Armed Guard Stops School Shooter – Media Fails to Report

“As a parent, you just think you can send your child to school and you hope they come home OK”, Laquanda Pittman said, while still looking for her 6-year-0ld son in the aftermath of a school shooting where an armed guard took down a shooter after he shot a child in the neck. Mayor Kasim Reed offered the following statement:
No praise or even mention of the heroic act of an un-named armed guard working at the school.
This heroic effort, which potentially saved hundreds of lives, wasn’t mentioned on Fox News or any other mainstream media outlet. The school shooting was reported, but the fact that a man with a firearm overtook the violent assailant simply didn’t even factor into the reports. The mayor skipped over the reason the shooter didn’t inflict greater carnage in his apparent rampage effort. The media failed to report the truth that Americans with guns, whether hired for the task or not, step up in violent situations to save innocent lives. “Gun Violence” of course was the topic, rather than a moral deficit. While the media will certainly rush to judge this as another proof positive that guns kill and wound too many, the truth will be missed: when American’s are allowed their 2nd Amendment right to bear arms, they will come through to protect innocent lives each and every time. It makes us wonder a bit what the Sandy Hook attacks may have looked like, should there have been an armed man or woman around to counter the sadistic efforts of cowardly criminals. This was reported by the media moron. If you got your head out of your ass, you would know that. Do yourself a favor, get out of your mom’s basement every once in a while.
If you could read you would have understood that the fact the shooting was halted by another man shooting the shooter wasn’t reported, not that the shooting was not reported
Yes i heard it first on the radio and on fox. Don’t know where you heard it wasn’t on mainstream news outlets.??
The INCIDENT was reported. The fact that the person who subdued the shooter was an armed security guard was NEVER mentioned.

Then if it was reported, you could tell us the man’s name that saved the day?
The report I heard stated very clearly that “armed guard at a school took out an assailant”. Don’t remember the name but they did report that it was an armed individual who was able to prevent a mass shooting.
If this event was not reported in the media, how did youfind out about it?

2. I saw Fox News while getting ready for work, when bamm They mentioned that an armed individual stopped a shooter and saved lives at a school.
3. On the same day it was on the radio on my commute to work and even on the way back home.

If the article states that the Mainstream media did not report on the action of the armed hero/guard
and yet it was reported on both tv and radio then the article is mistaken. Unless you beleive that Fox is not mainstream.
