Alex Jones’ attempted assassin revealed, along with officer killed

| |

By Shepard Ambellas

Last Saturday we reported that on Dec 22nd radio talk show host Alex Jones mentioned, while on air, that the Police Chief of Austin, Art Acevedo, had previously informed him that police had ran a man out of town who had potentially come to town to assassinate Jones.

Immediately after posting the article the comment section was going wild with claims that Jones was lying and that Intellihub was crazy for reporting such nonsense.

One comment below the article reads:

“OK….so does Intellhub believe this and that’s why they posted this or do they know Jones is batchit crazy ??”

And another:

“This is a ridiculous story. Do you people think we’re going to buy this garbage?”

So, needless to say, we checked into the story further–and here’s what we found.

A man by the name of Ricardo Antonio Chaney, 32, was shot and killed by a Fort Bragg, Calif., police officer during a March 19th shootout after Chaney carjacked several people in Oregon and fled California where he killed a 79-year-old man and a Mendocino County Deputy named Ricky Del Fiorentino before police ended his life. And it looks as if it wasn’t his first rodeo with police either.

Shockingly several weeks earlier, on March 6, Chaney was arrested in after a traffic stop in Eugene, Oregon. Oregon Live reported:

Chaney was arrested in Eugene after a traffic stop. Police found him driving a friend’s pickup without valid registration or insurance, and took him to the Lane County Jail after finding he had a concealed handgun in the vehicle’s glove box as well as 14 Ecstasy tablets. Authorities are apparently still working to determine if an AR-15 rifle found in the pickup had been illegally modified to fire automatically.

Chaney spent 18 hours in jail and was released after Lane County prosecutors declined to file formal charges. District Attorney Alex Gardner said his office is not funded to employ enough prosecutors to file most misdemeanor charges and some felony cases, and that charges against Chaney weren’t pursued at the time because they “fell below the current triage standards and involved no violence or threat of violence.”

Moreover the NY Daily News adds:

“Chaney was arrested on suspicion of unlawful possession of a firearm and methamphetamine, and booked into Lane County Jail, where records show he was released the same day without being charged.

Jail records show Chaney was taken into custody four other times dating back to 2002 on suspicion of assault, interfering with police, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. The resolution of those cases could not be immediately determined.”

But here is where it gets really weird. And yes, Jones was telling the truth.

We found a blog post titled “A letter from Ricardo Chaney”, dated Dec. 18, 2011, written by Chaney, detailing the fact that Cheney drove from Oregon to stalk Jones and the Infowars crew in Austin Texas, while “armed to the teeth” one rainy night, while sitting in his “Benz” in the parking lot of the Infowars studio.

“I had to see Alex Jones and his operation for my own eyes,” Chaney wrote in the chilling blog post.

“Sunday night I packed up my guns, electronics, gas[ed] up my Benz and rolled out of Portland,” the psychopath wrote, detailing his journey.

The methed-out man eventually goes on to claim the “entire office building is a CIA compound.”

“That’s why Alex wouldn’t meet me,” Chaney wrote.

“They already knew I was coming. One look in his eyes I would have seen who he was, walked out to my car, come back in and wasted his whole crew and torched the compound.”

In one part of Chaney’s blog post, he seems to have been mad, frustrated, that he couldn’t locate Jones and wrote that he would continue on to Arizona “where a man can pack a gat without a permit and smoke any piece of shit that gets in his way.”

Chilling, is it not?

Alex Jones is a tad controversial

    • BeAPatriot

Actually his behavior is a bit at times because he is committed, however if you actually listen to him and do your own research you’ll find 99%+ of what he says is spot on. It may take a decade before its accepted common knowledge but he has always been correct.

So if you find him “controversial”, do your own research and you will find he is right. Usually it is likely the listeners knowledge and understanding is in fact behind making him appear more radical as they are not ready yet to see…

      • It is pretty easy to be 99% accurate when one is 100% an aggregator rather than an actual reporter and/or investigator.
Alex Jones would accomplish more if he’d actually stop “digressing” and ranting and spend his time aggregating and reporting instead of commenting and digressing. The best way to get more information about any story that Jones carries is to follow the story instead of his aggregation. It became pretty clear what Jones was up to when he jumped onboard with Youngevity, whose products are high-priced because they support MLM downlines. SenTraMIn is the same minerals in Beyond Tangy Tangerine at a much lower price.

        • BeAPatriot

He does aggregate but so do all the leaders such as Drudge because no normal person has time to link all the dots. His crew also take points and fully researches and scrubs the information as well as doing original pieces.

Yes he does digress, however many of these if you listen tie multiple lines of information together into more cohesive concepts that make each point make more sense. Some articles seem unrelated or weakly related unless you have the wider picture, he provides this and allows you to decide what to think.

I admit he is not for everyone and can get annoying at times. He is responsible however for millions of people waking up to the wider play, something Rush for instance can’t touch.

          • I personally think that his primary interest is in milking the vast audience that he has gathered, since he is, like Joyce Riley, joining MLMs at a prodigious rate.

      • RandyJ/ProudSurvivor

I too, have noticed how often he is correct and like that he exposes things in a cohesive fashion. I do think, however, that his agenda is somewhat in question. I’m not always sure that he isn’t being told what they want us to know. He has definitely become as much a salesman of products as a “beacon of truth”.

        • BeAPatriot

Rush and Savage etc sell radio ad time, he sells products.

The truth is he has to earn, as we all do. So I really don’t think it makes any difference if its MLM or supplements, ammo, books, or whatever as long as its moral and legit.

Don’t really see an agenda conflict at all personally. 50% of the show is filling out and connecting articles from Drudge often read directly from the site with any added research.

Then he has guests on most shows and most of them are consistent in being counter-gov / anti-globalist in their own right. They do a report or two, connect the dots, plug their products and that is essentially 99% of his show.

Contrast that to the media where every “news” outlet the same talking points often verbatim at the same time – those are controlled media talking points. They are handed the stories to cover, they are covered with bias and you are told what to think.

Its possible I suppose that the odd story or guest could be a plant, he even says it himself. Huge difference in getting one controlled guest on accidentally vs. controlled media where all the guests are plants and if you leave the party line – your fired.

I agree its good to be vigilant, I am just saying on balance he strikes me as pretty uncontrollable, unscripted and off the cuff, but a sincere and very animated patriot.

Not saying the guy is perfect, however he is right usually and I really can’t see him being controlled to any extent especially given that his primary focus is not really anti-Fed but anti-globalist. And on that point he has few peers in the media, anywhere.

          • RandyJ/ProudSurvivor

I get your point-and agree to a point. My problem is, Alex is closely connected to the fanatical Zionist movement which in turn is closely connected to the corporate media, which is closely connected to the government, which is closely connected/owned by the globalists. So, when his stories are “confirmed” by more mainstream media, I can’t help but wonder if it isn’t what someone wants us to believe.
As long as he retains his staunch support and encouragement of our right to bear arms, he’ll have some credibility with me. Be wary of anything about ISIS. ISIS was and is, a creation of and tool for the globalists. Yes-ISIS is real-BUT-they are being manipulated to advance a much larger agenda than a global caliphate for Muslims.

          • BeAPatriot

Im not getting the whole Zionist connection as I have not seen anything credible to establish that – not saying it can’t exist but have not seen it.

It would be counterproductive for the globalist to wake people up, its the media smoke and haze that allows them to exist as Rockefeller admitted himself.

Totally agree on ISIS. I do think ISIS is a tool being used globally to an evil end and will go far past a few rapes or bombs but is a full on invasion in slow motion.

  • morecotwo

    1) “AR-15 rifle found in the pickup had been illegally modified to fire automatically”. No
    2) “on one rainy night”. No, they are all rainy.

  • WinstonSmithy

So Captain Tripps a.k.a Richard Chaney allegedly writes an unverified blog post (that’s some wacky link to the blog they put up in this article, I didn’t see the post but didn’t spend a lot of time searching for it either) in December 2011 saying he stalked AJ in Austin during or before that time. Then in March 2015 he is killed by CA police in an unrelated incident. Then on December 22, 2015, AJ tells his listeners that the Austin police chief “previously” told him all of this?

Bizarre. It is interesting how they say Chaney’s blog post described AJ’s “entire office as a CIA compound.” I wonder what the real story is…

    • Razedbywolvs

The real story is Alex hired a x CIA annalist to work for infowars, Thats how the whole rumour got started. Alex was doing stories as far back as Rubby Ridge. He has a contestant history of covering stories from the same prospective. It is really unlikely that It is CIA backed or controlled opposition altho I would bet there is a little bit of shaking hands with the devil going on behind the scene’s.

  • mirageseekr

My personal opinion is that Alex Jones is the controlled opposition. You can get some truths but not usually the whole truth. Because I believe that Jones is either a controlled puppet or CIA I do not put stock in anything he says. I know that law enforcement and the government have no problem lying and fabricating events and then have their little presstitutes push home the agenda. So I think when all of that is considered it would be impossible to know if this were true or not.

      Completely agree

    • I know that it is completely irrelevant to me and mine in either case.
What difference can it make who a news aggregator works for or with?

      • mirageseekr

It makes a big difference between an independent news source or government sponsored propaganda posing as reality. One may get something wrong but the other makes a point of misleading you.

        • Alex Jones is neither an independent news source nor a government sponsored propagandist. Do you know what a news aggregator is?

          • mirageseekr

I do know what it is and I disagree. Jones plays the controlled opposition for TPTB, whom also control the government.

          • How does collecting reportage from a selected list of mainstream news reporting agencies constitute being controlled opposition? If you disagree, cite some cases where Infowars scooped anyone.

          • mirageseekr

So your saying that because they don’t break the story that they can not spin it to fit an agenda?

You believe the KKK over Alex Jones, why are u being so racist

  • antimedia1776

Alex Jones is a capitalist libertarian who is fighting the Globalist while all of you just sit there and do nothing. I’m surprised he lasted this long in the battle against TYRANNY

    • Are there any non-capitalist libertarians?

      • antimedia1776

Good question, I think capitalism is being destroyed by monopolized corporations who have created bankism. Anyone who profits off fear are true Americans

        • Capitalism was killed off in the early 19th century, right after we set about to do what Thomas Jefferson wrote that we would: “The spirit of the times may alter, will alter. Our rulers will become corrupt, our people careless. A single zealot may become persecutor, and better men be his victims. It can never be too often repeated that the time for fixing every essential right, on a legal basis, is while our rulers are honest, ourselves united. From the conclusion of this war we shall be going down hill. It will not then be necessary to resort every moment to the people for support. They will be forgotten, therefore, and their rights disregarded. They will forget themselves in the sole faculty of making money, and will never think of uniting to effect a due respect for their rights. The shackles, therefore, which shall not be knocked off at the conclusion of this war, will be heavier and heavier, till our rights shall revive or expire in a convulsion.”

          • antimedia1776

I know because communists and socailist don’t know about hard work and only know how to work a system that keeps them slaves to the system

          • Socialism bifurcates into communism and fascism, and the only difference is the ownership of the means of production.

          • antimedia1776

Capitalism will never die has long has we are independent with the choice to be productive

          • Define capitalism, independence, and productivity.

          • antimedia1776

Going out and becoming a individual who has ideas that progress and become a sense of hope for the people who need jobs and prosperity

          • OK, you got entrepreneur defined. But entrepreneurs are not always capitalists and vice versa. Many modern capitalists are fascists playing the traditional fascist games. Productivity is secondary to profitability for them.

          • antimedia1776

I totally agree and our founding fathers warned us about this but we do need a Renaissance of a green productive industrial revolution but we need to get rid of the Bankers and stop corporate welfare to the Globalist who are destroying the planet and are stealing opportunities from the newly made entrepreneurs who only goal is to make society great again by ridding all types of ism’s. We are the people not we are the govt. We need another revolution to create evolution such has going to stars where we originated from. I know I sound crazy but I’m an American we are all crazy and some just straight

          • Political ignorance is best cured by starving it. The best way to starve it is by feeding political reality by refusing to feed the beasts that our government has created. Stop asking them for anything, stop giving them anything, ignore them when possible, and give them the kind of attention that Clive Bundy does when they won’t stand for being ignored. Since we massively out-number their minions, we need to start shunning them. It worked and works for many religious movements. It is time to apply it in patriotic movements.

          • antimedia1776

U know it but I got 80 acres off grid farm and I know how to work the systen

          • If you pay property tax on it, you don’t own it, and if you don’t own it, the day may come when you are evicted from it. Just so you know.

          • antimedia1776

Part Wampanoag and Family worked for the New World Order. I was gonna tell you my story but they are looking.

          • I’d ask who Part Wampanoag is, but you obviously are too cowed by them to elucidate.

Aj is a db. I used to listen to him, read his stories, and watch his docs. He predicted a lot of stuff that absolutely never came true. The only good I ever found to come out of infowars was Jessie Ventura. And I have heard his wifey is Jewish.

    • Whose wife, and kindly cite a prediction that didn’t come true.
Jesse Ventura didn’t come out of Infowars. He was born in Minneapolis and became the governor of Minnesota, long before most had ever heard of Alex Jones.

      • lilred

Alex Jones wife, violet Jones, is Jewish. He predicted loads of stuff that never came true. One of his docs said Rick Perry was going to be president, for example, bit Obama became president. I think it was Perry. Maybe it was the Obama deception movie. But that was a long time ago. I quit looking up his stuff many years ago

        • What difference does the religious and/or ethnic ancestry of Alex Jones’ wife have to do with anything?

  • Cpl Ken

Authorities are apparently still working to determine if an AR-15 rifle
found in the pickup had been illegally modified to fire automatically.

It takes about ten seconds (or less) to do an AR15, M16 or M4 functions check. Why the delay to make that determination? Did they eat the ecstasy they found?
