Make their gamble backfire. Help resistance to grow exponentially by sharing information about this unconstitutional act. Keep in mind that this has trampled on the right to free speech, the right to peaceful assembly, and possibly, the right to due process. Adam Kokesh is being held as a political prisoner to teach us all a lesson and to enforce their desire that we all be peaceful sheep to be herded along. If Adam Kokesh can be arrested for doing nothing more than disagreeing with the establishment, then so can you.
Think about the many outrages against personal freedoms in past years: big things like the Presidential and Congressional assaults on the Bill of Rights, Big Brother style surveillance, and the NDAA, down to simple things like people having their vegetable gardens forcibly ripped out of their front yards or going to jail for having the audacity to harvest and use rainwater.
This is NOT about the legalization of marijuana. This is about something we can all get behind - the legalization of freedom.

Obama aide Dan Pfeiffer made the talk show rounds today saying that the “law is irrelevant” when discussing the IRS scandal and that Obama’s location in the wake of the Benghazi attack is an “irrelevant fact.”
While some of Pfeiffer’s statements were downright absurd, one must commend him for making an effort in such a scandal-filled week.
“I can’t speak to the law here. The law is irrelevant,” Pfeiffer said. Pfeiffer did admit, however, that “the activity was outrageous and inexcusable,” speaking of the IRS targeting specific groups.

On CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Pfeiffer downplayed the IRS scandal and defended the way the Obama administration has handled it.
“What would be an actual real scandal in Washington would be if the president had been involved or had interfered in an IRS investigation,” Pfeiffer said, according to Politico.
“You do nothing to interfere with an independent investigation and you do nothing to offer the appearance of interfering with investigations,” Pfeiffer said, adding that administration officials responded after they had the facts.
He said that the White House is focused and will not allow Republicans to “drag Washington into a swamp of partisan fishing expeditions, trumped up hearings and false allegations.”
Pfeiffer also appeared on Fox News Sunday defending Obama’s handling of the Benghazi attack of September 11, 2012.
The host, Chris Wallace, reminded Pfeiffer that Obama didn’t actually talk with then-Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton or chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin Dempsey that night.
“He was talking to his national security staff,” Pfeiffer maintained.
When Pfeiffer was asked if Obama entered the Situation Room that night, Pfeiffer said, “I don’t remember what room the president was in on that night, and that’s a largely irrelevant fact.”
Pfeiffer later said that the host’s questions about Obama’s handling of Benghazi were “offensive.”
Pfeiffer said that the Obama administration has to balance “dangerous” national security leaks that “put the lives of our intelligence officers, our military at risk” with “freedom of the press.”

Radio host Adam Kokesh was arrested Saturday in Philadelphia during a Smoke Down Prohibition rally.
As witnessed in footage of the event filmed by fellow activists, Kokesh appears to have been arrested for the victimless crime of exercising his First Amendment right to free speech.
The talk radio host recently garnered national attention when he announced a July 4th armed march on Washington D.C. in defiance of the capitol’s firearms laws. As of yet, it’s unclear whether his connection to the upcoming event had anything to do with his arrest.
On the Sunday broadcast of the Alex Jones Show, Alex spoke to one of Kokesh’s crew members, Lucas, who stated the feds haven’t yet disclosed where Adam is being detained.
James Kaleda, who was removed from a “Senate Law and Public Safety Committee” meeting held in Trenton, NJ, posted an unbelievable video to Facebook on Saturday. The video not only shows Kaleda’s removal by New Jersey State Troopers, it also shows an amazing Patriotic moment as members of the audience spontaneously interrupt the proceedings by standing and reciting our Pledge of Allegiance.
The committee meeting was held on April 30th but The Examiner broke the story nationally on Saturday with their discovery of the video.

After about four hours of sometimes raucous testimony, the state Senate Law and Public Safety Committee has approved seven new gun control measures.
“It’s a matter of us all working together to ensure the safety and well-being of our families, our neighbors and our co-workers,” said Senate President Stephen Sweeney (D-Gloucester), who sponsored many of the measures.
But opposition was fierce from gun rights advocates, who packed the hearings and sometimes shouted down proponents of gun control.
“If you pass these laws that make me a criminal by not registering my guns, I will not register them,” said gun owner Glenn Darwell of Forked River. “If you make me a criminal I will stand once more and fulfill the constitution. If my blood is in the street it’s in your hands.”

I feel the real story is not that The New Jersey Senate does not understand the meaning of “shall not be infringed.” Unfortunately we have questionable interpretations of the 2nd Amendment in many state legislatures.
I think the bigger story is that a small group of people decided to stand up for their rights and show the world what it is like to be an American. I loved the comment that was uttered shortly before the 2 minute mark, “You will hear from us in November. I can promise you that.”

I’ve been covering the sheriffs of Colorado for some time now, especially in light of the fact that Colorado gun grabbers were pushing their agenda so hard following the Sandy Hook shooting. I first wrote about and have become friends with Hinsdale County Sheriff Ron Bruce, and his personal stand in his county against new gun laws. I covered Weld County Sheriff John Cooke said he will not enforce the new state gun laws, saying they were “unenforceable” and arguing that they give a “false sense of security.” At the beginning of April, I wrote about Elbert County Colorado Sheriff Shayne Heap as he blasted Barack Obama using his state as political grandstand for gun control. Well now, these sheriffs are standing up to Governor John Hickenlooper and the Colorado legislature that has been controlled by Socialist Democrats and 54 of 62 Colorado Sheriffs are supporting the filing of a lawsuit against the new gun laws.
On Friday, the lawsuit was announced. The Denver Post reports:
At a news conference held at the Independence Institute, a free-market think tank, the sheriffs and representatives from the Colorado Farm Bureau, Women for Concealed Carry and members of Outdoor Buddies — a charitable organization for disabled individuals — explained their case Friday.
The lawsuit claims that the magazine bill, which limits gun magazines to 15 rounds, and the background check bill, which requires background checks for all transfers and sales of firearms, are unconstitutional.
The suit alleges the bills violate the 14th Amendment — plaintiffs claim aspects of the magazine bill are vaguely worded, which they believe would violate the 14th Amendment — the Second Amendment and the federal Americans with Disabilities Act.
“These bills do nothing to make Colorado a safer place to live, to work, to play, to raise a family,” said Weld County Sheriff John Cooke. “It should never have even gotten to this point in the first place.”
Gilpin County Sheriff Bruce Hartman believes the bills that were signed into law could have benefited from the input of the sheriffs. “In the past, (the legislature) has consulted sheriffs on DUI bills and many things like that,’” he said. “In this case, they did not wish to have our input. I think that is very obvious, and that’s disappointing.”
While there is clearly a violation of the U.S. Constitution, there seems to be some enforcement issues as well.
El Paso County Sheriff Terry Maketa said the laws are not only unconstitutional, but also confusing and unenforceable.
For example, the ban on magazines was discussed by its Democratic sponsors as applying only to those that hold more than 15 rounds, in response to mass-shooting incidents in Aurora, Colo., and Newtown, Conn.
But the law also outlaws any magazine that can be easily converted to hold more than 15 rounds, which applies to practically all magazines with a removable base plate that can be replaced with an after-market extender.
After July 1, the owners of such magazines cannot sell them, loan them or give them away. In effect, it means that even if they give their weapon to someone else for safekeeping — or, in the case of one wheelchair-bound plaintiff who spoke Friday, to hold momentarily as he gets in and out of his chair — they will be breaking the law.
The background-check requirement is also unduly burdensome, the sheriffs say. Maketa gave as an example a neighbor of his who, under the new law, would have to perform a background check on his fiancé if he left his firearm with her when he deploys with the military.
Maketa said, “It’s not a matter of whether I choose to enforce it or not. It’s unenforceable.”
The National Rifle Association (NRA) has given their support to the lawsuit. In a statement, Chris Cox, executive director of the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action, said “The National Rifle Association, the many plaintiffs in this case, and the law-abiding gun owners in the state of Colorado know that the recently enacted gun control laws are unconstitutional.”
The Democrats want to make it about politics. They maintain the public is on their side, and say legislators carefully crafted the proposals that were signed.
“These laws were not constructed haphazardly,” said Democratic Sen. Mary Hodge, the sponsor of the magazine limit. “They were constructed to protect us from massacres like the ones we suffered in Aurora and Newtown.”
Some of the relatives of victims of the Colorado shooting criticized the sheriffs for filing the lawsuit and accused them of playing politics. “As a parent who lost my son Alex at the Aurora theater shooting, I ask these people to put themselves in my place,” Tom Sullivan said in a statement. “I do not understand why these politicians are picking guns over people.”
The problem that Senator Hodge and Mr. Sullivan don’t understand is that it is the Democrats and the gun control mentality of those who are most emotional in the issue that are playing with people’s lives and they are doing it in the arena of politics.
Democrats and gun grabbers have an agenda. The rest of us just want to be left alone and would like for them to follow the law, not make up new ones.
The lawsuit involves sheriffs from 54 of Colorado’s 64 counties, most representing rural, gun-friendly areas of the state.
The sheriffs have been calling on lawmakers in the state to listen to them and they have appealed to the Constitution, but the Socialist Democrats have taken over the legislature and are hell bent on helping to push the very agenda the leader of their party, Barack Hussein Obama, is attempting to force down the throats of the American people. I look forward to the outcome of this lawsuit.
In the Declaration of Independence written by Thomas Jefferson, and adopted by the British colonies in 1776, a clause appears that lays down a gauntlet of sorts, i.e., “when in the course of human events it becomes necessary…” Well, it seems that Dr. Andrew Wakefield has arrived at necessary crossroads and has issued challenges to British health authorities regarding the facts surrounding the MMR vaccine.
In Wakefield’s most recent video, he discusses how sentinel cases of autism were reported—as documented by Freedom of Information filings—long before he became aware of the situation or even before he co-authored The Lancet article that ‘attack dog journalist’ Brian Deer worked so diligently to have retracted, thereby disgracing Dr. Wakefield for reporting observations that were suspect with the MMR vaccine.
As a result of the British medical establishment’s apparent collusion to protect all vaccine programs, a course of action was taken to disenfranchise Dr. Wakefield; make him an exemplary professional scapegoat; but do nothing to prevent serious adverse vaccine events from occurring to infants, toddlers, and children.
Furthermore, Dr. Wakefield talks about how Dr. Maurice R Hilleman, MD, preeminent vaccine researcher at Merck & Company now deceased, came up with the mumps vaccine; the apparent collusion Hilleman used to get the mumps vaccine implemented in a state’s vaccine program and how it became ‘mainstreamed’; and why the mumps vaccine really is not efficacious. The last few minutes of this outstanding testimony may leave you speechless.
Nothing this writer could say would do Dr. Wakefield’s video presentation about the evidence of whatfactually happened in Britain regarding the MMR vaccine any justice. NASA reports:
For the past eight years NASA astronomers have been monitoring the moon for signs of explosions caused by meteoroids hitting the lunar surface.
Lunar meteor showers have turned out to be more common than anyone expected with hundreds of detectable impacts occurring every year.
They’ve just seen the biggest explosion in the history of the program. “On March 17, 2013 an object about the size of a small boulder hit the lunar surface in Mare Imbrium,” says Bill Cook of NASA’s Meteoroid Environment Office.
It exploded in a flash nearly ten times as bright as anything we’ve ever seen before.
Anyone looking at the moon at the moment of impact could have seen the explosion, no telescope required.
For about one second the impact site was glowing like a fourth magnitude start.
The 40 kilogram meteoroid measuring .3 to .4 meters wide hit the moon traveling at 56,000 miles per hour. The resulting explosion packed as much punch as five tons of TNT.
Cook believes the lunar impact might have been part of a much larger event.
“On the night of March 17 NASA and University of Western Ontario All Sky Cameras picked up an unusual number of deep penetrating meteors right here on earth,” he says.
These fireballs were travelling along nearly identical orbits between the earth and the asteroid belt.
Mike Kelly carried the frustration of Conservative America on his shoulders today as he grilled outgoing IRS Commissioner Steven Miller. Though his line of questions seemed like more of a “venting” session, someone in the House needed to do a little venting for Conservative Americans today.
Right-wing Americans are sick and tired of being made out to be second class citizens because we believe in the principles on which this country was built. Those of us who have ever dealt with the IRS, and felt that we were wronged, would view Kelly’s rant as mild but it’s a start. Kudos to Mike Kelly.
Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa., seemed to capture the angst against the agency toward the end of the hour-long hearing, as he described the ways its agents are capable of ruining lives.
“You can put anybody out of business that you want. … When the IRS comes in there, you’re not allowed to be shoddy,” he said, suggesting the agency’s leadership was being held to a different standard now that it is coming under scrutiny.
“This is absolutely an overreach, and this is an outrage for all Americans,” he said.
When he finished, the committee room erupted in cheers and applause that lasted several seconds.
The hearing, though, was more than just venting.
While Democrats voiced concern that the latest scandal would be used to score “political points,” lawmakers on both sides of the aisle scolded the agency. And they made clear they’d be pressuring the IRS in the weeks to come on several points – namely, who was responsible and whether lawmakers were overtly lied to last year.

The IRS’s now-confirmed targeting of conservative groups is a frightening reminder that no branch or department of the federal government is immune from overstepping legal and ethical boundaries. Oftentimes holding government accountable means having to dig for the truth, which is exactly what this letter is about. The Treasury Department’s Inspector General report from the aftermath of the auto bailouts indicated that ‘little or no documentation of the decision-making process to terminate or retain dealerships’ exists, making it ‘impossible in many cases’ to determine if decisions deviated from ‘supposedly objective criteria.’ In light of the department’s unthinkable breaches of public trust still being revealed by the IRS scandal, my colleagues and I have a duty to examine whether auto dealers across the country saw their businesses close as a result of similar political profiling.
Two disturbing developments have occurred in the last couple of days that have gone relatively unnoticed compared to the recent IRS, AP, and Benghazi scandals.
First, the senate is debating an expansion of the already broad powers of the 2001 Authorization to Use Military Force (AUMF) so the U.S. can essentially engage any area in the world in the war on terror, including America. Which brings us to the second development: the Pentagon has recently granted itself police powers on American soil.
Assistant Secretary of Defense Michael Sheehan told Congress yesterday that the AUMF authorized the US military to operate on a worldwide battlefield from Boston to Pakistan. Sheehan emphasized that the Administration is authorized to put boots on the ground wherever the enemy chooses to base themselves, essentially ignoring the declaration of war clause in the US Constitution.
Senator Angus King said this interpretation of the AUMF is a “nullity” to the Constitution because it ignores Congress’ role to declare war. King called it the “most astoundingly disturbing hearing” he’s been to in the Senate.
Even ultra-hawk John McCain agreed that the AUMF has gone way beyond its authority.
“This authority … has grown way out of proportion and is no longer applicable to the conditions that prevailed, that motivated the United States Congress to pass the authorization for the use of military force that we did in 2001,” McCain said.
Glenn Greenwald wrote an excellent piece describing how this hearing reveals the not-so-secret plan to make the war on terror a permanent fixture in Western society.
It is hard to resist the conclusion that this war has no purpose other than its own eternal perpetuation. This war is not a means to any end but rather is the end in itself. Not only is it the end itself, but it is also its own fuel: it is precisely this endless war – justified in the name of stopping the threat of terrorism – that is the single greatest cause of that threat.
A self-perpetuating permanent war against a shadowy undefinable enemy appears to be the future of American foreign policy. How convenient for the war machine and tyrants who claim surveillance is safety.
But perhaps most disturbing of all of this is the military’s authority to police American streets as if it was in civil war. For all those still in denial that America is a militarized police state, this should be the ultimate cure to your delusion.
By making a few subtle changes to a regulation in the U.S. Code titled “Defense Support of Civilian Law Enforcement Agencies” the military has quietly granted itself the ability to police the streets without obtaining prior local or state consent, upending a precedent that has been in place for more than two centuries.
The most objectionable aspect of the regulatory change is the inclusion of vague language that permits military intervention in the event of “civil disturbances.” According to the rule: “Federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the President is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances.”
A law from 1878 called the Posse Comitatus Act was put in place to prevent the Department of Defense from interfering with local law enforcement. But now, the DoD claims they’ve had this authority for over 100 years.
“The authorization has been around over 100 years; it’s not a new authority. It’s been there but it hasn’t been exercised. This is a carryover of domestic policy,” said an unnamed defense official who also emphasized that all soldiers take an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies “foreign and domestic” indicating that citizens are a threat to the Constitution.
Yet, the Constitution is a document that polices the government, not the people. In other words, the only people who can be “enemies” of the Constitution are those who took an oath to defend it. Therefore, only government officials can be an enemy the Constitution.
This follows a recent West Point study that sought to define the American people as “domestic enemies” in order to justify soldiers breaking their oath to corral pesky citizens.
The West Point Terrorism Center wrote that “conspiracy theorists” who worry that local law enforcement will be steadily replaced by federally-controlled law enforcement could potentially be a domestic enemy:
Some groups are driven by a strong conviction that the American political system and its proxies were hijacked by external forces interested in promoting a “New World Order,” (NWO) in which the United States will be embedded in the UN or another version of global government. The NWO will be advanced, they believe, via steady transition of powers from local to federal law-enforcement agencies, i.e., the transformation of local police and law-enforcement agencies into a federally controlled “National Police” agency that will in turn merge with a “Multi-National Peace Keeping Force.” The latter deployment on US soil will be justified via a domestic campaign implemented by interested parties that will emphasize American society’s deficiencies and US government incompetency.
So, as the US military claims to have the authority to be a “National Police” force, researchers who claim there is an agenda to do just that are now labeled as domestic terrorists?
Does this make any sense? Will oath takers see through these ridiculous interpretations and engage the real domestic enemy to the Constitution? Or will they just follow orders when the time comes to crack down on Americans?
You may have heard of 76-year-old Vernon Hugh Bowman from Indiana who tenaciously took on Monsanto all the way to the Supreme Court over a patent infringement claim.
Since the Supreme Court upheld Monsanto’s end the other day, Bowman now owes $84,456 to the multi-billion GMO giant Monsanto.
It was a landmark case with currently unknown implications, especially for farmers whose fields are unwittingly contaminated with patented Monsanto seeds. You can read more details on the case here.
According to a fund-raising effort created by Garret John LoPorto, Bowman barely has enough to make ends meet, using run-down tractors and having tried using second-hand seeds from granaries.
The desire to help Bowman comes from people not wanting his family to live under the burden of the looming debt.
They want to show him that people will rally to help small farmers like him, that he hasn’t lost his support and that Monsanto has an increasing “groundswell” of enemies. The campaign has already received over $5,000 dollars in 48 hours and continues until July 11.
The effort was inspired by a website called UpRising where people share ideas and get together to create solutions and support.
In an appearance on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, famed veteran journalist Bob Woodward noted the importance of bringing out the truth in regards to Benghazi while noting that it is indeed comparable, if not worse, than Watergate.
“I have to go back 40 years to Watergate when Nixon put out his edited transcripts to the conversations, and he personally went through them and said, ‘Oh, let’s not tell this, let’s not show this.’ I would not dismiss Benghazi. It’s a very serious issue. As people keep saying, four people were killed.”
The corporate media has indeed done everything they can to make the Benghazi scandal as partisan as possible and in doing so they have made it a Republican Vs. Democrat issue when it should be a non partisan issue uncovering the facts of how four Americans died. This is not a political game, it is a matter of life and death.

We must break the stranglehold of truth from establishment media and we must take back our country.

In a concerning decision made by the United States Supreme Court that once again highlights the close connection between Monsanto and government, the court upheldMonsanto’s financial crusade against struggling farmers who attempt to replant the GMO juggernaut’s patented GM seeds.
The decision should come as no real surprise when considering that Monsanto even has strong ties within the Supreme Court itself through Supreme Court Judge Clarence Thomas, who worked as a lawyer for Monsanto before obtaining the position. A connection that has been highlighted by a number of news outlets when it comes to the various Monsanto-related cases we have seen over the years. And one that is made even more blatant and concerning when considering that Clarence Thomas always fails to mention his connection.
But then again even greater events have taken place in the past that show how Monsanto really is above the law — especially when compared to the average citizen. If you or I committed the acts of the GMO giant over the past several decades, which of course is led by a group of executives who are likely beyond sociopathic and motivated purely be the almighty dollar, we’d be thrown in jail immediately.
Monsanto’s Repeated ‘Above The Law’ Status
Monsanto’s repeated acts of devastation against the people have generally ended in what amounts to a pesky settlement of X million dollars. This includes settlements over the Vietnam-era chemical warfare weapon Agent Orange, which killed hundreds of thousands and led to around 500,000 birth defects. It also includes a $93 million settlement with citizens of West Virginia’s Nitro, a town that was hit with dioxin as a result of Monsanto’s pollution from the creation of Agent Orange. As you may know, dioxin is one of the deadliest substances known to man.
The figures certainly are a lot to most people, but to Monsanto even 93 million is chump change. I personally believe, like many companies, they hide their true assets. But financials aside, the fact remains that they can pay their way out of jail. Instead of arresting the executives who made the decisions that led to deaths and other serious consequences, Monsanto is allowed to pay a settlement fee to the victims and avoid all criminal action.
And that’s key to being above the law itself.
Let’s also not forget the Monsanto-backed group that illegally used an FDA seal and fake quote to fight against the Prop 37 GMO labeling campaign. What happened to this group? Nothing. I was even on the press call line with the NY Times, LA Times, and others who were aggressively questioning why the Prop 37 campaign thought that the group was doing anything wrong. As it turns out, misuse of a United States government seal can lead to a $250,000 fine, twenty years in prison, and three years of supervised release — unless you’re sponsored by Monsanto.
Ultimately, Monsanto’s days are numbered. We see great movements like the March Against Monsanto and others that will come from it, and such forms of corruption will ultimately be peacefully rooted out from our government system.

A now viral video shows police from Cotati, California forcing their way into a home after a supposed domestic violence call and, after breaking down the homeowners door without a warrant, tazing the person filming their tyranny.
After being posted to both Live Leak and YouTube, the video has gone viral, with tens of thousands of Americans demanding justice for the family who clearly went through a completely unconstitutional attack on their home by what can be described as a well coordinated gang. (the police)
In the video the person filming reacts to one of the officers saying they are going to kick the door in by reciting sections of the 4th Amendment and making it clear that no violence had gone on at their house.
When asked by the officers why he refused to allow 4 heavily armed men invade his house, the person filming replied:
“Because we don’t live in a police state, sir. Martial law has not been established in this country.”
Many have speculated as to why the police felt they needed to unlawfully enter the home, with some claiming they could have felt the children lives were in danger yet the fact of the matter is the children were clearly fine and, if anything, would be psychologically and possibly even physically hurt by police breaking down their door and attacking their parents

Every American gun owner, regardless of the state in which you live, is presently or will be the target of gun confiscation. A state-by-state framework of confiscation is being erected in front of us all to strip us of our rights under the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Proof of this nefarious intent of disarming citizens was serendipitously caught by a “hot” microphone at the conclusion of the May 9, 2013 meeting of the New Jersey State Legislature.
At the conclusion of the New Jersey Senate Budget & Appropriations Committee meeting last Thursday, an open microphone caught three state senators, identified by voice as Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg, Assistant Majority Leader Sandra Cunningham, Senate Majority Whip Linda Greenstein, and at least one staff member talking candidly about their intent to confiscate all guns from the people they serve. It should be noted that Senator Loretta Weinberg is the chief proponent of the anti-gun legislation being moved through the New Jersey State Senate.
Although some of the candid conversation is a bit difficult to discern due to the ambient noise, their message is clear. “We need[ed] a bill that was going to confiscate, confiscate, confiscate,”stated one high ranking senate member. “They don’t care about the bad guys. All they want to do is have their ‘little guns’ and do whatever they want with them,” added another in an obviously demeaning manner. Another conceded that gun owners do, in fact, want to keep guns out of the hands of criminals, but added that “they don’t have any regulations to do it.” Oh really?

It’s just a matter of time.”
We must do everything we can to preserve, protect and defend our Second Amendment rights, or we will lose much more. We must be proactive, and yes, we can make our voices heard to counter the utter contempt of these lawmakers regardless of your state of residence – while we still have the chance. Let’s hold these opponents to our constitutional rights accountable for their words and actions.
