The mainstream media covered the inauguration of Barack Obama with breathless anticipation on Monday, but should we really be celebrating another four years of Obama? The truth is that the first four years of Obama were an absolute train wreck for the U.S. economy. Over the past four years, the percentage of working age Americans with a job has fallen, median household income has declined by more than $4000, poverty in the U.S. has absolutely exploded and our national debt has ballooned to ridiculous proportions. Of course all of the blame for the nightmarish performance of the economy should not go to Obama alone. Certainly much of what we are experiencing today is the direct result of decades of very foolish decisions by Congress and previous presidential administrations. And of course the Federal Reserve has more influence over the economy than anyone else does. But Barack Obama steadfastly refuses to criticize anything that the Federal Reserve has done and he even nominated Ben Bernanke for another term as Fed Chairman despite his horrific track record of failure, so at a minimum Barack Obama must be considered to be complicit in the Fed’s very foolish policies. Despite what the Obama administration tells us, the U.S. economy has been in decline for a very long time, and that decline has accelerated in many ways over the past four years. Just consider the statistics that I have compiled below. The following are 37 statistics which show how four years of Obama have wrecked the U.S. economy…
2. At the beginning of the Obama era, 32 million Americans were on food stamps. Today, more than 47 million Americans are on food stamps.
3. According to one calculation, the number of Americans on food stamps now exceeds the combined populations of “Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming.”
4. The number of Americans receiving money directly from the federal government each month has grown from 94 million in the year 2000 to more than 128 million today.
6. The unemployment rate in the United States is exactly where it was (7.8 percent) when Barack Obama first entered the White House in January 2009.
7. When Barack Obama first entered the White House, 60.6 percent of all working age Americans had a job. Today, only 58.6 percent of all working age Americans have a job.
8. During the first four years of Obama, the number of Americans “not in the labor force” soared by an astounding 8,332,000. That far exceeds any previous four year total.
9. During Obama’s first term, the number of Americans collecting federal disability insurance rose by more than 18 percent.
10. The Obama years have been absolutely devastating for small businesses in America. According to economist Tim Kane, the following is how the number of startup jobs per 1000 Americans breaks down by presidential administration…

11. Median household income in America has fallen for four consecutive years. Overall, it has declined by over $4000 during that time span.
12. The economy is not producing nearly enough jobs for the hordes of young people now entering the workforce. Approximately 53 percent of all U.S. college graduates under the age of 25 were either unemployed or underemployed in 2011.
13. According to a report from the National Employment Law Project, 58 percent of the jobs that have been created since the end of the recession have been low paying jobs.
14. Back in 2007, about 28 percent of all working families were considered to be among “the working poor”. Today, that number is up to 32 percent even though our politicians tell us that the economy is supposedly recovering.
15. According to the Center for Economic and Policy Research, only 24.6 percent of all of the jobs in the United States are “good jobs” at this point.
16. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the middle class is taking home a smaller share of the overall income pie than has ever been recorded before.
17. According to the Economic Policy Institute, the United States is losing half a million jobs to China every single year.
18. The United States has fallen in the global economic competitiveness rankings compiled by the World Economic Forum for four years in a row.
19. According to the World Bank, U.S. GDP accounted for 31.8 percent of all global economic activity in 2001. That number declined steadily over the course of the next decade and was only at 21.6 percent in 2011.
20. The United States actually has plenty of oil and we should not have to import oil from the Middle East. We need to drill for more oil, but Obama has been very hesitant to do that. Under Bill Clinton, the number of drilling permits approved rose by 58 percent. Under George W. Bush, the number of drilling permits approved rose by 116 percent. Under Barack Obama, the number of drilling permits approved actuallydecreased by 36 percent.
21. When Barack Obama took office, the average price of a gallon of gasoline was $1.84. Today, the average price of a gallon of gasoline is$3.26.
23. For the first time ever, more than a million public school students in the United States are homeless. That number has risen by 57 percent since the 2006-2007 school year.
24. Families that have a head of household under the age of 30 now have a poverty rate of 37 percent.
25. More than three times as many new homes were sold in the United States in 2005 as were sold in 2012.
26. Electricity bills in the United States have risen faster than the overall rate of inflation for five years in a row.
27. Health insurance costs have risen by 29 percent since Barack Obama became president.
30. The total amount of money that the federal government gives directly to the American people has grown by 32 percent since Barack Obama became president.
31. The Obama administration has been spending money on some of the most insane things imaginable. For example, in 2011 the Obama administration spent $592,527 on a study that sought to figure out once and for all why chimpanzees throw poop.
32. U.S. taxpayers spend more than 20 times as much on the Obamas as British taxpayers spend on the royal family.
33. The U.S. government has run a budget deficit of well over a trillion dollars every single year under Barack Obama.
34. When Barack Obama was first elected, the U.S. debt to GDP ratio was under 70 percent. Today, it is up to 103 percent.
36. As I wrote about yesterday, when you break it down the amount of new debt accumulated by the U.S. government during Obama’s first term comes to approximately $50,521 for every single household in the United States. Are you ready to contribute your share?
37. If you started paying off just the new debt that the U.S. has accumulated during the Obama administration at the rate of one dollar per second, it would take more than 184,000 years to pay it off.
But despite all of these numbers, the mainstream media and the left just continue to shower Barack Obama with worship and praise. Newsweek recently heralded Obama’s second term as “The Second Coming“, and at Obama’s pre-inauguration church service Reverand Ronald Braxton openly compared Obama to Moses…
At Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church, Braxton reportedly crafted his speech around Obama’s personal political slogan: “Forward!”
Obama, said Braxton, was just like Moses facing the Red Sea: “forward is the only option … The people couldn’t turn around. The only thing that they could do was to go forward.” Obama, said Braxton, would have to overcome all obstacles – like opposition from Republicans, presumably, or the bounds of the Constitution. Braxton continued, “Mr. President, stand on the rock,” citing to Moses standing on Mount Horeb as his people camped outside the land of Israel.
But it wasn’t enough to compare Obama with the founder of Judaism and the prophet of the Bible. Braxton added that Obama’s opponents were like the Biblical enemies of Moses, and that Obama would have to enter the battle because “sometimes enemies insist on doing it the hard way.”

Why is the mainstream media saying nothing about election fraud even though there are eyewitness reports from all over the country of voting machines turning Romney votes into Obama votes? Why do the Republican Party and the Romney campaign seem completely uninterested in widespread reports of voter fraud in important swing states? The integrity of our votes is of the utmost importance. If our voting machines are not “working correctly” or if rampant voter fraud is being committed, what are we supposed to do about it? According to the Election Protection Coalition, American voters reported more than 70,000 voting problems by 5 PM Eastern time on election day. But it seems as though nobody even follows up on these complaints. With each election cycle the reports of election fraud just continue to get worse, but once each election is over we never hear about anyone getting into any trouble. What you are about to read will likely make you very angry. There are eyewitness accounts of voting machines all over the nation turning Romney votes into Obama votes. So will anything be done about this? Of course not. We are being told to sit down, shut up and blindly have faith in the results that the voting machines are giving us even though there is solid proof that there were very serious problems with the voting machines.
These problems first emerged in a number of swing states during early voting. In many of the most important swing states it was being reported that Romney voters were claiming that when they tried to cast votes for Romney that the voting machines changed their votes to Obama instead. The following is one example of this from Ohio…
“I don’t know if it happened to anybody else or not, but this is the first time in all the years that we voted that this has ever happened to me,” said Marion, Ohio, voter Joan Stevens.
Stevens said that when she voted, it took her three tries before the machine accepted her choice to vote for Romney.
“I went to vote and I got right in the middle of Romney’s name,” Stevens told Fox News, saying that she was certain to put her finger directly on her choice for the White House.
She said that the first time she pushed “Romney,” the machine marked “Obama.”
So she pushed Romney again. Obama came up again. Then it happened a third time.
“Maybe you make a mistake once, but not three times,” she told Fox News.
But of course this was not just happening in Ohio. There were also eyewitness accounts of this happening during early voting in quite a few other states including Nevada, Kansas, North Carolina, Missouri and Colorado.
Officials assured us that the voting machines would be “recalibrated” and that we would not have these kinds of problems on election day.
Unfortunately, it turned out that there were a whole bunch of reports of voting machines turning Romney votes into Obama votes on election day.
For example, an equipment manager who worked for Chicago’s election system on election day says that he repeatedly witnessed voting machines fail to register Romney votes…
Steve Pickrum said he worked for Chicago’s election system during the early voting and Election Day voting for the 2012 race.
As an equipment manager for the system, Pickrum said, he responded whenever there was a glitch with a voting machine.
“On early voting, when I did work on the floor when voters needed help using the equipment, I was able to see the preference of the voter, and every time that I saw [a] voter voted for Romney a ‘voter save failure’ message came up on the screen,’” he reported.
And guess what happened when he went to cast his own vote? The same thing happened to him…
Then when he went on Election Day to cast his own vote, he picked Romney and experienced the same error message.
Pickrum said he worked at both the Matteson voting area as well as in Precinct 70, and although he discussed the anomalies with his boss, had not yet filed a formal report.
He said when he voted, he was told by a precinct worker to just go ahead and assume that his vote had been tabulated, despite the error message. But since he knew the operations of the machines, he asked the poll workers to check the vote report, and they found his vote had not been counted.
Over in Pennsylvania, a poll watcher claims that “about 5 percent to 10 percent” of the votes were being switched from Romney to Obama by the voting machines in the polling location that he was monitoring. What he recently told WND is absolutely staggering…
It was in Upper Macungie Township, near Allentown, Pa., where an auditor, Robert Ashcroft, was dispatched by Republicans to monitor the vote on Election Day. He said the software he observed would “change the selection back to default – to Obama.”
He said that happened in about 5 percent to 10 percent of the votes.
He said the changes appeared to have been made by a software program.
Ashcroft said the format for computer programming has a default status, and in this case it appeared to be designating a vote for Obama each time it went to default.
But issues with the voting machines were not the only problems that poll watchers were observing on election day.
Down at one polling location in the swing state of Virginia, a poll watcher named Dara Fox says that voter fraud was “rampant”.
She recently told WMAL radio the following…
-That it appeared that voters for Obama were being bussed in.
-That many of them could not speak English at all.
-That many of them could not tell poll workers the correct address on their identification cards.
-That many of them were obviously far from the correct age.
-That many people were voting more than once at that same polling station throughout the day.

According to the head of the Republican Party of Maine, a similar thing appeared to have happened in his state…
The head of the Maine Republican Party claims that “hundreds” of unfamiliar black voters may have cast fraudulent ballots in his state on Election Day.
“In some parts of rural Maine, there were dozens, dozens of black people who came in and voted on Election Day,” Charlie Webster told Portland’s NBC affiliate WCSH-TV on Wednesday.
“Everybody has a right to vote, but nobody in town knows anyone who’s black,” Webster said. “How did that happen? I don’t know. We’re going to find out.”

Barack Obama received more than 99% of the vote in more than 100 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio on election day. In fact, there were a substantial number of precincts where Mitt Romney got exactly zero votes. So how in the world did this happen? Third world dictators don’t even get 99% of the vote. Overall, Mitt Romney received 30.12% of the vote in Cuyahoga County. There were even a bunch of precincts in Cuyahoga County that Romney actually won. But everyone certainly expected that Cuyahoga County would be Obama territory. And in most of the precincts that is exactly what we saw - large numbers of votes for both candidates but a definite edge for Obama. However, there are more than 100 precincts in Cuyahoga County where the voting results can only be described as truly bizarre. Yes, we always knew that urban areas would lean very heavily toward Obama, but are we actually expected to believe that Obama got over 99% of the votes in those areas? In more than 50 different precincts, Romney received 2 votes or less. Considering how important the swing state of Ohio was to the national election, one would think that such improbable results would get the attention of somebody out there. Could we be looking at evidence of election fraud hidden in plain sight?
Perhaps if there were just one or two precincts where Obama got more than 99% of the vote we could dismiss the results as “statistical anomalies” and ignore them.
But there were more than 100 precincts where this happened in the most important swing state in the nation.
Maybe there is some rational explanation for the numbers that you are about to see. If there is, I would really love to hear it.

The numbers that you are about to see are quite dramatic. They come straight from the website of the Cuyahoga County board of elections. Once again, I am not alleging that election fraud has actually taken place. What I am saying is that these numbers look very, very strange and that somebody needs to start asking some questions.
Posted below are voting results from the presidential election from various precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. If you wish to verify these numbers, you can do so right here. In each case, the specific precinct is identified first, followed by the number of votes for Obama and then the number of votes for Romney.
In this first set of Cuyahoga County precincts, Mitt Romney received exactly zero votes in each instance…
These numbers look even more bizarre when you start comparing them with the overall results from the rest of Cuyahoga County that you can find right here.
The results from most of the precincts look very much like what you would expect from a competitive national election.
But there are more than 100 precincts where the results look incredibly suspicious. Here are some more precincts where Barack Obama won more than 99% of the vote…
Once again, perhaps there is a rational explanation for all of this.
But I find it really hard to believe that one candidate would get more than 99% of the vote in more than 100 precincts in one of the most important counties in the most hotly contested swing state of the 2012 election.
Unfortunately, we may never know the truth about these election results. We are just told that we can trust the voting machines and that we can trust whatever results they end up spitting out at us.
Look, I don’t know what the truth is, but where there is smoke there is usually fire. Voters reported tens of thousands of voting problems on election day, and it will be an absolute disgrace if those complaints are brushed under the rug now that the election is over.
Setting aside who won or who lost, the legitimacy of our elections if of the utmost importance. If we cannot even trust the ballot box, what do we have left?
I sincerely hope that authorities in Ohio and in the other swing states will investigate some of the voting “irregularities” that are being reported.
Millions of Americans are watching, and if all of this just gets swept under the rug there are going to be a whole lot more people that will lose faith in these voting machines.
Has there ever been such a negative reaction to the results of a presidential election in modern American history? Yes, those that supported Barack Obama are celebrating greatly right now, but the other half of the country is really freaking out. Over the past 48 hours there has been a very powerful outpouring of emotion that has included a strange mix of mourning, anguish, frustration, grief, despair, panic and fear. Yes, the more conservative half of the country was disappointed after Bill Clinton’s two victories, and they were certainly not pleased with what happened in 2008, but those were viewed as temporary setbacks. What happened on Tuesday night is being viewed as something else entirely. Shocked conservatives are describing the election results as “catastrophic” and many believe that there is no hope that America will ever be turned around again. The reality that we are about to go through another four years of Barack Obama in the White House is starting to set in, and this is shaking a lot of people to the core. If you are conservative, you will likely find many of the quotes below to be quite sobering. If you are liberal, you will likely find many of the quotes below to be quite hilarious. But there is one thing that everyone should be able to agree on – America is more divided today than at any other time in the post-World War II era and half of the country feels like they were just punched in the stomach.

In the wake of the 2012 Presidential election, the expected gloating over Obama’s victory and sulking over Romney’s defeat by their respective supporters is taking its typical turn toward the absurd, at least for those who are aware of the true lack of choice that was presented in this election.
As every other failed presidential campaign in history has done, the Romney camp will soon come to grips with their loss. The Obama camp, however, will now be presented with four more years of a President who has been and will continue to be identical to the President they claimed to have hated for so many years.
As Obama continues to execute, for another four years, the very same policies implemented by Bush (and by Romney had he been elected), individuals who call themselves “liberals” or “progressives” will be faced with the challenge of defending what they perceive to be “their candidate” irrespective of reality, facts, and common sense.
Like the first four years, self-proclaimed progressives will continue to support the wholesale slaughter of innocent people in foreign countries, indefinite detention, banker bailouts, free trade, and a gross violation of civil liberties and Constitutional rights. While these very acts were once what liberals claimed was fueling their hatred of George W. Bush, it turns out that what passes for a progressive in 2012 is a rejection of war and totalitarianism directed by Republicans – not war and totalitarianism itself.
Indeed, when asking your average Obama fan their reason for such irrational support, one can scarcely receive an answer that does not have its root in false and divisive social paradigms such as his party, his race, or his age. Simply put, Obama supporters main reason for their allegiance to Barack Obama can be boiled down to two words – “He’s Obama!”
Even so, when Obama was first elected in 2008, and in the face of his obvious support for the banker bailout, continued war, and blatant disregard for civil liberties, we critics were met with pleas to “just give him time.” After all, he can’t fix eight years of Bush in one year of his own. This was the same statement that was repeated after Obama’s second year. And then his third. Even his fourth year as President still held echoes of the argument to just “give him time.”
Nevertheless, with Obama’s re-election there now appears a small shred of potential silver lining to this dark cloud. Namely, it will eliminate the argument posed by so-called Progressives for the last four years that Obama did not have equal time to right the wrongs of Bush or that he was not given a fair shot at the Presidency which now consists of, according to party hacks, an eight-year reign.
At the end of the Obama regime, it will be apparent to every Democrat that “their” candidate was every bit as bad as the one belonging to the “other team.”
There will be no more excuses echoed from the chambers of the Obama supporters that do not highlight an already delusional perspective and unwillingness to face reality. In 2016, like Bush supporters in 2008, the defense of Obama will appear more and more to be a mental illness than a political opinion. Unfortunately, one does not have to go much further for this to be the case.
This statement is not meant to pick on Obama supporters alone of course. In fact, Republicans and so-called Conservatives showed their own true colors this election by flocking to a full representation of the candidate they claim they are so opposed to. The differences between Romney and Obama, besides ethnicity and political party, were virtually non-existent. Indeed, those differences that did appear to exist were merely propaganda pieces for public presentation.
Republicans, by no means, have a leg to stand on when it comes to the issues mentioned above, be it economics, war, civil liberties, or any other issue for that matter.
Regardless, it is a fact that Liberals and Progressives, once the majority of the anti-war, 9/11 Truth, and freedom movements, simply dissipated with the election of Obama. What is worse, however, is that they never reappeared after Obama proved that, as President, he would not only be as bad as Bush, he would be worse.
While rumblings amongst true Liberals of Obama’s treachery are indeed beginning to take place, the fact is they have remained dormant for far too long. In truth, it is a shame that they were ever silent to begin with.
Thus, with Obama firmly locked in to another four years and with no possibility of his own re-election in 2016, Progressives are now given an opportunity to return to the principles they have neglected for the last four years. With no possibility of costing Obama the election, you can now be free to oppose the killing of innocent men, women, and children. With “your team” squarely in office, you can now meekly ask for your right to privacy, to a trial, and even to life without worrying about your chosen party losing the White House. As Obama takes over in his second term, you can now acknowledge the worldwide economic depression and perhaps take some steps to avoid a total collapse and return to real American standards of living without the fear of reflecting poorly upon “your President.”
A four-year vacation from your principles was long enough. Now, however, your country and the rest of the world needs you to return to the fight.
You can only blame “those other guys” for so long. Whether you like it or not, it is an unfortunate reality that both you and those on the other side of the falsely constructed aisle are more alike than you think. Likewise, Republicans must realize that economics, war, and civil liberties are issues that effect Americans regardless of whether a Democrat or Republican is in office.
Both Conservatives and Liberals are equally responsible for the moral, intellectual, and rapidly physical wasteland we now find ourselves inhabiting. Because both groups are divided only because they have been subjected ad infinitum to scientific propaganda in order to make such an environment possible, it is high time they both become responsible for repairing it.

Here is some math the establishment hopes you never do. Take the popular vote the newly elected president received, and see what percent of voter turnout it actually makes up. You will find that out of all eligible voters, the president is put into power with only between 25-35%. This isn’t just with President Obama in 2012, but is a common feature of most US elections, and many elections around the world.
In countries like Thailand, where violent mobs hold the nation hostage, representing a fraction of 1% of the population, it is claimed by the Western media that these are “the people.” Come election time, the Western-backed party claiming to run on “people’s power,” garnered the support of a measly 32% of all eligible voters. Likewise in Syria, where “the people” are rising up, in a nation of 20 million – if even half rose up armed with only broom handles, the so-called revolution would have been over in a week.
This is the myth of democracy, representative governance, and manufactured dissent. It does not represent the vast majority of the people who are affected by the decisions these governments or movements then make with their self-proclaimed mandates. While numbers are still coming in, USA Today has reported that voter turnout in the 2012 US Elections most likely will fall short of 2008 elections. The article titled, “This year’s voter turnout may fall short of 2008,” quoted Michael McDonald of the George Mason University who stated:
“It doesn’t look like we had a 2008-level turnout. I’m certain about that. There was some waning of interest in voting. I don’t see this election as some kind of wholesale collapse of turnout, either.”
While polling experts claim the slump in voting is a result of “waning interest,” it really isn’t explained as to why interest in determining one’s own destiny would ever wane. The most likely answer is that many people feel that voting accomplishes nothing. It is done after a grueling, repetitive campaign of lofty, vague promises that most mature adults know will never be kept, by special interests who have organized against them, and are merely telling us all what we want to hear as they proceed to exploit us and plunder our nation.
The election that was supposed to be too close to call turned out not to be so close after all. In my opinion, Obama won for two reasons: (1) Obama is non-threatening and inclusive, whereas Romney exuded a “us vs. them” impression that many found threatening, and (2) the election was not close enough for the electronic voting machines to steal.
As readers know, I don’t think that either candidate is a good choice or that either offers a choice. Washington is controlled by powerful interest groups, not by elections. What the two parties fight over is not alternative political visions and different legislative agendas, but which party gets to be the whore for Wall Street, the military-security complex, Israel Lobby, agribusiness, and energy, mining, and timber interests.
Being the whore is important, because whores are rewarded for the services that they render. To win the White House or a presidential appointment is a career-making event as it makes a person sought after by rich and powerful interest groups. In Congress the majority party can provide more services and is thus more valuable than the minority party. One of our recent presidents who was not rich ended up with $36 million shortly after leaving office, as did former UK prime minister Tony Blair, who served Washington far better than he served his own country.
Wars are profitable for the military/security complex. Israel rewards its servants and punishes its enemies. Staffing environmental regulatory agencies with energy, mining, and timber executives is regarded by those interests as very friendly behavior.
Many Americans understand this and do not bother to vote as they know that whichever candidate or party wins, the interest groups prevail. Ronald Reagan was the last president who stood up to interest groups, or, rather, to some of them. Wall Street did not want his tax rate reductions, as Wall Street thought the result would be higher inflation and interest rates and the ruination of their stock and bond portfolios. The military/security complex did not want Reagan negotiating with Gorbachev to end the cold war.
What is curious is that voters don’t understand how politics really works. They get carried away with the political rhetoric and do not see the hypocrisy that is staring them in the face. Proud patriotic macho American men voted for Romney who went to Israel and, swearing allegiance to his liege lord, groveled at the feet of Netanyahu. Obama plays on the heart strings of his supporters by relating a story of a child with leukemia now protected by Obamacare, while he continues to murder thousands of children and their parents with drones and other military actions in seven countries. Obama was able to elicit cheers from supporters as he described the onward and upward path of America toward greater moral accomplishments, while his actual record is that of a tyrant who codified into law the destruction of the US Constitution and the civil liberties of the American people.
The election was about nothing except who gets to serve the interest groups. The wars were not an issue in the election. Washington’s provoking of Iran, Russia, and China by surrounding them with military bases was not an issue. The unconstitutional powers asserted by the executive branch to detain citizens indefinitely without due process and to assassinate them on suspicion alone were not an issue in the election. The sacrifice of the natural environment to timber, mining, and energy interests was not an issue, except to promise more sacrifice of the environment to short-term profits. Out of one side of the mouth came the nonsense promise of restoring the middle class while from the other side of the mouth issued defenses of the offshoring of their jobs and careers as free trade.
The inability to acknowledge and to debate real issues is a threat not only to the United States but also to the entire world. Washington’s reckless pursuit of hegemony driven by an insane neoconservative ideology is leading to military confrontation with Russia and China. Eleven years of gratuitous wars with more on the way and an economic policy that protects financial institutions from their mistakes have burdened the US with massive budget deficits that are being monetized. The US dollar’s loss of the reserve currency role and hyperinflation are plausible consequences of disastrous economic policy.
How is it possible that “the world’s only superpower” can hold a presidential election without any discussion of these very real and serious problems being part of it? How can anyone be excited or made hopeful about such an outcome?

In a race that was neck in neck early on, Barack Obama took the lead to win 303 electoral votes over Mitt Romney’s 203.
Barack Obama has been re-elected and given 4 more years to pursue his agendas without any political accountability or concern for future re-election, perhaps the only thing that slowed him down during the past four years.
Despite the murders in Benghazi.
Despite the highly publicized “kill list”
Despite his willingness to “go around” Congress.
Despite recent statements about going after guns.
Despite….well, the list could go on as long as indefinite detention in the NDAA Executive Order he signed last New Year’s Day.
The US dollar immediately dropped in response to the election results – perhaps it fainted.
Tonight, more than 200 years after a former colony won the right to determine its own destiny, the task of perfecting our union moves forward.
It moves forward because of you. It moves forward because you reaffirmed the spirit that has triumphed over war and depression, the spirit that has lifted this country from the depths of despair to the great heights of hope, the belief that while each of us will pursue our own individual dreams, we are an American family and we rise or fall together as one nation and as one people.
Tonight, in this election, you, the American people, reminded us that while our road has been hard, while our journey has been long, we have picked ourselves up, we have fought our way back, and we know in our hearts that for the United States of America the best is yet to come.
I want to thank every American who participated in this election, whether you voted for the very first time or waited in line for a very long time. By the way, we have to fix that. Whether you pounded the pavement or picked up the phone, whether you held an Obama sign or a Romney sign, you made your voice heard and you made a difference.
I just spoke with Gov. Romney and I congratulated him and Paul Ryan on a hard-fought campaign. We may have battled fiercely, but it’s only because we love this country deeply and we care so strongly about its future. From George to Lenore to their son Mitt, the Romney family has chosen to give back to America through public service and that is the legacy that we honor and applaud tonight. In the weeks ahead, I also look forward to sitting down with Gov. Romney to talk about where we can work together to move this country forward.
I want to thank my friend and partner of the last four years, America’s happy warrior, the best vice president anybody could ever hope for, Joe Biden.
And I wouldn’t be the man I am today without the woman who agreed to marry me 20 years ago. Let me say this publicly: Michelle, I have never loved you more. I have never been prouder to watch the rest of America fall in love with you, too, as our nation’s first lady. To the best campaign team and volunteers in the history of politics. The best. The best ever. Some of you were new this time around, and some of you have been at my side since the very beginning. No matter what you do or where you go from here, you will carry the memory of the history we made together and you will have the lifelong appreciation of a grateful president. Thank you for believing all the way, through every hill, through every valley. You lifted me up the whole way and I will always be grateful for everything that you’ve done and all the incredible work that you put in.
I know that political campaigns can sometimes seem small, even silly. And that provides plenty of fodder for the cynics that tell us that politics is nothing more than a contest of egos or the domain of special interests. But if you ever get the chance to talk to folks who turned out at our rallies and crowded along a rope line in a high school gym, or saw folks working late in a campaign office in some tiny county far away from home, you’ll discover something else.
You’ll hear the determination in the voice of a young field organizer who’s working his way through college and wants to make sure every child has that same opportunity. You’ll hear the pride in the voice of a volunteer who’s going door to door because her brother was finally hired when the local auto plant added another shift. You’ll hear the deep patriotism in the voice of a military spouse who’s working the phones late at night to make sure that no one who fights for this country ever has to fight for a job or a roof over their head when they come home.
That’s why we do this. That’s what politics can be. That’s why elections matter. It’s not small, it’s big. It’s important. Democracy in a nation of 300 million can be noisy and messy and complicated. We have our own opinions. Each of us has deeply held beliefs. And when we go through tough times, when we make big decisions as a country, it necessarily stirs passions, stirs up controversy.
That won’t change after tonight, and it shouldn’t. These arguments we have are a mark of our liberty. We can never forget that as we speak people in distant nations are risking their lives right now just for a chance to argue about the issues that matter, the chance to cast their ballots like we did today.
But despite all our differences, most of us share certain hopes for America’s future. We want our kids to grow up in a country where they have access to the best schools and the best teachers. A country that lives up to its legacy as the global leader in technology and discovery and innovation, with all the good jobs and new businesses that follow.
We want our children to live in an America that isn’t burdened by debt, that isn’t weakened by inequality, that isn’t threatened by the destructive power of a warming planet. We want to pass on a country that’s safe and respected and admired around the world, a nation that is defended by the strongest military on earth and the best troops this — this world has ever known. But also a country that moves with confidence beyond this time of war, to shape a peace that is built on the promise of freedom and dignity for every human being.
We believe in a generous America, in a compassionate America, in a tolerant America, open to the dreams of an immigrant’s daughter who studies in our schools and pledges to our flag. To the young boy on the south side of Chicago who sees a life beyond the nearest street corner. To the furniture worker’s child in North Carolina who wants to become a doctor or a scientist, an engineer or an entrepreneur, a diplomat or even a president — that’s the future we hope for. That’s the vision we share. That’s where we need to go — forward. That’s where we need to go.
Now, we will disagree, sometimes fiercely, about how to get there. As it has for more than two centuries, progress will come in fits and starts. It’s not always a straight line. It’s not always a smooth path. By itself, the recognition that we have common hopes and dreams won’t end all the gridlock or solve all our problems or substitute for the painstaking work of building consensus and making the difficult compromises needed to move this country forward. But that common bond is where we must begin.
Our economy is recovering. A decade of war is ending. A long campaign is now over. And whether I earned your vote or not, I have listened to you, I have learned from you, and you’ve made me a better president. And with your stories and your struggles, I return to the White House more determined and more inspired than ever about the work there is to do and the future that lies ahead.
Tonight you voted for action, not politics as usual. You elected us to focus on your jobs, not ours. And in the coming weeks and months, I am looking forward to reaching out and working with leaders of both parties to meet the challenges we can only solve together. Reducing our deficit. Reforming our tax code. Fixing our immigration system. Freeing ourselves from foreign oil. We’ve got more work to do.
But that doesn’t mean your work is done. The role of citizen in our democracy does not end with your vote. America’s never been about what can be done for us. It’s about what can be done by us together through the hard and frustrating, but necessary work of self-government. That’s the principle we were founded on.
This country has more wealth than any nation, but that’s not what makes us rich. We have the most powerful military in history, but that’s not what makes us strong. Our university, our culture are all the envy of the world, but that’s not what keeps the world coming to our shores.
What makes America exceptional are the bonds that hold together the most diverse nation on earth. The belief that our destiny is shared; that this country only works when we accept certain obligations to one another and to future generations. The freedom which so many Americans have fought for and died for come with responsibilities as well as rights. And among those are love and charity and duty and patriotism. That’s what makes America great.
I am hopeful tonight because I’ve seen the spirit at work in America. I’ve seen it in the family business whose owners would rather cut their own pay than lay off their neighbors, and in the workers who would rather cut back their hours than see a friend lose a job. I’ve seen it in the soldiers who reenlist after losing a limb and in those SEALs who charged up the stairs into darkness and danger because they knew there was a buddy behind them watching their back.
I’ve seen it on the shores of New Jersey and New York, where leaders from every party and level of government have swept aside their differences to help a community rebuild from the wreckage of a terrible storm. And I saw just the other day, in Mentor, Ohio, where a father told the story of his 8-year-old daughter, whose long battle with leukemia nearly cost their family everything had it not been for health care reform passing just a few months before the insurance company was about to stop paying for her care.
I had an opportunity to not just talk to the father, but meet this incredible daughter of his. And when he spoke to the crowd listening to that father’s story, every parent in that room had tears in their eyes, because we knew that little girl could be our own. And I know that every American wants her future to be just as bright. That’s who we are. That’s the country I’m so proud to lead as your president.
And tonight, despite all the hardship we’ve been through, despite all the frustrations of Washington, I’ve never been more hopeful about our future. I have never been more hopeful about America. And I ask you to sustain that hope. I’m not talking about blind optimism, the kind of hope that just ignores the enormity of the tasks ahead or the roadblocks that stand in our path. I’m not talking about the wishful idealism that allows us to just sit on the sidelines or shirk from a fight.
I have always believed that hope is that stubborn thing inside us that insists, despite all the evidence to the contrary, that something better awaits us so long as we have the courage to keep reaching, to keep working, to keep fighting.
America, I believe we can build on the progress we’ve made and continue to fight for new jobs and new opportunity and new security for the middle class. I believe we can keep the promise of our founders, the idea that if you’re willing to work hard, it doesn’t matter who you are or where you come from or what you look like or where you love. It doesn’t matter whether you’re black or white or Hispanic or Asian or Native American or young or old or rich or poor, able, disabled, gay or straight, you can make it here in America if you’re willing to try.
I believe we can seize this future together because we are not as divided as our politics suggests. We’re not as cynical as the pundits believe. We are greater than the sum of our individual ambitions, and we remain more than a collection of red states and blue states. We are and forever will be the United States of America.
And together with your help and God’s grace we will continue our journey forward and remind the world just why it is that we live in the greatest nation on Earth.

Whether or not he said it, Stalin’s quote has entered into folklore. For a vote to mean anything, those counting the ballots must have a greater respect for the integrity of democracy than they have lust for power.
Since Stalin’s time, the technology has changed. With electronic voting machines, which leave no paper trail and are programmed with proprietary software, the count can be decided before the vote. Those who control the electronics can simply program voting machines to elect the candidate they want to win. Electronic voting is not transparent. When you vote electronically, you do not know for whom you are voting. Only the machine knows.
According to most polls, the race for the White House is too-close-to-call. History has shown that when an election is close and there’s no expectation for a clear winner, these are the easiest ones to steal. Even more important, the divergence between exit polls, perhaps indicating the real winner, and the stolen result, if not overdone, can be very small. Those who stole the election can easily put on TV enough experts to explain that the divergence between the exit polls and the vote count is not statistically significant or is because women or racial minorities or members of one party were disproportionately questioned in exit polls.
There have been recent reports that, because of costs, exit polls in the 2012 presidential election will no longer be conducted on the usual comprehensive basis in order to save money. If the reports are correct, no check remains on election theft.
Digital Votes
In a fascinating article in Harper’s Magazine (October 26, 2012) Victoria Collier notes that in the old technology, election theft depended on the power of machine politicians, such as Louisiana Senator Huey Long, to prevent exposure.
With the advent of modern technology, Collier writes that “a brave new world of election rigging emerged.” The brave new world of election theft was created by “the mass adoption of computerized voting technology and the outsourcing of our elections to a handful of corporations that operate in the shadows, with little oversight or accountability. This privatization of our elections has occurred without public knowledge or consent, leading to one of the most dangerous and least understood crisis in the history of American democracy. We have actually lost the ability to verify election results.”
The old ballot-box fraud was localized and limited in its reach. Electronic voting allows elections to be rigged on a statewide and national scale. Moreover, with electronic voting there are no missing ballot boxes to recover from the Louisiana bayous. Using proprietary corporate software, the vote count is what the software specifies.
The first two presidential elections in the 21st century are infamous. George W. Bush’s win over Al Gore was decided by the Republicans on the US Supreme Court who stopped the Florida vote recount.
In 2004, George W. Bush won the vote count although exit polls indicated that he had been defeated by John Kerry. Collier reports:
“Late on Election Day, John Kerry showed an insurmountable lead in exit polling, and many considered his victory all but certified. Yet the final vote tallies in thirty states deviated widely from exit polls, with discrepancies favoring George W. Bush in all but nine. The greatest disparities were concentrated in battleground states – particularly Ohio. In one Ohio precinct, exit polls indicated that Kerry should have received 67 percent of the vote, but the certified tally gave him only 38 percent. The odds of such an unexpected outcome occurring only as a result of sampling error are 1 in 867,205,553. To quote Lou Harris, who has long been regarded as the father of modern political polling: ‘Ohio was as dirty an election as America has ever seen.’”
The electronic vote theft era, Collier reports, “was inaugurated by Chuck Hagel, an unknown millionaire who ran for one of Nebraska’s U.S. Senate seats in 1996. Initially Hagel trailed the popular Democratic governor, Ben Nelson, who had been elected in a landslide two years earlier. Three days before the election, however, a poll conducted by the Omaha World-Herald showed a dead heat, with 47 percent of respondents favoring each candidate. David Moore, who was then managing editor of the Gallup Poll, told the paper, ‘We can’t predict the outcome.’”
“Hagel’s victory in the general election, invariably referred to as an ‘upset,’ handed the seat to the G.O.P. for the first time in eighteen years. Hagel trounced Nelson by fifteen points. Even for those who had factored in the governor’s deteriorating numbers and a last-minute barrage of negative ads, this divergence from pre-election polling was enough to raise eyebrows across the nation.”
“Few Americans knew that until shortly before the election, Hagel had been chairman of the company whose computerized voting machines would soon count his own votes: Election Systems & Software (then called American Information Systems). Hagel stepped down from his post just two weeks before announcing his candidacy. Yet he retained millions of dollars in stock in the McCarthy Group, which owned ES&S. And Michael McCarthy, the parent company’s founder, was Hagel’s campaign treasurer.”
Vote theft might also explain the defeat of Max Cleland, a Democratic Senator from Georgia. As Collier documents:
“In Georgia, for example, Diebold’s voting machines reported the defeat of Democratic senator Max Cleland. Early polls had given the highly popular Cleland a solid lead over his Republican opponent, Saxby Chambliss, a favorite of the Christian right, the NRA, and George W. Bush (who made several campaign appearances on his behalf). As Election Day drew near, the contest narrowed. Chambliss, who had avoided military service, ran attack ads denouncing Cleland – a Silver Star recipient who lost three limbs in Vietnam – as a traitor for voting against the creation of the Department of Homeland Security. Two days before the election, a Zogby poll gave Chambliss a one-point lead among likely voters, while the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Cleland maintained a three-point advantage with the same group.”
Rigged Game
“Cleland lost by seven points. In his 2009 autobiography, he accused computerized voting machines of being ‘ripe for fraud.’ Patched for fraud might have been more apt. In the month leading up to the election, Diebold employees, led by Bob Urosevich, applied a mysterious, uncertified software patch to 5,000 voting machines that Georgia had purchased in May.”
“We were told that it was intended to fix the clock in the system, which it didn’t do,” Diebold consultant and whistle-blower Chris Hood recounted in a 2006 Rolling Stone article. “The curious thing is the very swift, covert way this was done. . . . It was an unauthorized patch, and they were trying to keep it secret from the state. . . . We were told not to talk to county personnel about it. I received instructions directly from [Bob] Urosevich. It was very unusual that a president of the company would give an order like that and be involved at that level.”
When the Republican Supreme Court prevented the Florida recount in the deciding state between George W. Bush and Al Gore in the 2000 presidential election, the Democrats’ response was to acquiesce in order not to shake the confidence of Americans in democracy. Similarly, John Kerry acquiesced in 2004 despite the large disparity between exit polls and vote counts. But how can Americans have confidence in democracy when voting is not transparent?
For now Republicans seem to have the technological advantage with their ownership of companies that produce electronic voting machines programmed by proprietary software, but in the future the advantage could shift to Democrats. Early voting aids electronic election theft. Successful and noncontroversial theft depends on knowing how to program the machines. The victory needs to be within the range of plausibility. Too big a victory raises eyebrows, but if the guess is wrong in the other direction theft fails. Early voting helps the voting machine programmers decide how to set the machines.
Voting 2.0
The absence of transparency is a threat to whatever remains of American democracy. In the Summer 2011 issue of The Trends Journal, Gerald Celente made the point that “if we can bank online, we can vote online.”
Think about it! Across the globe, trillions of dollars of bank transactions are made each day, and rarely are they compromised. If we can accurately count money online, we can certainly count votes accurately online. The only obstacles blocking online voting are entrenched political interests intent upon controlling the ballot box.
The lack of transparency has given rise to election litigation. On October 29, The Washington Post reported that “thousands of attorneys, representing the two major presidential candidates, their parties, unions, civil rights groups and voter-fraud watchdogs, are in place across the country, poised to challenge election results that may be called into question by machine failures, voter suppression or other allegations of illegal activity.”
Voting online, if properly arranged, can provide the transparency that the current system lacks. While the GOP might remain active in voter suppression, the Democrats could no longer vote graveyards, and the count of those who do manage to vote would not be subject to secret proprietary software.
In 2005 the nonpartisan Commission on Federal Election Reform concluded that the integrity of elections was compromised by those who controlled the programming. Proprietary private ownership of voting technology is simply incompatible with transparent elections. A country without a transparent vote is a country without democracy.

On social media websites such as Twitter and Facebook, thousands of threats of violence were posted by supporters of Barack Obama on the evening prior to the election. If you doubt this, just go on Twitter and do a search for keywords such as “Romney riot”, “assassinate Romney” and “if Romney wins”. We have seen very serious threats of violence against Mitt Romney and his supporters for weeks, but little action has been taken to shut these threats of violence down, and now they are reaching a crescendo as we reach election day. At the moment, law enforcement authorities and the mainstream media do not appear to be taking these threats of violence very seriously, but they should. Just look at what happened when the San Francisco Giants won the World Series. Horrible rioting broke out in San Francisco and a city bus was even set on fire. But that little bit of rioting is nothing compared to what could happen on a nationwide basis if Mitt Romney wins this election – especially if there are allegations that Romney stole the campaign. If Romney is victorious, expect to see allegations of “voter fraud” and “election fraud” from the other side. If there is a belief that the Republicans “cheated” (whether true or not), this would provide all of the justification that those out committing violence would need. Many of them would actually consider themselves to be “standing up for democracy” or “fighting for their rights”. Hopefully the scenario that I just outlined will not play out. Hopefully Obama supporters will be calm if Romney is declared the winner. But we would be very foolish to ignore the thousands upon thousands of threats that we have seen over the past few weeks.
This is a topic I have written about before, and I received quite a bit of criticism for writing about it. Apparently supporters of Barack Obama should be allowed to endlessly spew out threats of physical violence against Mitt Romney and his supporters and nobody is ever supposed to say anything about it.
Yes, there are a lot of Republicans that are saying some very cruel things about Barack Obama, but people know that if you make a physical threat against Barack Obama you are likely to get a visit from the Secret Service.
Apparently the same thing does not apply to threats against Mitt Romney. Every single hour, large numbers of physical threats directed at him and his supporters continue to pour in. If these people mean just a small fraction of what they are saying, we are going to see American cities burn if Romney wins.
Most of the examples that I could have included below I decided not to post because of the vulgar language used. A lot of children will end up reading this, and so I decided to try to keep it as clean as possible.

Trust me, it gets a lot worse than what you just read. You can see more threats against Romney and his supporters from recent days in this article right here. But please be warned, some of the language used is quite shocking.
Of course many in the mainstream media insist that we don’t even have to worry about what might happen if Romney wins because Obama “has it all locked up”.
For example, as I am writing this Nate Silver of the New York Times is projecting that Barack Obama has a 92.2% chance of winning the election.
I honestly don’t know how people get paid to write that kind of stuff. This election is super close and it has been for months. According to the latest Gallup tracking poll, Mitt Romney has a one point lead over Barack Obama with likely voters. A lot of people on both sides are proclaiming that it will be a landslide for their guy, but I simply do not see it that way.
This is going to be close. In fact, we may not have a winner on Tuesday night. In fact, if it goes into the courts we may not have a winner for weeks.
We could very easily end up with another Bush v. Gore scenario. Only this time it might tear the entire nation apart. Obama and Romney both have hordes of lawyers ready to roll, and neither of them would hesitate to contest the results of the election if there is still a realistic chance of winning.
The funny thing is that it really does not matter that much which candidate wins anyway. Our nation has been going downhill for decades no matter who has been in the White House, and it will continue to go downhill under either Obama or Romney. When you take a very close look at their policy positions, they actually agree far more than they disagree, and no matter who wins this race the next four years are going to be worse for America than the last four years have been.
But like so many millions of other Americans, I find election night to be absolutely fascinating. So I will be glued to my television just like so many other Americans will be.
And I think that a number of states will end up being much closer than most people originally thought that they would be.
For example, I believe that Romney has a very real shot of winning Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. I am not predicting that he definitely will win those states, but he does have a legitimate chance.
Romney might even make things interesting in Minnesota, although that is more of a long shot.
It should be very interesting to see how it all plays out.
Many Americans are happy that this election season will soon be over, but unfortunately this election should not really be viewed as the end of something. Rather, I believe that it will be the beginning of a disturbing new chapter in American history.
A whole host of polls and surveys have shown that the American people are angrier today than just about at any other point since World War II. In recent months, this anger and frustration have been bottled up as people have waited for election day. Right now, true believers on both the red team and the blue team are optimistic about the future because they are totally convinced that they are going to win this election.
But when a winner is finally announced, close to half the country is immediately going to be bitterly disappointed. And then when things continue to get worse in this country despite “their guy” winning, the winning side is not going to be so pleased either.
This election could end up being the “release point” for a lot of the anger and frustration that have been building up in this country for a very long time. You can almost feel the tension in the air. All it is going to take is just the right “spark” to set it off.
If you have any political signs in your yard or any political bumper stickers on your car, you might want to start taking them down – especially if you live in a densely populated area. Hopefully cooler heads will prevail, but I wouldn’t count on it. There is just so much hate and anger out there right now.
As unlikely as it may seem, Iran has chosen a side in the American election. The suspension of part of its uranium enrichment is a very positive move to help Barack Obama clinch the presidency for a second time in a row.
Reports surfaced last week about a possible negotiation between the Iranian and American governments that sought to stop the enrichment of uranium conducted by the government led by Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Two days before the election, several media outlets confirmed that the Iranian government halted its uranium enrichment process by as much as 20%.
The Iranian goal is to obtain a moratorium in the sanctions imposed on that country by the West; mainly the United States. However, the move to slow down the production of nuclear material, which the Iranians say the base for energy independence, is also making Barack Obama look good at home. In the United States and abroad, political pundits are assigning credits to Obama while saying that American sanctions have been of paramount importance to curb Iran’s thirst for a nuclear bomb.
Iran has suspended uranium enrichment to 20% in order for the West to lift economic sanctions imposed on the government and several strategic sectors, as confirmed by the Iranian parliamentarian Mohammad Hosein Asfari to pan-Arab Al Arabiya chain.
Asfari, who is the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy and National Security, said that the Iranian government is willing to suspend uranium enrichment as a “goodwill gesture” with the intention to open direct negotiations with the United States, scheduled for after Tuesday’s presidential elections, as recorded by the Iranian news agency ISNA.
However, the Iranian parliamentarian said movement has conditioned the talks to the lifting of sanctions imposed on Iran. If a positive answer from the West fails to arrive, Tehran will resume the uranium enrichment process, according to Al Arabiya.
The decrease in enrichment of uranium to 20 percent of Iran’s capacity is not enough to develop a nuclear weapon, although the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, Fereydoun Abbasi, confirmed this week that the Government is finalizing the installation of centrifuges at the Fordow enrichment plant , in the north of the country.
The Iranian economy is being hit hard by the sanctions, affecting especially in the oil sector, the main item of income for Iran. In this context, the spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ramin Mehmanparast, has insisted that the government “has nothing to hide” over its nuclear program and proposed to have a live broadcast of the operations as well as to hold talks with the Group 5 +1 — the five permanent members of the Security Council of the UN and Germany.
“The conversations we are encouraging are highly transparent and our proposals are very specific. That is why Iran has advocated to have a live broadcast of the whole dialogue,” said the spokesman to the Iranian news agency Fars. “Our dispute with the other party are neither technical nor legal, but political,” Mehmanparast stressed.
Whether Iran intended to help Barack Obama or not — since Obama has shown to be more tolerant towards Iran than Romney has promised to be — the move has helped the US president’s public image during a time when Mitt Romney seemed to be surging in the polls all over the United States. Sizeable differences in traditionally democratic states have turned into short leads and some disputed states have even turned for Romney in the last few weeks. Meanwhile, Obama and his pundits hope that the Iranian bump shows tomorrow at the voting booths.

Since New Jersey was hit head on by Hurricane Sandy and more than 1.6 million electric customers remain without power, concerns are growing about how to handle the coming national election only four days away.
Many of the predetermined polling stations are also expected to be without power. Intending to be a solution, the Department of Defense has taken over Election Day in New Jersey by providing military trucks and paper ballots in place of some polling locations.
New Jersey will deploy military trucks to serve as polling places on Election Day in storm-battered communities, the state secretary of the state announced Thursday during a visit to this flood-ravaged town. The state is also extending the deadline on mail-in ballots.
Department of Defense trucks will be parked at regular polling places that have lost power, as long as the sites are still accessible. Paper ballots will be used.
Republican Secretary of State and Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno said voters will find “a DOD truck with a well-situated National Guardsman and a big sign saying, “Vote Here.”
What could possibly go wrong in this scenario?
Well, first, it’s unclear how many of the residents that were forced to evacuate will return until the power is back on. Since each of those electric “customers” may be households with multiple voters, the population who would participate will likely be severely diluted.
Next, how will they know where to vote? Guadagno said ”obviously in places like Seaside Heights and Sea Bright, there is no polling place, it’s gone.”
If there is limited communication because of the lack of power, people will certainly be confused on which DOD truck is their proper polling station. Having “well-situated National Guardsman and a bigVote Here sign” isn’t exactly reassuring. So people have to drive around until they find it and hope it’s their designated polling station?
While paper ballots certainly seem more reliable than the hackable electronic voter machines with no paper trail, counting them will take much longer and scattered polling stations would seem to offer more opportunity for complications, or fraud.
New Jersey is not considered a swing state for the presidential election, as recent polls show President Obama with a commanding double-digit lead. However, Gov. Chris Christie said this “old school” voting method will make “some races might be more suspenseful.”
Finally, having a military presence on election day gives the appearance of third-world dictatorships or soft Martial Law. Surely the National Guard will be in uniform and armed, which is hardly inviting to citizens looking to participate in a peaceful democracy.
New Jersey extended the deadline for processing mail-in ballots until Friday, but they still have to be handed in by Election Day. With so many residents displaced, it would seem more appropriate to encourage mail-in ballots and extend the date to receive and process them.
New York City, which also experienced tremendous flooding and power outages, has also extended their deadline for absentee ballots. According to CNN:
New York, one of the states hit hardest by Superstorm Sandy, has extended the deadline for absentee ballots and applications not delivered or requested in person, the State Board of Elections said.
New York City’s election preparation efforts have also been hampered by flooding, power outages, and transportation shutdowns. The city’s election board said their offices in Manhattan and Staten Island were closed and phone hotline was not operating correctly, but that additional staff had been assigned to handle absentee ballots and election preparations.
The state’s original deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail or phone was this last Tuesday, when the storm was battering parts of the state, but the elections board said the deadline has been extended through Friday. While absentee ballots returned by mail can not be postmarked after Monday, the elections board extended by nearly a week the window for those ballots to be received.
The deadline for voters to submit an absentee ballot in person has not changed from Monday, the board said.
Many would state that we are very biased against Obama. Well, if one just looks at what we write alone and they do not look at the facts they would be inclined to think so, but the truth is that Obama is perhaps the worst President of all time, even worse than jimmy Carter. The huge problem here is that Obama has what Jimmy Carter did not have, a lame stream news media that is too chicken and cowardly to ask the important questions about Benghazi, the economy, and all the firsts that he has achieved.
We begin with Benghazi, a truly disaster of epic proportions! Obama not only dropped the ball on this, but he stood by and allowed the enemy to score a touchdown.

Obama knew of this attack while it was going on and allowed the 4 men to be exploited by the terrorists during the attack! President Obama himself kept the lie going when he went before the United Nations and stated that it was due to a video, even though he knew full well that it was purely a terrorist attack! How could a man who is supposed to be a world leader stand before the world and give such a huge lie when he knew what he was stating was totally false? Yes, more questions and no answers! But what does one believe when an “Empty chair” is leading the United States? Obama is much more interested in another 4 years to fulfill his dream of destroying the United States with the help of his friends! If you do not believe that, just look back at his time while at Occidental College where he was totally in touch and holding the ideology of Karl Marx, that one has to have a revolution in order to change the course of a nation. Remember, Obama used “Hope and CHANGE” as his campaign ideas in 2008. But Obama’s change is nothing like what the people of this nation had believed in prior to Obama taking office.

Todd Breasseale, a Defense Department spokesman, told CNSNews.com on Tuesday. “However, neither the content nor the subject of discussions between the President and his advisors are appropriate for disclosure.”
Could this be a cover-up? Senator McCain has called the White House’s handing of Benghazi, “An action greater than Water Gate and no one died in Watergate!” Why is Obama not giving answers? Is it because the answers he gives do not relate to a video and actually show very clearly that the September 11, 2012 attack was done by terrorists and not due to a stupid video that few had actually seen when Benghazi was attacked? What is Obama hiding now? Why is he hiding the facts?
“The fact that the president had been scheduled to meet with Vice President Biden and Defense Secretary Panetta at 5:00 p.m. on Sept. 11 had been publicized in the Washington Daybook–a planning service to which news organizations subscribe–and included on the official White House schedule posted online by the White House itself.
The State Department email notifying the White House and Pentagon of the Sept. 11 Benghazi attack was obtained by CBS News and reported by Sharyl Attkisson on Oct. 23, almost six weeks after the attack.
The terrorist attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi began at about 9:40 p.m. Benghazi time—or about 3:40 p.m. Washington, D.C. time. “The attack began at approximately 9:40 p.m. local time,” Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Charlene Lamb told the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee in written testimony submitted Oct. 10.
About 25 minutes after the attack started—at 4:05 p.m. Washington, D.C. time—the State Department sent an email that went to multiple recipients, including two at the White House and one at the Pentagon.
The subject line on this email said: “U.S. Diplomatic Mission in Benghazi Under Attack.” The text of the email said: “The Regional Security Officer reports the diplomatic mission is under attack. Embassy Tripoli reports approximately 20 armed people fired shots; explosions have been heard as well. Ambassador Stevens, who is currently in Benghazi, and our COM personnel are in the compound safe haven.” It went on to say: “The Operations Center will provide updates as available.”
Here one must ask why action was not taken, especially since Obama and his entire staff knew that the situation in Benghazi was bad and the English had to be helped out of an attack earlier. There are so many questions and so very few if any answers about the reasons why Obama seems to have allowed 4 men to go to their deaths! Obama does not wish to answer this because if he does it will show just how incompetent he really is! It will show the cover-up by his administration, which is greater than the Nixon Water Gate scandal because 4 lives were lost due to a President not doing his job, but rather going out and campaigning.
Before I list several things that Obama has done to become the first President to ever do, let me show you just a few of his total failures.
Stimulus Plan: EPIC FAIL
Cash for Clunkers: EPIC FAIL
QE1 and QE2: EPIC FAILS
ObamaCare: CATASTROPHIC FAIL; BROKE before it even starts
Redistribution of wealth: MONUMENTAL EPIC FAIL
Balanced Budget: FAILURE to launch (nothing, still four years later)
Unemployment: FAILURE to rise (four years ago he promised it would be under 6% at the end of his term. Guess what? It’s been over 8 percent for more than 40 straight months now.)
Private Sector Job Growth: still 4.3 million below the January 2008 peak. Oh wait, yeah but the “private sector is doing fine.” The man’s clearly still on drugs.
Spending in Washington? Continues to hemorrhage! $5 TRILLION in new debt during Obama’s reign of terror.
Since 2008 a staggering 3.6 million Americans have been added to Social Security’s disability insurance program. Coincidence? NOT. It’s just a way for the administration to hide REAL unemployment numbers.
Nearly 100 million individuals received a welfare benefit in 2011—mainly food stamps or Medicaid, because there are no jobs! To make matters worse, now Obama tells them they don’t have to even prove they are looking for work.
Then there are all those roads and bridges and massive infrastructure he was going to build. Big fat fail.
Here is what Obama has achieved as being the very first President to ever do! Remember these are all first time actions or historic Firsts for any president since George Washington!
Obama is the First President to:
-Have a Social Security number from a State he never lived in
-Have 22 personal servants (taxpayer funded) for his wife
-Have kept a dog trainer on retainer for $102,00 a year on the taxpayer expense
-To violate the War Powers Act –with Libya where Benghazi is
-To be held in contempt of court for illegally obstructing oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico (Remember, Obama is supposed to be for the poor people, but this hurt the very people he is supposed to help!)
-To terminate the United States ability to send our men into space
-To have a law signed by an autopen when he, Obama, was not present
-To arbitrarily declare an existing law unconstitutional and refuse to enforce it. (DOMA)
-To fire an inspector general for catching one of the President’s friends in a corruption case.
-To play golf instead of attending to the needs of the nation, (some 109 times to date).
-To go on multiple apology tours.
-To withdraw existing coal permits that had been properly issued years before he got into office!

America still has people who will support Obama, even in light of what took place in Benghazi, not because he does a good job, but just because they like him! Now that is totally insane, but it is the way our nation has fallen and with Obama at the helm, it will continue to become a nation of fools led by an “Empty Chair!” If you like being as close to slaves as possible than you will vote for Obama and his ideology of “government run everything,” which has destroyed nations time and time again!
Could this be the first presidential election in U.S. history to be decided by hackers? In recent years, hackers all over the globe have become increasingly sophisticated. Meanwhile, our computer-based voting systems have repeatedly been shown to be extremely vulnerable. This is particularly true in the crucial swing state of Ohio. Several years ago the Ohio Secretary of State actually issued a report which stated that the voting machines used in Ohio are “susceptible to breaches of security that may jeopardize the integrity of the voting process.” This is very disturbing, especially considering the fact that both the Obama campaign and the Romney campaign pretty much admit that whoever wins Ohio is going to win the election. The state of Ohio has voted for the winner in every presidential election since 1964, and most analysts agree that the 18 electoral votes from Ohio are almost certainly going to determine the outcome of this election. So will someone be tempted to tamper with the election results in Ohio? Sadly, if someone did want to hack the voting results in Ohio it would apparently not be that hard to do.
Back in 2007, a risk assessment study was performed on computer-based voting systems in Ohio. That study was called “Project Everest“, and it came to some absolutely startling conclusions. The following is a brief excerpt from that report…
Unfortunately, the findings in this study indicate that the computer-based voting systems in use in Ohio do not meet computer industry security standards and are susceptible to breaches of security that may jeopardize the integrity of the voting process. Such safeguards were neither required by federal regulatory authorities, nor voluntarily applied to their systems by voting machine companies, as these products were certified for use in federal and state elections.
In particular, the study was quite hard on the voting machines produced by a company known as Hart InterCivic. These voting machines are used in Hamilton County, which is considered to be a crucial section of the state. George W. Bush won Hamilton County is 2004 and Barack Obama won it in 2008. According to reporter Ben Swann, there are some legitimate concerns about the security of these machines…
Real genuine revolution? Will an Obama reelection bring about this uprising being peaceful or violent? I am looking at things from a perspective of what can happen beyond this election day. I am for neither candidate. If Romney becomes the next President, the conservatives will go back to sleep. Mitt Romney has the charm, looking non threatening to deceive the party base. Romney is no different than Obama as far as policy. The rhetoric might be different. Actions speak louder than words. Just look at Romney’s record as governor. He is no different from Obama. The continuity of agenda never changes. Obama and Romney are funded by the same special interest.
President Obama is the face of a dictatorship. He is the face of tyranny. He is a despot. He is the poster child for corruption and a lawless government. He has the face of many evils that plague our nation today. He is the face of making the economy worse. He is the symbol stolen liberties. He has accelerated tyranny at a pace. The core patriots have taken notice preparing for the worse. The see a government out of control. He is the leader of lawlessness in government. He is the embodiment why we need a real genuine revolution.
It is has been the announced the United Nations are coming in to be observers of the election this November. We have Mitt Romney buying companies that count the votes. It looks like it will be a tug a war between two factions trying to steal the election. I just wonder who can stuff the ballot box better or flip the vote craftier at the end of the day. We have Obama fighting to keep voter fraud alive by suppressing the voter ID laws the state legislatures passed. The President challenging the laws in Federal courts hoping illegal aliens will vote more than once. We can see the voting zombies come out of their grave yards casting votes to reelect Obama many times over. Especially in Chicago. Will this be the beginning of real genuine revolution?
We no longer can say our election system has any legitimacy or any credibility. The voting machines do not make the elections fair or even close to accurate. The DIEBOLD machines disenfranchising the voters. We can see many people refusing to pay their income tax. Many will see this government unlawfully in place by voter fraud not being a lawful government. These tax protesters will refuse to pay for their own enslavement and impoverishment. Can that be the spark of a real genuine revolution?
Many of Americans will not comply with Obamacare can jump-start a real genuine revolution. If the White House pushes the IRS agents to start enforcing this healthcare law with no mercy. The law people said no to . It can be the straw that breaks the camel’s back?
Many people will resist as the TSA comes out on rural and urban city streets. These government thugs will really push people’s buttons. The overreach of groping and full body scanners on the state highways can ignite a real genuine revolution. How long will the people tolerate these brutal tactics will decide if we have a real genuine revolution or not.
Then we have the largest guns sales period since President Obama has been the President elect. Firearm sales trajectory has increased when the sales going further up when the people fearing Obama being reelected. People are not buying arms just to turn them in to the government. When the BATFE comes in to take people’s weapons. Resistance from that level can start a real genuine revolution. Will a real genuine revolution start when the NDAA is in full effect. The Military will feel resistance from an armed population for sure?
There is the possibility that Obama will double cross his handlers and controllers. The ruling elite want Obama out of office because the people see him for what he is. He has stabbed the elite in the back with the Keystone pipeline and not pandering to Israel being for an Iran war. He might cheat the establishment by staying in Office by election fraud. Will Obama be planning payback against the establishment? The power brokers have turned on Obama in his own party and in the media. Seeing the UN and Romney buying corporations that count votes means two factions of the New World Order are fighting for power. One faction knows if Romney wins the office, the hope of the American people will go back to sleep and the New World Order can re-dig their heels with the three steps forward and two steps back.
If Barack Obama gets reelected, a real genuine revolution will start to happen. Will it be violent or will there be massive civil disobedience? Many people will not pay the income tax to an illegitimate government that cannot prove they won the election fair and square. Can we see the people not comply with Obamacare? The people said no very loudly, still the congress rammed this law down our throats. They might say no by not complying because they feel it is illegal and unconstitutional or the American people are broke because there are no jobs.
The reason why communism fell was because people walked away from supporting the corrupt system. Once people stopped feeding the beast, it collapsed. When Obama tries to enforce gun control by executive orders or unleashes to goons on the population at large. If people in mass will not comply with the dictator and the enforcers will not go along with it because they know it is wrong or there is a chance they might not be alive at the end of the day facing an irate crowd.
A real genuine revolution might happen. Barack Obama if reelected might not finish a second term. If there is a real genuine revolution, it will not be just cleaning house in the executive, judicial branch and both houses of congress. There will be arrest Wall Street Bankers and the Federal Reserve Bank might be shut down and the books opened. The whole table might be wiped clean with a fresh start.
The establishment knows if Obama is reelected, there will be a real genuine revolution where the globalist can lose it all keeping the 44th President in office. With a Mitt Romney, they can back off a bit until they reposition everything waiting for another try to take down the republic again. The globalists are patient and will bide their time until there is another chance to try again.
I just hope the real genuine revolution is peaceful with no violence. God Help America.
God help them if Obama and Romney ever had to participate in a real debate about a real issue at the Oxford Union. They would be massacred.
The “debates” revealed that not only the candidates but also the entire country is completely tuned out to every real problem and dangerous development. For example, you would never know that US citizens can now be imprisoned and executed without due process. All that is required to terminate the liberty and life of an American citizen by his own government is an unaccountable decision somewhere in the executive branch.
No doubt that Americans, if they think of this at all, believe that it will only happen to terrorists who deserve it. But as no evidence or due process is required, how would we know that it only happens to terrorists? Can we really trust a government that has started wars in 7 countries on the basis of falsehoods? If the US government will lie about Iraqi weapons of mass destruction in order to invade a country, why won’t it lie about who is a terrorist?
America needs a debate about how we can be made more safe by removing the Constitutional protection of due process. If the power of government is not limited by the Constitution, are we ruled by Caesar? The Founding Fathers did not think we could trust a caesar with our safety. What has changed that we can now trust a caesar?
If we are under such a terrorist threat that the Constitution has to be suspended or replaced by unaccountable executive action, how come all the alleged terrorist cases are sting operations organized by the FBI? In eleven years there has not been a single case in which the “terrorist” had the initiative!

How did the presidential debates avoid the fact of Predator Drones flying over us here in the domestic United States of America? What is the purpose of this? Why are the smallest police forces in the most remote of locations being equipped with armored cars? I have seen them. In small lilly-white communities north of Atlanta, Georgia, communities of sub-million dollar MacMansions have militarized police with armored cars and automatic weapons. SWAT teams in full military gear are everywhere. What is it all about? These small semi-rural areas will never see a terrorist or experience a hostage situation. Yet, they are all armed to the teeth. They are so heavily armed that they could be sent into combat against the Third Reich or the Red Army.
Any such questions run afoul of the assumption of America’s moral perfection. No such debate will ever happen. But if “it is the economy, stupid,” why is there no economic debate?
Last month the Federal Reserve announced QE3. If QE1 and QE2 did not work, why does anyone, including the Federal Reserve chairman, think that QE3 will work?
Yet, the utterly irrational financial markets, which haven’t a clue about anything, were overjoyed at QE3. This can only be because what rules the equity market is propaganda, spin, and disinformation, not facts. The vaunted stock market is incapable of making any correct decision. The decisions are made by the fools in the market operating on a short-run basis. The only safe path to take is to run with the lemmings. This strategy insures that a portfolio manager is always in the middle of his peers and, therefore, he doesn’t lose clients.
How wonderful it would have been for Obama and Romney to have confronted in a real debate how QE3, designed to help insolvent “banks too big to fail,” can help households operating, with two earners, on real incomes of 45 years ago, which is where the current real median household income stands.
How does saving a bank, designated as “too big to fail,” help the family whose jobs or main job has been exported to China or India in order to maximize corporate profits, executive performance bonuses and shareholders’ capital gains?
Obviously the working population of the US has been sacrificed to the profits of the mega-rich.
An appropriate debate question is: Why has the livelihood of working Americans been sacrificed to the profits of the mega-rich?
No such question will ever be asked in a “presidential debate.”
In the 21st century, US citizens became nonentities. They are brutalized by the police whose incomes their taxes pay. They, for protesting some injustice or for no cause at all, are beaten, arrested, tasered and even murdered. The police, paid by the public, beat up paralyzed people in wheel chairs, frame those who call them for help against criminals, taser grandmothers and small children, and shoot down in cold blood unarmed citizens who have done nothing except lose control of themselves, either through alcohol, drugs, or rage.
Brainwashed Americans pay large taxes at every level of government for protection against gratuitous violence, but what their taxes support is gratuitous violence against themselves. Every American, except for the small number of mega-rich who control Washington, can be arrested and dispossessed, both liberty and property, on the basis of nothing but an allegation of a member of the executive branch who might want the accused’s wife, girlfriend, property, or to settle a score, or to exterminate a rival, or to score against a high school, college, or business rival.
In America today, law serves the powerful, not justice. In effect, there is no law, and there is no justice. Only unaccountable power.
What is the point of a vote when the outcome is the same? Both candidates represent the interests of Israel, not the interests of the US. Both candidates represent the interests of the military/security complex, agribusiness, the offshoring corporations, the suppression of unions and workers, the total demise of civil liberty and the US Constitution, which is in the way of unbridled executive power .
In the US today, the power of money rules. Nothing else is in the equation. Why vote to lend your support to the continuation of your own exploitation? Every time Americans vote it is a vote for their own obliteration.

This is proving to be one of the tightest presidential elections in U.S. history, and with less than two weeks to go even a minor scandal could completely change the outcome of the race. Now is the perfect time for an October surprise. If I was an operative for either Mitt Romney or Barack Obama, now would be the time to unleash any big secret that you were still holding back. Americans tend to have very short attention spans, so you wouldn’t want to reveal your October surprise too early. But now that the debates are all done, this is the perfect opportunity to bring the hammer down. Of course our founding fathers are probably rolling over in their graves as they watch all this, but sadly the truth is that this is how the game of politics is played in America today. Veteran political operatives on both sides know that it is either “eat or be eaten”, and this election is coming right down to the wire. One nicely timed blow from either side could make all the difference.
Even a false rumor could change the outcome of the election if enough people believe it. And I certainly would not rule out the possibility of operatives on both sides floating false rumors in the coming days in an attempt to get an edge. After the election the rumors may turn out to be entirely baseless, but at that point nobody will be able to undo the results of the election.
Most Americans would be absolutely horrified to find out what goes on behind the scenes in political campaigns in this day and age. A lot of political operatives will do literally anything to win.
Of course an October surprise is even more effective if it is actually true. And there certainly seems to be a lot of important things that the American people do not know about Obama and Romney yet.

A private-equity firm that is run and controlled largely by the Romney family, Solamere, sometimes co-invests with a “partner” private-equity firm, H.I.G., run by former colleagues of Mitt Romney and key fund-raisers for the Romney campaign.
The Romney’s private-equity firm, Solamere, says it has not invested in the H.I.G. fund or entity that made the investment in the voting machine company.But Solamere has invested in other H.I.G. funds that are run by the same H.I.G. partners who manage the H.I.G. entity that invested in the voting-machine company, many of whom are former Romney colleagues and current Romney fundraisers.
So Solamere may not have a direct or indirect investment in the voting machine company. But its partner H.I.G. does. And the partner, H.I.G., is run by executives who actively support the Romney campaign.
Needless to say, the truth is still very alarming. What will people say if the voting results in Ohio are much more favorable for Romney than anticipated?
Radical Islamists Are Regularly Visiting The White House?
A year-long investigation by the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) has found that scores of known radical Islamists made hundreds of visits to the Obama White House, meeting with top administration officials.
Court documents and other records have identified many of these visitors as belonging to groups serving as fronts for the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas and other Islamic militant organizations.
The IPT made the discovery combing through millions of White House visitor log entries. IPT compared the visitors’ names with lists of known radical Islamists. Among the visitors were officials representing groups which have:
Been designated by the Department of Justice as unindicted co-conspirators in terrorist trials; Extolled Islamic terrorist groups including Hamas and Hizballah;
Obstructed terrorist investigations by instructing their followers not to cooperate with law enforcement;
Repeatedly claimed that many of the Islamic terrorists convicted since 9-11 were framed by the U.S government as part of an anti-Muslim profiling campaign.

A Spanish Company Will Be Counting Many Of Our Votes?
As I have reported previously, a Spanish company known as Scytl will be involved in reporting election results for hundreds of jurisdictions across the United States on election day. According to WND, there are serious concerns about the security of Scytl software…
Just prior to the midterms, Washington, D.C., tested its own new electronic-voting system and discovered it had been hacked.
As a program security trial, the D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics reportedly encouraged outside parties to hack and find flaws in its new online balloting system. A group of University of Michigan students then hacked into the site and commanded it to play the school’s fight song upon casting a vote.
The state of Florida has also found vulnerabilities in Scytl software…
Project Vote noted that in 2008, the Florida Department of State commissioned a review of SCYTL’s remote voting software and concluded, in part, that:
The system is vulnerable to attack from insiders.
In a worst case scenario, the software could lead to (1) voters being unable to cast votes; (2) an election that does not accurately reflect the will of the voters; and (3) possible disclosure of confidential information, such as the votes cast by individual voters.
The system may be subject to attacks that could compromise the integrity of the votes cast.
So will these vulnerabilities by exploited on November 6th?
Allegations Of Voter Fraud On Both Sides
As I wrote about the other day, both the Democrats and the Republicans have already been accused of committing voter fraud.
Down in Florida, voters are receiving letters in the mail questioning their citizenship and instructing them not to vote…
Voters are getting letters that look like they are from local elections offices, questioning their citizenship. But Local 6 has learned the letters are fake, and they are going out across Central Florida and many other parts of the state.
Officials on Monday said voters who had received the letters thus far are white, registered Republicans who consistently vote in elections.
“This is a major concern,” said Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Mike Ertel, who received a letter from a voter mailed from Seattle with no return address. “You should not expect a letter from your elections office saying, ‘You’re not registered to vote, please don’t go to the polls.’ That’s ridiculous.”
On Tuesday, the state of Florida said there have been reports from more than 20 counties where voters have received fraudulent letters impersonating supervisors of elections.
Over the past few weeks, Obama supporters have been flooding social media with threats that they will riot in the streets of our major cities if Romney wins.
Many have even been threatening direct physical violence against Mitt Romney himself if Romney wins the election.
Of course if these threats were being made against Obama, the mainstream media would be having an absolute field day with them. But because they are being made against Mitt Romney they are being ignored.

In debates between Presdient Barack Obama and Republican nominee Mitt Romney, climate change is not a topic being discussed. Both candidates and moderators are glossing over the subject.
Alarmist scientists are warning that the planet will spin into destruction, sea-levels will rise exponentially, and drought will facilitate food shortages. The environmental community is seething with gritted teeth because their faux-cause is not being purveyed during the 2012 Presidential Debates.
Alarmist are using efforts like the Citizens Climate Lobby (CCL) is pressuring Capitol Hill to reintroduce this bill in letters to elected officials that use fear-mongering of man-made climate change as the purpose of such legislation. The CCL claim : “As evidence keeps mounting about the dangerous trajectory of human-induced climate change, it becomes clear that Earth’s natural systems are rapidly approaching tipping points for global warming. Failure to act now will doom future generations to one cataclysm after another –shortages of food and water, displacement of millions from rising sea levels, more frequent and severe weather disasters, and the breakdown of civil society.”
Michael Mann, eco-facist from Penn State University remarked: “Given that climate change may be the greatest challenge we face in the decades ahead, to be silent on the issue over the course of four debates does a real disservice to the country.”
]Mann has been at the center of propaganda ever since he published his hockey stick graph which became the cornerstone of climate change mythology. Essentially, Mann created a fake 1,000 year temperature reconstruction that has since been discredited. This exposure of the truth has been dubbed Climategate.
According to Mann’s own correspondence with co-conspirators the theory of man-made climate change is admitted to be a complete hoax. While efforts were made to hide evidences proving this fact from the public, scientists who knew this were fired or stonewalled to keep the ruse, editors knowingly assisted in altering published documents which displayed evidence contradicting the climate change alarmist view.
To counter the factual evidence surrounding Climategate, propaganda studies like a most recent one, funded by the Chinese Science Foundation, released by researchers at the University of Leeds in England and China University of Geosciences that claims global warming has contributed to mass extinctions throughout the history of the planet. During times of extremely hot temperatures, nearly all of the world’s species become wiped out.
Alarmists have suspected that volcanic emissions have caused catastrophic events such as mass extinctions. In this new study, they assume that this was the cause of the death of the dinosaurs.
Back in May, eco-facist scientists claimed that dinosaurs released so much methane through flatulence that they caused global warming and destroyed not only themselves, but the environment. Scientists are equating these dinosaur assumptions to the methane expelled by cows which is estimated at 100m tons per year. Ruxton and Wilkinson claim that cows are similar to sauropods that expelled massive amounts of methane into the atmosphere.
Researchers are now decrying that global catastrophe will take place by 2050 unless there is a drastic reduction in emissions caused by food production. Their main target is animals like cows, which emit greenhouse gases through their flatulence.
A popular mode of geoengineering is solar radiation management (SRM) which is a technique for blocking the sun’s light from hitting the earth in order to prevent heating effects onto the planet’s surface – mimicking the effects of volcanic emissions. SRM consists of spraying crystals and toxic chemicals such as sulfate aerosols and barium into the upper atmosphere.
According to the Geoengineering: Governance and Technology Policy (GGTP) report, produced by the Congressional Research Service, the US government “has joined with other nations . . . as a participant in several international agreements on climate change.”
Oversight concerning geoengineering research and experimental projects is allocated to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Energy (DoE), Department of Agriculture (DoA), and the Department of Defense. Although there is no provision, many of the UN’s international treaties relating to climate change, maritime pollution and air pollution are used to govern the pursuit of geoengineering.
SRM will directly amplify specific areas of study as the have chosen sulfuric dust the mimics the emissions of volcanoes. An intended consequence of SRM is that our skies are whitening because of the nano particles being released to reflect sunlight. Sulfate aerosols cause whiter daytime skies and sunset to glow brighter.
According to a study conducted by the International Energy Agency (IEA) in 2011, the Arctic is currently cooling and the effects brought on by sulfuric aerosols would cause more damage to the planet’s natural ability to cycle through its temperature fluxuations.
The focus of solar geoengineering is in the Arctic where the alarmists theorize that the necessity is the greatest to combat the melting of the ice-sheets. However, their disregard for natural cycles of the earth and the cyclical flow of melting and refreezing of these ice-sheets are the real danger to our planet’s normal seasonal cycles.
Leighton Steward spoke before Congress in 2009 and explained how carbon dioxide does not affect the earth’s temperature. Steward pointed to the carbon tax scheme that follows the false assertion that amounts to having humans pay for breathing. CO2 levels are lower than they have ever been. This is causing a real danger to the future of plant life on earth as they need carbon dioxide to live.
Klaus–Ekart Puls, physicist and meteorologist, has analyzed the UN’s International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) claim that regulating CO2 will “regulate climate change.” Puls found that the IPCC’s assertion is based on “speculative model projections, so-called scenarios – and not prognoses. Because of climate’s high complexity, reliable prognoses just aren’t possible.”
Mainstream propaganda reports hat the Greenland Ice Sheet is melting at an exorbitant rate, which will free 240 billion tons of fresh water into the oceans annually. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) is focusing on this as a cause for more alarm. Havoc will be realized as New York City will see seas rising which may displace residents and cause massive damage.
However, Danish researchers have studied archival photos to compare current claims of rapid melting. Kurt Kjaer, led author of the study and professor at the University of Copenhagen, stated that the glacier is melting and reforming at a normal rate and therefore “it’s wrong to use the current melting rate to make predictions about sea level rise in the coming century, as some studies have done.”
Puls agrees that sea levels have risen, however “it’s important to remember that mean sea level is a calculated magnitude, and not a measured one. There are a great number of factors that influence sea level, e.g. tectonic processes, continental shifting, wind currents, passats, and volcanoes. Climate change is only one of ten factors.”

The election is still more than two weeks away, and already a tremendous amount of evidence has emerged that operatives from both major political parties have been committing election fraud. There have been reports of dead people being registered to vote, of voter registration forms being tossed in the garbage, and of activists purposely helping people get registered to vote in more than one state. We have not had a presidential election this closely contested since Bush v. Gore back in 2000, so there has been a tremendous amount of concern that one side (or potentially both sides) may be tempted to cheat. Supporters of Obama and Romney have both been charged with breaking the rules before. We all remember the ACORN voting scandals from the 2008 election, and what Romney operatives did to Ron Paul in the state of Maine during primary season was absolutely criminal. Anyone that believes that there are not operatives on both sides that would be willing to do “whatever it takes” to win this election is simply being delusional. Politics in America has become a very dirty game in this day and age, and the truth is that an increasing number of activists on both sides truly believe that “the ends justify the means” when it comes to trying to win an election.
The integrity of our elections is of paramount importance. After all, if our right to vote is taken away, what other way do we have to change things?
Sadly, the integrity of our elections has been called into question in recent years. We all remember what happened back in 2000. If another presidential election ends in similar fashion it could shake our system to the core.
A study that was released back in February by the Pew Center on the States found some very disturbing things. The following are a few of the statistics from their report…
-Approximately 2.8 million Americans are registered in two or more states.
-Somewhere around 1.8 million registered voters are dead.
Those are some very disturbing numbers. But the truth is that our system of voter registration is very vulnerable to fraud. Just check out what has been happening down in Florida…
Strategic Allied Consulting is the company founded and head by Nathan Sproul, the former executive director and leader of the RNC in the state of Arizona. In 2012, Sproul was employed by the RNC and the Mitt Romney campaign to do voter work in five swing states: North Carolina, Florida, Virginia, Nevada and Colorado. The public record shows that Sproul was paid more than $3 million this year by both the RNC and the Romney campaign to do voter registration drives in those five states. In Florida, from January through September 2012, Strategic Allied Consulting was paid $1.3 million.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has launched an immediate criminal investigation of Sproul and the Strategic Allied Consulting because of allegations of criminal acts of voter fraud across the state of Florida. There are allegations of dead people being registered to vote as well as numerous other voter registration infractions in attempt to increase Republican voter rolls. As soon as the news hit about the criminal allegations, the RNC’s national office fired Sproul and his firm.
Democrats have been howling over that incident and another incident that just happened down in Virginia.
One Republican operative has been accused of throwing voter registration forms into a dumpster. The following is from a recent article posted on the Brad Blog…
A man originally reported to have been working for the Republican Party of Virginia was arrested by the Rockingham County, VA Sheriff’s office on Thursday and charged with attempting to destroy voter registration forms by tossing them into a dumpster behind a shopping center in Harrisonburg, VA.
“Prosecutors charged him with four counts of destruction of voter registration applications, eight counts of failing to disclose voter registration applications and one count of obstruction of justice,” according to a report late Thursday afternoon from TPM’s Ryan Reilly. More charges could be forthcoming, according to officials.
If any of these allegations are true, they are deeply, deeply disturbing. Nobody should be cheating when it comes to voter registration.
There is evidence that Democrats have also been involved in widespread voter fraud this election season. In fact, apparently Obama campaign staffers have been very willing to help Obama voters get registered to vote in more than one state. The following is from a recent article by Mac Slavo….
When undercover reporters visited various locations across the country they received the same response from Obama campaign staffers – that it’s basically okay to vote multiple times if you happen to be registered in two or more states.
In Houston, Texas, for example, the Project Veritas reporter made her intentions known, and rather than being rebuffed for her planned illegal activity, she was provided assistance with obtaining the proper forms to be registered in two states and was told to say “I don’t know” if the double-voting ever became an issue.
Similar situations unfolded at other DNC funded community organizations.
Sadly, the mainstream media has brushed most of these stories under the rug. They want us to continue to believe that there are no significant problems with the integrity of our elections.
But obviously we do have some problems.
So what can be done about them?
Well, some states have passed strict voter ID laws in recent years in an attempt to cut down on election fraud, but Democrats have been attacking these new laws like rabid attack dogs.

But shouldn’t the integrity of our elections be more important than who wins or who loses?
You would think, but that is not the way things work in America today.
Both sides deeply hate each other and are incredibly suspicious of one another.
The Democrats are so afraid of potential fraud by Republicans that they have even complained to the United Nations. So this election day there will be 44 UN observers stationed around the country watching for “voter suppression activities by conservative groups”…
United Nations-affiliated election monitors from Europe and central Asia will be at polling places around the U.S. looking for voter suppression activities by conservative groups, a concern raised by civil rights groups during a meeting this week. The intervention has drawn criticism from a prominent conservative-leaning group combating election fraud.
The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), a United Nations partner on democratization and human rights projects, will deploy 44 observers from its human rights office around the country on Election Day to monitor an array of activities, including potential disputes at polling places.
Of course the biggest source of potential election fraud is our voting machines. In recent years there have been a multitude of very serious “irregularities” that have been produced by computerized voting. It is just so easy to hack into computers these days, and just changing a very small percentage of the votes can completely change the outcome of an election.
On this upcoming election night, stay alert for any reports of voter fraud or statistical “irregularities” in the results. I have a feeling that the integrity of the results may be a major issue this time around.
Either way this election turns out, American jobs are going to continue to get slaughtered by the millions. During this campaign, Mitt Romney and Barack Obama have both attempted to portray each other as the “outsourcer in chief“. Unfortunately, they are both right. Barack Obama and Mitt Romney have both participated in the outsourcing of American jobs, and both are openly admitting to the American people that they favor the emerging one world economic system which will continue to destroy millions of American jobs. In fact, they argue with each other about which of them will be more aggressive in pursuing more “free trade” agreements over the next four years. Unfortunately, the “free trade” agreements that the U.S. government enters into are never “fair trade” agreements. As a result, over the past decade we have lost tens of thousands of businesses, millions of jobs and trillions of dollars of national wealth. This year alone, we will buy about half a trillion dollars more stuff from the rest of the world than they will buy from us. This trade deficit will be about 7 times larger than the trade deficit of any other nation on earth. Our economy will continue to bleed jobs at a horrifying pace, but Obama and Romney insist that the answer to our problems is even more “free trade”. What makes all of this even more dreadful is that most Americans continue to fall for this nonsense.
It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that merging our labor pool with the labor pools of nations where it is legal to pay slave labor wages was going to kill American jobs and drive down wages for the jobs that remain in the United States.
Why should some giant predator corporation pay you 15 dollars an hour plus benefits when they can pay a worker on the other side of the planet a dollar an hour with no benefits to do the same job?
During the second presidential debate, when Obama was asked why high tech products such as the iPhone could not be made here in the United States, Obama openly admitted that there are some jobs that aren’t ever going to come back.
But why does that have to be so?
Why can’t those jobs come back to America?
It seems to me that if you cracked down on nations that are cheating such as China, imposed a system of common sense tariffs and cut the corporate tax rate to a level more consistent with the rest of the world that you could get a lot of those jobs flooding back in by the end of next year.
But Obama is so blinded by his faith in the emerging one world economy that such measures are unimaginable to him.
In recent years, the Obama administration has entered into new “free trade” agreements with Panama, South Korea and Colombia. In addition, the Obama administration is making the Trans-Pacific Partnership (“the NAFTA of the Pacific“) a very high priority.
Considering what a nightmare the first NAFTA was, do we really need another one?
The Trans-Pacific Partnership is a treaty that would essentially ban all “Buy American” laws. It is being touted as one of the most comprehensive “free trade” agreements in history, and it would open up the door for millions more good jobs to be shipped out of the country.
The workers of America simply cannot afford another four years of Barack Obama.
In fact, the Obama administration has actually spent billions of taxpayer dollars to create jobs in other countries. The following is from a pro-Republican website…
Over his four years in office, Obama promised that he would focus on creating “jobs that pay well and can’t be outsourced.” However, as he racked up trillions in new debt, billions of dollars did go to create jobs that were outsourced or spent overseas. Whether it is electric cars made in Finland or solar panels in Mexico, taxpayers would be astonished to learn that their hard earned money went abroad for jobs that weren’t created in the United States.

So would Romney be an improvement when it comes to trade?
That is very doubtful.
The truth is that Mitt Romney was involved in outsourcing jobs while he was at Bain Capital. The following is from a recent article posted on Forbes.com…
David Corn of Mother Jones reports that “according to government documents . . . Romney, when he was in charge of Bain [Capital], invested heavily in a Chinese manufacturing company that depended on US outsourcing for its profits—and that explicitly stated that such outsourcing was crucial to its success.”
This didn’t happen after 1999, when Mitt Romney says he left Bain Capital to run the Salt Lake City Olympics (Corn was one of the first reporters to raise questions, now gaining wide exposure, of whether Romney really left Bain then), but the year before. On April 17, 1998, Brookside Capital Partners Fund, a Bain Capital affiliate of which Romney was the sole shareholder, sole director, president, and chief executive, invested an estimated $14.2 million in Global-Tech, an appliance maker in Dongguan, China. Global-Tech made products for American companies like Sunbeam, Hamilton Beach, Mr. Coffee, and Proctor-Silex. In September 1998 Global-Tech’s CEO announced that the company was postponing a factory expansion because Sunbeam was slowing its rate of outsourcing, and said, “Although it appears that customers such as Sunbeam are not outsourcing their manufacturing as quickly as we had anticipated, we still believe that the long-term trend toward outsourcing will continue.”
Since Romney left, Bain Capital has become even more aggressive with outsourcing jobs. In fact, Bain Capital has been forcing American workers to train their Chinese replacements even in the midst of this campaign. Aren’t they concerned that they are making their former boss look bad? Yes, I blame Mitt Romney for the loss of my job. Here’s why.
I’ve worked at the same factory in Freeport, Ill. for thirty-three years, making sensors and controls for the auto industry. It’s tough work, but it pays a living wage with health benefits that folks can count on, and it fuels our town’s economy and tax base.
That’s been changing since Bain Capital came to town. Two years ago, our factory was sold to Sensata Technologies, a company created by Bain Capital, and they told us that by December 2012, all 170 of our jobs would be shipped to China. They even made us train our Chinese replacements.
Layoff notices have been sent out, and some folks have already been laid off. Where there was once lots of people and energy and life, now there’s only the discoloration on the floor where the machinery used to be. It’s depressing. They’re not just dismantling the equipment and the plant; they’re dismantling our community.
All of this outsourcing is killing America.
Back in 1950, the population of this country was less than half of what it is now, and yet there were more Americans working in manufacturing back in 1950 than there are today.
The decline in manufacturing jobs in the United States has been really dramatic since the year 2000.
I think that it is interesting to note that China joined the WTO in 2001. Since that time we have been losing jobs to them at an astounding pace. According to a new report by the Economic Policy Institute, U.S. trade with China “cost more than 2.7 million jobs between 2001 and 2011″.
The Chinese slap huge tariffs on many of our goods, they manipulate currency rates to make sure that U.S. companies cannot compete, they steal our intellectual property and they deeply subsidize their own businesses.
And yet Obama and Romney insist that this is “free trade”.
What a joke.

#6 The Chinese undervalue their currency by about 40 percent in order to gain a critical advantage over foreign competitors. To keep Chinese products artificially inexpensive on US store shelves, Beijing undervalues the yuan by 40 percent. It pirates US technology, subsidizes exports and imposes high tariffs on imports.
#7 According to the New York Times, a Jeep Grand Cherokee that costs $27,490 in the United States costs about $85,000 in China thanks to all the tariffs.
#8 The U.S. trade deficit with China during 2011 was 295.4 billion dollars. That was the largest trade deficit that one nation has had with another nation in the history of the world.
#9 Back in 1985, our trade deficit with China was only about 6 million dollars (million with an “m”) for the entire year.
#10 U.S. consumers spend about 4 dollars on goods and services from China for every one dollar that Chinese consumers spend on goods and services from the United States.

Median household income has fallen for four years in a row. In fact, median household income is down by more than $4000 since Barack Obama entered the White House.
One recent survey found that about 40 percent of all Americans have $500 or less in savings. We are a country that is full of broke people.
What we need are more good jobs. But Obama and Romney are both determined to keep shipping good jobs out of the country.
The path that we are on will only lead to disaster. Please wake up America.
Will cities all over America erupt in violence if Mitt Romney wins the election? Right now we are probably witnessing the most divisive campaign in modern U.S. history, and both sides truly hate one another. Even CNN is running articles about how polarized politics in America has become and how vicious both sides can be. There is a lot of anger and frustration out there that has been bottled up for a long time, and this election could end up being a trigger event that releases a lot of it. Both sides are entirely convinced that they can win this tightly contested election, and one side is going to feel bitterly disappointed when it does not happen. Both sides are talking as if it is going to be “the end of America” or “the end of the world” if they lose this election. This is particularly true when it comes to Obama supporters. On social networking sites such as Twitter, many of them have actually been proclaiming that Mitt Romney wants to “exterminate black people” and many of them have been openly threatening to harm him if he does win the election. This is a very dangerous sign, and these threats should be taken very seriously. Of course a lot of Romney supporters are also likely to go absolutely insane if Obama ends up winning. In fact, one Romney supporter apparently put a bullet through the window of an Obama campaign office in Denver the other day. But when it comes to threatening to do crazy things if the election does not go their way, Obama supporters definitely take the cake.

You know that the powers that be want to keep you quiet when they physically restrain you to keep you out of a debate. Green Party candidate Jill Stein and her running mate Cheri Honkala were apparently such a threat that they were left cuffed to chairs for 8 hours after their arrests at the site of last night’s presidential debate at Hofstra University.
“They felt the need to keep us in tight plastic restraints tightly secured to metal chairs,” reported Stein.
The women were arrested by Nassau County police after trying unsuccessfully to gain access to the presidential debate. (read MORE about the arrest). Stein is the Green Party candidate for president and feels that since she is on the ballot, she has a right to be heard in the televised debates. “If you have done the work to get on the ballot, if you are on the ballot and could actually win the electoral college by being on the ballot in enough states, then you deserve to be in the election and you deserve to be heard. ”
Stein reports that the women were handcuffed during the entire eight hours of their ordeal. When she requested that they be released the request was denied because authorities did not want them “wandering around.”
Stein and Honkala were released a half hour after the debate between frontrunners Mitt Romney and Barack Obama had concluded, and were told that “their car” was waiting. Raw Story reports:
“It was actually a Secret Service car, apparently, that was waiting for us,” Stein said. “We were not allowed to make a phone call, there was no phone that was working. We didn’t have ours — we had given our phones to our assistants — so it was quite a bit of work to be able to borrow a phone from someone in a gas station.”
She did, however, say that she was allowed to return a call from her lawyer at one point, but was unable to make arrangements for her release because she did not know when that would happen.
“They actually told our staff that they would be arrested if they continued to wait on site,” Stein said.
Was Barack Obama handed the Jimmy Carter script from day one of his presidency?
Both men were political amateurs who came out of nowhere. They were tutored and mentored by the radical Globalist, Z. Brzezinski, who became Carter’s national security adviser and Obama’s informal but vital foreign policy consultant.
Obama and Carter are both creatures created by David Rockefeller’s Trilateral Commission. Carter’s administration was rife with TC members, and of the 87 TC members who live in the US, Obama appointed 11 of them to key posts.
Carter’s political downfall was the Iran hostage crisis. One of Obama’s major perceived failures has been his handling of “the nuclear weapons crisis” in Iran.
During Carter’s term, an attack on the US embassy started the Iranian hostage crisis. During Obama’s term, the flashpoint was an attack on the US embassy in Libya. Both events made the sitting presidents look weak and ineffective.
In truth, the overthrow of the Shah of Iran and the ascendance of the Ayatollah was engineered by Carter, who ordered the restraining of the Shah’s secret police and troops, in the face of “student protests” against the Shah. It was Iran’s “Arab Spring.”
In a similar manner, Obama has promoted phony Middle East “popular democratic uprisings” and the overthrow of ruling strongmen in that region.
Both presidents injured their standing by blandly observing rising oil prices on their watch. They promoted humility and fairness in dealing with major oil-producing nations, sending a signal that gasoline at the pump was not a crucial issue.
In truth, they welcomed higher prices. Carter was hell-bent on his “religious” policy of conservation and asceticism, and Obama wanted to make expensive alternative energy finally cost-effective and competitive with oil.
Carter and Obama launched rhetoric about “a new kind of honorable politics,” a messianic call for greater “social justice” in both the domestic and foreign-policy arenas. As a result, both men were perceived as “weak.” Carter then fell to the “stronger” Ronald Reagan. Obama is running against the “stronger” Mitt Romney.
Obama and Carter both promised sweeping change that would take place immediately after their inauguration. For Carter, it was a (specious) comprehensive energy plan that would free Americans from dependence on foreign oil. For Obama, it was the (specious) stimulus that would put millions of Americans back to work. Both men vastly overplayed their positions, and both men failed utterly.
It’s hard to imagine either man wanted his grand plan to succeed. It’s much easier to conclude that both men wanted to diminish America.
Interest rates played a central role in both presidencies. For Carter, it was crippling escalation. For Obama, it has been massive manipulation to keep rates extraordinarily low. The result in both cases has been a significant degradation of the dollar and rising prices of goods.
Obama and Carter became intimately involved in Afghanistan. For Carter, it was about undermining the Soviet war there, and the training and arming of Arab proxies to attack Soviet troops. Obama has extended the Bush war in Afghanistan, and he has armed Arab proxies to launch wars in the Middle East (made to look like home-grown popular rebellions).
Both men have faced crises that involved their secretaries of state. Cy Vance resigned when Carter ordered a mission to rescue the 53 Americans held hostage in Iran. Now, Hillary Clinton, embroiled in the disaster in Libya, has “taken responsibility” for it. At this moment, whether she will resign is an open question. But both Vance and Clinton chose their strategies to subtly point fingers at the presidents they were serving. In Clinton’s case, she was essentially saying, “Somebody around here has to stand up and take the blame, and since Obama won’t, I will.”
The most powerful similarities between Carter and Obama, though, relate to their bosses, the Trilateral Commission. This is the least-talked-about key.
David Rockefeller created the TC 40 years ago. Its purpose then and now? The erasure of sovereign nations and the establishing of a single global management system.
Carter and Obama submitted to that influence. They pretended they were independent, innovative, unique political figures possessed of a vision that would, finally, transform Washington and business-as-usual politics in America.
They both played the “innocence” card. They came into power promising unique change. They both used religious speech to bolster their claims. They both paraded themselves as humanitarians, first and foremost, who had somehow skirted the corrupt vetting process for presidential candidates.
They both knew this was a lie.
To ensure there is no misunderstanding, a comparison between the stances of Reagan and Romney would provide equally disappointing content.
It’s all about script. The “strong” (Reagan and Romney) were put in place to provide contrast to the “weak” (Carter and Obama).
It’s the old whipsaw effect. “You didn’t like that president? Well, here is an entirely different one.”
Meanwhile, the federal government, like a fungus, grows. It encompasses and steals more power, as the monopolistic two-party system fortifies the dark canopy under which the fungus can thrive.
The real message to the American people, from the top of the power ladder, is: “You can vote for X, or you can vote for X.”
Faced with that rank insanity, the public consciousness spins its wheels in place and tries desperately to invent fairy tales in which one of those Xs is really a Y. But it isn’t.
It’s all about the script.
That’s why even one vote scrawled on a piece of paper in an alley at midnight, for a man like Ron Paul, means more than 30 million taps on a touch screen for X or X in three weeks.

Jill Stein feels that as someone who has her name on the ballot of the 2012 presidential election, she deserves to be heard at tonight’s presidential debate at Hofstra University. The police, however, disagree and have arrested Stein and her running mate, Cheri Honkala.
Stein spoke to police and the crowd this afternoon shortly before her arrest.
“If you have done the work to get on the ballot, if you are on the ballot and could actually win the electoral college by being on the ballot in enough states, then you deserve to be in the election and you deserve to be heard. The American people deserve to hear choices which are not bought and paid for by multinational corporations and Wall Street. This is why we are not hearing the critical issues in this debate.”
Stein and Honkala attempted unsuccessfully to gain access to the debate hall. When police erected barricades, they sat down on the street in front of the university with an American flag draped over their laps. Nassau County police threatened the women with arrest, but they still refused to move, demanding their first amendment rights.
Bob Commike, a Socialist Alternative party protester agreed with the women. “There are numerous people running. Where are their voices heard? They don’t have the money so their voices aren’t heard so it’s democracy for the rich that we have.”
A Youngstown, Ohio soup kitchen reports that the Romney-Ryan campaign “ramrodded their way” into the dining hall so that Ryan could have his photo taken while he pretended to wash dishes.
Brian J. Antal, president of the Mahoning County St. Vincent De Paul Society, reported that Ryan and his entourage arrived after people had already eaten and the hall had been cleaned. “The photo-op they did wasn’t even accurate. He did nothing. He just came in here to get his picture taken at the dining hall.”
According to bystanders, Ryan, his wife, and his children donned aprons and began to wash already clean pots and pans while photographers snapped pictures of their good works.
Antal says he would not have granted permission for the visit, as the charity is funded by private donations. “We’re a faith-based organization; we are apolitical because the majority of our funding is from private donations. It’s strictly in our bylaws not to do it. They showed up there and they did not have permission.”
He concluded,”Had they asked for permission, it wouldn’t have been granted. … But I certainly wouldn’t have let him wash clean pans and then take a picture.”
